Great place. I only stayed in this city because my flight out of Manila was delayed and I missed my connector flight back to San Francisco. My airline paid my hotel and taxi fare for the inconvenience. The hotel staff were nice, understanding, and treated me well despite being a foreigner of a different ethnicity.

Great place to be — they make you feel comfortable.

Overall, quite good hotel. We booked and paid for a deluxe room with a twin bed but did not receive it and got downgraded to a room with two single beds which the staff told us we could combine them. However, due to the cables and contacts between the beds, it was not possible. The AC in that room was broken so we got ”upgraded” to our previous booking a few days later. The cleanliness was fine. Helpful and friendly staff. Especially the concierge. The handy phone provided with the room is very useful while traveling around HK. We also liked the shuttle bus services to the stations and tsim sa tsui. We stayed there for 13 nights. Do note that the deposition is very high. They did not accept Mastercard so we paid in cash. Bring some extra cash if you plan to spend money on your trip to avoid looking for an ATM.

This hotel was a nice and cozy place we stayed on during our Hongkong layover. That was provided by our airline during the Xiamen Airline hard landing in Manila's NAIA airport. The hotel is near to everything that is local. It is also with some local malls like Whampoa. If you need a MTR there is the Whampoa Station, that's why the hotel is not isolated. The room is quite small but it is fine for sleep over and most of your hours activity will outside. The buffet breakfast was awesome the have a varieties of food the choose from Continental breakfast, America breafast, English breakfast to Asian breakfadt of course. They even have a multi-function hall/ sport room/ event place for your conference needs.

The room was clean. Our room was cleaned every day (even we didn't request it) and we got 2 bottles of mineral water every day. We can change the light color in the room. The thing that I love the most is the hotel provides 1 universal adapter and handy Wi-Fi for free. There's also shuttle bus to take you to Hung Hom Station, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Kowloom Station. Nice!

Good location for me to approach TST. Reasonable price and clean & nice. Recommendable!

Very clean small modern rooms, had a nice view of the city, service was great. Room came with a phone to travel with which was cool. Worth staying if your on budget and need a nice safe clean place to crash.

I enjoyed my recent week-long stay at Hotel Sáv. The rooms were modern and clean (nb. Quite small by some standards). The staff were great — polite and friendly. The airport shuttle service was good too; on time, clean, quick and plenty of space in the bus. The fitness room was very small though… I'd give them five stars if it was bigger with more equipment.

As with most hotel rooms in Hong Kong it's not the biggest. Having said that there's enough space to move around, (certainly in the room I was in).
The shower was very good with plenty of pressure and heat.
There are two restaurants in the hotel however both are expensive and not that good. Better restaurant can be found locally.
In terms of location it's about 250 metre's from Whampo MTR where you can be on Hong Kong island in about ten minutes.
Would I stay there again definitely purely for location and access to MTR.

Stayed 5 nights (3/22/18-3/27/18). The manager upgraded us to the dolphin room The room has a tropical feel. It is decorated with dolphin and beach picture. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back for another visit.

Honestly, this place was really great for the price. It's far from the main areas but I'd highly recommend if you are okay taking transit. Bed was super comfy and the room was clean.

They speak numerous languages (English, cantonese, Mandarin at least). And were pleasantly cooperative when I requested a twin-single bed room. It is located a short walk from HoManTin and Whampoa station.

Clean. Quiet rooms more spacious than the norm. Good location 3 minutes from the subway. Good price for Hong Kong.

Hotel room is small like most hotels in Hong Kong, although its small the room is very clean and nice. I like the lights especially and there are plenty of power sockets available to charge your devices. Very nice area and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and with the new MTR stations nearby you are in no time in MongKok. The only issue I have is that after two weeks they still have not released my deposit on mine creditcard, I've send them an e-mail about this. Hopefully they can fix this asap!

Good location with many food outlets around the hotel. Short walk to MTR stations. Very polite staffs and good services from the hotel.

Minimal amenities and room decor. Clean and comfortable bedding. There's not much to do in this residential area but it's still located at a convenient location. Overall it was still a pleasant stay.

This is my third stay in Hotel SAV. The location might not be to everyone's taste but I think it is perfect. From the airport the bus route number E230 which takes you to the bus stop opposite the hotel. To Hung Hom station is 10 mins walk, to Whampoa MTR Station is 5 mins walk. There are many many eateries around the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable, room space is small, Breakfast needs to be extra, not the price all inclusive of Breakfast, booking, when to pay attention.
There is free Wi-Fi, the speed when the time difference, usually early in the morning or late at night less people use when better. The room has a wired Internet socket, but cannot be used.
The bathroom is the shower, the water is very large, the shower gel shampoo lotion hair cream, shampoo cleaning power is too strong, washing your hair will be astringent. There are toothbrush, toothpaste, a hair dryer, but not a razor that men remember to bring your own. In. Refrigerator with free bottled water and beverages, are available on the Internet and make calls with the smart phone is available for free.
Public facilities rarely, it seems that there is no Laundry service.
On the first floor with only the Elevator and the waiting space, reception counter on the 2nd floor, but ground floor (Elevator G layer) it is guided on the second floor (Elevator 1 Layer). The counter next to is open a small bar, and enjoy drink and enjoy to see next to the counter travelers come and go, feeling very special.
Breakfast restaurant at the counter on the other side, the dishes are not many, but have now boiled noodle soup, the fruit is whole pieces, although have to do it yourself with not too right of the knife handle, but it feels very good faith.

Decent hotel, for what you pay. While ground floor lobby and 1st floor reception boast modern design, lots of LED lights and very friendly staff, at check in you think you will get a palace… but it ends there… Probably the tiniest room I've ever been in, and I was told it's an upgrade… My 1938 built van nuys bungalow bedroom is bigger… After opening 2 suitcases there's barely any walking room left… by now you probably got it — it's very small… Moving on… Room interior is minimalistic and modern, flat screen TV and all essentials present. TV is your only USB charger BTW. Plenty of wall plugs thou. One major thing to pay attention to is the humidity… AC must always be on, no lower then 22c / 74F or everything will get moist and slippery… Made that mistake leaving the room for the evening, came back to wet floors and bedsheets… So stay cold but dry… Or not… Staff is very nice and responsive. 711 is right outside. The express size… So that's my take and only first night here. Perhaps more shall follow… Stay tuned!

Great service and the breakfast was good. The rooms were what you expect for the price point. Close to the train and bus stations.

Clean, fully equipped very nice and friendly hotel staff Free shuttle bus to tourist spots and MTR stations. Next door is Kee Wah bakery shop. Several Chinese restaurants are 5 min away 10 min to Whampoa MTR station and shopping complex.

There are three mtr nearby hotel. Many eateries around the hotel. Very convenient!

Good convenience boutique hotel surrounded with restaurants and street food. Not far from Wham Pao station, you may use subway to go anywhere by this station which take 5 min. Walk.

Good hotel, clean, modern, around 500 meters from MTR. Easy to find good food with a bit lower price than downtown. Free mobile phone with Wi-Fi hotspot unlimited use.

Very good hotel. The condition is good for rest and convenient to look for meals. Near Whampoa MTR to go around.

Those neighborhood are one of the best localized.
