This place is pretty special. Beautiful location and very stylish with apartments renovated in a cool, modern coastal vibe, and with local artworks.

Amazing accommodation, the room was fantastic, very clean and modern. Nice and peaceful to relax at, had everything we needed plus more. Fantastic hosts, Barry and his team were very helpful.

Ocean escape does not look super flash from the outside but inside the resort is lovely.

This resort is simply fantastic. The staff is wonderful — they go out of their way to help with whatever need you have. The rooms are comfortable and everything works well.

We loved our stay here. The resort is placed perfectly in the centre of Muri and goes right onto the beach.

What an amazing place to stay. We were in one of the beach front rooms and specifically asked to be upstairs which they accommodated.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kia orana villas. All the staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful to making the most of our holiday. The rooms and facilities are also very generous.

We loved staying at the Muri Beach Club. We stayed for 10 days and loved it. The staff knew us by name and were so helpful with regard to activities, sights, market days and the public bus timetable.

Five star on every criteria. Stunning location on the beach looking over Muri Lagoon, small islands and the outer reef. Well appointed comfortable rooms and very good restaurant.

We stayed for 6 nights — family with 2 teenage boys. We had the Deluxe Beachfront Villa and it was very good.

Beautiful peaceful private Villa literally on the beach, 2 metres from high tide. Own private pool and deck and plenty of walks along the beach. About 1km from Ariki sea scooter turtle tours.

This was the sixth stop on our long awaited round the world trip which was organised with help from Turquoise who put together an amazing itinerary.

Rooms are beautiful with well thought out detail. Our favorite part was the outdoor shower.

100% would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. We stayed here twice during our trip (5 nights and 7 nights).

Wonderful. Lovely service and great facilities.
The only drawback is the lagoon is not as healthy as it should be and the algae bloom is a bit smelly.

Our stay at Palm Grove Resort in Rarotonga was short but incredibly sweet, one of those trips that leaves a lasting impression despite the calendar not quite agreeing.

Great bure on the beach. Staff very friendly as is always in the south Pacific. Yellow Hibiscus restaurant attached serves great food and very reasonably priced.

We didn't stay at the Nautilus but we did have dinner there one night. I had parrot fish and hubby had pork belly — both meals were fabulous.

Nautilus Resort was such a luxurious stay. If I could give 10 stars I would. The entire resort was well maintained and you could tell the staff took pride in their jobs.

We had two villas and a studio for our three families. Great setting and beach and pool. Good breakfast and happy hour.

What can I say about this beautiful gem, Lagoon Breeze Villas!? As soo as you turn into the driveway, you are greeted with a lovely lush green ambience with over 20 generous villas.

We’ve just had our first trip to Rarotonga and chose Manuia Beach Resort based on recommendations from friends who’ve stayed there.

Absolutely lovely resort with equally lovely people working there.

Can not speak highly enough of this villa.

Trust us, when we say, we have stayed all over Rarotonga (over the years) but no-where surpasses Te Vakaroa.

The best spot on Rorotonga, Bamboo Cottage on the beach, BEAUTIFUL Sunset every night. Cottage equipped with kitchen or just a hop skip and jump either way take to a Beach Bar/Restaurant.

Living on Raro it is tricky to slip into holiday mode when life is full on. Well I read my first book in many many years. That is how relaxed and 'magical' reef bungalows are.

We recently stayed at Rumors Luxury Villas for 8 nights in early October 2025.
It was the best experience we had. Money well spent.

The resort's beachfront location on a beautiful white beach with safe lagoon makes for a modern paradise. It's Shipwreck Hut is it's guest hub, offering all meals and an excellent bar. It's crew.

Fantastic stay, we were treated like family! Our room was spacious, clean, and simple, AC in bedrooms was perfect. The view from our patio was spectacular.

We had such an amazing time at Crystal Blue Lagoon Villas. From the moment of booking the accommodation to when we left, the communication from the team was exceptional.

This is an amazing property and we had a fantastic time.

Stayed here for 8 days over New Years, the resort is pricey so had high hopes. Check in was easy, staff were good. Our room was on the second level with a beautiful view.

I spent 3 nights in an upstairs Beachfront Room. Beautiful views from the balcony. Very comfortable space.

My bestie and I enjoyed staying at this retreat, breakfast was beautifully prepared each morning and we also used the bikes which were free of charge to use.

Had the best time at the retreat with healthy and filling daily breakfasts. Nice and private, quiet and tranquil experience. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!

We have just returned home after a wonderful week at the Edgewater to celebrate a milestone birthday.

Pretty average rooms and facilities (good pool and lots of shady outside areas to be fair). Highly recommend with kids however wouldn’t recommend without kids.

Got everything you need, although we were in room 18 which is the closest to the bar and it can get a little noisy and when the curtains of the windows are open it has limited privacy from people

Went as a group of 40 & stayed at Castaway. Fantastic accommodation. Beautiful, modern rooms. Cleaned every day. Staff were lovely and keen to always assist. 100% recommend.

I had an amazing time staying in a standard room. Very clean room Reception were great. Always helpful. Excellent knowledge of the bus timetable. Security fellas were friendly.

Rooms were always clean, pool was lovely and pool bar was a great bonus. Walk down the resort stairs, pop your face in the water, and see hundreds of tropical fish right in front of you.

Main purpose of visit was to take my daughter and two grandsons snorkelling. From the moment we arrived until (sadly) we departed the experience was memorable for all the right reasons.
