Terrible experience. Absolutely not recommended.
The room was extremely poorly designed: a tiny window near the ceiling, no view, very low bathroom ceiling, and no basic amenities (no fridge, kettle, slippers, or tissues). The room was freezing, and extra blankets were not available. Staff were unhelpful and ignored questions.
The breakfast was also awful — very low quality, and you had to stand in a long line just to get bread.
Overall, this hotel is a complete disaster in terms of comfort, service, and facilities. I would never stay here again.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully furnished. Floors are marble and bathroom walls are also marble. The room was large and comfortable for a week long stay. A lift as well as stairs services upper floors. A well supplied breakfast bar and dining room caters for guests.
The girl replenishing the breakfast bar and waiting in the dining room at night was very shy and avoided guests and so was slow to clear used plates and replenish the bar. We dined in on our first night (the only diners! ) and found the menu inflexible and the food overcooked. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve found in any hotel.
This facility has great potential and so many positive features. The negatives could be readily tweaked to provide an outstanding experience.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The hotel listing claimed to have parking. Before our trip, I even emailed them to confirm, mentioning that we had booked 4 double rooms and were bringing 2 cars. When we arrived, they told us there was no parking and we had to leave our cars on the street — even though the parking lot was completely empty.
Although the hotel was far from full, they still gave us 4 rooms on 4 different floors, meaning each of us was separated. The air conditioning was awful — in the middle of the summer heat, the system was stuck at 29°C. We repeatedly asked them to lower the temperature, but nothing changed. Only a few rooms had fans, and the one in our room didn’t even have a safety cover, making it dangerous to use.
Housekeeping was minimal. They only replaced the towels and didn’t clean the bathrooms at all. The sauna was cold and out of service.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. It charges four-star prices but delivers the service of a cheap roadside inn.

Stay away at any cost! The AC does not work. Daily outages of water. Room was constantly 30° C. Very dirty room, shower, bathtub. Mattresses and pillows are very old and full of sweat stains. Weak Wi-Fi. Locker box is not attached so a thief can just grab it and walk away with your passport and money. Just check the photos. They promised every day to fix the AC and to change the room, but none of that happened.

Wort Experience!
We stayed with our baby, and we had a very bad experience from the first day. They didn’t keep the basic amenities, such as water, from the first day. After we asked, they only told us to go and collect it from the restaurant. In the room they kept a kettle, and it was very unhygienic. In that kettle there was already water, and it had fungus inside. When we informed the reception, one lady came, and she told us to clean it. After that, she took that one, and we asked her for another kettle, but she took that same one without water and said, "This is another one, " and the fungus was still inside. 3 times she brought the same kettle, and only the 4th time did she bring the other kettle, which also wasn’t that clean.
And their attitude was like, " We are staying there free of cost.
And the TV is not working properly. The Wi-Fi range is also very poor.
The only good thing was the room was spacious; other than that, it was a terrible experience. The location was also not good.
All the staff have difficulty communicating in English; we didn’t find at least one employee with good communication in English.

Overall, my impression was positive.
Although the photos didn’t make it clear that the room had no window at all (which I suggested they correct), the hotel upheld its reputation by offering a windowed room at the same price.
While tap water is generally drinkable throughout Yerevan, the water in this hotel was unfortunately not suitable for drinking—hopefully they will address this issue.

The Stuff are friendly,, but there is no AC in the hotel. It’s not working and the rooms. They are very hot. Plus Wi-Fi it’s very very weak.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to! Service zero! Heaters not working! Receptionist not polite at all! The only staff available in the whole hotel were the receptionist and the bill boy who both of them doesn't speak English!
We were freezing in our room and they didn't care! They said this is how it is!
I have never imagined that I will face this type of treatment in here!

Very nice boutique hotel in the city center. Good location, nice to walk in the evenings in the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good for friends and families. The staff is helpfull and professional. The prices are good, reasonable. Recommended.

We highly recommend this hotel; this is our first time traveling, and it is one of the most memorable experiences. My family and I would like to highlight one of the amazing, very friendly staff members, Mr. Arman (concierge). A truly gem in the hotel. He is super attentive, very friendly, helpful and informative. Whenever we need assistance, he is professional as he is prompt in attending to our inquiry and request. We will surely come back to Armenia and will choose to stay here again.

Terrible Experience — Avoid at All Costs.
I had one of the worst stays at this so-called "hotel. " The issues started as soon as I arrived. The staff was incredibly rude and completely uninterested in assisting with even basic queries. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by checking in.
The room itself was an absolute nightmare. There was zero soundproofing, so I could hear every noise from the hallway, other rooms, and even outside. Forget about getting a good night's sleep.
To make matters worse, the bed was unclean, with visible stains on the sheets and a stale smell. I doubt they even bothered to change them between guests. There wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water, which is the bare minimum I’d expect from any establishment.
Overall, this place was a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location but its still quite far away from republic square. You either need to take a cab or walk 25 mins.
The staff was ridiculous and never smiled. They didnt even give water in the room. When we asked for water the first day they gave it at night. Again the whole second day went without water and when asked she made weird faces at us said the kitchen is closed and then finally after 30 mins she sent someone with water.
The morning receptionist was nice and friendly and spoke decent english.
The food choices for breakfast was also bare minimum with hardly any hot food. The fact that they can give you omelette also wasn't told. Its like they leave you on your own to figure out things.
Room was pretty average too with the fridge making crazy noise if its switched on. The bathroom towels smelled of chlorine. After a shower you feel like you came out of the pool. If you have ever stayed at any nice hotel wouldn’t recommend this as it will dampen your holiday spirit.

There wasn't any cups and kettle in the room. There wasn't any windows in the room. They didn't clean the room. Breakfast wasn't at the level of a four-star hotel at all.

If only I could, I wouldn’t give this hotel even a single star, they don’t deserve it at all! This is the worst place I’ve ever been. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to safety issues and poor amenities, very disappointing! Somebody stolen my AirPods, I was so devastated when they returned the left side while the right side and casing both missing. According to their cleaner they found it on my bed, which is obviously a LIE, FYI I kept it inside my bag and I never use it inside my hotel room. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Do not spoil your vacation, try to find a good place to stay.

Uncomfortable Bed and Poor Hygiene: The bed provided is extremely uncomfortable, with a metal base that squeaks at the slightest movement. The pillows are of poor quality, and the bedding lacks protective covers, exposing visible yellow sweat stains. Additionally, there is a considerable amount of rubbish under the bed, indicating that the cleaning staff neglect to check this area.
Inadequate Soundproofing: The sound insulation throughout the building is substandard. Conversations and footsteps from the hallway are clearly audible in the rooms, and whenever water is used, there is a loud noise that echoes in the room. Moreover, conversations, TV noise, and other sounds from adjacent rooms can be heard easily. Despite the policy prohibiting guests after 12 AM, parties in the restaurant are allowed to continue until 6 AM, creating disturbances for other guests. The staff appears indifferent to these issues, allowing disruptive behavior to go unchecked.
Lack of Proper Management: The hotel shows a significant lack of management oversight. The rooms are poorly maintained, and essential amenities such as drinking water, tea, and cups are not provided. Ironically, while a kettle is supplied, there is no water to use with it.
Room Maintenance Issues: Upon check-in, I had to compile a list of issues that were never addressed during my week-long stay.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
We recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with our experience. The services provided were far below average; the staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The rooms were poorly maintained, the ac wasn’t working in peak summer and asked us to open the windows and lacked basic amenities, making for an uncomfortable stay. The facilities advertised were either unavailable or in disrepair, further adding to the frustration. Moreover, the attitude of the staff was downright rude, which made the entire experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
