A great option for families with kids. The hotel has nice territory far from roads and two water parks included (under the roof and outside).

We stayed here with our family as we were stuck in the country due to flight cancellations. The hotel is fairly priced with decent services.

I absolutely loved my time here! The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and my room was so cozy. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

We had a 3 night stay at Cross Resort, with 2 small kids. The resort had a lovely kids pool and playground area which was great for our little ones.

Clean, neat, good service. Helpful staff, easy to reach the city center.

The property is located in heart of Yerewan. We walked through the length and breadth of the city at ease. The staff are cordial, kind and always eager to help.

The hotel was clean, with big rooms. The staff was friendly. The hotel is a little bit far from the city center, but taxis work quite well in Yerevan and are cheap.

The greatest thing about it, is the location! You can access anywhere in the city by foot, and public transportation are so close.

It's the biggest hotel in Yerevan in terms of rooms and it's a relic from the Soviet times, but since then they've refurbished it, although it still gas a Soviet era feel.

The hotel was closer to the Cascade than to Republic Square.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but the daily housekeeping service wasn’t very good.

Good for what it is as a 3 star hotel. At first we had some difficulties at checkout due to them not accepting card and its location is far from the city center.

The location was very relaxing and calming ambience with a nice pool, the room was very big and clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. At the end I would thanks Mr. Armen and Kolya.
