Nice clean rooms, good hot breakfast…

Stayed here for a week, service was very good.

Worst hotel experience ever! First they accused my dog of barking all night. Granted I've been traveling with my ESA animal since 2016 and never had one complaint at any hotel. I had a note on my door to go to the front desk and thats when they told me someone was complaining about my dog barking, there were several other dogs on the same floor as well. I just apologized and told them I wouldn't leave my dog alone for the rest of my stay. After speaking with the front desk I went about my day. I came back a couple hours later and my keys didn't work so I went to the office to get them fixed and I was told that I had to leave the hotel because the manager went to my room and smelled marijuana smoke granted I haven't even been there all day and I don't even smoke. I had a coworker come into my room just to verify that my room did not smell of any kind of smoke. Then the manager comes to my door tells me that I have 2 seconds to leave before he calls the cops, he proceeds to call them anyway and tells them that the room smells like marijuana smoke. Which it didn't! I dont smoke! Im pretty sure the manager was being racist and wanted us out of the hotel. Went to another hotel for the rest of the week with no issues. This hotel was rude and very unethical and just trying to kick innocent people out for no reason. Never in my life I've I have been treated so bad. Please stay away and choose a better hotel that treats their guests with good standards and morals.

there was a cockroach on my friend's bed last night. Luckily we saw it before it got too friendly.

Numerous reasons. But mostly the unfriendly front desk clerks that ripped me off and forced me to pay most of my stay in cash which is more expensive. A total scam that made my stay there a reason I would never stay again. I was in Utah to attend my grandsons funeral. Dirty tampon on the sidewalk… the smell of meth in the air… homeless bumming cigarettes constantly… cards that wont open hallways and doors… problems with my room… housekeeping that … most… dont speak english… left my room open for 3 days before it got cleaned ect ect ect. But the very unfriendly front desk clerks who again forced me to pay for most of my stay there in cash was a total scam and rip off. Thanks for making one of the most horrible times in my life much worse.

Carol was extremely helpful and friendly when I called to get a client set up with a room for the weekend! I had just had a very rude horrible experience calling another hotel and she was a breath of fresh air to talk to so she earned my business!

The lady who took my reservation was great. She was polite and efficient. I called four other hotels (nothing but hassle) picked this hotel because she made it hassle free. She was like ok we will pick u up in less then a half an hour and your room will be ready. It was lovely of her. Carol I think her name was, not sure though. She even suggested great place to eat. Pillows softest ever slept on. Wanted to purchase them. LoL
It turned out are truck was fixed faster then we imagined and so we didn’t stay the whole night and I was disappointed only about that.
However hotel needs an elevator and needs to turn the hall way temperature down. It’s to warm.

Front desk service was great. Rooms are tiny, disgusting, and in no way soundproofed. So that guy listening to TV in the next room until 3am. Yeah good luck. Toilet actually flushes once every 8-10 tries. Desk chair is more than broken. AC works but never actually turns off of max. Got a great deal and there are no bed bugs. But I will not be returning after this trip.

Got in the room and then light bulb was dead so I had to go up to the front and the individual gave me a used one and wasn’t sure if it worked. The rooms smelt like cigarettes and the beds smelt like smoke also. Toilet seat was really lose. Wallpaper in the halls were falling off. Restaurants nearby weren’t good at the service was horrible. The breakfast wasn’t the best. You had to go ask for more food. They would run out quiet frequently of the food. Which sucked.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. No pool. Has a room to wash and dry your clothes 2.00 to wash/ dry. A dollar for laundry soap you can ask at the counter. The first room my husband and I had the mattress was very firm so we asked to change rooms and the night desk clerk was very understanding and we changed out our room to another room with a softer mattress. There are within walking nearby places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner as well a nearby pub to have a beer and watch sports and have great food to eat call "The Break". Over all I give it a four star.

The room was clean with crisp sheets and clean towels. Parking is difficult to find, since I was driving a tour bus. I needed to use the driveway of the neighboring hotel to access a dirt lot used for oversized vehicles. Some sort of signage would have been helpful.

The price was affordable, though you get what you pay for. The room was clean and decent, with a fridge and microwave. Some features were damaged and old, for example the hairdryer did not work, the coffee pot leaked everywhere, and the light switches were damaged. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of food to choose from. Overall, it's good it just needs some updates.

Nice place, friendly staff, clean rooms and they offer breakfast from 6-9am. For me was the shuttle service from and back to Freightliner. They didn't offer a trucker's discount. Overall and enjoyable stay.

We've stayed at over a dozen different hotels in the salt lake area, and this was the absolute worst. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, got double beds instead. The room smelled bad. Not sure what the smell was, but think mold+menthol+mothballs and you have the general idea. There was no bath, only small shower. The towels were too small to wrap around my hair, let alone my body, and there were only two of them. The room was dirty, dust and previous occupants key still on the armoire. Gross food spills in the microwave. Dog in room next door barking kept me up, thin walls. And worst. Mattress. Ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Rude and wouldn’t give us the truckers discount but did my brother in law and we drove our truck there we are from Florida.

I was told 69$ on the phone when I got here it 79$ there no elevators to 2nd floor. Shower so small you cant wash your toes and the non — smoking room is making me ill from cigarette smoke becuase they have smoking in the same hall way. It coming through the doors. I will not come back and at 8pm of I had another chose I would leave.

Hotel smelled like smoke and marijuana. The room wasnt the best, a few of the towels looked dirty, maybe they were just stained. Also needed to be vacuumed not sure deff needs a remodel. The service was nice the front desk guy was super sweet. But I do have some bed bug bites on leg I would post a picture but It doesn't give me the option I stayed on 5/4/18 room 227 this will be the first and last time I stay there I do not recommend.

It's a little pricey but the rooms are very nice here.

Best place to stay and nice staff member and who want a massaged and then I will call you girl only I will do yoga to help you then Do rate and day yes and out your, room number but it's only girl I am doing it to thank you.

1st, I only have this 4 stars because I don't know how to do 1/2, for 4.5. Rating is based on my needs… everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wifi is adequate. Icebox is good size and microwave, small, but clean. Parking is adequate and secure.

Great stay very quit very clean. Nice people.

I have not one positive thing to say about my recent experience with this motel! On the first day of our stay, my friend and I entered the motel onto a carpet of cigarette buttes and left on our last day, 3 days later, still walking on the same buttes! Let me mention that our stay was cut short because of the startling screetching fire alarm system that sounded off at 3:45AM and another 4× after that. The maid was rude rushing us to leave, because she needed to clean and we hadn't finished showering and getting dressed… maid waits in the hallway and still never cleaned up the cigarette buttes. This "pet friendly" motel had my friend terrified when she had literally been chased by a large pitbull that was wandering around without a owner in site. There were no elevators and we carried our luggage up the stairs. AND, to get to the jacuzzi you had to go across the street to another motel, that was in walking distance but through snow and 25° weather! What a miserable experience!

It's a budget motel, so I didn't expect much, but it was worse than I expected. The place is old, run down, dirty, noisy, smells terrible, loud, and the clientele are right out of San Quinton. The room was not clean, the mattress, worn out, and it smelt worse than old pool hall.

This hotel is a little older butt the rooms are really clean. The only down side is the breakfast is not that big very few things to choose from and there is no Elevator so staying on the second floor is some work if you have lots of stuff butt a very Decent hotel.

Paper thin walls loud refrigerator. Room was small looked nothing like pictures shared door with ajoining room. Sketchy people and cops pounding on the neighbors door. You can hear their conversations or when someone went to the bathroom. Everything. I wouldn't recommend at least the beds were comfortable.

My first time here I stayed 9 days. The big truck was in the shop for repairs. This time almost 2 years latter I'm here again this time for my clock restart. I dont have anything bad to say about my stay and when I come back to SLC ill be staying here again.

Right in the middle of many restaurants and bars and other entertainment. Clean and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. One of my favorite places.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is hot and generous for a continental breakfast, however the breakfast at Comfort Inn right across the parking lot is much bigger and offers eggs and bacon with potatoes and it is owned by the same company I'm just saying its better.

This is a pretty nice hotel, especially for the price. The rooms are always clean, breakfast has been good each morning, and the location is very convenient for access to various parts of town. The front desk has been helpful, but a bit sour at times. We will definitely be back.

When I arrived, I was told that's my reservation came in that day and since the hotel was oversold, I had to have a room with one bed rather than a room with two beds (which I reserved). Thankfully since I had a printout of my reservation I was still able to get the room with two beds (otherwise that would have made an interesting evening for my husband, two children, and myself). The room itself was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was okay. If I were in town again I would go back but I would definitely bring a printout of my reservation.

Hard and small beds, smelly building, louder than usual AC, sketchy people staying there and hanging around outside building. Did have fridge and microwave in room. And you can use the pool and hot tub of comfort inn next door. I honestly don't think it's worth saving $20. Pay a bit extra and get a better night sleep.

The concierge on all shifts are wonderful and helpful. The maid services did a really good job. The shuttle drivers are friendly and safe drivers. I was unaware they had free breakfast which was a bonus. No this is not a 5 star hotel but for the price these guys get a 5 star rating from me.

Neglected room and depressing decor. It's a Sleep Inn so I'm grading it on a curve and lowering my expectations. Even so, I cannot recommend staying here. My room is far from clean with mystery stains all over the carpet and furnishings. Years of collected dirt are visible on power outlets and blow dryer plug. If my room and the hallway/common areas are representative of the whole, the property hasn't been detailed or the carpets cleaned in years. I believe at minimum I should be able to walk barefoot on the carpet or plug my phone charger in without feeling the urge to bathe afterword. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else for the same quality room at half the price. Better yet spend the same and get a room that doesn't inspire you to avoid touching… well… anything in the room. The help is friendly enough which earns a second star.

Very friendly service. The breakfast was great. I do wish that the pool next door was opened.

This motel charged us the regular room rate, where as other motels have charged us per child as well, or had room requirements like suites. We have five children and asked for a room away from other people so we didn't bother anyone if our kids were too loud and they accommodated us perfectly. I was very surprised. The motel itself wasn't in bad condition either. I'd say high average. The only down side I ran into was no eggs with the free hot breakfast which wasn't a big deal.

Stayed here 7 days and it was clean. Everyone was so nice an helpful. One suggest though, put benches out for us smokers. Also a small table in room to ear off instead of desk. We were in room 125 and it was very quiet. I would stay here again next time I come to see family.

Terrible. The room was located extremely close to the lobby so we were up all night with the noise. In the morning the boiler was out and the guy at the front without looking from his computer said it should ber fixed by the afternoon. They gave me 20 bucks off after I asked. On the up side the a/c worked. Never again. I gave it one star because there were no negative stars. I would say sorry but I I never got a sorry for the lousy place.

The location was great it was right off the freeway and the service was great.

Wi-Fi was fast, good customer service, clean room.

Whatever you do, DO NOT GET THEIR TOWELS DIRTY! They w going to charge me $20 for 5 "very expensive, high quality towels" because there was an orange color on it. From a piece of fruit! Does it occur to them o actually wash the towel before accusing a guest of staining it? Seriously? That has to be the most pathetic display I have ever seen from a motel. Word of advice, bring your own towels or don't get theirs dirty!

It was very nice, the beds were comfy and the door was delicious. The customer service was great.

Staff is cool family owned business the sons are car guys and from LA like me so we got along. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast in the morning can't complain for free! My company paid.

I was placed in this hotel while waiting for a new orentation to a job. Was clean and adiquit. Had many restaurants close by though would be nice if I could have had a shuttle to the mall on the other side of the freeway. I assume they expected me to walk in 12 degree weather for dinner. When the shuttle to my orentation left with out me the hotel shuttle also refused to give a ride. With the about of buisness that my company does with this hotel youd think they would help with this 10 minute ride. Acculy the response I got was prety rude too. The breakfast was lacking also but when brought to this new job and having no money for food till my first check, beggers cant be choosers. They offerd sasage links, boiled eggs, strawberry yogert, bread, baggals, corn flakes, Cheerios, and a few other things that realy didnt stand out. Again it fills the belly but nothing to write home about… wasnt even worth a "post about". Hotel had no pool or hot tub, but one of my new coworkers had mentiond that we could use the one in the hotel that shared thw parking lot. I didnt exercise that option, the thought of walking back to my room in 12 degree temp after swimming just didnt sound that good. Again was clean and didnt have any broken stuff. It was adequate at best.

Always seems busy, issue is noise from thin wall doesnot keep sound out. First night was woken up by hall way noise upstairs shower noise and nextdoor voice. Otherwise Comfy bed — queen size mostly, recommend upstairs as it's bit quieter than down stairs. They were accommodating as my reservations screwed up and booked a smoking upstairs room second time, they no charged my late cancellation.

I've stayed in a lot of crap hotels but this one takes the cake. For $100/night minimum, I would expect a decent room and a good breakfast. Instead, I got a run down room and powdered eggs. Ugh. Add to that the fact that the smoking and non-smoking rooms are intermingled and the drug dealer that loiters around outside at night and you'd be better off somewhere else.

While it isn't a ritz it isn't the 35 dollar cheapy either. I have stayed in better and stayed in worse. This is one of the few places that has truck and trailer parking and allows pets. They are remodling also.

I was trying to book a room and received horrible service. The staff member didn't know what kind of internet they had, how fast it is or what hard boiled eggs are. Then he said "One moment sir" and transferred the call somewhere. Nobody picked it up so I was transferred multiple times, then disconnected. I tried to call back several times and was either disconnected or put on hold. Finally the same person answered, I asked for a manager and was told there is no manager on duty. I gave up and went to Ramada.

Worst hotel ever! smells too bad!
