Not very happy! absolutely disappointed! sky rocket deposits and it doesn't defunded after 2 3 days, it shouldn't that long for the costumers to get their refunds back after all it took them a second to take it outta their costumers account. Unbelievable and very very sad.

I found the hallways were dingy, the outside appearance of the building was clean, new and modern, I was less than impressed with the rooms or anything inside. Lots of room for improvement. Come on Comfort Inn you’re better than this!

Good place to stay. Beds are comfortable. Clean rooms. Pet friendly. Great breakfast. And room food service is awesome.

Nice clean rooms, the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was more than I expected waffles, bacon, eggs, cereal, milk and juice. Was able to make me a beautiful plate to take it back to my room. Breakfast in bed.

Guilty until proven innocent. Was told by the front desk over the phone that we were to loud. We had our faces buried in our phones not making a sound. In fact we could have passed for dead. It's a clean motel, great for a overnight stop. 2 nights is 2 long. If I never stay here again it will be 2 soon. ☎☎

The location for events at the Maverick Center is fantastic. Just a short walk to the doors. The rooms were adequate and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the hashbrowns were undercooked and eggs overcooked.

Hotel itself is great but we were told by one employee that we could split the cost of a room on two cards and then another told us we couldn't and was pretty rude about it. I can't remember his name but he really needs to work on his customer service skills. It did not make me very happy to hear that we could split the bill and then that we couldn't later when we had already made a reservation and were in too deep already.

This place is a absolute nightmare! Spent two days here. Drive 8 hrs after reserving 2 rooms, had to wait another hour because the rooms weren't clean, couldn't enjoy the hot tub because they never turned the Jets on after saying they would multiple times, had to deal with absolutely disrespectful children with shitty parents. The staff are rude and lazy. Never again! Worst place I have ever stayed.

Rooms arent bad. Nothing fancy but ok. Bathroom is very dimly lit and the fan was extremely loud. Worst part of our stay is the pool. Indoors surrounded by glass with sun coming through but no action, only two sliding glass doors opened an I checked or two. Asked the front desk about opening more of the sliding glass doors and as told that the ones opened are the only ones that are operational. Looks like the whole ceiling may have opened at on time but motors are all broken. So we get to suffocate while trying to enjoy the pool. It's probably every bit of 100 degrees in pool room with no ventilation. MISERY and we are here for five days, never would have booked here had we known this.

Experience was as expected. Clean room with a nice shower. The receptionist was pleasant to deal with. The free continental breakfast was a nice touch.

Friendly staff, modern yet warm guest rooms with an extended stay type of feel. All your basic amenities with an affordable price and a great location adjacent to the Maverik Center. The airport is close by as well as the heart of Salt Lake City being a short drive away. Quality, service, and overall value hit the nail on the head at this property. Tons of great restaurants nearby too.

Good beds and room size for the price. Very helpful employees. Bars, restaurants and cafes walkable.

The staff is very attentive and rooms are always clean the breakfast is also really good.

The employees were nice. The room was clean. The van to the airport was fast and convenient.

Very clean and orderly. Nice rooms, good and simply hot breakfast. The only downfall is that the mattresses (at least the single king room we stayed in) are not comfortable mattresses. Other than the mattresses are hard to sleep on, everything else was good.

Really nice staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy access. Love that they offer all the amenities. A pool, hot tub, gym, breakfast, laundry. They even have an iron and ironing board in the room. I have really enjoyed my stay here. Kind of like a home away from home. And the breakfast. Was really good. They have a lot of options. Its a great place to stay and would for sure recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay!

Old and more or less clean establishment. It is on that at this price you could not expect miracles but still… floor of the room dirty (crumbs of biscuits or I do not know what). Relatively comfortable bed. Good Point, the cleanliness of the bathroom. Breakfast Fair but not much choice. Worst point: Wi-Fi! Barely 550 Kbps…

I believe that this should be a better rated hotel. It's in the middle of downtown Salt Lake City. Wonderful staff, from the front desk to the cleaners. Wonderful parking, clean rooms and exceptional prices. I will definitely keep going back and recommend this to people needing a place to stay for the night.

I stayed here for 7 days for business trip. I had no problem with the front desk. Actually all of them were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. Bed and pillow were cozy. Breakfast was so lovely. I never missed breakfast there. I liked it so much. But the hot tube was not that hot… but you have your own tube in your room so not a big deal. They also offer cold water, hot water, coffee, and hot tea for 24 hours which was really great in cold Utah. I would definitely go back!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, but rooms had some issues. First room had a broken toilet and non-plugging tub. We switched to a second room where the toilet and tub worked, but the sink plugged and then wouldn't come unplugged. Our timing was unfortunate in that the water was shut off for repairs at 10am, which meant hot water was gone before 9. Despite plumbing problems, I would stay here again.

The customer service needs to be addressed. My mother has come here on occasion when she visits from out of state. They have never been very professional or helpful towards her. She stays here because it is close to me and the bed is fairly comfortable. However she had a minor slip and fall occur and they treated her like she was trying to just sue the whole company. Immediately turned aggressive rather than listening and just so much as paying attention. Nunez was at the front desk if I recall correctly. You will never have business again if I can do anything about it. Tip one: be calm and listen to your CUSTOMERS they pay you. Be calm. Don't assume cause you are located in a less than prestigious area of town that someone is out for blood.

The staff there are very nice. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I ran out of dog food they helped me get to the store. Nice people. I would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel was OK. I was staying for work and my employer only gives so much per diem to reimburse for travel this hotel fits that budget. I would not stay here for Vacation, the beds feel old our room still had cottage cheese ceiling. The elevator makes strange minor bumps and if very creaky. Also the wait for the elevator can be annoying. Hotel staff was great and knowledgeable about the questions I had.

It's an ok place. Indoor swimming and hot tub. Great breakfast, but the lighting wasn't good in the room, or bathroom. Not enough towels for the amount of guests there. I requested 2 rooms together a few days ahead of time, but a last minute group was prioritized.

Rooms were very nice. Staff was polite and professional. Good value for the money.

Stayed here for one night while heading up to Idaho. We had a very nice, modern room; clean and comfortable beds with both soft and firm pillows. The Wi-Fi was ok for checking social media and such, but anything more like video streaming was practically impossible. It may have just been a lot of people trying to use it at once, though, as when we came back for the night the parking lot was completely full. Parking would have been another issue altogether, but thankfully the hotel has an agreement with the Cracker Barrel next door to use their lot for overflow, so we didn't mind. The breakfast in the morning was great and offered a variety of options including bacon, eggs, and make-your-own waffles, plus some on-the-go items like fruit and yogurt. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the internet could use an upgrade for sure. As it is, I'd recommend this hotel for a good place to sleep and relax while visiting the area, but if you're like me and want fast Internet for movies and whatnot, you may be a little disappointed.

Upside, the staff was very patient with our millions of requests. My brothers' room door was falling off the hinges, and they had no problem moving them to a different room. There were other complications, but they were always willing the fix them. Downfall, the breakfast tasted terrible.

I was expecting less based on the price, but was surprised. Comfortable bed, quite neighbors, and Rick called my room an hour or so after I checked in to make sure everything was in order. Reasonable place with great staff. I will warn that the continental breakfast really isn't all that great (I hate eggs that come in a carton) but they do offer fresh waffles and juice.

The room was nice, overall the property could be cleaner. Black spots (tar? ) In the elevator and lobby. Breakfast was mediocre at best and very limited seating. They also jacked up prices because of a convention. Not sure if I would stay here again!

Really enjoyed the room. Clean and nice. Nice indoor pool and spa. Restaurants are very close to the hotel. There's also a mall less than a mile away.

I have stayed here several times now, And every time that I have I have had a wonderful experience; the rooms have been clean, the beds have been soft, soft clean sheets and 5 pillows per bed! Extra star for that. Personally, pillows are a pertinent part of my experience at any place to stay, the showers have been hot, and AC/ heater both work very well, so your room stays the perfect temperature wherever you set it at. The staff have been a little short as far as then being knowledgeable of surrounding area, but make up for it being willing to do anything necessary to help answer any questions or assist in any issues. Would most definitely recommend this place, price is fair and best bang for your buck so to speak. Love it here.

No complaints. Great staff. The cleaning crew works their butt off to keep it clean and smells good. Nice pool/hot tub open till 11. Lots of restaurants near by. Decent breakfast. Would return if in the area again.

My mom had a medical emergency and had to travel to Salt Lake City from out of state. From the moment my wife and I checked in, we were treated well. As time went on (my mom was quickly placed in hospice and passed away a week later), the staff treated us like family. They are wonderful people. The hotel is well maintained and clean. I really could not ask for anything more. We will definitely be staying there again in June to see the Dead and Company show.

I always stay here when I come visit my family. When it was Baymont it was pretty good. I realize this isn't 5 ⭐️ accommodations but the hot tub was colder than the pool! The rooms are clean and comfortable but that's it.

Nice rooms, nearby to two pokestops, Wi-Fi slow but not too bad, pool was nice but small and the pool room was a bit grungy.

It's alright but its not the best. They failed to put our family in close rooms and we are on different floors. The comfort inn in saint George was much nicer on the other hand.

Rooms are OK, although the arrangement where the sink is right in the way of the entry door is very strange. Staff were very polite. Breakfast is poorly stocked and not well cooked. Fair for the price but not great. Convenient nearby dining and drinking options.

Everything was good except the air conditioning does not work as it should. He began to work at the time.

I give this hotel 5 stars, the hotel staff is amazing, clean rooms, great breakfast, shuttle if you need it. Very accommodating and will most definitely stay there again. One of the best hotels stays we've experienced.

Really nice place. Lots of food and restaurants neaby, within walking distance. Rooms were clean, beds were good, TV on the smaller side but worked well. Customer service was nice and polite. Would recommend this place.

Our experience has been great, front desk lady was very polite and handled the situation that came up beautifully. The rooms are actually nice and clean, the bathrooms impressed us with how clean and home like they are. Marking comfort inns on our map for more stops.

Great place to stay. Clean room! Loved it especially for the price and sorroundings by restaurants and shopping. They also offer shuttle to the airport and truck stops. Got room on 3rd floor. New carpet in room, no odors, granit counter tops. Got my cdl discount and referred by shop discount. Love it. Will give 4 stars for that it took over an hour to get checked in, thats for being standing by "please wait will be back soon" sign then finally took phone and called and asked to please come OUT and HELP. Hotel employee woke up a little mad and not in a best interest to see me there in that time, came out of the back room with piercings and I couldnt tell if its a guy or a girl by its looks and voice and said that its name is Jason. (I didnt wanted to be root and didnt asked what was its sex plus I just needed a shower and a good bed) Jason was looking into the computer screen for 20 min or so got me a room on second floor, when I got to this room, opened it, got in, and finally realized that IAM NOT ALONE IN THIS ROOM AND SOMEONE THERE IS ALREADY SLEEPING WITH TV ON. I said sorry and walked back down to jason. From the time I walked in the doors and got to my bed it took way over an hour, was very upset of the service since it was 3 am and I had a heavy bag on my shoulder and was super tired and upset it was taking so long. Still thinking if I purposely was sent to the room where someone aparenlty waiting for someone or it was an accident.

Great room, very clean and comfortable. LOVE the soft and firm pillow options. Gentleman working on the evening of our check-in was very professional and polite. He was a great help. Coffee was hot and fresh in the morning, and they have actual creamer! I loathe powdered creamers! I could have stayed in this room for a lot longer than one night! But we had to be on our way! I recommend the third floor by the steps, so you can park right by the side entry for easy coming and going. My one and only complaint was the lack of toiletries in the room. I needed them since my stuff was all packed away in the car.

Overall we had a nice stay here with a few relatively minor glitches. The good — the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's centrally located which made getting to the places we needed to go very easy. There is a nice selection of breakfast items and the ladies who work in the breakfast room do a wonderful job of keeping things stocked. I always check to see if there is a fitness center before I book a room, but can sometimes get an unpleasant surprise if the room is not welcoming or the equipment is not up to par. This hotel has both a nice, well-lit room where the temperature can be controlled by the person using it — I prefer a cooler room to work out in — and it has nice equipment. Well done! The not-so-good — when we arrived on Friday night, we discovered that the dead-bolt on our door would not lock. When I informed the front desk of this, the man working came to look at it. Although he had tools, he had no idea how to begin fixing it, and in truth, I wouldn't have wanted him to be taking the door apart when we were ready to be settling in. He stood there for a few moments with seemingly no suggestions. Finally I inquired as to whether or not there was another room we could be moved to. There was and so he moved us, including a 10% discount for both Friday and Saturday nights.

Rooms were nice and quiet but my husband left my pillow behind, when I called the same day we left the guy at front desk seemed too busy to really look but says it wasn't there, and he's try to call the woman who cleaned the room. When I called back to see if he'd reached cleaning lady or manager he said no one was answering their phones and didn't seem too interested in finding my pikkow. I'm very upset and would never go back there, where they can keep a pillow instead of putting it in lost and found like their rules are.

Ok this place is definitely in the you get what you pay for catagory. It's being remodeled so ok deal with some noise and dust. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything going on around you. Then room was dirty. Bathroom sink and floors. The toilet wouldn't flush. There was what I assume was construction adhesive everywhere. May from the recent remodel? The hall ways were dirty with the worst carpet I've seen since I was a child… The 70s called they want there carpet back. The lobby was under construction. With debris everywhere. People tripping on stuff trying to get to the breakfast stuff. The guy who checked me in was what I assume was mentally challenged. Which is ok. But then I realized he was just an incompetent moron kid with no skills what so ever. The other girl in the morning working the desk. Looked and acted like a stupid bimbo valley girl with 80s punk redish/purple hair. Like omg really. Seriously that's how she talked. I'm never staying here agin. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. Oh FYI the only reason I didn't stay elsewhere. Is because the company I work for is too cheap to pay for a better room. I travel for a living, and am a preference guest with another hotel chain that's fabulous. Take care all. Safe travels.

Dont come here! They just started a major renovation! They work into the night and start early into the morning! There is also a stink smell to the place? Hot tub was dirty and cold… ; (And one more thing, run the hot water for about a half hour so you'll have hot water…

The water could be hotter, and there could be some protien in the breakfast bar, but not bad for the Buck. Oh, and they found stand to add more than eight channels on the tely. And they do have smoking rooms. The Gym is a joke lol. Found a spider today (gasp) paid for my room around 8am, then two ladies from housekeeping came two seperate times harrassing me about check out Smh. It is within walking distance of a lot of stuff.

We have a traveling sales group of 30 + guests… and we had a blast at this hotel We appreciate the hospitality and the awesome service they provided for us and also looking forward to going back next year. Decent rooms — but a little stuffy. I put a friend up in this hotel a little while ago and was fairly pleased with the hotel. The room was pretty poorly ventilated. The breakfast was plain and simple — what you'd expect from a standard continental breakfast. The service was okay. I mean this place is nothing special. I chose it for price and space. The room I chose had a good amount of space and the price was reasonable. Not the greatest place, but not the worst. This is definitely nothing special, good location as a hub for just about anything in the valley.
