​All I can say is this was one of the best hotel stay experiences I have ever had. The staff, led by Anderson Martinez, is truly the greatest.

Great stay at the NH Cali Boulevard del Rio! Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. They even suggested the best spots for dinner and lunch in the surrounding neighborhoods.

I stayed at NH Boulevard del Río Cali for three nights (Feb 11-14, 2025) as a solo traveler and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-air-conditioned.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of the historic center of Popayan. A former monastery, it is a national historic building.

A confortable hotel for the price with very kind and formal service. The breakfast is especially nice. I saw complaints about the breakfast in reviews and have no idea what people are talking about.

This place is really "magical" in every sense. I enjoyed the breakfasts in the beautiful and open space (with a great view). The secluded garden was inviting, tropical.

Perfect location near everything. The rooms were comfy with a great view. The restaurant was enjoyable with delicious food and drinks with buffet breakfast included.

Very safe and clean. Great staff, breakfast in the morning a plus. Pool looks nice but I would not get into it, more for looks my opinion. Only like a 6 minute walk to the main strip.

Cali is one of Colombia’s “forgotten cities” that gets some attention for its medical tourism offer, its salsa dancing… but has also had setbacks in the past few of decades.

This is an incredible place to stay. The building, bedroom, and swimming pool are top-notch, as is the host, Hans. It's located in the Ciudad Jardín neighborhood.

Charming property in an exclusive part of Cali. Friendly owner, I would recommend. The room was spacious and well priced.

We stayed here a few nights during our trip trough Colombia.
Our room was located at the front of the hotel but sound insulation was good. Almost no noise from the street.
Room was of a nice size.

Bed comfortable, staff helpful. If there on weekends, get a room away from street as the night clubs across the street play until 2-3am. Good shower and hot water. Had small refrigerator but no safe.

Excellent hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms and a perfect location. Highly recommended!

Nice but avoid tower 2 facing construction building and all the workers are staring at you drom early morning in your room…
