Avoid if you need Wi-Fi to work. I was in room 303. Nice room, and comfy but Wi-Fi was terrible. I could only connect in the bathroom and didn't work at the Desk. I asked to be moved and they wanted extra money and to contact booking platform who said to contact Hotel. Was the most frustrating week due to this. Breakfast was NOT worth paying extra — closed at 9AM and was almost empty by 8AM with a tiny table and some fruit and bread rolls. Go accross the street as I did after the second day. I would not return here and many other places at same price but much better.

I have stayed here twice now. Both experiences were great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast every morning. Great location. I noticed a comment about coffee and irons. Coffee is available 24 hours a day free in the lobby and if you need an iron just ask the front desk they have them.

When you show up you're pleasantly greeted by a security door you have to be buzzed in to enter. At this point you're probably realizing you made a mistake. It gets better when the attendant is rude and seems like she's very unhappy to see you or any "guest". Hotel has ridiculous policies like leaving the key at the front desk when you leave for "security" purposes. Terrible. If you like hearing ambulances and police cars pass frequently this is the place for you. Barely luke warm water in the shower. On the bright side the shower and bathroom look nice. The room is a good size (I had the Junior Suite) and some of it looks nice. AC works well. The bed is two single beds put together — real classy. Built in "desk" seemed like it would break if I leaned on it at all. Desk chair is absolutely un-sittable, as is the rock couch in the living room. Nice that there is a mini kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pans, etc provided. They give you two whole glasses. Really would avoid this place.

Very good hotel and excellent service.

Excellent value for money. We visited during the Feria de Cali, peak period. Price was very reasonable and we (basically) got a nice one bedroom apartment.
Hotel and rooms were very clean. Location is very good (north of the city) and staff is very kind.
Breakfast (included for our room) is basic (continental breakfast) but gets the job done.
The only downside we saw during our stay is that noise from other apartments/rooms tends to travel through the ventilations. In our apartment, this ventilation was at the kitchen so it didn’t really disturb our sleep after we started closing the door that separates the bedroom from the living room/kitchen area.
Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again when visiting Cali.

We needed to stay 3 nights and 4 days in Cali so we chose this hotel for its competitive prices, good location and reviews; we didn't get disappointed because the hotel is clean, comfortable and with easy reach to many amenities. There are a bank, supermarket and park in the areas.
We are aware that the area can be very noisy but they do have double glassing plus is very safe. You are given a key to your room an only those with a key can access the lift or floor corresponded to the room. Breakfast is included. The selection is basic and is a typical Colombian breakfast; Fresh fruit, fresh juice, eggs cooked fresh to order, bread butter and of course coffee.
We have not complaint apart that the hot water give us a hasle trying to get it going.
