I paid more than HKD3, 000 for a horrible nightmare at InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong. Facilities are obsolete and broken. Staffs are impolite and shouldn’t be in the hotel industry. Stay away if you’d expect to experience reasonable service of a five-star hotel. What a shame.

Excellent customer service with warm welcome and care. I can feel the sincere hospitality from the moment of check-in to the enjoyment of afternoon tea buffet. Looking forward to the delicious Chinese cuisine dinner tonight!

Went there with friends to have buffet lunch. The variety of food was extensive and nice. Will go back again next time I am in HKG.

Everything is good except during check in, it's a bit slow… Anyways, I still highly recommend because breakfast is good, room is big & clean and outside view very nice. They also provide shuttle bus to town. Very convenience.

Extremely nice accommodations in a very convenient part of Kowloon. Breakfasts overlook the skyline. Bedrooms are nice but definitely a little tight. Employees are very helpful. The hotel is beautiful. It's connected to a mall and very close to the MTR.

The buffet dinner is delicious with a wide variety of dishes and desserts! From hot Asian dishes to European fresh oysters. Also the numerous selection of desserts is a must have.

That star goes to Mr. Singh. He greets you with a smile and is genuinely friendly. He made last minute transportation arrangements to get my family of 8 to the airport after we tried to navigate the subway. As for the property, it was a little dated with parts of it was renovated (3 stars). What was attractive about this property was the value and close proximity to the harbor. I would stay here again. Red WAN face, traffic is convenient, buffet is OK. It's just a little expensive, about 600 yuan a person.

This hotel has convenience, views of the harbor and polite personnel creating a welcoming atmosphere. Located near the train and bus depot makes Hong Kong travel a breeze, local shopping (including groceries! ) in the hotel complex, multiple restaurants and a 9th floor gym with an outdoor pool to overlook the harbor and city.

The hotel room was okay but dusty under the bed. Booking was supposed to have bathtub but ended up without. Location pretty good with connectivity to major busy areas by 1 train stop.

Located on the seven floor of the Metropolitan International Metropolis, adjacent to Hung Hom terminus, the hotel is ideally accessible to and from China and Hong Kong in the face of Victoria Harbour, which is the perfect choice for merchant travel.

Nice view but the rooms are for the price to frumpy.

The location is fairly convenient next to the Train/subway/ bus hub, two bus lines can link to the airport. The hotel itself is clean, with a choice of restaurants. The staff is very efficient (dead light bulb repaired within the day, blocked safe replaced within the evening). The gym is convenient and free, with open swimling pool/ jaccuzzi. Stayed here for a long stay, but it is definitely a good choice no matter short or long stay.

5 star declared and priced hotel. Rooms are tiny. Service is poor. We stayed there with family for 23 days. We thought we'd spend a little more so we were more comfortable. They wouldn't even give us a bottle of water apart from the first day. There was of course no discount for staying longer. It's definitely not worth it. Their main clientele seems to be mainland China tours, so they don't care about any other bookings at all. The restaurant downstairs we used a couple of times. Nothing great, and again apathetic staff.

Service is excellent and food is great. And room size is fantastic and very comfortable.

Near the Red Pavilion, if you want to see the performance of the Red Pavilion or sports competitions, this is the most suitable. It is also close to the MTR station and it is also convenient to Huangdaxian station. The breakfast buffet is also very good!

Good hotel with a above average standard of rooms. Locations is a bit off track most attractions in HK, however there is a train station and a shuttle service, with the last one not extremely reliable and often too full. Overall enjoyable experience.

A very pleasant hotel, which despite its high number of beds does not give the guest the feeling of being overflowing or confusing.
The rooms are also spacious and clean in the smaller categories.
The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, but a free shuttle service to the nearest major train station is also offered.

Pretty good hotel generally. Friendly and helpful staff. The room I had was a little small, but fine for my needs. Convenient location for getting around and there is a free shuttle bus to the airport train which was handy.

Great food, parking lot, easy to reach by public transport. A big shopping mall. Also transport nearby to be able to go to other places.

Good location to go to Central Kowloon. But it is most convenient to go to Shenzhen by train. Good service. Recommend.

Nice and clean hotel, good 1 bedroom and living room suite with kitchen and utensils. Good and friendly staff that speak English well enough to provide information, etc. Shuttle bus to main town centre every 20mins. There is a shopping mall connected to the hotel so you can pick up supplies from the supermarket or get some food, rather than paying lots for the hotel cuisine. Decent choice of food stuffs and other shops. You can access the MTR through the shopping mall too.

Front desk staff are very courteous and you feel welcomed. Club floor restaurant has great view of the Victoria Harbour. Room is clean and the bed is firm and comfortable. Hotel being right next to the Hunghom train station and cross harbour tunnel make commuting to different places extremely convenient. I had to go to Yuen Long yesterday and it only took me about 30 minutes by taking the subway. I remember it would have taken 2 hours in the past. Infrastructure and road system in Hong Kong are world class. Will stay at Harbour Plaza Metropolis again in future.

So so, 3 stars, not everything works, the rooms are small, the price is clearly overpriced.

Average hotel. Air conditioning could not get rid of the humid air in the room. Nice and helpful personnel.

Mostly local food places, including Pacific Coffee. Other shops: Fortress, Watson, Parknshop intl, money exchange.

Very nice hotel, room was older but in great shape. I would definitely stay there again. Conveniently located across from the train station.

Nice place to stay in Hong Kong. Close to train station and shopping mall with good food options. The only problem is getting a taxi in the morning and there would be a big queue.

For a four star hotel they charge you for every thing Wi-Fi, never had that in any of the other four hotels we stayed in and that includes a3 star hotel. Check in taķes for ever and want to know the ins and outs òf a ducks backside, would I stay here again by choice no, I woulď look on trip adviser to check out the rest.

The hotel is incredibly rude and quite annoying. Guests of the deposit payment with a card without consent and is complicated when you try to cancel it. And if you cancel the deposit, they will also have cold storage facilities with : ( To give just a confirmation of the cancellation will not be able to do even a copy of the receipt. Hotel people are ignoring the other person does not speak English well. When you check out, that no one will see you as guests of the hotel. Therefore, you can not ride the shuttle bus to go to the station.

I staied at this Hotell for 9 days in August — this was a plessant stay — staff was very friendly more like a family :) I will stay here next visit as well — I can highly recommened this Hotell-

It is the most disorganized, dirty place which is nothing like the shots which have been presented on the internet. The carpets in the room were disgusting and stained, the cabinet doors are chipped and badly painted to look half decent. The card reader did not work. The lights would not stay on as the card holder would not work. we just could handle the disappointment and through much hassle asked for a refund of about $1500. They provided us with a receipt of refund and now after almost 3 months of follow up, the money still has not come back. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT GO THERE!

Terrible service. I had to ask room service to renew our supplies of coffee, sugar, tea etc every morning. The day we checked in, they forgot to keep a set of milk. /creamers to go with the tea/coffee. Even though we were in a suite (sleeps 3), there was only 2 sets of linen available on each of the 3 nights. The concierge/travel desk is useless. Staff is not very fluent in English. Any time you need to speak with reception, be prepared to wait at least 20 mins in line. Breakfast was sub standard. Coffee in the buffet restaurant was cold. If I required any service outside of their 'regular' processes, I was dealt with in an unfriendly manner. Long story short, I will never return there. And neither should other readers of this review. If you would like a pleasant experience in HK, go to another one of the hundreds of hotels available (same level of luxury and price). I myself stayed in Regal Oriental for 2 nights, in the same trip and found them to be 20 times better. I was well looked after, staff was friendly, and there was a 'Jonathan' on the travel desk who basically customized and designed my 4 day trip itinerary along with me present, taking into consideration our specific requirements and time limitations. 0/10 for Harbour Plaza, will not return.

Very cute. But far from various places of interest in HK.

One of the worst experiences ever. The great view as well as the convenient place beside the Hung Hom station cannot make the small rooms with musty smell and the very unfriendly service people forgotten. Will never stay again there.

Tiny room with refridgerators. Close to metro with shuttle to Tsim Tsa Tsui. Very accessible.

Lunch Buffet Review*** Fantastic. Really wide range of food available and all very nice quality. Tried many different combinations of flavours that I had never previously considered and they were all delicious. Western food, Asian food, sushi, freshly cooked meats, dessert, cheese and crackers. The price was quite high for a lunch but, for what you got and its quality, I can't complain. Will definitely be going again.

Super Hotel Nice Harbour view and very close to the city a small bus directly in front of the hotel at certain times and brings you directly into the city centre. It has many possible options what to do sights. The peak Ocen park the big buddah in lantau Iceland and replays bay just class and hotel super clean and the people very friendly and obliging.
