Thanks for a great stay while our daughter was having surgery in the hospital. Very thoughtful staff and great amenities with the kitchen and laundry facilities.

Lack of amenities. Location and access.

Great food and friendly staff.

We stayed there a few weeks ago and there was a build up of gunk in the corners of the bathroom and green mould on the walls. It was disgusting.

Excellent hotel and with a very good staff! The room is so big and clean. It's everything ok!

Paul and Frank are very GOOD and VERY FRIENDLY. They provide top service (quality service no 1). They are very PROFESSIONAL as well as very HELPFUL. THE BEST! I like BOTH OF THEM and I think that it is very good FOR any business to have A GOOD TEAM of the STAFF. It makes people return back to the HOTEL with the GOOD MEMORY.

There was a slight confusion during the phone booking, but ultimately straightened out. Clean and tidy. Close to UNSW.

Postscript3 I chased on May 27, 2018, and the Hotel Manager responded saying that a refund was being arranged. I would see if he meant what he said. If I did not check my credit card statement and did not chase, what would be the likely outcome? Postscript2 The Hotel Manager wrote back on May 22, 2018 saying that he would personally investigate, correct any error promptly and update me on May 22, 2018. Although he did not come back to me on May 22 as promised, I did not chase by letting him have reasonable time. Today is already May 27, 2018 and I have not heard from him yet. This has made me very very unhappy and has injured my feelings more. I will step up my follow-up actions! Postscript1 While casually checking my credit card statement on May 21, 2018, I was shocked to find that having settled AUD373 for my two-night stay (April 28-30, 2018) on April 28, 2018, another bigger sum AUD531.57 was, without my authorization, appropriated from my credit card on April 29, 2018. I am taking follow-up action which has already caused me a lot of inconvenience, not to mention the injury to my feelings. My two-night stay at Randwick Lodge would be very costly if I did not spot the unauthorized appropriation, and the customer experience, naturally, has become very bad! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ On behalf of our younger son and me, my wife picked this hotel for us to try it before she could come.

Lovely room well serviced, no cold water in the fridge. Door very heavy and difficult to close, shower leaks all over the floor. Helpful staff well located for my needs.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 2 days in month of April 2018. Rooms were extremely clean. Courtyard area was washed everyday. Public area was very clean. Staff were friendly. Supervisor was extremely helpful and friendly. Will stay again.

A pretty warm lodge in a superb city. A bus stop right on the side. With kitchen and even washing machine. Not noisy. Perfect room service and bathroom very good.

Great location for a gig at UNSW Roundhouse and friendly staff. Courtyard access is a bonus. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great price for all of the above.

I really liked the layout of your hotel. We went to a concert and got back early in the morning and the courtyard access was great. The bathroom was a little small, but was clean. The room itself was a good size and clean but did smell a little damp, maybe air out the rooms a bit after cleaning? It does have some parking, but not enough for the amount of people that stay there.

Wonderful stay. Very comfortable beds, helpful staff and close to shops. Lovely decore.

The room was clean and spacious. Newly renovated and convenient location. We left something behind in our room and the staff were very helpful.

Very noicy because a high frequented road goes right along the hotel. The walls to the outside and also between the rooms are paper thin. We could hear people brushing the teeth right through the wall. What makes it even worse is that there is a customer kitchen which is open for everybody at any time. Other guests started to make breakfast at 06:30 in the morning and woke us up by rattling with the dishes and spoons, forks etc. Also a noice problem are the ceilings because you can hear every step of the person in the room above you. I think this is because the building is very old. We hardly recomend to NOT choose this Hotel. The staff is also not very friendly if it comes to concerns.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms but from our room very noisy. Bathrooms very small almost difficult to shower and unpleasant sewer smell from drains. Location fantastic very close to the hospital overall I would stay again but try to get a quieter room.

Very clean and fresh room. Great communal outdoor area. Excellent shared kitchen. Great location to Randwick, The Spot, the bus, and Coogee Beach.

You need more storage space in the rooms and Hanging hooks in the bathroom. I am short and I found it hard to hang up the bath mat and bath towel.

Lovely room, beautiful white linen. Every thing we needed. The price was excellent. Very close to all amenities. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Close to Prince of Wales hospital. Public transport within easy reach. Maybe a set of drawers, as we stayed for 10 nights, we don’t like living out of our suitcases! All in all, a great place to stay.

Painless check-in & check-out process, homely, cosy and extremely well maintained. Walking distance to malls, eateries, hospital, pharmacy amd a few pubs.

Great place, good value for the price and helpful staff. Conveniently Within walking distance of the hospitals which takes away stress of driving/parking. Kitchenette was a blessing for us with a little one and made life much simpler.

Stay here every year. So close to the hospital and have seen some nice renovations to the lodge and improvements to customer service over the years. Keep improving and good work!

Booked just for one night as my boyfriend is staying in prince of wales hospital across the road, the rooms are great! nice and clean and fresh. Almost feels like it was recently renovated, in general a lot better looked after then I expected for the price of just $140 a night! Only let down was I had to go searching for bath towels, and it took me a while to find the fridge and kettle it's so well hidden. All in all, I'm comfortable. Love the pressure on the shower ❤️

Room was very clean and well kept. Bathroom was excellent, though the water flowed down the shower screen and out onto the floor due to the bad angle of the bunding wall (slopes outward and not inward). A great pool of water that didn't escape, also due to the bad angle of the floor where the drain is situated. Lovely heritage building. Overall, a great stay.

Excellent location. Smallish rooms but Perfect for an overnight stay. Lovely clean room. Shower was amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Can not fault this hotel. The staff are just so accommodating to our every need. Other hotels could learn a lot from you wonderful customer service. Rooms have been upgraded and are looking so amazing. Wish I could give a 10 out of 5.

It's a good place to stay I'd you're visiting Randwick for a short stay. Rooms are fairly good, small and cosy. Staff is good and friendly.

Expensive for what you get and if you do decide to stay here make sure you don't get a room on the main road as it's very noisy. Tiny old bathrooms and Wi-Fi not working and old flickering small TVs.

If I was anyone staying here I would think twice about it the reception has no respect for confidentiality because someone called and asked if I had checked in and the staff said yes I had and how many people were with me! How bull crap is that the staff were being assholes about it I ended up getting a full refund but not the point! I have gone through so much crap and they have made it much worse for me now. I'm dead certain consumer affairs would be happy to here from me but if I was you I would not stay at this place 1 star is way too much credit for these idiots.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Didn't even get to stay at the hotel even though we booked it. Terrible customer service.

Good value for money, get what you pay for.
