Beds were way to soft. I liked the hardwood flooring. Close to really nice restaurants though.

Nice rooms nice people, continental breakfast is always worth getting up for and the servers are nice and friendly as well.

Location was very easy to get to close to the west Edmonton mall, rooms were very clean and the service was excellent.

Great meeting place, a networking group I belong to is there every week. Jenny, our designated host, is a 10/10. Wonderful lady who goes above and beyond for me.

A place that has good business facilities, is clean and well managed. It serves a decent breakfast in the morning with some friendly staff. The West Edmonton Mall is only a $7 cab journey (or a 30 minute walk) away.

Older hotel/motel which has been updated but could still stand a little more TLC. Breakfast was really good and it was quiet at night.

The price was great for what we got. Breakfast staff need to take a little more pride in there work. I'm no foodie but most of the hot food was stale and luke warm at best. The beds were comfy and the rooms were quite clean. The staff was also extremely kind and professional, willing to help in any way. Next time I'm in Edmonton I will likely stay here.

Hotel is convienient if you have a vehicle but not much to do on foot. Rooms looked spacious from what I could see (not a guest) and front end service were very friendly and helpful.

It was exactly as I expected it to be. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was nice and the staff was very friendly. Also good fast Wi-Fi. There is a breakfast restaurant attached but is closed for dinner. There are a few good restaurants in walking distance.

Paid in advance. No elevator. Had extremely hard time getting my money back when I discovered no elevator and no room on Main floor. With a disabled husband not sure how they expected me to magically get him to top floor. Agent extremely rude. After leaving a message to complain to manager I got a phone call to get my money back from rude agent. No way will ever book here again. She then told me that she did get me a room on main floor if I wanted. Really? After like 3 hours of haggling with her.

Pretty clean, but of a bland lobby but the rooms are great. Windows are a bit thin and allow noise to transfer but it was really quiet the night we stayed.

Terrible terrible staff! This man on the phone just told me that he changes the rates as he pleases and when I said that's not fair but I would book anyways, he said he doesn't want to book me a room and hung up.

Rooms are ok unfortunately there are no microwaves in the room so if your staying for any length of time you have to warm any food in a common area on first floor by front desk. Very inconvenient.

Thanks again Choice Hotels for having such a great place to stay. This Quality Inn close to West Edmonton Mall. Travelleling to Vancouver via Edmonton, Calgary and Banff and Jasper. Very comfortable friendly spot!

5 star treatment at 2.5 star price. I can honestly say Quality Inn West Edmonton was the best value for money accommodation during our Canadian trip. This place gave us a 5 star treatment at at 2.5 star price! Everything was in working order, the room we had was super clean. Wi-Fi was great. Rooms were quiet and the hot complimentary breakfast was excellent! Will definitely recommend this place to travellers and will stay at this place if I ever return to Edmonton.

Friendly, courteous, professional staff. Clean, comfortable room. Great location if you miss breakfast, Denny's is across the street.

When you arrive at this place kind of looks a little old, but the inside has been re done and the rooms have nice new flooring and bedding. Had a great stay for the two nights that I was there. There is a fitness facility available that is a little dated but all the equipment works. The best part was the free breakfast. Hot fresh scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, pancakes and all the other regular cold items you would find at other places. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience from check in to check out. Your room is as well maintained as their well kept lobby. The front desk staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is top notch with great service. The hotel was very quiet. The parking lot was well light and safe. No strange people or rough crowds.

Was a great stay, the staff were very courteous and friendly. The accomadations were clean and very comfortable and the price was very reasonable.

I had an experience of staying in this hotel in last week. I booked this hotel because of its location. But I had a terrible experience. I travelled 10 hours and was exhausted and when I reached at this hotel around 6 PM, the 'night shift manager' was struggling to train his new 'front — desk crew' and tested on me. There was no other guest in the front desk area — my room was booked from before — but it took nearly 'ten' minutes to give me the 'wrong' key. Keys were not working — first the 'in-training' and then 'night-shift manager' tried and finally fixed it in nearly fifteen minutes. All of my family members were also exhausted after travelling for long hours. I requested the front desk manager if there was any extra wash — room that I could use and he showed me the one inside the 'fitness' room. I was in a rush and was thinking I 'saved'. After using the toilet I realized that the flush was not working. In an embarrassing situation I had to notice it to the 'night shift manager'. Next morning, when me and my wife was in the 'breakfast' room, we were first approached if having the 'breakfast coupon'. When I told the 'breakfast lady' (named 'J') that I left the coupon in my room, she asked my room number and my name and 'discovered' that the room number and my name did not match! My second embarrassment in this hotel and at the very first hour of my working day.

Great customer service and nice, polite staff. The front desk agent knew there was a problem happening in the part of the building where our room was, so he upgraded us so we wouldn't be bothered.

The hotel was convenient and close to West Ed, where we were doing a family trip. The service and front desk staff were pleasant and accomodating. The room itself was nice (had an upgrade to a king size bed, very nice! ), the bed was comfortable and so we're the pillows! Pressure in the shower was good, and the whole room was clean and well put together. Would definitely utilize this hotel again when visiting Edmonton!

Beds were lumpy and hard in the room we stayed in. Shower head was extremely low having to crouch to wash your hair and I am only 5'9". The breakfast buffet area is cramped and not layed out very well. There were not enough staff to keep up with the demand in that area and almost all of the food dishes were constantly empty causing even more backup and people having to wait around. Staff was friendly though.

The location was perfect for our needs as we were spending the days at the West Edmonton Mall. The hotel also offered WEM attraction passes at a reduced rate. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus as other hotels in the area did not provide breakfast. The rooms are great, recently upgraded. The rooms had wooden floors, which was odd at first but we ended up liking it. I also ended leaving something behind and the hotel staff were great, leaving it in a labelled bag for us to pick up on our way back through the city. I will definitely stay there again next time.

Rooms were ok. Quiet, which was nice. The staff was over and above friendly. They had a variry of breakfast options. The muffins were good but the hot breakfast options tasted similar to the smell of what is scraped off a feedmill floor. We ended up taking our family across the street to the Denny's.

This is a horrible hotel! -Wi-Fi is so slow it keeps disconnecting -Shower sucks and is made for someone that is 5 foot tall or shorter -Even the towels are hard and scratchy -breakfast is terrible -beds are hard -gym is very small with no Weights -no pool or hot tub And the hallways look like there right out of a jail movie GOOD LUCK STAYING HERE.

Satisfactorily clean. The room was fairly new, which is nice. I've only stayed in a couple of hotels in Edmonton and I can easily say that this hotel is good for it's price and it's Quality (no pun intended).

Booked this hotel for one night. Room recently renovated and very nice. Bathroom nicely tiled with new bath unit. Check-in staff efficient and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

High Speed Internet is a joke, slow like dial up. Elevator disable.

If I could rate less then one star I would. 100% awful customer service when we went to check in (front desk), I had a problem with them having a mix up with me ordering my room, and the 1st guy at the front desk was completely rude, and instantly started arguing with me and telling me the only solution would be to pay a damage deposit that I was specifically told over the phone I wouldn't have to pay, because we gave them all the credit card info needed, then tried canceling my room and got angry and told me they had no rooms (even though they did) and even though I started out trying to solve the problem nicely, then I got angry so someone else came to help me and he was equally as unhelpful and rude, and to top it off the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. -10/10, would never stay here again.

Good price for Edmonton and it was satisfactory for cleanliness. Most upset because I left my ipad (stupid, I know) in the room when I checked out. Realized this in same evening when arrived home and called them. Of course their response was "sorry, you will have to call back in the morning". After several calls I finally talked to housekeeping and surprise, surprise, they didn't find it. I told them exactly were I had left it and housekeeper said she was going to check and for me to call back. I called back at least a half dozen times to no avail. Then the next morning called the front desk and asked for the manager. I was put through to an answering machine and the so called manager never returned my call. Perhaps the next guests in the room have a nice new iPad but because of the poor response or rather lack of response I wonder if it was staff.

I needed to use their business center. I was very thankful that tey allowed me to do so even though I was not a guest. I needed to print some documnets for a seminar and I am soo glad they did not turn me away as I was running out of time. Thank you.

Wasnt as bad as some of these exaggerated reviews, happy to be able to bring my dog with no problems, restaurant wasnt the best (kinda pricey for the quality of food). But I will say that if you stay here you might as well not even bother with the Wi-Fi. Its slower than dial up (when working). Very very frustrating.
