Zero view, but to be expected at an airport. They didn’t offer a complimentary breakfast; the room was lack luster in amenities and cleanliness (visible smears in mirror; refrigerator and surfaces), the television remote wouldn’t work properly and they had directv. Which is horrible for weather and it worked off and on, the shades wouldn’t close all the way. Staff was okay, they just seemed miserable to be there. There isn’t vending on every floor but a main kiosk at front desk. Restaurant/bar has a great bar tender but pricing was astronomical and she was responsible for doing more than staffing the bar (hard to provide consistent customer service when you can’t be there, not her fault). For paying a premium price it was lack luster all the way around.

Very quiet, clean, and well kept room. Staff was very friendly. This time we even ate at the cafe. We were suprised at how good the food was.

Room was clean and pleasant. Couldn't hear the planes taking off nearby at all. Breakfast staff exceptionally nice. Food was good and plentiful.

Everything was great. Came for my family reunion and the staff treated us wonderfully. Rooms were nice and clean and we had no issues.

As you enter the hotel the decor is nice, staff smiled and waved prior to check in and offered complimentary waters. The mini market is overpriced, but nicely set up. Once I entered my room and got settled we noticed 1 rag and 2 towels, dirty linen, and we could not locate the remote. After tossing and turning nearly 4 hours, I called guest services … who offered to move me to another room, which also felt similar to our previous room… warning both beds felt like Bricks … surely Hilton is not aware of this? In all my years, I have never felt so uncomfortable and disgusted with Hilton. This hotel should be compared to a motel 6 as the rooms are ran down. I wonder If this property was an original Hilton or a brought property with a name change? Can someone from management please add some mattress pads to these beds and update these rooms ASAP? I am calling someone TOMORROW… not one soft pillow … very very hard beds… not one ounce of sleep after a long drive …

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Our bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend it.

Quite rooms but you can hear airport si consider rooms on back face of hotel if that bothers you. Lobby under renovation right now but it did not effect us. 5 mins to airport si very convenient for early morning flights.

The room was clean, friendly staff, location was easy to find and close to major roadways for easy navigation. The left elevator seemed a bit sketchy. Overall good hotel, pleasant stay. I would reccomend to a friend, and stay there again.

In the Richmond area, near the airport, this the go to hotel for us and has been for several years. It is well located, clean, and comfortable. A good bed is very important to me and I have always found the bed to be exactly what I need for a good nights sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful and parking is readily available and well lit. The digital key feature is a welcome feature at this location as well. The cost is a bit higher than other places and breakfast is generally not included. However, all things considered, this is always my first choice in Sandston, VA.

Hospitality staff was amazing. Attended the WIC conference last week and staff was wonderful! However, they definitely need more parking.

The hotel is awesome staff are so friendly. Rooms are pretty decent size, was spotless when I arrived, and foods great. It's in the perfect location right in the middle of everything.

I love this hotel. It is right next to the airport. It is quite, but it is still very close to restaurants and other businesses. Even though it is close to the airport the airport stops flights around 9:00 or 10:00 so it is quiet at night. I would stay here again for sure.

Bed could have been softer but other than that it was amazing. Staff was wonderful.

The staff here is super friendly! Not only do they have complimentary coffee in the morning, but I the afternoon and evening they have complimentary STRAWBERRY WATER! That's legit.

The hotel has a nice lobby and the staff are very nice and accommodating. The room is clean and has a microwave, which I don't see much in a hotel these days. My only complaint would be the bed, it's to hard, but that's just a personal preference.

Attended a corporate event at the Hilton garden inn. The provided lunch was good and the staff was attentive. Wifi was not available for the attendees but cell service was fair. All in all, a good experience.

Clean and comfortable, and a pleasant staff. Breakfast was nice, but I wasn't able to stay long enough to use any of the facilities.

The room has a mini fridge and microwave which is nice. The front desk and reception employees were very courteous and friendly. I don't have any regrets about staying here.

Room was clean. Staff so nice! We arrived late after bring on the road for hours and they opened the pool for my family. So nice! Breakfast in the morning was nice, and reasonably priced.

The hotel was conveniently located by the airport. The lobby was very posh and offered amenities such as breads and fruit infused waters. The room was immaculate and beds are super comfy! I ordered room service for dinner and the food was delicious. I look forward to staying again soon!

Dana was absolutely marvelous! She treated us with the utmost care and attention. She was very helpful with helping us navigate through the city and things to do! I highly recommend speaking with her if you stay here!

Spotless and comfortable throughout. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The only thing needed was a complimentary breakfast… Coffee in the room doesn't cut… You need cold creamer and more than a 6 oz cup…

The front desk staff were super sweet. The hotel was immaculate. The room was super comfy. The only thing that could of made it better was a complimentary breakfast. But you still get a 5 lol that's just me being cheap.

It's a pretty nice hotel. By the looks of everything it's either a recently built hotel, or renovated. It's very clean, a not expensive, and located in a good spot to get things that you may need while visiting.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, beautifully appointed. This hotel is at the RIC surrounded by a Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and a Hampton Inn. Everything about our stay here was great. The staff was friendly and professional. We had a room with 2 queen beds. It was bigger than similar hotel rooms and again, very clean. They have keurig coffee brewers in the room (complimentary coffee in lobby is way better), refrigerator and small microwave. Although the this hotel is located at the airport and next to I-64, it was quiet. Beds are comfy. I would stay here again! If I were looking to book a conference, I would consider this place. Convenient airport access, close to downtown.

Staff was always very accommodating and helpful to make our event special! Thank you! Even when the event room got up to 78 degrees you brought in a Super big fan! Nice! Dance floor was too small so they fixed that too!

Had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! The staff was great, especially Tina, the room was clean, and my kids loved the pool! Thank you for making our trip enjoyable! We will definitely be returning.

Standard HGI, which isn't a bad thing — you always know what you're getting. Clean rooms, full service bar including outside eating area, and one of the best hot breakfasts you can get.

The service was great, food was good. The bathrooms where well kept. I didnt stay overnight.

I don't do a lot of traveling so I'm not sure how this hotel compares to other ones, but I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly, no problems with the water pressure, pillows were very soft (maybe too soft) and the bed was I think good. Like I said, I don't travel a lot so it was probably just not used to sleeping in a different place. They were sleep number beds and I don't know my number. Breakfast was good, the hot to order you pay for restaurant style unless you have a coupon, otherwise the traditional contental breakfast was free. I have no complaints about my stay.

I was stuck here in Winter Storm Jonas (#snOMG), and everyone was super nice and very hard working, despite being stuck at work for a whole weekend!

My husband and I just stayed here for our wedding night. The room was big, clean, and really nice. Loved the little touches like the coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave in the room. The staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was super yummy. We loved it so much we are talking about coming back later this month for a couple nights.

Overnight business stay. Staff (Kea) was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and had anything we would want. I left that hotel very satisfied.

I absolutely love this hotel: the staff are friendly, professional and helpful! I enjoyed my initial one night stay so much, that I cancelled my reservation at another reputable hotel for the following two nights, and extended my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Airport — and that was before even using the fitness room/pool/Jacuzzi. The restaurant staff especially Britt — were awesome as well! The food was well prepared, the presentation was appealing and it was delicious. I actually ate all of my food — and that rarely occurs! I thoroughly enjoyed each interaction with Rachel, Jay, Jacqueline and Melanie at the front desk! At the end of my 2 week visit to the Richmond area, I decided to spend my last night in town at the Garden Inn Richmond Airport. The bed was soooo comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, despite there being a convention going on. I will absolutely stay there again! I stayed a total of four nights, over a 2 week period of time, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Everyone and I mean everyone was professional and courteous. My company holds contractor prep classes there, so I am there all day. I dealt with 4 different desk clerks, 2 bartenders and 2 servers and all of them were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Great place to stay.
