My first time to be here for their dinner buffet. I prefer others’ hotel by spending same price, not many choices. The most important issue that I really care is the distance between each table, just ‘no distance’ at all. Too crowd! Too danger!

Room is fine, but survice no good so rude, even receptionist not even smile not friendly not polite we book by Agency and no any message we should bring passport, not even apologize so service so trouble.

The buffet is already good.
Great Western selection.

Service is very bad, urge you to leave few times in 2 hours.

I booked this hotel thru Tripadvisor. Very courteous and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. I will book this hotel again for sure. The shuttle service is always available. 2 thumbs up.

This is my sixth stay in this hotel ，the reason I choose back the same hotel is just because of their room sizes are good, nice and clean hotel environment and appropriate facilities, free shuttle and Wi-Fi, especially their employees are very nice and helpful, highly recommend!

Greatly appreciate the clean air on the non-smoking floor. Some hotels have cigarette smell even tho they claim to be non-smoking floor. Staff in different departments are friendly, efficient and helpful.

The Water Supplies Department is a department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Development Council which is responsible for the planning, construction, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong's water supply, including water supply and distribution systems. The current Director of Water Supplies is Mr Wong Chung-liang. The Water Supplies Department has a Customer Service Branch, A Development Branch, a Mechanical and Electrical Branch, a Design and Construction Section, a Operations Branch and a Financial and Information Technology Branch. The sections are also responsible for the management, maintenance and maintenance of water facilities in a number of groups.

The lunch buffet is just fine, except fresh oyster, not very much of choices. Refill of food obviously slow down after the first hour. The location is in a old district without signseeing point or mall for shopping.

Great hotel.

This was a very nice place to stay at and its kids friendly. I wedding was going on when I was there. They have all the amenities pool gym food and shopping. The big malls are about a 30 min ride on the hotel free shuttle.

Its a nice and clean hotel, but no good options for vegetarian food. Rooms are less in size as compared to what's shown on the net. Seems to be reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels in Hongkong. But Next time I shall prefer a hotel near Victoria.

Hotel was good but far from major shopping areas But they provide free shuttle bus and that's very convenient to move around. Food is good. I would like to thank specially Dina For all suggestions and guiding us during our stay At hotel which helped us visit many places in a short time.

Unstable air-conditioning. Stained sink and other stainless steel handles. First room has weird smell. Friendly hotels staff helped to change my room. Room cleanliness is about motel standard. Room TV about motel standard. Mini fridge is sometimes not working. Queen size bed is two beds combined together. Hotel lift has no access control. Anyone in the lift can go to almost any floors. Hotel shuttle is not luggage friendly. Luggage can only be brought up only when there are less people on the shuttle. At least a few hundred meters for public transport to city and other attractions. Summer temperature is high and walking that few hundred meters can be very uncomfortable.

Came for a holiday to Hong Kong. Stayed two days at Hotel Plaza 8 degree. Room are good but of small size. Can improve the facilities that are being provided. Overall satisfactory experience.

Excellent Hotel service. But problems with veg food! Veg food isn't good at all here. Prefer for some local Indian restaurant than trying in the hotel.

It is located in Kowloon, although a central location but still far from shopping hubs. Although they provide shuttle, it is still located at an off location. Food is good (you appreciate this kind of food in Hong kong :-P) Staff is friendly and supportive. Rooms are small in size and so are the washrooms. Still a good 4 star hotel at this price and is recommended.

The environment is not very inviting as often in China. However, there are many shops where you can buy everything you need.
The rooms are nicely decorated and the size is perfectly adequate. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open. Both Asian and European dishes are offered in a wide selection.
Omelettes and fried eggs are prepared freshly and quickly.
The hotel offers a free shuttle to Nathan Road. The buses run on time according to a timetable. The journey takes about 20 minutes.
We still had about 4 hours waiting until our departure. Kindly would have offered us by Mrs. Dina the time to wait in the lounge on the 21st floor. Mrs. Susi served us a coffee. With pleasant music, time has passed as in flight.
We can recommend the hotel fully.

Went for a 2 week stay, and so far the staffs were nice and friendly! The facilities need a bit of an upgrade, as well as the amenities, but it is one of the most convenient location to have.

It is a very nice hotel. But the only problem Is the sizes of the rooms. The rooms are pretty small. But the hotel maintenance is great. Also the breakfast, lunch and dinner arrangements are very good.

Went there for the dinner buffet with family. Good selection of seafood and meat. Food was nice and refilled constantly but they seems to have forgotten about refilling the drinks. The hotel is not close to any mtr station.

Stayed in family room, plenty of room and cooking and full refrigerator. Nice to see it. Worth the price though hotel site search. Another of the many Harbour hotels. Worth staying for family.

Good hotel somewhat expensive but OK.

Small room. But cosy. Hotel staff generally friendly and helpful. Halal food provided. Most unpleasant experience was mainly due to the tourists from mainland China. They talk so loudly and make so much noise along the corridors. Really no consideration for other hotel guests. Such poor civic-mindedness.

Definitely clean, but otherwise nothing special. Normal 3-Star standard (based on European conditions). Relatively fast Wi-Fi, but no LAN access (at least in my room). Good breakfast.

Friends Feast Buffet Dinner, food is not much but the quality is quite high, reduce waste; Zan. Decoration Comfortable no wow feeling, but the service value is a good. Suitable for a dining place. There are two shortcomings, location, sprinkler shop to the main domestic regiment, the lobby situation can be imagined.

The price is relatively high, but in the pasta yay most of the people are more gentle, at least less noisy sound.

Hotel design Play visual art, enter the hotel lobby, the illusion makes you think the ground version, the wall is tilted, in order to match the theme, the restaurant with the water Cup is also tilted, in addition the food is also delicious, hotel room comfortable, good place. The hotel is located in the old area of the city of Melon Bay, with its own urban style, and close to the food street, shopping and playing is also very convenient!

Location is a bit inconvenient, but there are shuttle bus to and from Tsim Sha Tsui and Hung Hom railway station to the hotel, lobby staff service is good, courteous, room cleaning, outdoor pool, fitness room.

Located near Kowloon pier, a well maintained and managed business cum vacation hotel. Multiple shuttle services to go around like twin sharing Tsui, etc. And other market and shopping places.

Nice hotel… only have Wi-Fi limitation … free Wi-Fi only for 2 devices in a room, if more devices need to be connected … need to rent a Wi-Fi egg from hotel! Costing!

Well priced with excellent staff. The free shuttle service to the main shopping streets in Kowloon is frequent and efficient. Local area is vibrant and has plenty of places to dine. I didn't go to the bar/pool floor but I was told by fellow travelers it was very nice.

Amazing ambience and great conceriage rooms might seem a little bit smaller compared to other hotels. Pro: they offer a free phone with unlimited calls to select countries and unlimited mobile data Con: Rooms may seem small. Rooms may get very humid.

Really liked the Handy phone given for data and sightseeing usage. Helpful concierge and generally friendly staff. I also appreciated the shuttle they had in to the city. Wider variety of food menu would have been appreciated but I loved eating local cuisine anyways!

We had 2 nights in the hotel room was a bit cramped but comfortable. Very busy at times in reception due numbers of people coming and going at hotel. The location of hotel is in a residential area where some of the tall flats are run down and the view from the room we had was not good. Hotel had a swimming pool which was good clean and even had a life guard.

I liked the location. Provide a special smartphone with unlimited internet and local calls, very handy.

The hotel has a fitness centre, swimming pool, lounge, bar and quite a few other facilities I haven't had time to avail. There is a limited menu for Indian vegetarian food in the 8° Cafe. Hotel staff is really sweet and helpful. The closest shopping area seems to be Tsim Sa Tsui along with Nathan Road and Temple Street.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet!

One of the best 4 star hotels in Hong Kong. The rooms are a good size, with a very nice design and architecture. The lunch and dinner buffet in the ground floor was excellent, very well organised with delicious food. The pool terrace was also very nice, a great place to relax. Definitely a place to stay when you are in Hong Kong!

And and cousin to Hong Kong on vacation for my family, we are a group of people around 15-16 people, spent three days and two nights at this hotel, very good value for money. Room was great, spacious and clean. Bathroom was very clean, room service is also very good. We ordered rice and is delicious. Free breakfast was delicious, choice, juice cocktail, Dim sum to end. View from room was beautiful. We also enjoy the free Spa, very relaxing.

Very nice and good hospitality property in Kowloon, I suggest any one can stay without any prob and enjoy hongkong.

Only stayed for two nights, earlier this month. Area surrounding the hotel has some interesting eateries and there IS a bar, which does quite a good menu, eg. Fish burgers. Excellent selection at breakfast, which was included in our "package. " Shuttle bus service to harbour area, is a good service. Garry & Denise Gray New Zealand.

Clean, well maintained. There's a free shuttle service to tsim Sha Tsui but relying on that could be a bad idea. No pubs nearby.

Nice rooms, good overpriced food but the Wi-Fi was absolutely horrid and I had to get some business work done which was delayed a day due to the poor Wi-Fi.

Rooms a little small, but rooms cleaned oftern. Cafe is good the shuttle is good but drivers need to help visitors in a more friendly way with info of what is around.

Fantastic mid range hotel. Staff were fantastic and friendly. We enjoyed a 5 day stay and have nothing but praise for the way we were looked after. A little bit out of the way but the shuttle buses they run take you into Kowloon near the Star ferry and back again in about 10 minutes.

While the hotel's decor is true to form, its location is something to be desired (access to the main shopping districts are limited to a shuttle bus, unless you choose to cab it). Their advertisement of 'free Wi-Fi' was also incredibly misleading, and was only offered in the hotel lobby. That said, it must be noted that the hotel was incredibly clean.

If only the Chinese guests wouldn't make such a noise in the night and at early morning. Grrrrr.

Now I'm stay in a studio room, equipement with induction cooker and all tools in chichken,, clean and comfortable. It's really a good place.

I upgraded my stay to the top floor with a lot of great extra benefits including a free afternoon tea everyday with as much beer/wine/coffee/juice you could drink with very nice dumplings and other snacks. No need for dinner! All the staff were very friendly and attentive even recommending a favorite restaurant in town for us and booking it. Highly recommend this hotel. Although it is a little far out from town.
