Bathroom is too small… you can’t run faucet to warm the water without getting wet by the icecold water.

This Best Western hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly. Location is actually a bit further than I'd like because it's about a 15 min drive and the shuttle is only once per hour, on the hour. You can reserve the shuttle if you go during the early morning hours and if there's no shuttle, they will pay for a taxi for you. The to go breakfast bags they provide if you're leaving before breakfast is a nice gesture but none of the items can really go through the airport especially for international flights (water, apple and a yogurt) so you have to eat it before).

Very friendly and energetic young staff at the check-in / check-out counter. The quality of breakfast was great, and we love it that was served with real plate and cutlery! Thank you for all the staff at this property, and we love your service always come with a smile. Thank you.

Room was clean. I chose for location not breakfast. Yet when breakfast is included I always feel obliged lol. Best part of the meal was the waffle I made myself. It was a gong show. Staff tried. Bless them.

Hot Tub water wasn’t clean, was murky! Yikes! Front desk Oliver was super nice and friendly and very helpful! We stayed on main floor, rooms were clean but bathroom quite small. However the shower is newly renovated, very nice! You can tell it’s an older hotel, by the rooms, that had some renovations done. Overall, though, it was a good stay. They just need to clean out their hot tub and water for sure.

We were located near the airport, which was very convenient as it was close to the Calgary zoo. The room was horrific. It was like the room wasn't cleaned at all! There was a bunch of hair in the shower and in the beds. There were crusty spots in the sheets. Crumbs on the chairs. Extra complimentary shampoo and conditioner that was half gone. It was disgusting. It wasn't until almost midnight and many conversations with the front desk that we finally got rooms changed. My 5 year old was beyond tired and an emotional wreck with the whole ordeal.

The hotel is convenient from the airport and into downtown, as well as getting to places around Calgary. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well kept and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices. Other facilities such as the swimming pool were well maintained. A good stay!

Hotel was neat, clean and convenient to the airport. There were few options for dining within walking distance. Breakfast was well done and consistent with other Best Western experiences. Overall great spot for stop over on the way to the airport.

The worst I have experienced since I started using best western for 2 years now. I reported it to the front desk. There was pee spots on the toilet sit. Bunch of long hair on the washroom floor and on the shower wall. Never ever go there again and reconsidering another hotel chain. I am supposed to be gold member and they do not even bother to give me a decent room. Very disappointed. Room 322

Good service. Round the clock coffee and tea/hot chocolate. Pool is small but nice and has a hot tub. Front counter was really friendly and hospitable. Will stay again!

Stayed here over the weekend while in YYC for my daughters competition — very comfortable and very friendly. Staff were always smiling and eager to help out in any way they could. Shout out to the young trainee behind the desk, going over and above and following up on my daughters competition. Special shout out to his supervisor (i am terrible with names) who sorted things out and made it as comfortable as a home away from home. Thanks for everything folks!

Bed sheet had a big yellow stain on It, pillows had human hair all over 4 of them asked front desk for all new sheets and pillow covers. Front desk could only find 2 clean pillow covers and was able to gave us all new sheets but still unorganized. Not very sound proof rooms. Other party that was with us was woken up to police knocking on door beside them, talking to two ladies and taking them away for well I'll leave that up to you to figure out. Hot tub had a centipede floating in it and was very dirty looking.

Comfortable hotel with great breakfast and convenient location. I had some challenges with an employee on the front desk but they were resolved same visit… that is the only reason for holding back the 5th star… would stay again.

The room is clean and modern. Has a great variety for hot breakfast. The hot tub was nice, but small. Very friendly front desk personnel.

This is a little gem just off the Deerfoot Trail. It’s been modernized and I loved the walk in shower instead of a tub. The breakfast was great and they use real dishes and cutlery.

This is a great hotel in a convenient location, close to the airport (but not close enough to be noisy) as well as to a variety of restaurants and shopping options. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the facilities and room were kept sparkling clean. The breakfast options were fresh and plentiful, and breakfast room staff is super friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Calgary.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to main hi-way through the city. Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection in the breakfast room! Will definitely consider staying again when we travel through the city.

Friendly front desk staff. Disgustingly stained old bedsheets in all the beds and a very rude and unapologetic housekeeping supervisor. I was very disappointed and annoyed with the way things were handled. Nobody in management followed up with me at the of day or at anytime to see if everything was taken care of. Check your sheets before you sleep in those beds if you choose to stay at this hotel. They only have standard basic channels and the so called high speed Internet was extremely slow. Overall this hotel didn’t meet my expectations.

Great location not far from the Calgary Airport. Must have been upgraded because the rooms looked and felt fresh. The Hotel is tucked away but not far from a major hwy coming into Calgary from the East. (TransCanada). The Staff are friendly and very accommodating would highly recommend this perfectly located Best Western Hotel.

Asked for pet friendly on booking called to double check. When we got there we checked in and no issues until 11 pm when manager told us pets were not allowed and to remove my dog. Offered them a deposit they refused and asked if we could be moved to facility in Strathmore that accepts pet were rudely told they wouldn't and asked for refund for remaining days and were told no refund would be given. I had to drive 125 kms each way to take dog home just because they made a error and refused to find a solution. On the other side of this bad experience food great. Clean rooms… just terrible service.

Convenient highway access. Reliable Wi-Fi. Very nice breakfast. Clean rooms in working order. Friendly and competent staff. Bring AC adapters for your electronic devices (no USB outlets).

This hotel is located in a convenient, but hidden spot. Despite the name it is midway between downtown and the airport on the TransCanada Highway. It is convenient for anything on the east side of Calgary too. But you need a car to make the most of the location — I see they offer an airport shuttle. It offers great value in a comfortable setting with friendly staff and great amenities. I spend waaay too much time in hotels, but this one checks all my boxes. I don't like big but I like anonymity as well as friendly and respectful and a good breakfast with real plates, cups, knives and forks. This is just right for me.

Upon arrival, while we were less than impressed by the exterior appearance of the building, once we got inside, we were impressed by how fresh, bright, and clean everything looked. We were greeted by two friendly desk staff and provided a room on the third floor "away from the children and the pool". The room was great; clean and well appointed with two queen beds, great lighting, well designed electrical and switches, with an individual heat/ac unit for the room. A large flat screen TV was mounted on the wall facing the beds in a great position and each bed had four thick pillows so sitting in bed to watch a movie was fantastic. The bathroom was small with little room to enter and actually close the door but had great amenities. The room came with a mini-fridge, microwave, and a small room safe too. Minor challenge was the odor of the cleaning solutions which fresh air might have resolved however, because it was winter, was a bit more challenging (we utilized essential oils instead).

Absolutely the best hotel stay I’ve ever stayed at. I have chronic pain. Sleeping in a hotel can be excruciating, but not this hotel. I slept like a baby. Beds so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Very very clean. Checked everything, everywhere and couldn’t find a thing wrong with the room. Fridge and microwave. Breakfast is a full breakfast hot and cold, waffles, eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt and more. Very quiet. Could not hear other guests in the hotel. Definitely will stay here again.

Very friendly staff, helpful and considerate. Went out of their way to get me a plate of food after breakfast was over… very thoughtful and much appreciated… I was only looking for a coffee and got breakfast instead. The hotel was slightly dated on the outside but very clean and comfortable inside. Enjoyed my stay while traveling.

Nice hotel, good location (15 mins from downtown). Breakfast is weak, but it is free. Nice, modern hotel.

Hotel is not in a very nice area of the city. Breakfast was dried out and gross. Stains on the bedding in the room. Floors are uneven. Tap installed incorrectly in the shower so you had to turn it to C for hot water. The tap is also installed so far in, that you basically had to be in the shower to turn it on. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even for the decent price. Soundproofing is not good either. Could hear other doors opening and closing all night.

She is an old girl. Right under the flight path and a tad noisy until the fight stop. The is no restaurant, the towels has holes, the toilets are old style and very low there was only one chair and no table.
If you want wamt hot water for teat or coffee you had to go to the front desk.
But then it was only 125 bucks tax included in a large city.
Would we go back, probably not.

For the past 7 years we have stayed at this location. Every time we are going to travel to Calgary I first check this location. We love it. Close to airport and down town. Very clean and staff are great to deal with. The breakfast is amazing and this hotel is very reasonable compared to other ones. I will strongly recommend you to sign in for Best Western Rewards. We have earned so many free night stays. When ever we travel around the world Best Western is our number one choice to book a hotel. They have the best reputation as a Hotel company. Enjoyed our stay here. We are frequent travelers and this was one of the better Best Westerns we've stayed at. Shuttle service to/from hotel was on time and staff very friendly. Front desk staff were very nice. The hotel breakfast was far superior to other hotels. The hasbrowns were amazing and I really appreciated the fact they offered hot fresh boiled eggs along with a large variety of other goods. Standard pool and hot tub. Our only complaint was housekeeping staff ignored our do not disturb sign on our last day and we ended up with an early wake up and no recognition for reward card holders upon check in. Other then that, a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

This Best Western Airport Inn's location is not to far for go to city centre. Their room rate is good. Their services are Ok, but only their breakfast is not too good for me, I rather go to outside to buy a cup of coffee which is better than their hotel's. Their room is clean as the normal.

We loved our stay at this hotel! It was clean and the beds are really comfortable. Continental Breakfast was good too. It doesn't have a restaurant in the hotel but there are dining options close by.

What a great place! Super impressed with everything. Staff was amazing, rooms were beautiful, the complimentary breakfast was so good and so much to choose from, so many amenities and the price was the best part! Whenever we visit Calgary we will be staying here for sure! Thanks.

My friends and family stayed for 2 nights and we really enjoyed the friendly and caring staff especially Nikita (front desk), Jona (dining) and Anna from housekeeping. I forgot to take all their names but they are all wonderful and even the manager was very helpful to us. The hotel is clean especially the bedroom toilet. Who could go wrong for free parking and free breakfast. By the way, breakfasts were delicious and satisfying! Hotel is also near Calgary Zoo and Sparks! Plus it is always nice to sleep on a very comfy bed after a long and tiring day. On behalf of my friends and family, we rate our stay as perfect 10

It's was ok… the bathroom was so small you had to squeeze between the toilet & sink to close the door. And the hot tub was out of service. Beds were comfortable but I wouldn't go there again. Was not impressed at all, and I've stayed in many hotels through the years.

Nice breakfast spread. Eggs, sauasage, waffles and the rest. Nice junior suite. Pool and hot tub nice and clean. Could use new pillows. They have just become lumps of stuffing, other than that a nice place for a stay.

The rooms were great and really comfortable. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. No complaints!

A solid hotel for a night's stay. We stayed over on our way through Calgary and it was clean, modern rooms with a good hot breakfast in the morning. Would absolutely stay again for this purpose. I have a feeling if visiting Calgary you'd want a more downtown option but the hotel was great for an overnight or if you were flying out. Highly recommended.

Rooms were almost clean. The floors were dirty. Our shuttle from the airport back to the hotel after our flights was messed up which made for a horrible ending to our trip.

Though I did not personally stay at the hotel, I have to admit they have exceptional customer care and services. I live in Edmonton and my mother in law flew from Edmonton to Calgary, misplaced her ID, and there fore was not allowed to get on her connecting flight home. We had to book her a bus home on a Greyhound for the next day, but when we called around to see if we could book a hotel room for her, four hotels all told us that no, their policy was that the customer must provide an ID to stay in the room. When we finally came across the Best Western, a lovely woman named Connie assured us that we would be able to email her images of our ID, and we could book the room. They were good enough to pick my mother in law up at the airport, get her settled in at the hotel, they allowed her late checkout, and she was able to stay in the lounge/breakfast area for the remainder of the day before she caught a cab to the bus terminal. They did not tell her she had to leave the establishment, and they continued taking care of her after she was out of her room. She was able to spend the day peacefully using their internet and sipping coffee, instead of at a noisy bus terminal. I cannot being to say how grateful we all are for the help that we have received from the Best Western. Best wishes for the New Year.

Clean room. I did not like the breakfast offered everything was cold and under cooked. No TV guide available due to their cable provider.

We live in Calgary & we had some construction going on by our house. So we decided to stay in hotel on weekend so we can have some rest. We mentioned this thing to receptionist but we got the room with full of outside noises their was a fire hose across our room disturbed us early morning when we complained about receptionist Said you can call the manager on Monday its nothing we can do. When I called the manager name Sonya she was so rude & she told me off that it was not in our property & it's not our responsibility that you didn't had quiet room because the noise was not in our property. When they that they gave us the room in front of fire hose.

I've been going to this best western location every 4 — 6 weeks since April for work and normally I have a decent stay except for this time which completely ruined my experience with this hotel. Upon entering the front staff was nice and checking in was relatively painless. Got the honeymoon suite with the hot tub because my spouse wanted it. However we weren't able to use the hot tub due to it leaking. It was frustrating but I wasn't going to let it ruin our stay. I went to bed at 10pm and then at 1am one of the staff members was banging on my door which startled my spouse and I, then the staffer started calling my room. I answered and he said his name was Mohamed and said there was water leaking and he has to come inspect my room. He comes back and inspects my room and starts accusing me of purposely overflowing the hot tub. I told him that wasn't the case and that I tried using it but it was leaking so I turned it off. He accused me of lying and said it was my fault. I told him not to blame me for a faulty hot tub, he got angry and stormed out. At this point I was furious with Mohammed for his rudeness and disregard for my wife and I. In the morning upon check out we had told the two ladies at the front desk about what happened and they were also upset with Mohammed and apologized for his actions. The fact that they were really nice and understanding is what brought my review from 0 stars to 1. There's a lot of hotels in that area, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Tiny bathroom, renovated but made bathrooms v small and special flush seat is only made for kids use.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. This hotel looks dingy and suspect from the outside, and the lobby and elevator don't do much to improve appearances. The rooms are actually decent, the Wi-Fi works well, the beds are comfortable, and the free breakfast is a bit better than what you'd expect from a BW. Water temperature fluctuates badly in the shower. 6/10.

Clean, convenient location, dimmer lights in bathroom (unlike most hotels that only have that bright light in the bathroom you look sick in). A good Thai restaurant reasonably priced is a huge bonus. Good hot breakfast good too, eggs and sausage etc. Price reasonable compared to others. Only 1 negative — whoever designed and built the building the entrance clearance is low.
