We just stayed at Staybridge for the 4th of July weekend, and it was absolutely amazing! none of us wanted to go back home. The staff here are so kind and attentive. The Waterpark is amazing! the room was beautiful, and very clean, and the Manager Mele is so kind and made sure our stay was everything we'd hoped it would be. Staybridge and it's guests are lucky to have her as the Manager!

We had our 50th Anniversary there. Had people come from far away is Minnesota. They were very accommodating. That's a great facility. We dominated the breakfast room. We had about 30 people there. It was awesome.

Super friendly service! We were upgraded to a massive suite. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast had a wide variety. We loved the pool with the water slide and play area. We will definitely be coming here for all future trips to Salt Lake!

We had an amazing stay here, both my husband and I and the kids were complaining that we had to leave so soon. Fully stocked with dishes, cute functional kitchen, Tvs and furniture were nice, rooms clean and comfortable, and the beds and pillows were perfect and hard to leave. The laundry, pantry, and breakfast were above and beyond our expectations. Indoor water park was fun, kinda busy but it worked and we all had fun. Both the front end, cleaning, and breakfast staff were courteous and cheerful. Even the other guests were happy. Just fantastic all around, will be back asap!

This place depends on when you go. It is attached to a water park — so at times there are a billion screaming brats running up and down the halls. And other times it is just a normal Staybridge. Clean and comfortable, relatively large rooms, and a very friendly staff. Breakfast is good enough (and free), so in the area it is one of the best places to stay.

My house burned to the ground. Total loss. The insurance company put us up at the staybridge and they were very good to my family and I. So courteous and kind. There is a nice pool for kids, free breakfast daily and free dinner a couple times a week. We really enjoyed our stay and I can't say enough about how great the staff was. Thank you Staybridge!

If you are on business like myself, this is not the best place to stay, many kids and families stay here because of the water park (I didn't noticed when I booked). My flight got in early and I was unable to do an early check in. Once I got off work I came back and checked in, Mel was the worker who greeted and helped me. She had an awesome personality and very friendly. The next day, housekeeping knocked on my door and I told them no thank you and put the DND magnet outside. I went to breakfast and when I came back to my room and when I started to get dressed I noticed the towel and wash cloth I used from the night before and toilet paper were gone. I spoke with a red headed girl at the desk and told her I felt uncomfortable and wanted my room changed. She said she would talk to her boss since she was new. I left for work and came back and I was told the hotel was full and I would have to stay in my original room. I explained what happened, and to rectify the situation I was given new towels, toilet and 100 point. I also had the pleasure of carrying all these items along with my work bag and groceries to my room. Luckily a nice couple going to the same floor were generous enough to help me. For the price and the experience I had, I would never stay here or recommend staying here unless you have little kids and want to hear children in the halls, outside and touching items at the breakfast buffet with their hands.

I am very pleased with our experience at the Staybridge hotel. I stayed a few nights with my 4 kids, 2 are babies. We had almost a full day with no plans so we played in the water park for hours without even noticing! Havimf the bedroom closed off from the kitchen and living room was so nice. Babies could nap while the older 2 relaxed watching TV and I worked for a few hours. The kitchen is ready with dishes and towels for our situation or someone with a long term stay. If we have the opportunity to stay here again we will take it! Loved it!

Yummy breakfast with plenty o options. Nice hotel. Kids liked the water park. Kind of outdated, but for kids under 12 or so, it's a good thing. Way better than your standard pool.

The rooms are up to date and very clean. The hotel meets or exceeds the high standards we've come to expect from Staybridge. Kayo at the front desk helped us out a lot and got us in to a better room than we'd reserved. She was very friendly and went above and beyond. The water park is very cool. I just wish brought swim suits! As a platinum IHG member, I stay at a lot of IHG hotels and this location is one of the best.

This is usually our go to place when we come to Utah. But this visit was not good. The person who checked us in was so distracted by talking to her kids, that it took us at least 20 minutes to check in. The pool was not very clean and for a holiday weekend, the water slide was open only limited hours. The breakfast is included with the room. But I was disgusted by the cleanliness. The lady monitoring the food, just stood there most of the time, not wiping off the counters or cleaning the tables. I think we will have to find a new place.

Fantastic hotel, been here 2 times in the past couple months and it always impressed. They have affordable suites with a full kitchen. With the stay you also get access to the water park which includes a hot tub, kid pool, regular pool and a pretty good sized waterslide. Only downside is their breakfast which is not great.

Nice and clean. Breakfast is good. I stayed here for work but would stay even if I wasn't on a work trip. Nice people.

The hotel appears to be recently renovated. In the hallway it feels like the carpet was layers over broken tiles. The rooms were nice and clean, food beds and bedding. The pool was fun, but needs better to looked after by more qualified employees. Rather dirty and oddly over chlorinated. The hot tub was too dirty for me to try. It was packed with kids. Housekeeping is way understaffed. The elevators are the slowest I have ever experienced. The theater room has non functioning recliners. All the staff are polite and helpful, but again understaffed.

Friendly staff, fun and clean. Breakfast was busy but the staff kept it stocked. They did not have the room we reserved on a travel site however, they upgraded us to accommodate or needs. Very pleased and we will stay here again.

Not bad for a dive, construction in the area makes it a challenge to get to GPS gets you close so keep your eyes open for the makeshift turn in.

Stayed here April 13th & 14th during a family funeral. If you have kids this place is it, my kids really enjoyed the water slide and pool. We will be booking here every time we're in Salt Lake. Front desk was very helpful with things I needed for the outdoor grill. Complimentary breakfast was great too.

Great 2 bedroom suite. We like that the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The kitchen was great because the have soap and sponge already there for you. The 2 full baths made for a convenient stay.

I gave one Star otherwise I could not write a review. I would rather have given no Stars! We made the reservation several weeks ago and asked for a quite room. Instead we were placed right next to the freeway. Planes are flying overhead. So if you find the constant roar of the freeway relaxing and soothing, stay here.

I didn't stay there but the people were cool and it looks nice the place.

Facilities were nice. The provided food was better than expected. The hot tub was not warm.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and loved it! The front desk Staff was awesome as well as the cleaning ladies! The rooms were more amazing then what I had expected! The pool was a good add on for the kids well, they wanted to go every day! Amazing stay!

The stay was great All and All but the nightmare began after checking out. I’m a single mother of three and this was a staycation of sorts. The preauthorization they do for incidentals is $50.00 which was fine; however, the time to have that reversed has come and gone, my bank has advised them they have received no reversal and simply asked for a letterhead authorization removal from their general manager. This women has yet to do so and continues to state 5-7 business days what she doesn’t want to hear is yes, on a bank end as that’s batch processing time but they’ve yet to get a reversal in which the hotel claims was done on checkout, Nov 4th and this simple little paper she is to last to fill out and email has pretty much pissed me off. Customer service and emphathy are not their strong points and if you living paycheck to paycheck and just want to enjoy a little time with your kids, don’t go here. It’s a nightmare to get your money back.

Descent rooms: clean, spacious, dog friendly. But the location is not great. Right NEXT to the highway. (Loud). And next to lower rent apartments and a prison — we could have chosen a safer location to stay.

This hotel is in a great location with very easy freeway access, plenty of restaurants nearby, and excellent rooms, that help you almost feel like you're at home. The staff is great and friendly and really do a pretty good job at the 3 times a week appreciation dinners, (which my woefully lacking per diem certainly appreciates).

How this place has any good reviews is beyond me. I booked my stay on a weekend and this was way back in march. I called in june to make sure that I had the right hotel, and gave them an email address so I would have confirmation since I never received confirmation in the first place. That confirmation was never sent to my email especially AFTER I spelt it out for them. There for around the time of my stay I had to not stay at the hotel because I once again with no confirmation had no clue where my hotel was, nor did I know which one it was. Luckily I was traveling with my In-laws and they had booked a different hotel that was big enough for the 4 of us traveling. About 5:30 (while I was at my event that I had booked to stay in this hotel for) I received a call stating my card had declined and that if I had not contacted them by 6:30pm that the reservation would be canceled WELL! that's okay because due to crappy service provided I will not be booking here EVER again.

Nice rooms. Kitchenette with burner and dishwasher. Comfy bed. Couch and chair. Breakfast has lots of options. Light Dinner and drinks provided M-W. Cool pool area with waterslides for kiddos.

I spent a week at Sraybridge with my family during my kids Spring break from school best decision I ever made. We literally felt like we were out of town on vacation while staying there. My kids swam each day, we watched a movie there, ate popcorn and candy as if we went to a real movie theatre. Loved their theatre room. The food was great, breakfast and dinner. The Staff was awesome, they were so accommodating and friendly. Their suite was great, relaxed most of the time I was there. My kids loved that place, my family will go there again.

Good breakfast. Great for an extended stay. The pool is listed as in indoor pool but it is also a mini water park with a couple of slides. Great fun for the kids.

We had a little boy in wheel chair and they still put us on the 3 rd floor and the elevator by our room wasn't working. The employees also lied to us and told us the arcade was shut down for remodeling, we later went back by and all the games were working and the kids were able to go in and play them. The pool was fun but don't know if we will waste money on a motel that can't be considerate enough to put us on the first floor when we stated several times when making our reservations that we had a son in a wheel chair.

We are so happy to have found this place! We traveled for a baseball tournament and found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating for our large party. The hotel is clean and updated. The breakfast and snacks have been an added bonus. The kids LOVE the water slide and indoor pool. We will be staying here again when we travel to the area.

I was very impressed with this hotel! The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The pool is very fun for the kids as well. I would have given five stars but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at the pool and at breakfast. The pool was very crowded and it was cold in the pool area because of an open door with a big fan blowing because the venting system wasn't working. The staff at breakfast couldn't keep up with demand and the juice machine wasn't working. Other than the above problems, I had a great stay. I would go back again.

This place is AMAZING! From the mini water park, good sized hot tub, continental Buffett breakfast, tea and coffee in the room, fridge with ice maker in the room, theater room (reserved it for a time and surprised the kids with it). They even popped popcorn for us for the movie. This is our place to go for our mini vacations now!

We surprised our kids with an overnight stay and we had a lot of fun! I was pretty disappointed that when I booked the hotel I was not told the water slide was only open on the weekends. The water slide not being open was the only reason I gave this hotel 4 stars. Service was wonderful, pool was fun, the movie theatre was a plus, breakfast super yummy, and the bed was comfy! I would stay here again in the summer when the water slide feature is open!

We came to stay just to get away from home. We wanted to be able to have a mini vacation with our kids. We thought it'd be fun because of the little water park they have. We did have a good time and my kids loved it. The room was clean and affordable. The breakfast was quite good as well. The only reason I didn't give this review 5 stars was because the slide at the water park was closed our entire stay. It was a little bit of a bummer as that was the main reason we picked that hotel. Wish we could have tried out that fun looking slide…

Nice rooms. Cute kitchenettes, fun family pool and convenient location. Only negative experience we had was the serious lack of communication between the front desk and housekeeping. Every day we were there, housekeeping tried cleaning our room thinking we were checking out even though we had extended our stay hours before check out was due. The day we checked in, 5 hours later, they tried cleaning our room saying we were checking out that day. I explained we just checked in and paid $50 more for our early check in (6:30 am), they said ok but again 3 other times that morning they interrupted us for the same reason. We hadn't even stayed our 1st night! The next morning, same thing. The 3rd morning, the exact same thing-again 3 times we were disturbed during the day. It made us feel very unwelcome, like they wanted us out and we had very little privacy. Extremely rude and that made our stay quite uncomfortable.

Free parking, easy drive to downtown, cute water park (not great for swimming but has a water slide and spa), smaller bed than expected in the suite (full instead of Queen), friendly staff.

All this very well my only problem is.

We loved our stay. The room was everything we needed for traveling with a toddler. The kitchenette had any utensils needed and was very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is reliable and fast. The hotel is attached to a small but fun indoor water park. I would recommend this to a friend and definitely stay there again.

Changing from 5 stars to one star. The internet both hardwired and wireless is awful. Impossible to do any work in this hotel. Really annoying will probably pick somewhere else to stay from here on out.

This is like most Staybridge's where you have a suite with kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The staff is friendly. I've had better breakfast with other Staybridge. This property is unusual that there is a Holiday Inn connected to it. This location is a 10 min drive to the Salt Lake international airport.
