We booked a two night stay at this hotel using my credit card. When we checked out, we inquired if we could use a different credit card to pay for the room which they allowed. Three days after our stay, my friend (who used her credit card to pay) and I checked our bank statements to find we had both been charged for our room. Staff was friendly at first when I called to initiate a refund, and ensured me all was fine… 20 minutes later I received a call saying they could not process my refund because my friend’s credit card was already refunded. However, this refund did not show up until a week after talking to hotel staff. Very unimpressed that this hotel charged us twice and “didn’t notice” or bother to inform us about the mistake. They knowingly double charged us, and did not share that information until we noticed it on our end.

Fantastic stay at Four Points. Room was good size bathroom super great never heard any noise outside. Taxi to Stampede Grounds $25 one way. Only problem was Buffet breakfast in Ric's was a little cold. The front counter staff super. Definitely my choice to stay again.

This was a pretty good hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, blackout curtains work well, they have those little soap dispensers on the wall (I love those — I need to get some for my house). The restaurant at the hotel was just okay, and I'm not sure how they get off calling themselves the Sheraton Calgary AIRPORT (they are about 20 minutes away), but pretty good. Staff was good, I had no complaints. Well, except maybe the rate. I paid about $228 CAD a night, which seemed a bit on the high side for the area / quality.

Very nice hotel, felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. Front counter personnel very welcoming and professional. Convenient underground parking as well as surface lot. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. We will definitely return next time in Calgary.

Excellent customer service. We booked the hotel from Expedia, but we booked on the wrong date. The staffs were very supportive and they worked with Expedia to change the room and the dates for us without charging us extra. I'll definitely go back again.

Went for dinner at Ric's Grill at the Four Points Sheraton. Service and food were great. Would recommend to anyone.

Hotel was very nice and the rooms were spectacular. The only downside is the wait staff in the hotel restaurant were rude and incompetent. When we went to order drinks they didn’t have have half the drinks or food on the menu. The food was way over priced and was poor quality I would stay at this hotel again but avoid the restaurant.

Really good. There are some really good Sheraton 4 Points around and I rate this one.

Rooms are clean, quiet, lots of places to eat in the area. It is located right off of Barlow trail so only a 10min drive from the airport. Restaurant downstairs is decent. Underground parking, for winter time and summer this is really nice.

We visited Ric's Grill for lunch and the food was exceptional! Service from Kim was amazing! Dessert… hmm not so good but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

We held our event here and the place and service is excellent! Shaheen and Marissa were very accommodating!

Because I am a SPG Gold member I was upgraded to an executive suite, with separate bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi tub, living room and powder room. I am very happy with the amenities, cleanliness and hospitality of this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was great. My only concern is that the bathroom did not have a bathtub mat so it is easy to fall down when taking a shower.

Shabby place! 2 stars at best. I guess you get what you pay for at only $100/night but with such a high density of hotel rooms in the area you could probably do a lot better. The only good thing was it was fairly quiet since almost no one else was staying there. We requested an upper floor and got floor 4 of 6, overlooking the parking lot. Great, thanks. Slapstick furnishings abound, crooked TV install, grimey remote and an ugly bathroom complete with dirty countertop and one of those wall mounted soap dispensers in the shower like we're staying at the YMCA gym. Definitely nothing like a real Sheraton and you will not be finding the patented sweet sleeper bed here. Just another junker hotel.

We really like this hotel. This stay though the hot tub was not working which was not good. We should have been told at check in instead of going all the way down in our suits.

Great place! Have stayed a couple of times. The staff are great, helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff does a great job place is clean. Food is good you won't need to travel out for dinner after a hard days work. Service is excellent!

Very nice place. Need to work on their room cleaning staff some more. But they ended up offering us a new cleaner room. restaurant buffet hot and cold is a bit confusing. The staff didn't explain properly about the prices and what is offered.

Overall a satisfactory experience. Nothing was exceptional. I thought the restaurant pricing was high in comparison for the quality offered. I didn't have a choice in accomodation as I was traveling and this was the option autoselected by our companies software. But there are better options out there for business travel.

Had a good meal at Ric's. Service was fast and friendly. I had great company at dinner which made the meal even better. Thank you for the great night Ric's.

Convenient location in Calgary's NE. Easliy accessible and nice property. Room smelt and felt great. Modern and clean. Convenient underground parking.

A vibrant location with easy access to almost everything. The receptionists are great. The views of the rooms are not superb but ok.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Super new and clean. They accommodated my request for a later check out no problem!

Good News: Fire alarms work Bad News: it's 9am after arriving late the night before, with no warning. Who decided this was an appropriate testing time at an airport hotel? Other property details lead me to a crisis of confidence in the management, and I can not recommend this hotel. Pity, as their airport shuttle was very convenient.

I was there for a training conference and the room was nice and bright without being glaringly bright. The tables were nicely covered, and the seats comfortable enough for a full day of sitting. Also, there was a small table with chocolates, pens, and paper which I thought was a classy touch.

Nice, clean, and has underground parking (you have to ask for the code). Only a couple restaurants within walking distance but there is a shopping complex and theater a short drive to the North East. Don't venture south though as the neighborhood turns industrial in a hurry. The hotel has a decent restaurant in the lobby as well as a fitness center, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Don't forget to bring your swimming suits.

We had our wedding here and the venue was excellent. The food was fantastic and accommodating, especially for people with special dietary requirements. The room was fantastic and big enough to accommodate the wedding party.

I attended a multi day work seminar at the Four Point by Sheraton Calgary Airport, and have been very impressed! The facilities were clean, and comfortable. The food was excellent, and the service was very good! I definitely recommend it!

Four Points by Sheraton Calgary Airport is really recommended. The room is clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. There is microwave and mini-fridge provided. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. Their breakfast buffet is also great. Will stay here again.

If you are planning an event I warn you, do not use this hotel. I have been hosting engineering software workshops from hotels around the world for the past 8 years and this was by far the worst hotel experience yet. The training room was not setup according to specs, even after pointing the issues to staff multiple times. Dietary requirements were not met, we had 5 vegetarians and was only give 3 veggie wraps. This after multiple requests to the hotel staff to accommodate our basic requests. Just getting extension chords in the training room took me asking 5 times and by the time they got them to the room, the workshop had already started. The experience was tedious and embarrassing for our company. Overall the staff was un-helpful, and the manager was never seen and never apologized. If you want a stress free event, try another hotel.

The atmosphere of the lobby was spacious and welcoming. The staff were nice and provide help when called for. The rooms were clean and spacious. I liked that the staff cleaned quickly.

Ric's Grill was very quiet and not busy. We were seated immediately. Waitress was not very helpful with recommendations but was quick and attentive. Food was very good.

Was a really nice hotel clean king size bed. Very comfortable. Only complement is that the window curtains would not close all the way and it was bright.

Very nice hotel. Everything was comfortable and clean. A real plus for someone married to a clean freak. The staff was nice and they had free parking and Wi-Fi.

Was here to attend a wedding. Good location and spacious for a wedding. Dinner served was great. Employees and servers were friendly. Bar tender at the restaurant was awesome. The bar during the wedding sucks. We paid the same price for a quarter of a shot… And that's why we ended up at the bar at the restaurant.

Our stay was good and quick. They have a shuttle that will transport to and from the airport. We went to the restaurant with our baby and one of the workers was nice enough to bring a little teddy bear out to her. Those memories stick…

Four Points by Sheraton is a fantastic stay in Calgary at a reasonable rate for a stellar room. We came to Calgary to attend a friends wedding held in the hotel. Not only was the wedding and reception delightful; drinks at Rics between the ceremony and dinner were great, and the room was well appointed with a super comfy bed. We only had one robe in the room to go down to the pool. Another robe was brought right up to the room in less than 10 minutes when we requested it. The service standards at Four Points Sheraton are bar none!

Used Transit the route 19 to get there. Easy to get there from center Street which connects to the airport and downtown. Super friendly staff and the food catered for the event was excellent.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Didn't have a chance to check out the pool or onsite restaurant. Free Wi-Fi surprisingly fast (20Mbps dn/5Mbps up). Liquor store within walking distance and mall about a 5 minute drive away.

We were staying in one of the executive suites and it was very nice. The room was very large and very clean. The restaurant on site had a good selection. Hopefully with the slow down they are able to stay in business as there were only a handful of people inside when we were there.

Crazy fast internet. Staff are quick, rooms are decent if not fancy. Parking is free and underground. Very easy to get in and out. My favourite hotel for work for the money!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and the staff are always friendly and the room clean and well kept. Location is easy to get to and while it doesn't look like much parking, I've never had problems finding a spot.

We stayed here for our 27th Wedding Anniversary (we were under the impression it was the Sheraton Caviller we booked so where a bit disappointed to find out it was a mistake on our behalf) and where not very impressed with the service. When booking the hotel room I had asked if there was anything the hotel does for special events such as our anniversary that is complimentary. We have been to several other hotels for special occasions and have never been as disappointed as we where with Four Points. Over the phone they had promised us a complimentary fruit tray and bottle of wine to our surprise there was nothing there when we arrived. I phoned down to the front desk to ask if our wine and tray would be delivered shortly and they responded that they where unaware of such a thing and would check with sales. I offered to send them the email I received upon booking that stated the complimentary gift and they quickly responded that they would like to see it as if to prove we weren't lying. After waiting 30 minutes for the front desk to get back to us after our initial call down, I phoned them again to see how the progress was and they responded to giving us a bottle of wine (no fruit). By the end of this whole ordeal we just accepted the offer and waited for them to deliver. We received 187 mL mickey of red wine which was gone before it was opened. The customer service was very poor, unorganized, and the accommodations where less than satisfactory.

A very decent hotel experience near the airport. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, as they have been on previous visits.

I am so shocked about the bad service. They are extremely rude. Our shower is broken, the floors were sticky and they fought about giving more towels. Everytime we asked for something, the staff was defensive and rude. I would not encourage people to stay here.

Apparently if theirs a special event going like a wedding going on at the hotel, every other guest doesn't matter. Seeming as their isn't enough parking to accomidate the number of rooms the hotel has, I was forced to park accoss the way at the Days Inn. Then Make 3 trips back and forth with a sprained ankle to get me gear out because their was literally no where to park, even temporary as limos had filled the bay infront. To make matters worse. They gave the guy behind me who was with the wedding permission to park in the taxi space for the night. (so healthy young guy gets to park right outside the door. While the guy with the sprained ankle has to huff it back and forth). I was told the Four Points has a contract with Days Inn to use their premises as overflow parking. I checked with the Days Inn, they won't turn you away but their certainly not happy about it, after explaining the situation with the desk clerk at the days in that my car has a very expensive reflective graphics wrap on it (one of the reasons I chose the Four Points was they had underground parking). The lady at the days let me park up front instead of out back and notified their security company to keep an eye out for my car. Sauna was pretty good. I have to try and say at least one nice thing. If the parking fiasco wasn't enough. I got glared at for using the pool (being that its on the other side of the banquet hall).

Decent hotel near the Airport at a pretty good rate. I've been staying here for three months as I fly in and out every week for work. Here's my list of pros and cons for this hotel: Pros — Good area in the sense there are a lot of restaurants in the area, a mall and a twenty four hour McDonald's near by. — Staff are friendly and helpful — Rooms are well furnished and comfortable — Free underground parking, very nice in the winter — Good restaurant in the hotel Cons — Inadequate amount of parking, if the hotel has any kind of event going on good luck getting a parking spot — Construction right next door as a new hotel is being built, some noise from time to time — LCD TVs do not have an available HDMI port so no plugging in laptop or chromecast to watch video — Check-in procedure not optimized for regular guests compared to a Marriott — Showers are a bit finicky to get the temperature to the desired level — While the furniture is of generally good quality, the desk chairs are horrendous with terrible ergonomics.

Hotel fraudulently charged me $250 for finding cigarette ash in my room on company trip. Never informed me of the charges and it was a huge pain dealing with the front desk to reverse them. Do not trust this hotel with your CC.

Comfortable, and offered free underground parking at the time. Fitness centre is basic, but features new treadmills. There is a pool, sauna and steam room. Ric's on site restaurant was tasty, but it looks like it can't decide if it's fine dining or a sports bar. Hotel was close to Sunridge Mall and a theatre. 24-hour McDonald's next door.

Pretty pretty good! Great steak and the ambiance in the bar/restaurant was really vibrant but cosy with really friendly staff and tasty beer. The room was very comfortable and luxuriously furnished with a clean crisply decorated bathroom. The refrigerator ran silently which is a bonus as I normally end up unplugging these at night to sleep. The lobby area corridors were bright and well decorated and all staff were friendly. My only issue was the TV was quite bright and there was no function to adjust this. Probably something that would only bother me.

I went to the Four Points hotel for a 2 day corporate training course. The lunch's each day were provided by Ric's grill which is located in the hotel. The food provided to us was sub par and not even something I would have expected from a low quality Buffet. The food was so bad that on the second day, a bunch of people on the course decided to go get food somewhere else, even though the food provided was free and they would have to pay to go elsewhere. I wish I had gone with them, and so does everyone else. The dish they served on the second day was raw curry chicken. As in, the chicken in the dish was RAW. I took a piece of chicken and showed it to the servers. They took that piece of RAW CHICKEN to the kitchen. About 2 hours later the returned to "apologize and resolve" the situation. They offered us " a full dinner" at Ric's grill, which turned out to be $30. Anyone who has been to Ric's knows this wouldn't even cover the cost of persons meal. So basically they were offering someone to come back alone with no guest to eat and inevitably pay more to the restaurant for the "meal" that should have been on the house. This was completely insulting so the gift certificate was returned. I would have expected the restaurant to try to resolve the situation since they arrange the food for the day. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to host any corporate events. Turned.
