Only one full cream milk which seemed a little lacking for a room that could have contained three people.

Very friendly and helpful check in with beautifully clean and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed our stay in Queenstown.

We have spent 3 comfortable nights here this time. I have stayed here on many occasions, Bernie and Julia are great hosts. The rooms are great, as are the meals in their restaurant. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Queenstown.

Great place! Immaculately clean. We stayed here on the way back to Hobart after a NW Coast trip. Bernie at reception was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent customer service, warm and cosy bedroom. Extremely clean! Unlike a hotel we stayed at the night before in Strahan, which we paid triple the price for. We were able to check in just 15 minutes before arriving also, as we were stuck in Queenstown due to snow.

Absolutely great! Warm, clean, quiet room, nice bathroom and heated bed, just for my arthritis. :) What I liked the most was… black — DECAF tea. :) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) First time ever I saw black — decaf tea in a room.

Stayed here 4 nights. Great service, and very good info on what to do around Queenstown. The only bad thing was the shower curtain (I don't like shower curtains). Also it was a great place to stay to watch the Queenstown stage of Targa.

Good location. Helpful staff. Clean place. Very quiet. Easy parking. I have a personal problem sleeping with light coming through windows but I was able to block it out successfully. We would stay here again.

Yes its an older motel but it is well appointed and well run. Food and service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Thanks Bernie and all your lovely staff for the excellent service during our 2 day stay in Queenstown. Rooms clean and well appointed and REALLY EXCELLENT FOOD and lots of smiles and happy faces. Would really recommend this as a place to stay in Queenstown when visiting the West Coast of Tasmania.

Sounds like the management need an upgrade on communication skills … As a lifetime member of Hospitality Association I may send some hints on How to be nice … First smile and say Gaday Howrya … practice that for a while…

Great motel. Very clean and comfortable beds. They provide tea and coffee facilities. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. In room breakfast was very good too. They have a microwave, hairdryer and eco friendly toiletries.

Bernie was very welcoming and always checking that everything was ok. The rooms were fantastic, so clean, first time we have seen such cleanliness in a Motel :) :) The restaurant was also fantastic, lovely home cooked meals and very reasonably priced. Will recommend this Motel most definitely. :)

Clean and comfortable motel in Queenstown.

Could have been better… inconsistent hot water for showers, no allotted car parking space (even though we had three rooms and only one car) Owners aggressive nature didn't impress. Would never recommend.

Was very comfortable and worth stopping for.
