Cheap hotels in Yerevan

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The place itself is very neat and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days stay in this wonderful hotel.

We could choose from a room with windows leading to the main road or a room without any windows lol.
The host is extremely friendly, speaks good english.
Theres not much space to work comfortably.

Excellent room for two with one bed and a bathroom, the room is clean, fresh, air conditioning, hairdryer, shower gel. The area is landscaped and there is a shared kitchen.

Not a bad hostel. With a wonderful courtyard, which is why I chose the hostel. The beds are quite comfortable and there is a power outlet.

Family-run hotel, affordable, clean, and close to the city center. Quiet location, fully equipped. Laundry and clothesline available outside, and a bench in the garden for smokers.

Very clean and very nice apartments. The owner is very helpful. The place is quiet. And the internet connection is very good.

We stayed one night, everything was ok. The internet was good, there was no smell, the admin wrote instructions on how to check in.
A bit dirty.

Pros — the hotel is small, in a modern multi-storey building with a concierge (or security, I don’t understand). There is a grocery store in the house with everything you need.

All are good, from services to the rooms especially the bathroom smell really nice and you can make coffee anytime.

It was an amazing experience.

This hotel was my home for a month, and if I go to Yerevan once again I would prefer to stay there again.

The place is quite clean, you have access to the kitchen which is really great. The manager is a great and nice person who will really care about guests and she could speak in different languages.

Homestay type hotel. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay at a very reasonable price: refrigerator, microwave, kettle, stove, oven, air conditioning, TV, washing machine.

Cosy & functional apartment.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen+living.
30 seconds to the underground station.
Easy communication & friendly hosts.

I had an incredible experience staying at Welcome Yerevan Apartments. The location is perfect, situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions.

Amazing location with super clean room for affordable price, stayed comfortably here for 7 nights, love it!

It's a cozy guest house not in the city center but close to the metro station, different supermarkets and restaurants (10-15 minute walking distance). The hosts are very nice, friendly and welcoming.

The accommodation is nice, there is a parking space. You can pay by card. It is a short walk to the metro. We recommend it. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is rich.

Very polite and good space the receptionist is so polite and so helpful I would prefer here to stay always.

I like it. The quality matches the price. I was glad that for 2 nights I paid only 2, 500 rubles / 10, 000 drams, and I was lucky that no one was assigned to my 6-bed room.

During our stay everthing was perfect.
1. The location is very close to Republic square and you can reach every place you want with walking at most for 25 minutes.

I like it close to everything you need super market touristic places shopping.
Thank you for the owners they're very friendly and helpful.
God bless you all 🙏🏼

I had a great stay here! It's a little far from Republic Square (minimum 20-minute walk) but it's fine if you want to explore the area by walking around. The place was clean and homey.

Location.
Poor Wi-Fi connection.
A bit noisy.

Very nice place. Well organized. Friendly staff. Clean. Gohar the manager she can take care about everything from arrival of airport to hotel. Good experience in this hotel. You will not regret.
