I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The front desk lady was a ture C____, that's right, with a capital C! She kicked me off property and called the cops for not having an ID, apparently its policy. I didn't do anything to provoke it and even the cops questioned as to why they were called. I had 3 night booked and left the first night. I would highly recommend looking for somewhere else to stay, and if you do stay here, make sure you carry your ID with you at all times. I will never stay at this extended stay again.

This hotel was horrible. When first entering the room we noticed the dust everywhere, the bathroom tub, sink and toilet had Rusty and soap scum everywhere. The night stand had cigerette buds before it and a dead roach. When trying to contact the front desk to change rooms, the phone didn't work. Didn't even have a dial tone. When told the front desk, they just said oh, here's our phone number Just put it in your phone. Said a maid would come in tomorrow! Worst hostel experience ever!

Good location, room decent, staff very friendly.

I intended to stay here for a short time and it's been over a year now. The staff is great. They are like family anymore. There are restaurants within walking distance. I've had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were fixed immediately. Crystal, the manager, is real protective of all the guests. I love it!

Place is great. Staff is super helpfull and the service is great. Id definatly recommend staying here if you are in the area. You have places to eat in walking distance just an overall great place to stay.

I wish I could rate this place ZERO stars. Do not, under any circumstances, book a room with this hotel. Our arrival was delayed due to a snowstorm and when we arrived the lobby was closed and we couldn't get in. We had a reservation for two days. We had to stay at a different hotel, and when I returned to Extended Stay the next day to complain, I was told that there was a phone outside to call if we arrived after hours. The problem is, the phone is in a dark corner. There are no signs ANYWHERE indicating that the phone is available. We stayed for our second night, and all I can say is this hotel's check-in procedure is archaic and demeaning. You'll also wait a LONG time at the front desk for any help or service. These crooks still charged me for the night we weren't able to stay due to the fact that their lobby was closed. Do yourself a favor. Do. Not. Stay. Here. Ever.

Of the three, now about to take off to my fourth hotel in the greater Salt Lake Valley, the Extended Stay America in West Valley Center was far and away the nicest, most reliable place. It was clean, indoors, provided breakfast snacks, had comfortable rooms with amenities especially good Wi-Fi. Would recommend unhesitatingly to anyone staying in the valley. AAAAA+++++

Nice reception, everything was clean and comfortable. Unless we missed something, I think breakfast was just a coffee bar with some breakfast bars, etc. Overall would stay again for quick access to Grizzles.

The rooms were very clean. Excellent water pressure and temperature. Staff was very fast at responding to anything and everything. I would definitely recommend staying there.

It's a basic extended stay hotel. Nothing fancy. The TV and two of the lamps in our room don't work. I've encountered two staff members; one was very pleasant, the other… not so much. 3 stars? Unless something worse goes down.

Staff was rude ignorant they didn't give us a a room or even give us a refund when they would allow my daughter or my grandkids us to come in I get out of the freezing cold and snow so I can put a credit card in my name because I had a new credit card on the way due to fraud I had to cancel my old one and my heater just went out that day so my car is very called my grandson was only 4 days old my granddaughter barely 2 we just need a room for the night to make it back home. Idaho never been cheated treated so disrespectful.

Room was basic. Included free Wi-Fi. Can get dishes and has a fridge. Pre-paid for a few dollars off two months prior and plans changed. Lost a couple nights of stay because you can't change if you do that. I recommend to never use that option. Staff was friendly. Breakfast ends at 9:30 and I mean 9:30. Show up at 9:31 and everything will be gone. I would stay elsewhere if given the choice.

Customer sercice has veen great. A few odds and ends issues but overall a good experience.

Was charged double for the room, paid for the hotel on priceline and then was charged an extra $58. Room smelled of smoke even though they were sure to tell me that this was a non smoking hotel. Weird people having a party right in the lobby with the staff. Will never stay here again. Wish I could rate zero stars.

Some of the staff is super great, but the rest is awful. The cleanliness definitely leaves something to be desired. Charging for house keeping is different, especially at a longer stay place like this. Usually, housekeeping is offered at least every 4 days.

Having spent some time working in a hotel I come to expect a few simple things. A clean room, as the room appeared clean, upon looking closer to floor it was not. Its hardwood. Beds? Might as well be sleeping on plywood. Late night staff was lost as to how to do their job. Dogs all put on same floor, and bark all night. Price was too high F or what you get. If traveling far and need a good rest. Do not stay here, shell out a few extra bucks for a good night's rest.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. I paid for a room with a queen bed, but unfortunately the room I requested had a small hole in the wall. However, the manager upgraded me to a room with a king size bed at no extra charge. The hotel room itself is very large and fairly clean. However, they do not clean under the bed, under the bed was filthy! The blankets and sheets were clean and smelled fresh. I would stay here again.

The building was modern, staffed well, rooms clean. I found NO trace of bed bugs. Two thumbs up for that. Appliances worked. Overall score: exceptional.

By far worst feeling I have ever had. The girl who checked us in barely cracked a smile! If ever! She made me feel she hated her job! Or could careless about us. Short red hair glasses. I work in salt lake live in Tooele so stay in salt lake a couple times a month. Rooms need upgrade! Beading is horrible and stains in carpet vibe is. I am not a drug user and felt like I did. Wont stay here again!

It was nice the room had a small kitchen. Other than that it was a pretty standard hotel room.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever visited. The girl working the front desk, I think her name is Daisy was trashy looking and had bad hygiene. She looked like she just woke up and her uniform was very unprofessional. The room was DISGUSTING and dirty. There were stickers stuck all over the furniture and red fruit punch all over the dresser. The assistant manager Amanda has the worst attitude and could use a lesson in proper english and how to be a professional. I will go out of my way to make sure nobody stays here. The lobby also wreaked of pet urine. Most Disgusting hotel ever!

Bathroom was not very clean, toilet doesn't flush easily, door doesn't shut unless you pull it, others shut on their own with no extra force. The heater/ac unit sounds like a petting zoo when it turns off. Service was pretty quick and efficient, as friendly as can be expected during stressful holidays. Rm 132 was just a zoo.

Lovin' it! I work 50-60 hours a week & I'm in the process of relocation. This is the most perfect & affordable home away from home!

Went to visit a friend and the staff were rude and told me visitors weren't allowed… Then I finally seen a manager who told me that they were cracking down on drug dealers and no one was allowed visitors. Um excuse me but they pay to be there it's not your personal prison. Can't tell someone that's over paying for crappy rooms they can't have a visitor. Let alone how dare you assume that I have any relation to drugs just cause I dress well and have a better car then you'll ever afford… Never stay there. They are ridiculous.

Would recommend to friends and family. Stay was great all staff was great. They're so nice and friendly. My room was fine. I like that there a non smoking hotel. I would stay here again. Keep up the good work.

Location is great, good phone reception close to shopping centers. Rooms where not good, dirty and badly cleaned. Service was ok at best. Could be much better.

The staff was very friendly. The room was really nice the hotel is a beautiful one but the one issue we had is we didn't have hot water in our shower or the sink. We called the front desk and told them, they came in but we told them it was okay because around 1:30am it got super hot again. But after 2 it was cold unfortunately. It was an okay hotel and perfect for a one night stay. Its not a hotel I would stay be at if I was staying here for a while.

Been here for 5 months and never had a problem staff been great. Any issues that comes up they responded and taken care of. Both manager and asst. Manager are awesome. Would recommend staying here any time.

They removed sink plugs and refused to give them to me. Toilet was not bolted down. Sink drain was sticky they have an antique issue on 1st floor. The guy on the 800 number was an idiot so I booked a room but got everything fixed when I got to the front desk. Other than that it is an OK place to stay.

Ants in the rooms, staff is highly unprofessional. The district manager Tim didn't handle ANY of the issues I addressed when I filed a claim with corporate and accused me of lying. Don't waste your time or money with this unprofessional filth.

The water broke they didn't want to give us a discount for the day the walls are super thin you can hear the people in the next room not a good place to stay at all.

Clean. Friendly staff. Fitness center was clean. Grab n go breakfast was perfect for us since it was a sleep stop on our long road trip.

Quality is insane for the price. The round were perfectly clean and well furnished. Really comfortable beds and nice kitchens.

The guests are rowdy and management does nothing about it. Screaming and yelling in the hallway drinking and carrying on till all hours. I reported maintenance issues and nothing was done about it. Stay away from this one.

It's just sad. The bathroom is practically in the kitchen, only once a week maid service, Internet speeds are, eh, the fact that there is only one laundry facility with a total of 8 machines for the entire building, if this wasn't for a work assignment I will never stay in one of these again, nor will I recommend it. On and the maids don't even take out the trash on the ONE day a week they come.

Paper thin walls. Dude next door says he can hear all of my conversation and drops several things I just said, so I had to go to my car to talk on the phone. Smelly funky hallways. Trash is just left in the stairwells. Surprised I saw no cockroaches tho… that's a plus but the fact that it's a surprise is not a plus haha.

Awful internet speeds,. 35mbps, and even slower guest service.

Nasty won't ever stay here again.

When in town for work, I stayed here only a couple days, I had a couple problems and tried getting a hold of manager, every time I called she was alway from desk, or on lunch break. On top of that, I had a 200 dollar refund and I paid in cash, but was told that my refund had to be mail back home to arizona. I was not at all happy about that. Plus my microwave in my room did work well, and my front door had only 2 screws holding door in. Dont stay here, terrible service, not staying here any longer.

I wish I could check out of this place. It's pre — paid so there is no refund. I came into town to spend the week with my kids for Christmas. I just called the front desk to find out when I get room service. She just informed me I don't get room service. I have to change my own bedding take out my trash vacuum my own room. ARE YOU SERIOUS? No its not the most expensive hotel and no its not the cheapest. I am paying good money to stay here and would like some kind of service no not everyday. Having your guests clean and change there own sheets and not finding out about that tell the 4th day I'm here no I'm not happy about that. Just wondering what am I paying for? If you are from out of town thinking having a kitchen in your room will save you money it won't not in this place. This place stinks smells like a dump. Don't waste your money here.
