Hotels in Ajara with Breakfast

The hotel is old, fairly clean, breakfast is very poor but nice staff. Decent place for the area.

All good — rooms are okay, location is great if you want to explore Batumi. Street parking only.

The view was amazing, just 100 meters from the sea.
And on the commercial part of the building there is Billionaire Casino, Spar Supermarket, pharmacy and other shops you may need.

Wonderful hotel for short and long stay. Clean and neat and with very good service. It was a bit difficult to find (located at Reception B and then 33rd floor of a tower).

Decent apartments in a convenient location. Some downsides: poor water pressure on the upper floors and plumbing issues that require minor repairs.
Of the three elevators, two are operational.

It's a beautiful building. Elevators are fast. Transportation is easy. Buses 1 — 10 and 14 from the center pass in front of it. There are many markets around it and it is open 24 hours.

Very impressed!

The host was very kind and responsive. Thank you for meeting us and helping us with our suitcases. We were checked in earlier than expected.

My best recommendations. The hostess is very approachable and friendly. I recommend. A cafe with better prices than on the beach and delicious food.

I liked everything very much. Hospitable hosts. Thanks to Mamuka and Shorena for a wonderful holiday. All issues were resolved immediately. Green oasis. Cool pool. Very close to the sea.

Beautiful hotel, very kind, hospitable and helpful hosts. They are professionals.

Perfect location, best view and silence, kitchen on rooftop. Near to Batumi, bus number 10 drive to city center.

I recommend. Excellent hotel. There is a swimming pool. Very hospitable owner. 5 min to the beach.

We've been here 4 times already. If we have the opportunity, we'll come again. Wonderful place, very nice people! Otari is a wonderful person! He doesn't talk much, but he does a lot.

I liked the hostess. She was friendly and treated me to fruit and wine. I drank this wine in the evenings for the whole week when we were freezing in a tent in the mountains of Turkey.

You will have to climb the stairs or by car quite high, but you quickly got used to it, for the sake of the view, silence and clean air it is worth walking. It will be inconvenient for older people.

Convenient location of the hotel. The staff is good. The bed was changed every day. Purely. Breakfast is quite satisfactory. Since we only came to spend the night. A cozy standard room.

Overall the hotel is great because of its location. They try to fulfill requests immediately. Quiet, calm, safe. They try to accommodate children on the lower floors.

The location is very good if you want to stay in New Batumi. The service is also very good. I stayed here for 3 nights, breakfast options were also good enough. Boulevard is just 5 mins walk.

This hotel deserves a higher rating — it’s utterly fantastic all around.

Apartment is very nice. It has washing machine, it was clean, and view was perfect.

Wonderful holiday apartments. The views of the sea and the embankment are magnificent. In general, Georgia makes a very pleasant impression.

Perfect view and location. Neat and clean room with everything you will need. Also, a great breakfast!

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel in Batumi. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive, always willing to help despite the language barrier with some of them.

Good hotel. Responsive hosts. Any issue was resolved immediately, without delay.

Thank you very much for the wonderful apartments, very spacious and clean, there is absolutely everything: clean linen, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and even a kitchen with all the

Good people rent the second floor of their own house, there is hotel-style air conditioning, there is always hot water. Clean room, clean towels. They do not speak Turkish, but it is understandable.

Close to the airport and not far from the embankment. There is a grocery store nearby with low prices. The area is quiet, which is important for a good rest.

I recently stayed at the Next Green Apartment and was thoroughly impressed by the experience.

The room has a full kitchen, a washing machine. We had a sea view. We really liked the room, it was clean. Great closed parking. The reception staff was very responsive.

Conveniently located next to airport and aiplane spotting area. Great place with clean rooms, good breakfast and nice hosts.

It is really nice 👍🏻 closer to everywhere, reasonable prices. However I am not thinking that Batumi is a good city to be visited 😁

Very good hotel, clean, well maintained, good, very attentive staff and most importantly in the center of Kobuleti.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel in a five-bed room. Everything is clean and tidy. The room has everything you need!
You can use the shared kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils.

Unexpected gem in Kobuleti!
Service was amazing — fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The khinkali were absolutely delicious (just keep in mind, they’re a little spicy!

My favorite Georgian dish, “Ajapsandali”, is made amazingly in the beach. My biggest recommendation for the local cuisine ☀️🫰🏻

A really nice and quiet, small, family-run hotel, with great value for money. The hosts are very friendly.

Friendly hosts, market, beach, shops within walking distance.
Early dinner, no change of linen and towels, laundry 5 GEL.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for many years, and it never disappoints. Beautiful, well-kept grounds, excellent service, and friendly, attentive staff make every stay special.

We've been coming here for years, and it never disappoints. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive.

It was a great place and the host it’s amazing! And helpful I will definitely recommend this place!

A very pleasant experience. Revaz and Viktoria are very kind.

Convenient location, it was a pleasure to stay with such kind people. We really enjoyed staying here, near the sea (a 5-minute walk), and Batumi is a 5-minute taxi ride away.

5 mins walk distance to beach by crossing rail. Rooms & common space kept clean. Keep it mind black out occurs sometimes, so better to get local sim and charge battery full.

Hidden jam in Batumi,
Great location amazing nature around you for peaceful and relaxing holidays.

Zulu and Alon are a lovely couple and wonderful hosts, they took care of what we needed, the atmosphere in the hotel is great and family-like. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and pleasant to use.
