Cleanly rooms are too small and kinda run down.

Dont stay here… pay a little more and stay somewhere else. The hotel smelled moldy and disgusting and dirty as soon as you walk in the door. The ac unit in the hallway was so loud that I could here it through the room door. The ac in the room never worked well. It was literally so hot in the room it was unbearable. Also, the chair in the room had so many stains on it. Theres no telling what was on it. The room also smelled just as disgusting as the front lobby.

We have Stayed at this Establishment on Several occasions while visiting the Sandston, VA Area! It's Clean! It's Quaint! And, it's Quiet! Everything You Desire in a Hotel!

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Bed leaves some to be desired but you get what you pay for. Nice start and location as well!

We kind of always stay here when we visit Richmond. Their breakfast is good and location is great too. Reach anytime and at hotel desk, you will find a smiling face greeting you. There are some good low price restaurants around this hotel. It is very close to airport and almost 20 minutes away from Richmond Coliseum. Ample of parking space around this property.

The rooms are clean, and the staff go out of their way to be accommodating. There are several fast food restaurants within walking distance, and shopping areas within a mile. It is close to the airport and easy to get to. The perfect hotel for a short work trip!

It's exactly what you would expect from an airport hotel, it's a good place to sleep, but you won't be blown away by much.

Very pleasant staff. Marquita M. Was the best. Not only did she go over and beyond the call of duty, but she did it with a great attitude!

The fridge in the room is bloody noisy! Basic facilities. Quite convenient for the Arby's across the road.

Good for the price. Friendly staff and convenient location. Do note that there's no elevator. It was really clumsy for me to drag my heavy luggage up the stairs along with 23456 items in my hands.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good value for the money.

Very comfortable hotel, close to airport and restaurants. They had the best biscuits out of any hotel breakfast, light and flake. The staff was very helpful and courteous. This place is my new favorite hotel in Richmond.

Good value. Comfy bed. Bathroom housekeeping could be better. Good sleep for being near an airport. We are dinosaurs and requested wake up call that didn't happen.

Customer service is amazing, rooms simple and clean, good breakfast, fast shuttle.

Well, all started off great. They lady that check me in was wonderful and pleasant. Go to the room it was fine for the price, I mean I didn't expect the four seasons… People need to understand that you pay for what you get… Now, the reason I have two stars was because I'm sitting here trying to call the from desk and I've called from my room phone and my cell phone a total of 8 times now over a course of 30 minutes and no answer… it's 10:46am… Pretty sure I've gotten hung up on at least 2 of those times.

Pillowcases were obviously dirty. We found 2 dead bugs and killed another that was climbing the wall. Our bathroom was not clean and had hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. Our comforter had a fresh, unlaundered stain. When I brought this to the attention of the man at the desk for the night shift it was as if I was bothering him. It took me 30 minutes to get clean pillowcases and the guy said they would be in to clean the room in the morning and we’d just have to sleep in it. He said he couldn’t give me a clean blanket and they would change it in the morning. The rates are cheap, but so are the amenities. I would not stay here again.

Blood stains on the floor. Dirty shower and toilet. Dirty bed sheets. Tissues under sheets. Small room. Stains on walls. Disgusting.

Beyond awesome experience! Starting from the front desk to the accommodation, it was a very nice experience staying at this hotel. It will be surely on my list to visit next time in Richmond, VA.

Bed bugs were found, staff didn’t seem to mind just handed us a tube of anti itch cream. After a battle we were moved to another room that was not much different bare mattresses showed signs of previous bugs… we have stayed at this hotel about 4 times the last 2 times involving bed bug issue… needless to stay we will not be stay again.

The hotel was decent. I slept the majority of the time I was actually in the room so there isn't a whole lot to report. The front desk staff was friendly. The AC worked well. I left before the breakfast began.

So the positive: good breakfast and the rooms were updated. On the negative side: the beds are very hard (not comfortable for this back pain person), people were smoking in non-smoking rooms and thus smoke came into our room and it smelled like an ashtray in the morning. I'm highly allergic and an Asthmatic-so this was a BIG problem for us. We reserved 4 nights and checked out after 1. Property does need to be better maintained.

I stayed here several times while visiting family. I must say good price clean rooms. It's the best deal on this block filled with motels and hotels. Definitely staying again my next trip back home.

Everything was great, close to airport, bed, Wi-Fi, breakfast. Only complaint was shuttle driver. We called ahead as we were arriving late. On arrival first call went to VM, second answer, he came fast but waited all the way to opposite end of our baggage claim — even tho there were plenty of spaces marked courtesy shuttles on our end, and he actually saw me there — and did not help with luggage. He was on the phone the entire trip (in a language I did not recognize) to his mom I think. And turns out he left the desk unmanned while he was gone as he was alone.

This hotel is the dirtiest I have ever stayed in. The one star is because the staff was great. Every surface and stains, the walls were dirty, the curtain was falling off the rod. The bathroom was nasty and had a giant roach that came out at night. I barely slept because the room was so dirty it made everyone feel nasty and itchy. Stay away, spend a little more somewhere else.

Staff were nice, rooms were decent for what you paid for but the walls are kinda thin. I'd say for the price it's decent but not my first choice.

DISGUSTING! First off, there were sketchy people hanging out by the side entrance (which is where I had to enter because of where my room was located). Secondly, the room was dirty. There were stains on the carpet, on the bed spread, on the reclining chair in the room. There was bugs crawling on one of the beds. I did not feel comfortable staying in the room at all and kept something on my feet at all times, pay extra money to stay somewhere nicer and clean.

The first day I arrived I got LOCKED OUT from my room. The lock inside lock the room by itself and after seeing all the scratches I understood that it is a common problem. It took about 15min for the guy to try to open the door with a tool and he confirmed that it has happened before. Do not stay in room 133. The back door that goes outside is broken : the key won't open it. The gym is horrible. The room is big but as soon as you walk in. You walk into the bathroom. The hotel is not in a good area but if you drive 5-6 min down the road it gets better. There is a 7 eleven across the street. They do have a full breakfast with eggs, milk, waffle maker.

Hotel screwed up & had a friend checking out yesterday, even though she paid for an extra day. They threw all her stuff into garbage bags, not even her suitcase, and threw out her food, 2 phone chargers, a bottle of good whiskey (unopened too! ) and ALL of her toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, buff puff). After they discovered their mistake they "comped" her the room but would not even talk to her about her missing stuff. You guys suck, if I could give you a 0 stars, I would.

Flew in late so put my head down here as wasn't being picked up till the morning. Hotel has seen some better days but for one night as a stopover it was ok. Would probably use again if I had too.

Honestly: I am diamond elite member of choice hotels. This hotel is not updated in any way. Old tvs. The sheets are old there is too many hair folicals by the headrest. The wall socket had a broken piece of metal stuck in it. It was like a trap set to shock and possibly kill me. There is no elevator. And there was tagging in my room door. The only good thing was the heater and towels including the cable channels. I will post pictures. they should make a customer want to come back. But this is probably the worst in comfort inns in the USA.

Was bit all over my back by bedbugs and all that management told me was " Well work on it" I went to Richmond on vacation end ended up leaving the city with Lime disease.

Worst hotel I've ever been in, nevertheless stayed in.

The hotel is showing some age. There is not an elevator so you need to carry your luggage up to the second floor. I noticed the stairwells were dirty. This is not the worst hotel I have stayed at however I probably will not stay here again.

Loved the hotel. Every one was so nice. The house keeping staff were nice and kept the rooms clean. Loved the transportation and the work out room. The computer also came in handy. I would recommend this hotel.
