We recently spent three nights at Rema Resort, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The location is perfect—quiet and incredibly peaceful, yet still within easy walking distance to Paro town.

As a gist, Tenzinling Luxury Villa at Paro is peaceful yet an epitome of simplicity endowed by Nature as well as the resort / tent / hotel property staff and management on the whole.

Luxurious stay with serene views and peaceful vibes with water flowing right in the middle of the property.
Everything was curated thoughtfully and the food was excellent — all meals.

The hotel is good. Service was great. Food was not bad considering that Bhutan is not the best place overall. I ordered the Dal Tadka twice.

In away we were spoiled by staying at Uma’s sister property in Punakho, which is smaller scale and a more intimate experience with around ten rooms.

One of the best properties we’ve stayed at in Bhutan, had a rejuvenating stay, the property is perched on top of a hill that gives you the best views and the rooms are luxurious and so spacious.

Nak-Sel Boutique Hotel in Paro is, quite simply, one of the most exceptional hospitality experiences I have had in my life.

Outstanding property at Paro. We had a great 3 nights stay here with family and friends. The location, rooms, F&B, service, heated pool — everything was perfect. All rooms have great views.

Such a beautiful, quaint hotel in Paro. The huge pine tree lined roads within the premises is a great walk and the individual cottages offer nice privacy. Good food options for breakfast and dinner.

My group had a great stay here using the hotel as a base for our Tiger’s Nest visit and Druk Path Trek. The service was friendly and helpful and the food was great.

This hotel was very very comfortable the rooms were beautiful and staff was very polite and professional. I really loved the ambience of the room. It was wooden and washroom was very clean.

We stayed here for a couple of nights during Tshechu 2026 and all their staff are really nice and friendly. They helped my wife into her Kira dress.

Norwangs Villa is a simple and peaceful place with a warm atmosphere. The food was tasty, fresh, and felt homemade. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

The rooms are huge, well maintained. Location is 10 mins drive from main Paro city. Food and service was good. There is a river flowing next to the resort and the environment is calm and soothing.

If you want a luxury stay and feel the bhutan like the lap of the mother the best place in entire bhutan is Udamwara at Paro.

Location is great though far from town. And the food quality and quantity needed to be improved a little bit.

Located atop a hill the hotel has a commanding view of the rice fields and Paro Fort. Service is excellent but food is basically continental with very few local dishes.

Beautiful resort high up on the mountain overlooking the Paro valley. We visited Bhutan in the slow season so we had the entire resort to ourselves.

Very well conceived hotel, located near the river. If bathrooms were better maintained (shower water drainage too slow, overflowed), it would be a great hotel.

Excellent infrastructure, aesthetic design of architecture and the layout of the rooms.
The food is also excellent and served so well with love and care it touched our heart.
