Hotels in Mackay with Breakfast

Great place to stay. Stayed there for 1 night on a work trip and it will be my go to place in Mackay on any future trips. The lady at the front desk was lovely, the rooms are big, modern and clean.

This is the best accomation on your trip. Room is great size very clean, everything you need for selft catering. Bed was very comfortable shower was also good.

Cute little motel and easily accessible. Rooms are beautifully clean and comfortable. Love the original details, feels extra homely. Will be requesting to stay every time we pass through town now.

We had an unscheduled visit to Mackay and were in need of accommodation at short notice. Most accommodation in town was fully booked due to a large sports carnival in town.

Decent motel, bed was a little too soft for me. Probably good for others.

Easy access to rooms, basic but clean — I was told no daily service however my towels were changed daily so — bonus if you need that.
Breakfast bar but no evening meals, pool on location too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay!
I had a wonderful experience at the International Lodge Motel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

I have stayed at International Lodge Motel several times and it continues to exceed my expectations.

Rooms are modern, spacious, super clean and appliances are all new. I made a couple of extra requests which were handled immediately and in the true spirit of customer service.

Nice location and rooms. Coles just across the road. The service for cleaning during my 5 night stay was a bit casual about taking the towels on the floor would be the only slight negative on my stay.

Looks like you guys have done a lot of work renovating, nice job 👏… Loved everything about it. Only negative is now my wife wants one of those mirrors 😆

Very happy with our stay. I booked the family room and was very happy with it. Comfortable beds, good shower pressure, and very little noise from the main road.

Sarah was amazing! 100 stars for Sarah. Her customer service was second to none and was extremely helpful. Always smiling and welcoming us in after a long hard day.

Good motel.
Excellent Rooms with good bed and mini bar as well as nice bathroom but would prefer some little soap bars for on my travel back tho the motel did supply nice biscuits and tea and coffee.

Check-in was a breeze, room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. Being a work trip, it was great to have a good night's sleep. Friendly staff all round. Thank you again!

Very welcoming staff. Not the cleanest room u could find and the bathroom is a bit old. Otherwise all functionable appliances with all u need for a night stay.

We stayed as a group of three older ladies looking for an economical place to stay close to family for the weekend, and the Mackay Adventure Lodge was a fantastic choice.

Had a great stay at the lodge, comfy beds and pillows, free breakfast and a pool! Highly recommend the platypus tour and the wallaby sunrise with Michelle!

Been a few times now, great staff, great rooms, clean, location great, I do and have recommended galaxy motor inn to others.

Close to where we needed to be. Room was clean, bed comfy and so tp the pillows. Road is very busy and noisy at night with trucks but overall would probably stay again.

Travelling for work, and got one of the last rooms in the budget section, usually used by workers. It was clean and comfortable, and had a good nights sleep.

We were very impressed with the large room, spacious ensuite, laundry facilities, desk, large balcony and generous breakfast.
We would definitely return. Thank you.

Great place to stay, ever single staff member is happy and polite!

Paul was a highlight of the wedding we attended last night! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a fantastic time.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff and the location was perfect for me as it was close to shops and only 5 minutes drive from my daughter's house.

Close to the highway, but can’t hear the traffic.
Lovely staff.
Brought my large dog and they accommodated.
Staff paid attention to my needs and were very caring.
Clean rooms. Aircon working fine.

Absolutely outstanding service from the manager Paddy and his wife. They really went the extra mile.
Rooms are spotlessly clean, very helpful and cheerful cleaning staff.

Paddy the manager went out of his way to assist when our car broke down. I have never stayed at a hotel and been given the service he provided.

The room was in perfect conditions, really good housekeeping. Also the owners were really nice with us! Highly recommend it!

We stayed for 2 nights. The place was comfy and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. A hassle free stay is what you need on your holiday.

I had a really nice stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable and had beautiful harbour views.

Dear Mantra Team,
Your hotel in Mackay is probably the most beautifully located hotel in the entire city.

Allows dogs in the room. Clean and quiet at night. Very comfortable after a big drive.

Owner of the motel is very understanding and a great guy. Had some troubles on booking. Com and he gave us a free night for the stuff around.

The hosts could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this place purely on the hospitality shown to us. The motel is a little on the old side, but clean and very handy to great restaurants.

Rooms are Simple, clean and cheap.
Shower hot and great pressure. Bed is comfortable. For me, for an overnighter, perfect.
Staff were wonderful.

Room was nice and clean & had everything we needed, for being on a main road it was actually quiet.

Clean, comfortable and great service. We were so impressed that we will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay.

First of all, I would like to commend the owners of the place. Although I arrived well before the official check-in time (11:00), I was still given the room I had booked.

The continental breakfast is great value with a pancake maker, toast, cereal, coffee and juice. The select dinner menu includes pizza, parmi and amazing rib fillet steak and is extremely well priced.

It seems that they servers halal food upon request (thought not certified halal menu). I think the confirmation is necessary from them.

We had a fantastic lunch at the Boomerang Hotel Pub. We ordered the steak sandwich, Cubano sandwich, and the Classic Chicken Caesar Wrap, and all three meals arrived quickly.

Convenient location. Friendly staff with lock box for late check-in and plenty of parking. Our room was spacious, modern and clean with a comfortable king sized bed.

Review Title:
Comfortable stay with truly caring staff.
Positive Review:
We had a very comfortable stay at The Alara Motor Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely amazing.

Our experience has been very positive, check in was smooth and the staff was excellent. The manager the face of the Motor Inn was warm sincere and very polite and kind.

The host was very friendly and helpful!
I had to check in late at night, but the response was quick and the late check-in system was very well organised and easy to follow.

As an Accor member, we stay in Accor places as often as we can and the Ibis in Mackay has previously been a regular stopover due to its convenient location at the airport.

I had originally booked through another source and thought every thing was fine till we arrived there at 8:15 to discover our booking had been somehow cancelled.

The Rydges Mackay Suites is my preferred hotel on business and personal trips. The service is excellent and the best in town.

Went on a little get away for the weekend with my husband and the hotel is amazing. There was a lovely girl at reception her name serinity I believe and she was absolutely amazing.
