Stayed here for 2 nights in August 2022. This is a very spacious, but old Soviet building, where previously it was obviously either someone’s mansion or a restaurant.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Good option if you’re looking for a simple and tidy place to rest.
We stayed here with our family as we were stuck in the country due to flight cancellations. The hotel is fairly priced with decent services.
I absolutely loved my time here! The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and my room was so cozy. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

Good looking vintage hotel. The manager is very helpful. Rooms are spacious.
Breakfast was quite filling and tasty, which was brought directly to your room.
Everything in the room was excellent, except for the lack of soap.
Pros:
1. Delicious and varied breakfasts: egg scramble, fried sausages with scrambled eggs, porridge, yoghurts, croissants and this is not the end of the list.

The Dave Hotel Yerevan is a relatively new establishment highly praised for its modern, clean, and comfortable rooms, often described as spacious and well-appointed with quality finishes.
The property is located in heart of Yerewan. We walked through the length and breadth of the city at ease. The staff are cordial, kind and always eager to help.
Great hospitality!
The staff was exceptionally accommodating — they allowed early check-in and even prepared breakfast boxes for our 6 AM checkout. Such thoughtful service made our stay memorable.

The great staff is by far their only advantage, it feels like home, they speak Russian, English, Persian and breakfast is great, its more like a home, than a hotel.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel thanks to Armena, Siri, Anahit and Vika (sorry if I spelled incorrectly) the most welcoming, lovely, family feel. Nothing was too much hassle.
Alba Hotel left a very positive impression. The warm smiles, caring attitude, and helpfulness of the reception staff made our stay especially pleasant.

I had best experience in this guest house. Everything is a piece of art. Comfy and super friendly staff. If you are a group of friends just try it as the garden is good for BBQ and night gathering.
A few years ago we stayed at this guest house, and stayed again in May 2025. Incredible house and wonderful hostess Arpine! Every time I have the impression that I stayed at the home of loved ones.
Wonderful, very friendly hostess Arpine! She told me everything, where the shops are, where the exchange office is, how to get to the center, allowed me to check in early and check out later.

Kind personal and clean rooms, although you have bus terminal view which is a little ugly but I like hotel because of Lili and her pancakes and her pure heart and beautiful smile.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully furnished. Floors are marble and bathroom walls are also marble. The room was large and comfortable for a week long stay.

We stayed for three nights. Hotel is a good and comfortable place to reside. Staff especially the manager Darya was very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel was clean, with big rooms. The staff was friendly. The hotel is a little bit far from the city center, but taxis work quite well in Yerevan and are cheap.

The sauna was not bad, but left mixed impressions. Cleanliness is satisfactory, but the steam room could be hotter. The service is standard, no frills.
I enjoyed the hotel's SPA rooms only, but boy it was good. The Relax room was perfect. A pool with a slide, 3 stores of hamams, saunas, and jacuzzis.
I recently stayed at Green Palace Hotel in Yerevan and I must say, it was a wonderful experience.
