Reviews of Best Western Cedar Park Inn 2*
Bed bugs, 6 reports, 2 employees see 2 bugs, retaliate against when another guest confirm in front of 1 employee "this is a bed bug" from 104 and 106, totally ignoring me, manager never to be found or get in touch with me. BW national never get with me back etc😡. To skepticals: for proofs inquire email me to: ocrasi6@yahoo. Com.
The indian woman from the reception is not accommodating at all, she is raising her voice in communicating with us, very rude. She cannot assist us in providing a room to stay. We have 4 kids and 2 adults but room policy is not very clear, we ended up not getting the room! we asked for a manager and she said that theres no available manager, what a terrible customer service!
Housekeeping requests were ignored. Stayed 4 nights, received housekeeping 1 out of the 4 days. Would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.
I recently stayed one night in the awful place. At the time of booking on the phone they confirmed 3 key reasons as to why we chose to stay here, the pool and fitness room were open we just had to book a time slot and breakfast was included. Upon checkin we were then told the pool and fitness room were closed. We were immediately upset then things got worse after we got to our room the TV didn’t work, the phone in the room didn’t work, the coffee pot had no inside filter and could not be used. When I went downstairs to complain the front desk just gave me new batteries for the remote and told me how to program it, I then asked what time breakfast was at and was then told they don’t offer breakfast but that we could dine at the on-site restaurant when it opened at 11. We went to sleep and got up early to leave this terrible place and go somewhere else for breakfast, I opened the fridge door to empty what we had put in from the night before only to discover the fridge didn’t work either and the leftover seafood we had in the fridge had gone bad. We then went downstairs to checkout and complained about all the things that were wrong and the terrible check in service we received. They then overcharged for the room and when we were requesting a refund for the credits they should of applied got told that they would not be refunding us because we never complained. I will NEVER stay at this place again. I caution you all to avoid this place like the plague.
This was an awful experience. Terrible service, nothing worked in my room and we were overcharged. When I complained to head office, the hotel manager said we did nothing complain while there, which was a lie. I complained several times while there and called and left voicemails after that were not returned.
Worst hotel experience I’ve had. Definitely DO NOT recommend.
This is absolutely horrible. Mold on the walls, blinds broke, furniture being held up by garbage. Do not recommend.
Just booked into this hotel and what a headache. Took 3 Times redoing the cards just to get into the rooms. This place is nothing like the pictures online. Cement brick walls in rooms, extremely small rooms. Had to fight just to get the Free breakfast. Booked for 2 nights and I will not be staying the second night. I have stayed in 60$ hotels that looked better then these rooms. First room we got was dirty and used beds were not even made.
The front staff are racist. Rooms are dirty. They are unappreciative. I've stayed over 700 nights with best western in the last 3 years and I can assure you that if you want to be disrespected than stay here.
Friendly staff
Good food
Very clean.
Terrible Hotel, with 0 human decency. Won’t let a homeless person stay, in a room that is being paid for. It’s — 40 out, colder with the wind. You should be ashamed of yourselves, and Best Western should be stripping you of their name.
Won’t help the homeless when someone is offering to pay for a room for them because the temps were — 40. Disgusting humans. Will never stay at best western!
BED BUGS! stayed in this hotel July 17 2020, husband got bit by a bed bug and we found two of them on the bed!
Front staff didn’t seemed shocked or even care. My husband had a allergic reaction and we are at the hospital now. I will Let u know how the refund goes. This hotel is disgusting and has morons working and managing here.
We are currently staying at the hotel. When we came in the room was small. We needed a cot and they dont have any. We stayed at 3 other best westerns before this one this trip and this was the worst of them all. We get in the room and there was blood stains on the bed. The only reason we stayed was because they at least offered us a second room for the inconvenience.
No complimentary water after driving forever to get here dehydrated to check in hoping there would be water in my room very dissapointed and after calling and reassuring me I’d get my water still waited another hour.
Worst hotel stay I've ever had. They had fire alarms going on and off throughout the night and morning. Our room was right beside their garbage and made our room stink. After turning on the AC to help cool us down myself and my bf, plus our two dogs starting getting sick. When asked for a refund and explaining what happened they were only willing to give us $30 back. Never coming back here.
After staying for two nights at Cedar Park, we came home and discovered we picked up some unwanted pests. BED BUGS!
We have only ever stayed at BWs when we travel, now our lives have been devastated in more ways than one. Lost confidence in BW; on-going expense trying to exterminate; probably loose our $1200. Mattress … extremely disappointed!
Our room was filthy — beds weren’t changed, leftover drink and candy bar on the floor, hair in the bathroom. It was clearly redecorates to match other BW Plus hotels, but done poorly and cheaply. The no-smoking sign was TAPED to the door, no trays for the soap in the bathroom or shower, poor lighting. Windows clearly hadn’t been washed in months.
Big disappointment after our excellent experiences at BW Plus in Moose Jaw, Calgary and Saskatoon.
The hotel overall is nicely decorated and very clean. The main elevator needs to be replaced badly. They’ve done some upgrades to improve it aesthetically but you can tell by the way it runs that it is original to the building and is actually a little scary to be in. My main complaint and the reason for the 1 star is the beds. My husband and I were delighted to be given a room with 2 queen beds. Normally our dog and 8 month old sleep with us so to have the chance to each have our own big bed was a treat. NOPE! The beds were rock hard and so uncomfortable. My husband and I will both be seeing a chiropractor this week to recover from these beds. We both also barely slept because of how uncomfortable they were. Best Western, you’re a giant chain, buy a new elevator and some new beds, okay?
Clean nice looking rooms. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were a little lumpy. The balcony was full of water so there was no going out there. The lady at the front was nice and fast. The staff was helpful. Overall it was a nice stay. :)
The service was excellent. We were greeting when we came in, offered Express check out, and told which elevator would take us closest to our room. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a short stay but a wonderful one.
At first I thought this would be a great hotel! When I arrived they switched my room from the first floor to the third floor. The indoor pool is not heated! The AC was not working in the room that they put me in but they fixed it. My original room that was on the first floor with one queen bed but they move me to the third-floor and a two bed room. I kind a wish the Ramada was on delta slimmest!
This is a beautiful hotel even though I feel that I was downgraded from my queen room to a double bed room!
Great place. Asked for upgrade no problem. It was enormous. Old but updated. Restaurant could do with menu changes. Beds were comfy. Rooms clean and staff exceptional. Enjoyed our 3 day stay.
The cons: The property is older and is looking shabby in a few areas. The elevator has an unsettling bounce when it stops, the elevator thresholds are dirty. That’s not a big deal in itself, but it’s a cleanliness detail. The pool is in the basement and small. No hot tub. There’s no free breakfast. Pros: The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are very helpful, and gave us a late checkout. Verdict: there are lots of hotels in the area, look around and you’ll get a newer option with more amenities for only a few dollars more. If you just want a room and no fancy pool or breakfast, this hotel will do just fine.
Friendly staff, clean environment with lovely comfortable rooms and affordable. Will stay there again in the future.
I was pleased with the value of my stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. 1 elevator was a bit rough but we just used the other one. Only real issue is the room cards demagnetized easily. They are working the kinks out of a new system. All in all it was a pleasant stay.
The place is somewhat dated but clean and tidy. My room was a single king bed. The room was comfortable. However, the attached restaurant would not do room service even though it is a feature of the hotel (not sufficiently staffed? ). There are many restaurants close by. The elevator was out of service and the toilet in my room ran every few minutes. To be fair I didn’t report the toilet because it didn’t bother me too much. Had I stayed longer, it would have driven me a little mad.
So. Noisy. Check in was fine — staff was pleasant. Not a ton of parking. Room was sufficiently cleaned, although the brick wall left the room feeling a bit gloomy. Bed was rather comfortable. None of this matters, because it’s impossible to sleep here. The noise off the busy road beside the hotel is impossibly loud. We had white noise cranked on a phone, and nothing could compete with the cars racing by all night. Also, very clearly can hear people in the hallways as well. Doesn’t matter how nice of a hotel this is, wouldn’t stay here again because of proximity to noisy roadway. (Also the elevator we took was terrifying. Definitely assumed we were going to be stuck after the noises we heard. )
Very good place. Good price and very good facilities condition. Room is clean and quite. Spacious and nice decoration. Great service. Amazing pool and gym. Good location and free parking. I definitely will come back here and recommend it to more people.
We enjoyed out stay at Cedar Park Inn, Edmonton. The parking lot had enough space and was accessible for north and south bound traffic. It was close to the Red Lobster and superstore. When the heating unit did not respond, the front desk brought us a heater we could plug in. The Internet worked well. Appreciate that it is a well known hotel, cab drivers knew where to go when we gave them the hotel name. The staff excellent.
Very outdated hotel, small room, thermostat didn’t work, had to sleep in a boiling room whole night, worst experience for staying in a hotel never going back!
I always love staying here. It's just amazingly close to every amenity you could think of. The newly updated lobby is lovely. My only microcomplaint would be that the pool is very chilly. The kids didn't seem to mind, but I'm near forty lol. Super friendly front desk staff. I recommend this establishment to all of my family and friends.
Good clean hotel. Rates are excellent and a good location. Manager was helpful and friendly.
Decent value hotel. Free breakfast. Updated rooms. Plenty of parking and easy to find right off Gateway with lots of amenities around within walking distance. Solid 3 star experience… Definitely get what you pay for, and a bit more.
Great price! Clean! Friendly staff and so happy my dog could stay! Definately would stay again! So close to doc appointments and food there famtastic accented by caring — great staff.
Two things dropped the rating. The pool I was hoping for more and maybe a sauna or hot tub. The TV left me a little wanting as the remote was not great. The TV in the room was so disabled you can't activate the HDMI port and run the TV off your note book. But I can control the TV from a cell phone with an app if wanted and that was cool.
We stayed in a family room. It was great to have a separate room for the kids. A little extra privacy for everyone, and the kids enjoyed having their own TV and bunk beds.
Very disappointing. I normally stay at the very good nearby Best Western South Edmonton Inn, but heard that the Cedar Park location had undergone an extensive reno so thought I'd give it a try. Booked a King Suite — I travel for business a great deal so appreciate a bit more space — but upon opening the door to the room, discovered that I'd been switched to a much smaller room that was 3/4 occupied by a king sized bed. When confronted, the front desk staff only said, "Oh. The King Suite is undergoing maintenance — here's a couple of breakfast vouchers for your inconvenience". Seriously? Mind that the breakfasts I got with these vouchers were nothing I wouldn't have gotten for free in the included buffet at the other Best Western. To make matters worse, there was nothing I could do to get the temperature in the room below 25C, and this included turning the HVAC off completely and leaving the room window open a foot wide to the MINUS 25C winter weather outside. It was more like a hot yoga studio than a hotel room. The fitness room in the basement — while quite spacious — wasn't much cooler, and the universal cable machine was broken. The final straw was the bill — I was overcharged $60 for my two night stay. The desk clerk corrected the bill as soon as I pointed it out, but again, no apology offered.
Rooms are absolutely beautiful and have the nicest finishes including marble floors in the bathroom as well as subway tile. The rooms have a very comfy office chair with a desk. The staff are pretty friendly here and the price is an exceptional offer. One improvement for the future is that they need to add a hot tub in the pool area. They also need to modernize the elevator closest to the front desk. It makes weird noises as in use and is very dated. Please try to improve on these before our next visit.
If you are coming in from the south this is a great place. A little road noise so try the north side away from the intersection. Grocery and liquor store across the street. Lots of restaurants and good access. Check out the Italian Centre grocery store about three blocks west.
The hotel has a great location for business on the south side of Edmonton. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Best Western Cedar Park Inn is always my first choice when I am staying in Edmonton.
Great front desk staff but they are being sabotaged by poor management with crappy renovation low water pressure and mouthwash that the seal is broken in the bathroom. Very unhealthy. Location is great.
Very nice room. Pet friendly. Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again. Wish there was continental breakfast.
We have stayed many, many nights/days at that location due to it's relative proximity to the U of A hospital and to the Superstore a block away. We both appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Their efforts at making our stay as pleasant as possible are well appreciated.
I didn't get a chance to experience anything inside this hotel except for negativity. I don't have a credit card and they do not accept debit even if you can put a large deposit down which you get back when you leave. A place that doesn't accept debit? So if you can only pay by debit, no sense even checking this place out.
This hotel is in a good location and is a good home base. Staff try hard to make your stay nice. This property has improved greatly in service and quality since our last stay. You can't beat the value.
Room was dirty. Food on the floor and stains on the bed cover. We booked online through expedia and it showed continental breakfast included — it doesn't exist there. Check in staff were not very pleasant. They seemed annoyed and kept reiterating that it was a smoke free hotel. It felt like they were assuming we were going to break the rules. We got a good deal on the room. Possibly because it was right above the air conditioning equipment right outside our window. The equipment was loud and annoying. We would have booked somewhere else had we have known they didn't serve breakfast. It was not a good price in the end.
Good price. Got a king bed executive suite for 2 nights at around 250$. Room is decent but the pictures showed a whirlpool tub — not actually there. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Plenty of amenities nearby.
This hotels location is perfect as it's in the middle of everything. You have surrounding restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, shopping areas and the mall. The room was nice, cozy, and very clean, couldn't ask for anything more out of the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all the requests!
Very nice hotel — reasonably priced. Very good accommodations. Clean and modern — not a "fancy" hotel but very comfortable. Excellent professional staff. Rooms clean and recently updated. I stay here whenever I am in the area. Highly recommend.
The Best Western Cedar Park Inn is my favorite and only desired choice each time that I stay in Edmonton, while being away from my home in Lethbridge. It truly is my home away from home! My family and I have stayed at this hotel since 2011 when we first started visiting family in Edmonton. We have so many memories from being guests and plan to do so, for many years in the future. The management and the staff are excellent. The rooms are very clean. I love the restaurant food, the gym, the bathroom toiletries, the comfort in the rooms. I even have a Gold membership through the Best Western Rewards Program. I do not book my reservations through a third-party because I want my money to go straight to the hotel itself. Thank you.
Checked in Friday August 11, 2017. Room is very nicely renovated and the bed is super comfy. I called front desk and asked for a couple glasses to mix a drink in. I had those glasses in my room dirty for 3 days after I used them. It is beyond me as to why a chamber maid didn't remove or replace them with clean ones. I know I could have called the front desk and asked for them to remove the glasses or ask for clean ones.
We stayed here in July and well we didn't stay long! My room was infested with bed bugs! It was HORRIBLE! The manager was a complete (excuse my language) jackass about it! I will never recommend this dive to anyone!
From the outside, this is a nice property in a convenient location with easy access to the city. Upon entering the building, the mood changed drastically. After checking in, and riding up to the second floor in what felt like history's oldest remaining elevator, we entered our room to be greeted with stale, warm, lingering cigarette smoke residue left over from years of clientele. Our kids loved having their own room with their own beds and TV, but we were appalled to see the TV remote was covered in what looked like nacho cheese. Front desk staff made little apology for the mishap, simply providing a replacement remote. The two twin beds were a welcome addition to a decently sized room, but the window in the room had nothing more than a budget set of white blinds that did little to darken the room — extra shades would have been a good idea for a space that likely frequently gets used for children. There is a sofa bed in the main part of the room, divided by a small partition wall, but no extra pillows or blankets for it's use. Not that extra blankets were needed, mind you, since the room didn't have air conditioning, and though it was only 23 degrees C outside, the room was 22.5 C, which my wife and I find much too warm for a comfortable sleep. The property has a restaurant/lounge, and swimming pool, but we did not use these facilities.
I've never had any issues at this hotel! Loved going here with my boyfriend for a romantic night out. Beds are comfortable and rooms always clean. Staff is friendly as well! Decent pricing when it comes to rooms, too! And there is a superstore (with liquor store), Tony Roma's, Smitty's, BP's and McDonald's (many more) just a walk away!
The overall experience was good. We group booked four rooms for a basketball tournament. Upon arrival we were told the AC unit had quit. It was 35 degrees that day so it was uncomfortable. However we were discounted for the rooms. Breakfast was a hot and enjoyable. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The only issue we had, other than the AC, was when checking out we didn't get our discount right away it had to be reimbursed to my credit card.
Standard. Average. We stayed at the Bonnyville Best Western the week before and it was top notch. Cedar Park Inn was okay. The staff was not very friendly. Big difference from Bonnyville where we were spoiled.
We liked this hotel and will stay again. Very clean, quiet, good amenities and friendly staff. Didn't try the restaurant because there is lots close by and close to shopping. Loved that the air conditioning actually worked and you can open the windows.
The walls are paper thin. We could hear people all around us walking and people upstairs moving around/ running water. The doors make a loud noise every time someone down the hall goes in and out of their rooms. We heard doors shutting all night. The beds are hard and definitely need to be upgraded. The radiator made a rattling noise and could not be shut off. Did not get any sleep. Would not recommend.
I stayed there 2 and a half months. Renovating the 3rd floor. Awesome location. Superstore. Liquor store. McDonald's. A@w. Tim Horton's. All across the street. Everything you need is just right beside you. New ownership has speed fixed all the yesterday problems. A ton of class and money has been poured in. So it's good value for your money.
Seems they are never finished with their renos. Rooms are really good, eveything else looks dated.
Rooms were okay, drawers on night stand and dresser. Under construction until late hours of the evening. Room key required to operate elevator, which doesn't enpire safety. 630 breakfast is more like 645 breakfast, besides the food is low quality: fake eggs, greasy bacon but not in the good way, coffee is pretty decent tho. Front desk lie about holding money on credit card saying they were just going to scan it for available funds. Room service really good. Beds always made, bathroom spotless and always clean towels.
Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was polite and friendly, will definitely stay here again.
I had a little late night get together in my room & then the blacklisted me for escorting and kicked me out! Worst hotel ever there sooooioo racist it's unbelievable… not gunna get into it.
Arrived at Best Western Cedar Park for a meeting. Space was clean and adequate, however, the building is currently under construction and parking and entry to the building (which was only available from the rear) was a mess and very poorly labeled. Hopefully this gets better after renovations are complete.
Even with the renovations the rooms were clean, beds were really comfortable, staff was respectful and polite, and it was one of the best nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. I would stay again.
Staff would enter your room without permission. The AC was making noise at night. The bath tub was getting flooded if you opened the shower at a decent speed. Sticky carpets and poor management. If you have a concern and you take it to management, they wouldn't do anything about it and did I mention construction in the hotel? This was my worst hotel experience ever. BTW if you are late by 5 mins in checking out, staff will come to your room to remind you that your time is over and get the F*** out of hotel.
We made a reservation online 2 days ago and when the reservation was made I thought I selected 2 queen beds. As I was reviewing the reservation today, the following day. I noticed it only says 1 queen bed. I really didn't think this was a problem whatsoever, but I thought I would call just to be sure we have 2 queens. Boy was I surprised. The first person I talked to said in order to change from 1 queen bed to 2 queen beds, it would cost us an additional full nights stay. My first thought was that this person is new and he isn't giving the right infoation, so I asked for the manager (Mike Mejia). All Mr. Mejia did was confirm this greedy, scammy type of business that is being run at this location. You would think common sense would prevail over some boarder line legal policy. I do not recommend this Best Western location to anyone.
The hotel was unable to provide copies of our folio receipts. We stayed there on and off for over a month on and off and they had my email to send them to me but never did. Each time I called I was directed to the accounting department which was always voicemail (and usually full) and I never received a call back, even after leaving multiple messages. They obviously have no customer service?!
Although the hotel itself is clean (from my experience) and staff is friendly, the rooms are not updated and the air condition system does not work. When calling room service twice, I was told both times to go down to the lobby to retrieve what I wanted because they didn't have staff to come up to my room. Another BIG issue I had while staying here, was that the hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast. The restaurant located in the hotel does have a breakfast buffet every morning for $12 a head. I've never been to a hotel where breakfast was not included with your stay. My view was also looking onto the roof where the vent system was located, so even though the weather was beautiful, my window curtains were closed my entire stay. It's unfortunate. I've never spent any time at the gym or pool in the hotel but over all I'd say avoid staying at this hotel.
Previous negative reviews on this place are pretty spot on. Service here is atrocious. I called the front desk 3 times. Once the line kept ringing, once I was told to hold and was on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. The last time I called the hotel number, went through the switchboard, pressed 0, it rang and rang, and then back to the switchboard. So frustrating. My room seemed to be updated but it's still a well worn hotel and the workout room is a virtual sauna.
If the boogey man stayed here, even he would check under his bed before sleeping. Beware the horrors. This is where the ghost hunters stay when they are in town.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality/decor of my room. My client held their event at the Best Western and I stayed at the hotel for the first time for that reason. I will be back.
I stayed three nights. Three problems with the room. 1. It smelled terrible at the door, masking some other odour. 2. The temperature of the water while showering would vary from warm to scalding. 3. I couldn't control the temperature of the room. Always too cold. They were not able to switch me to another room. Stay away.
This place is operated as though they know it's being closed so they don't take care of anything. The whole place smells of different air fresheners used to cover the aging hotel smells. I reserved a suite and they gave me a family and children's room. I asked to be moved to a proper room and they gave me one with a widow stuck open in freezing weather. I asked for another room and they gave me one with no heat. I asked again and they were out of rooms. This place is inexpensive for a reason, it's smelly, run down and poorly managed. There are a lot of excellent hotels nearby and the small difference in price is worth it. I moved to a Holiday Inn Express nearby for 15% more per night, everything is clean, fresh, working and doesn't smell.
Nice, clean rooms, very responsive staff and reasonable price in a location that makes it convenient — I highly recommend this hotel. My mother and I have stayed there when in town for medical appointments. And found that renovations have given this older hotel a fresh feel. Yes, we did have problems with the heat — and with one phone call we had housekeeping with more blankets and maintenance with a space heater. I thank the staff for their attention to concerns and look forward to seeing them on our next visit to Edmonton.
Worst hotel ever. Thermostat in room was broken and it was extremely hot in the room. They did give me a fan to blow the hot air back into our faces all night long, awesome. Front desk said there was nothing more they could do for us. Kids did not get any sleep, I did not get any sleep. People partying all night in the hallways, awesome. I tried to have a shower in the morning to get rid of the headache and try and wake up a bit after no sleep but the water came out in a trickle. Although you could press your face against the wall to wash it. Went back to the front desk again to maybe talk to morning staff and get more help. With the pictures of the shower and crying kids in tow. Again, There was nothing they could do. We went up for a nice weekend trip with our kids and brought two other families with us, in total paid for 4 rooms. WILL NEVER recommend or stay at this hotel again. Customer service was terrible.
The staff is terrible the fridge makes more noise then the road construction outside which im forced to listen to because the air conditioning is barely blowing air and the air that does come thru is as warm as the room im in. Just lucky I have a avg Wi-Fi conections so I can complian while I lie here awake. Might just go sleep in my truck atleast ill sleep a coupe hours.
We made reservations over the phone and arrived later that evening. They couldn't find our reservation, so we made a new one. We stayed two nights with our cats because we're in the process of moving across the country. The beds are comfy, the gym was ok, and restaurant/bar was excellent, the Wi-Fi terrible, and the hotel front desk staff incompetent, except for one of the girls that helped us, I'd give her 5 stars. On the second night there our car got broken into, only 6 spaces from the entrance and our camera and some personal belonging were stolen. Then to make things worse after leaving and returning to the usa we checked our bank charges to find a total of 5 front desk charges totaling 4 times what our receipt said! How does that happen? — also, I work at a best western in Alaska and know this is not how things are suppose to be run.

The worst part of best Western cedar park inn experience is the new management… Specifically the lady manager (Robin Bajwa) and GM (Mohamad Mian). Both are so rude and seems like illiterate and don’t know how to serve the guest and talk to guest at all. We are booking best Western party hall from last 8/9 years for different occasions and as usual I booked the cedar park party hall for our son birthday party and as usual if there lots of kids around in party they made some mess like (cake on floor and some balloons and ribbons) it’s normally happened to kids party and we were ok to pay extra for cleaning which they charged us in our final bill but then the lady manager (ROBIN BAJWA) and GM (MOHAMAD MIAN) showed up and start shouting on us that you guys made so much mess and we have to clean it all but if they charged for cleaning what’s point of shouting and yelling. When I said to the Lady manager (ROBIN BAJWA) that I’ll make complaint for for behave to head office …. She walked right too my face and said you go and do whatever you can she don’t give a F**k … she don’t care. In all this situation GM (MOHAMAD MIAN) was standing next too her and instead of stopping or taking action against her behaviour he was supporting her. Seems like that’s the end of best Western cedar park business… We definitely won’t be back but higher management should look into this situation before they ruined the clientele’s.
