Amazing harbour view. The room is spacious and clean. Our room is a superior type and even get a big sofa working table and bathtub. Very comfortable. The only thing that I feel need to improve is the check in system, was taking toooooo long.

Excellent lunch at Robatayaki with dining credit included in staycation package~ Need to queue for around 30 mins each time upon checkin and getting room card. Check in staff was nice and helpful in giving instuctions to reserve swimming pool~ We are amazed and grateful for being upgraded to suite with some seaview. The room was very spacious, clean and new~ We enjoyed that so much! The infinity swimming pool was not large and beautiful, yet each session was a bit short… only 50 mins… Will see if can walkin for one more session tomorrow morning~

Totally frightening. Every staffs are impolite and rude. Their staffs even had an immense quarrel over the practice of Leave Home Safe at the entrance with a food delivery driver. Didn't they realise they are working in the hotel industry?

They have very friendly and helpful staff! Their very important kid program really made my kids so happy 😀

Was having dinner buffet at The Promenade, and there was a cockroach on the chair that we were sitting on. It was live. Scared the sh*t out of us. The staff quickly took the chair away and gave us a new one, and pretend nothing happened. However, I felt uneasy and kept looking around the floor under the table, scared there would be another cockroach crawling up my leg. The hotel needs better pest control. The cockroach was on the chair in the middle of the dining area, for god sake.

We checked in at Harbour Grand Kowloon for New Year’s Eve Celebration and get the Tower Premium Cityview Suite. The Reservation agent Stella is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay there and probably will recommend to our friends and come back again.

Beautiful hotel! Staff are great and especially Joey the lady who checked us in and Levin who guided us and advised us with things to do and see in Hong Kong. Levin who was always smiling made our stay but was unable to say goodbye as he was not working the day we left. These are the people who are such assets to the hotel. The shuttle was amazing, was so useful getting around TST. I loved the pool upstairs and used the Steam room and Suana daily. Definitely a must stay again hotel. It is having a face lift at the moment but once done am sure it will be better than ever.

Super rotten, the first impression is very bad, I was at noon on January 31 to the hotel counter queue check-in, when I was alone waiting in line, after about 30 seconds, the counter a bespectacled male waiter beckoned me to ask me to pass, when I walked in front of him, suddenly a Mandarin speaker quickly inserted between me and the counter, I still can't react for a moment, the waiter at the counter asked us two people together? I said no, and then the waiter said very unkindly to me, then line up! Because things happen very suddenly, I have not reacted to the other side has been in the formalities, and then thought that this gentleman in the queue, and the most abominable is to wave to me to ask me to go through the procedures of the waiter actually let the queue people first, clearly you want me to go, but also drove me away, want me to re-queue, really abominable. Point 2 let me be dissatisfied is: later help me to go through the formalities of the waitress, after the formalities, actually did not tell me the room number, where the elevator, room in a few floors, only to give the room card to me, I took a few steps, and walked back to ask her, she also only said to the left, when I went to the left end, but the restaurant. The third point is not satisfied that when I entered the room, found that there was a hat on the bed, probably left by a previous guest, and the hotel room finishing, cleaning actually did not find.

Wonderful stay at the Harbour Grand Kowloon. Staff are an asset to the hotel. Duty Managers Jek and Ryan went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Check-in and Check-out were seamless and proficient. Fantastic breakfast selection with a large dining area, never too busy to move about. Large room with beautiful view across Victoria Harbour. Great area to stay with excellent shopping and dining options nearby, plus an easy ride into Tsim Sha Tsui with the free shuttle running every 20mins both ways till 11pm. Would definitely stay again. Again, special thanks to Ryan and Jek — a big asset to your team.

Overall, I have a positive view of this hotel. It has all you need from spacious rooms, swimming and spa facilities, good food and a very attentive concierge. The only failing, is, it has it all without the wow factor, albeit, an impressive view from the roof top. I wouldnt go out of my way to go back.

Hotel. Concierge guy is very rude and cuts guest' saying. I've never experienced such kind of rudeness in all over the hotel. House keeping guy is stupid. I requested to find my stuff in my room after checkout. He said there was nothing. So I came back to hotel to find my stuff. I found it by myself… How can I have a credit for this stupid hotel? I recommand if you don't want to experience bad feelings, you had better avoid this XXX hotel.

Typical business hotel, nothing bad to say but neither anything special. Good free bus service every 20 min to harbour/shopping area. Nice pool and sun chair area at the roof. Internet Wi-Fi was not free.

A very comfortable hotel in a good location on the Kowloon side of the harbour. It is slightly further away from the Star Ferry/Nathan Road area but, with a regular free shuttle bus, this had little impact on our enjoyment. The main reception area was under refurbishment during our visit which affected the lift operations but this is probably now resolved. The harbour view room we had was large and comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Staff members easily approachable. Beds were massive easily the equivalent of two double beds. Views are simply breathtaking easily accessible to the train station and a variety of restaurants and shops.

Fairly standard large corporate hotel, with a rooftop pool. Nicely maintained and comfortable rooms. Harbour View room was lovely. Breakfast is pricey as per usual and not really amazing. Lots of restaurants on site but we ate elsewhere for the adventure.

Okay hotel… Rooms are a bit old, but fairly spacious for Hong Kong standards. Located about a 10 minute walk from MTR and/or bus stop. Nice view from the rooftop pool. Staff is not as attentive as you would expect from a 5 star hotel (compared to other similar hotels in Hong Kong).

Room was clean and tidy. Great view of the harbour! The breakfast was great. Our booking also included many benefits, which we were happily surprised with.

I love this hotel and especially its pool which gives the impression of flying in the Bay of Hong Kong thanks to a Bay window.

Restaurant summer hot, winter cold, so I really believe that the rumors of Li Ka-shing, the air-conditioning system is broken and not to repair. Restaurant during the day when the sea is first-class, but to the evening, the window becomes a mirror, wasting the Invincible Victoria Harbour night, reflecting the architects of the selection of material is very unprofessional, I believe this is the same as the group wit-style, because stingy, casually looking for cheap but careless design of the architect Hotel.

Five star service in a 2.5 star price. All being renovated but has the right Staff and amenities to give you everything. Always use a hotel search site the do have deals even lesser view rooms are large enough. Meals price d hi but the buffet is unlimited in with the right foods to get spoiled to pay the price. You can get freshly prepared meals in the super market a block away and the are good also. Saving 70%

We were a bit disappointed in this hotel. We had a lovely room with a good view of the harbour. They are undergoing major refurbishment at the moment and this impacted on our enjoyment of the stay. Sitting in the dining room in your coat because it is so cold is not enjoyable. Also the swimming pool was shut for maintenance and whilst the weather was not conducive to swimming if you pay for five star facilities they should be available and you don’t expect to be staying in a building site. The international buffet was generally cold and a strange mixture of food — in my opinion.

We stayed in one of the Club rooms on the upper floors. We had a great view of the Harbour from our room and as part of the club room package light meals along with drinks were included and served from a clubroom facility on our floor. The clubrooms also had their own reception area. When compared to some of the other hotels in Hong Kong we did note that our club room was three times bigger with separate sitting room and two wash rooms.

Lovely hotel, fabulous room. Amazing view across the harbour from our bedroom and also from the dining room. The refurbishments are a bit of a nuisance and we were not told that the pool was going to be shut for annual maintenance when we booked. It’s too cold to use the pool at the moment but that’s not really the point in my view. Breakfast was good, we ate dinner here on the first night, because we were tired, and it was disappointing.

In-a beautiful environment, song code beautiful, delicious food in the case with their family or friends gossip homely, side-food buffet, and then listen to the music in the band beautiful song Code, really another taste! Sprinkle shop food Fresh, again by the chef clever gesture … Indeed, the index finger big move, but the price is more expensive left a little, but we can join as a member, just pay a few thousand yuan, you can get back to the hotel each district meal rolls, a lot cheaper!

Fantastic stay, our room had amazing views of the harbour, we also loved the pool on the top of the roof, breath taking views up there (worth a visit)

The hotel is in a prime location in Whampoa which has loads of shops and restaurants in close walking distance also the MTR station is a 2 minute walk.
The hotel supply a free courtesy bus which takes you into Tsim sha tsui. (Which is near the star ferry)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Harbour grand hotel and would recommend to anyone, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

The reception speak English very well and helpful. There are Chinese and Japanese restaurants and the tests is really really good with high quality of ingredients. They also have buffet for dinner with beautiful view. The location is very convenient for going to Hongkong Island by boat (only 3 minutes walking and /or using underground.

Brilliant choice of hotel right on the water. 20 mins walk to Star Ferry. Two large double beds in the room. Spotlessly clean.

A very luxurious and (as the name suggests) grand hotel, whether you are staying here or just coming for the world-class buffet. The views from the 20th/21st floor are stunning, and rooms are constantly kept neat and tidy. But the highlight of the building is most definitely the lobby, complete with a large glass chandelier, fountain and huge glass windows spanning multiple floors looking out across Victoria Harbour. You'll definitely feel regal coming here, even if you're not staying.

The shuttle from the hotel was very helpful. The proximity to the station "Whompao", no less appreciable.

First Class hotel. Lovely walk into the center of Kowloon or get the free coach from the hotel which is every 20 mins. Also catch The Star ferry across to central Hong Kong for $hk 2.70 yes 27p! Highly recommend this hotel.

Great room with gorgeous view over Victoria Harbour (pay for the view, it's worth it, and ask for a high room! ) If I was being VERY fussy I'd say it could do with a nicer bar within the main hotel and the queue at breakfast stopped me from having any everyday of my 8 day stay! : — ( BUT, that said. I'd go back, just to wake up each morning to that view!

The five-star hotel, adjacent to the Huangpu Garden shopping mall, a large food package, is a good place for leisure.

We stayed here for 8 of our 10 nights in Hong Kong. Myself and girlfriend agree it's possibly the best hotel we have stayed in around the world. Stunning view from hotel room, lovely big immaculate room with every feature one could ask for. View from the roof top pool is again amazing. You may think the location is not as good as Hong Kong island, but I would disagree. When you weigh up the price difference and the fact the MTR is so bloody good especially with an octopus card. We only ate here once as the restaurant (buffet) is very expensive, even heard people complain about it. But it didn't matter to us as we wanted to get out and experience all Hong Kong has to offer.

Excellent staff. Beautiful view of the bay. Internet intermittent and slow. The air conditioner only has levels, i. E. The temperature cannot be controlled.

They charge you for normal activities which other hotels give you complimentary as a part of stay with them. View is breath-taking, if you take a ‘full harbour-view’ room. Otherwise the rooms are not as per the standards of a 5-star property. Overall the property is good. Will rate it as 3.5/5.

Great harbor view and big room. Unfortunately the internet access is intermittent and very slow, to the extend of unusable. Very limited TV channel too. For the price I am paying, this is disappointing.

The Harbour Plaza Kowloon Hotel is located in the Huangpu garden area, and across the Hung Hom Seawall is Kowloon Bay, opposite to North Point. The lobby is high and spacious, with large glass can directly see the harbour and opposite the north corner of the night view, landscape is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the service staff are friendly.

Such a great holiday. We stayed for 17 nights. Had a family room on the 9th floor. Very clean and great views over harbour. The hotel staff were so friendly and kind to our two boys (1 & 3). The bus was very very prompt and left every twenty mins. Big thank you to Man on the doors. Our son oliver really warmed to you. The pool was warm, clean and had good views. Lots of place to go eat locally and there is a supermarket. If you have young children I would I would recommend Genki Suchi. Once again thank you to the all the hotel staff.

In the Lobby Café buffet, good environment, sumptuous varieties of dishes and are yummy. But, the band is too 'noisy', making people cannot talk, only shout : (

The whole experience was brilliant! The room was beautiful and quiet — we had a double room with a harbour view. Everyone has been really kind to us. There is a free bus every 20 Minutes to the center or the metro and there also always are taxis waiting in the hotel court. The restaurants were all good, especially the japonese which really was amazing! We had the best Kobe beef ever! I would definitely recommend this one without any hesitation. Only thing is Hong Kong is an expensive city…

Upon moving one of the pillows, I discoved dirty spots on the bedsheet. I expected more form a 5 star hotel. HOWEVER, the rooms are quite nice and are fully air conditioned. The AC in the rooms remain on so it's very comfortable the moment you step in the room, especially in the summer months.

Great overall experience. Booked this hotel as we wanted to get the view from both Hong Kong and Kowloon side. The hotel is a bit far from Hong Kong island side and about a 30 minute walk from the MTR. The hotel says it's 15 minutes from the MTR but that's not true. Regardless, the hotel has a shuttle to the MTR station and back to the hotel every 15-20 minutes, so it's pretty convenient. There is also a K1 shuttle that comes to the hotel that drops you off at the Airport Express Station. We decided to take the cab to the Kowloon station was it was a 15 minute ride and about 60 HK dollars. Overall, the hotel is in a good location if you want a great Hong Kong island view. Since the hotel is right next to the water, you can go for a nice walk in the evening. Close to good shops and good restaurants as well. The harbor view room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The pool however was smaller that it looked on the website. There's construction on one side of the hotel, so it kind of spoils the pool experience slightly but it wasn't a big deal. I'd say, overall, it was a good choice for us.

Great hotel with excellent service. Always Chinese weddings taking place here so its fun to sit in the cafe in the lobby and watch the couple getting their pictures on the stairs. A bit out of the way, and not a lot to see nearby on foot — quite a suburban area.

View the bright, East of Victoria Harbour can be seen. Elevator a lot, do not need to wait. Bad is, we spent three days in the pool was closed, and even the pictures are not allowed. The toilet in our room a bit of a shock, I thought the drain plug, and turns out to be a bowl, you must store ten liters of water to make it work. We eat in the evening buffet, well arranged food and beverages limited, costs too much. Shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui is great, just to get us to the airport or change hotel and took us to the …

Stayed here twice and loved it both times! We had a really good room and there was nothing wrong with it! The food was really good and the people who worked there are also very nice! The only thing that I don't like is the pool is too cold! But everything else is really good! If you are staying in Hong Kong come and stay here!

Still a very nice place to come and visit. Once called Harbour Plaza HK is now Harbour Plaza Kowloon. Every time we visit Hong Kong, this is the one hotel we would rather stay in rather than anywhere else. The Hotel over looks the harbour. The HK Ferry is just a few minutes walk away as is the Bus Terminus. Everything is a walks away and very convenient for the HKers in Whampoa Garden. There is the Ship which houses Jusco. There are places to eat and two coffee places which is Pacific Coffee and Starbucks. This is quite the place to nestle in and enjoy the surroundings. It's best to be here away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city.

Hong kong diary. A trip to Hong Kong means that you spend a hell a lot of money on food which low in quality and taste. I have traveled all my life but this time a trip to Hong Kond and staying in Harbour Grand Kowloon has been the worst of its kind. Let me tell you from an Indian point of view as I dont want to speak on behalf of any other nationality. The hotel staff is mostly Chinese or Cantonese to be precise. Except for the two or three main gate entrance security guards who were from the movie called Singh is King as they were wearing turbans but either no beard or stylish beard like in the movie Singh is King. I am not a racist or a preferential for Indian kind of a person. But in this hotel it was toooo… much. Right from the check in I encountered a very unfriendly and unwelcoming receptionist who made sure that I am not happy from my first contact in the hotel. She read me rules for using internet as if I am a school child and she was a principal or a head mistress. " do not use more than two devices in the room. If you sign on the third one even by mistake you will be charged some $150 hk dollars per day (bear with me if I am wrong with the amount). She completed all the check in formalities in a hurried manner and kind of threw the Welcome drink vouchers at me. I was not happy at all by her attitude. She looked like thinking as if I got a trip to stay in Hong Kong in some lottery and no courtesy was ever shown or a welcoming attitude.

Was there a year ago. We had a great time, I don't understand the poor rating because the treatment was amazing and the hotel management were extremely supportive. Would sure as hell spend more time at The Harbour Grand! :).

It's was a mixture of luxury and disaster. Not a perfect holiday. Hopefully the staff and management have changed their attitude towards Asian clients. I'm not saying that after a bad experience they went out of their way to help and make our stay better. But, the bitter taste doesn't leave. We stayed for fourteen nights at their hotel at approximately 2000 HKD a night. The place is beautiful though, food is passable if you have no other option. Over all a three. A very difficult three.

Great business hotel! Distant location from the Center offset by mini-busses and taxis plying regularly. From the hotel's roof, where there is a swimming pool, wonderful views of the Bay. Breakfast consists of a variety of dishes and will satisfy any preferences.
