We had a wonderful stay at Rema Resort. The ambience is peaceful and refreshing, surrounded by beautiful trees, flowering plants, and fruit-bearing trees that make the property feel close to nature.

We recently spent three nights at Rema Resort, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The location is perfect—quiet and incredibly peaceful, yet still within easy walking distance to Paro town.

Awesome trip! The hotel is officially rated as a 3-star property, but it feels more like a 4-star hotel because of its excellent hospitality and comfort.

Staff were attentive, friendly, & accommodating; they even made a special breakfast for me and my bland American tastes when the Indian buffet was too spicy for me. The cafe next door had delicious

As a gist, Tenzinling Luxury Villa at Paro is peaceful yet an epitome of simplicity endowed by Nature as well as the resort / tent / hotel property staff and management on the whole.

Luxurious stay with serene views and peaceful vibes with water flowing right in the middle of the property.
Everything was curated thoughtfully and the food was excellent — all meals.

In away we were spoiled by staying at Uma’s sister property in Punakho, which is smaller scale and a more intimate experience with around ten rooms.

Service service service! Kind and helpful with everything from housekeeping and turn down service, to restaurant staff.

We had the best stay at Dzi Pema, the staff are so lovely and very kind. The hot stone bath was a highlight of our trip! Breakfast was delicious and ya ya and baloo were the cutest dogs!

One of the best properties we’ve stayed at in Bhutan, had a rejuvenating stay, the property is perched on top of a hill that gives you the best views and the rooms are luxurious and so spacious.

I stayed at Kinley Homestay for three nights with a friend, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience.

If you want to experience authentic Bhutanese hospitality, home vibes, and traditional food, this place in Paro is a must-visit. Mrs. Kinley, our host, was incredibly warm and generous.

After being abroad for a couple of years, returning to Bhutan for my fieldwork was a massive undertaking.

Such a beautiful, quaint hotel in Paro. The huge pine tree lined roads within the premises is a great walk and the individual cottages offer nice privacy. Good food options for breakfast and dinner.

Spacious and well made up hotel, co-operative staff, superb place to laze around, good food. Spa services commendable (recommended after a trek to the Tiger’s Nest! )

I've stayed here for one or two nights each of three years in a row. The location is perfect for walking around central Paro, convenient to shops, restaurants and cafés.

A great value for money proposition, don't think twice before booking.
Pros.
1. Location.
Right in the middle back kane of main market.
2. Hospitality.

My group had a great stay here using the hotel as a base for our Tiger’s Nest visit and Druk Path Trek. The service was friendly and helpful and the food was great.

This hotel was very very comfortable the rooms were beautiful and staff was very polite and professional. I really loved the ambience of the room. It was wooden and washroom was very clean.

We stayed here for a couple of nights during Tshechu 2026 and all their staff are really nice and friendly. They helped my wife into her Kira dress.

If you are planning to spend your holiday on a tranquil location in a well furnished cottage by the river with a backdrop of lush green mountain then Udamwara resort, Paro should be on your bucket

Udumwara resort is one of the best in Paro Bhutan. It has very unique cottages in a bunch of 5. So friends and family can have privacy as well as gathering in common Hall.

Haven Paro is a Heaven. Fantastic Hotel, extremely welcoming Staff / Prople, excellent food as per our choice. We had an excellent stay here. There is nothing to complain or crib about this place.

Quiet, beautiful location with delightful gardens. Extremely attentive staff. Would stay again for sure. A safe in the room would be useful.

Location is great though far from town. And the food quality and quantity needed to be improved a little bit.

Another very friendly hotel with great food. Rooms are very large & comfortable. Only downside is that it is a little far from town.

They gave us authentic food.
Pure Bhutanese style. In the farm they have plum peach apricots.
Very nice filling.
Also hot stone bath which is purely genuine.
Must visit.
It’s farm house.

We went to this farm house for hot stone bath and for a lunch to experience authentic Bhutanese food.
The lunch was really scrumptious served in wooden bowls.

Located atop a hill the hotel has a commanding view of the rice fields and Paro Fort. Service is excellent but food is basically continental with very few local dishes.

A great place at the outskirts of the town. Elevated position and great views onto Paro.
Well equipped room with heating, if needed. The best thing for us was the heated floor in the bathroom.

Good and clean rooms. Good food. Excellent service. Definitely worth it.
