Nice big room, staff very friendly and helpful,

Attended a wedding, the staff were unfriendly. 1) Insisting the RAT photo I took has to be on the same phone as I installed the Leave Home Safe app. 2) Food was awful, and big gap between each dishes. 3) Low quality white wine offered. 4) Staff from the event team were unfriendly. 5) Staff from the catering team were unprofessional, with no knowledge about food and drinks.

I stayed here for 3 days of quarantine And am very appreciative for their thoughtful arrangement, responsiveness and sincerity. As I am not a fish eater, I have informed them on the immediate night of arrival. They have then arranged other food for my dietary preference, and even updated the printed menu for the meals of the day. Food deliveries were all on time and in good standard. Operator always picked up the call within 2 rings, and we get everything within a relatively short time after ordering. The staff are very sincere and took care of our luggages all the way to our taxi at departure. Two thumbs up!

It’s decent and very service based hotel with lots of caring. Special thanks to the guest relations in making my stay a relaxing and worry-free one! Will surely recommend it to anyone who’s coming hong king and expects an extraordinary quarantine stay!

Excellent service, super clean and comfortable rooms.

One of the most sought after quarantine hotel of HK, and there’s good reason for it. The staffs are very helpful and responsive. Every little things that we asked for, coffee capsules, extra towels, papers for child to play, tapes etc etc… were delivered to door step within minutes. The highlight of the stay is really the food, 7 days, 21 meals, none of them were the same! Plus children’s meal, 42 meals plan comprised of good combination of east and west cuisine, good quality materials were used, the chicken breasts were never dry, the beef was tasty too. The quarantine stay was breath of fresh air thanks to their effort! Thank you every one.

Do not quarantine here if you like food or eating. If you hate food, or have no sensation in your tongue, this may be a nice place to quarantine.

Kerry Hotel is one of the best hotel in Hong Kong and with the stunning sea view. The infinite pool is simply gorgeous. We miss the pool and the hotel so much 🥺🥺 please suspend to be quarantine hotel and let us back to Kerry Hotel soon 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Inconsistent service. The rooms itself was great and food was good in the first week of quarantine and unfortunately declined in the second week. Service was good until the last day on check out. Not only were they 30min late coming to our room to check out, they couldn’t get their act together and gave unclear instructions. We asked for the cancellation of our pre-authorisation charges and they were at a loss how to handle!. Seriously — what a great way to leave a bad taste.

Wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for compulsory quarantine, but I’m glad I chose The Kerry. The food is excellent and the room is very quiet. The view is great too.

A very nice & pleasant 5 stars hotel located at a great position overlooking the lovely Victoria Harbour… A hotel with all the superb & deluxe interior decorations would certainly provide your stay with many happy returns!

Poor arrangement of pool use. Tried to go to the pool multiple times and they were all full. No one notified us that we need to LINE UP before the pool sessions were opened. We went right when the pool session opens at 1:30pm and it was already at full capacity. Obviously everyone at staycation is here for the pool but there weren’t better arrangements / mechanism to reserve a time slot to make sure everyone can use it during their stay.

1. The swimming pool view is awesome. Free minibar for stay.
2. We tried dinner buffet and breakfast, quality is a bit below average.
3. The carpet in the first room is a little bit dirty, finally, we change to another room.
4. The Member of Jade is poor than the gold.

Amazing services, amazing food, great pool, great staff, lots of space for my baby to enjoy. Amazing location next to the sea. Perfect for staycation, mamas get away, couple get away. Really loved it. Andrew the GM great manager, will always come back!

We had lunch at The Big Bay Cafe today for Sunday Brunch at a price of $488 per head. The restaurant was full house and the staff were super busy that we understood they were giving their best. However, I think management should do something about the under staff issue. We asked the waiter to settle our bull at 2:15 and eventually got our bill settled at around 3:25! many people were waiting and felt annoyed and this poor girl has been running around with a big piles of bills… with no help. It was very difficult to get the staff attention as they were all too busy serving each table I had to go and refill the water myself and we asked a staff for a tissue and he said they dont have it which came to a big surprise that a buffet restaurant has no tissue for customers. Food generally are ok and the cooks are very nice and pro active in serving the diners. we may come back as it is a very kids friendly restaurant they hire people making ballrooms and a magician walking around the table playing with kids but under staff issue has to be addressed.

At the center of everything, seaside view, just a walking distance to TST, shopping spree all brands you can find im one place, such a great lovely place to stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I will highly recommend Kerry Hotel to all my friends.

Seamless, smooth and professional. Very much appreciated the 2nd experience at The Kerry. Had a Club Room and we were treated exceptionally well by the staff. Special mention to Agnes and Didi in the Club Lounge. We got to know them back in May during our first stay. They were there to welcome us once again and we truly appreciated their warmth, kindness and personal service. Thanks to them and the whole team at The Kerry for ensuring we had yet another memorable stay.

Hi, I booked a Sea View King Room for a hen party only to be given a room with a sea view only from the bathroom. I thought this was very misleading from the pictures on your website because I expected the sea view to be from the main bedroom. I called up reception and thankfully they gave me a new room with a proper sea view. I found your pillows too soft and it did give me slight neck pain during the night. Everything else was a lovely experience.

Hotel and location is excellent. Very clean room and views were outstanding. Excellent food and service. English language is not the best from staff but very friendly and attentive. Ordered in-room dining one night and received an opened and half-used sauce (mayonnaise) bottle. Unacceptable. Over all had a very pleasant experience, will definitely book again. Would have rated 10 out of 10, if not for those two items. Thank you.

A fairly new hotel in a growing part of the city. The rooms, service, food and bars are all outstanding. Was there for a work conference and everything ran smoothly. Great views of Victoria Harbour. Great amenities with a gym and pool. Will definitely come back.

Excellent service and very welcoming in every aspect. The club room was a superb opportunity to enjoy some small delights both during afternoon tea and for the evening snacks with beverages. Lots of variety and something for everybody. A definite must stay if on holiday or for a sneaky staycation! Thank you to all the lovely staff on this weekend past for making our stay a special one xx.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and her birthday. We checked in and waited for our room to be ready at the club. Had afternoon tea while waiting. It was delicious, especially the scones with clotted cream. The room is beautiful with great views of the sea and Hong Kong. We went to the pool after going to the room. Pool is nice infinity pool. Great views. Got back to room and there was champagne and chocolates that were really good. Two cards as well. Very thoughtful of the hotel. They had happy hour at the club. They served great food with cool choices of drinks and nice wines. Spent some time in the hot tub and sauna. Very nice facilities. Breakfast st the club was also included and they had a buffet with a la Carte menu. It was good and unique for a club lounge. The hotel is fantastic.

Various foods & delicious, too full! Found the soufflé at the back of pancake corner when we’re leaving. The staff hasn’t introduce there are other desserts when I order the pancake. Others are very good, staff introduced other foods when I visit their counter. Will recommend to my friends.

Its definitely not dog friendly, my little poodle was in a bag and we didn’t even go into the hotel, we just walked outside the area where there’s starbucks and the dog was in a bag the whole time but a security told us to go. Apparently the outside area is part of the Kerry Properties and you can not step foot into the properties with a dog.
