I would say generally standard hotel experience. Not great location-wise, right off of seemingly a highway. Also the listing was largely inaccurate, however the service did seem helpful enough and didn't give me too much fuss even after they couldn't produce change for me, and allowed me to go to the ATM to get it exchanged. Overall, wasn't impressed, wasn't something I'd say was horrible. Though I did hate that some of the rooms were smoking friendly, though, that's the former Soviet union for you.
Plus points — Wifi, hot water.
Opt for this place only if you are on a tight budget and looking for just a place to sleep on. The room with a double bed and bunk bed was small and there was hardly any space to walk. Storage was difficult. The washroom is small and can be challenging for plus size people. The room and bedding was full of hair, apparently the bedsheets were not washed or cleaned.
