We stayed here for 2 nights, at first the room was filthy, no clean up was made the day before; balls of hair in the room, hair in the sink and sticky floors, awful. We told the front desk our situation and they told us that tomorrow at first hour clean up will be done. Today we arrived at 18:30 and same as before, no cleanup, no one was here for cleaning and of course there is no manager appeared the day before or at the time in order to hear our complaints. If you don’t find another hotel than this one, I recommend you to look for an AirBNB or try to stay in another hotel, hopefully this doesn’t happens to you (reader).

This hotel is ghetto! It's old and needs remodeling real bad! No telephone in room. Shower had no water coming out. Rooms were not ready at checkin time. Had to wait almost an hour after 3pm to get the room. Live cockroach in bed. Non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Balconies not cleaned. Elevator broke down. Floors were dirty. TV remote didn't work.

I can't believe. That Wyndham has this motel I try to stay at Wyndham but this was the worst motel I ever dirty shower dont work people walking around all night long front desk very rude I don't advise no one to stay here I have stayed at many hotels I travel alot but this is the worst by far.

Low quality inn should be the name. I gave this place a second shot and the rooms were dirty, the glass in the pictures broken. The bathroom door was literally falling off. They just made a post about "new renovations that must have been one room and not the room I got. Staff were unhelpful and rude, hotel in disrepair, just in general, if you aren't cheap and willing to stay in a crappy hotel to save money avoid this place like the plague.

Was out there working. The staff was a great help and went above and beyond.

There staff members the supervisor's not a good place to work at or stay at people are just horrible there worked there for a year the supervisor can't even speak write in English treats her house keeper's like trash many employees have left cause of that one person bed bugs I can go on and on about that place so disgusted with that place and yeah towels are stained bed sheets are stained torn cigarette Burns smells horrible.

Good location and easy to find. Lots of parking and restaurants within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are dirty, hair in every place, you can hear every step upper floor, every move in the upper floors bed, water leaking, no extra pillows, a big garbage container in front of are room, parking spaces reserved for employees, front desk was rude, etc.

They are getting better the rooms are looking nicer and cleaner. They have all new furniture, paint, and flooring. Last week the room I had the smoke alarm was taken down and put in the closet this week the clothes Iron didn't work. They need to get a parking lot for big trucks I had to park in the Mexican restaurant parking and hoping my company vehicle didn't get towed. I think they should replace all the light switches and plug outlets with white new ones to match the new look a few of my plugs had burn Mark's on them room 279. Hoping they will reimburse me something but overall its was okay.

Very grungy. Floors in room turned my feet black after walking across it from the shower. Bathroom door hanging off hinge and had to be picked up to close. Hole in bottom of door could easily let in bugs or scorpions, had to cover in duck tape to feel safe. Loose utility panel in wall hanging ajar and our cat got in the wall! Got her out eventually and, you guessed it, had to tape that up too. Do yourself a favor and go up 1 star! No more 2 star hotels for us, at least not "Quality" Inn. This was two nights in a row in two different cities in a 2 star Quality Inns that was dirty and gross.

Lot of bad reviews are misleading. I travel for work often and have stayed in some really bad places but this is one of the nice ones. The best part is they have removed the carpets and went with a tile style floor, I don't know about you but carpeting in hotels seems kinda weird. Nice views, large room and an even bigger bathroom. Food is available within walking distance of the hotel and Rudy's BBQ is right next door. Staff is friendly and they have a hot breakfast in the morning (eggs sausages waffles cereal coffee juice). They are in remodeling phase but did not interfere with my stay. This is my second week at this location and I highly recommend it to anyone else. Update: I guess I got lucky… I spent another week here in a different room (157) not very nice. Ceiling was half painted and I don't know if there was a week long game of tag going on but it was foot stomps til 2 or 3 in the morning.

The customer service, the breakfast and the beds were great. But… Had to switch our first room because the smoking smell was too strong in our non-smoking room. The room wasn't swept. There were seeds, toys and hair on the floor. The curtain was gross. The hallways and elevator were filthy. The bathroom was okay. You will definitely get what you paid for. It is in a great location, next to I-10.

The Google photo must have been taken at ground breaking. It's deceitful of the accrual property. Norma, I believe this is what her name was, with glasses was extremely crude in her disposition and unfriendly. While the Hispanic lady was more professional. Totally hated the interaction at check in. Nothing exciting about this inn, except the ease of access off freeway. After driving for 10 hours I stayed although I really wanted to check out. Elevator is scary, and dilapidated, building exterior in desperate need of renovation. Appears to be the one that brings in all the foot dragers, drifters, & creepy crawlers. While the rooms interior was decent and better than the exterior and also the service, I still regret having to sleep at this location with my children. I was looking forward to saving the expense of breakfast, but I wouldn't dare eat here.

It was fine. Kinda small. Sink and bathroom were seperate which was nice for multiple guests. Didn't get breakfast or go to pool, so can't comment on that.

Employees of establishment are very rude. I wouldn't waste my money staying here.

Room was ok. But the dam biggest issuse was the service. The freaking late nite staff receptionist. She (norma) was just rude. Attitude was just completely unask for. She was no help to rate charges. All she want was to sigh here and sigh there. Goodbye. Oh I swear that u know what got on my dam nerves.

Staff is nice. Rooms are great. They also offer a shuttle to take you around to places you need to go, which is really nice. Internet speed is super fast!

Same breakfast every morning and my room had old used soap as well as someone else's toothbrush! Prices are good and updates made do make a difference.

Racist front desk lady at night, she was extremely rude and problematic. She denied to provide a receipt and she try to argue over it. Be careful with this person, already made a racist report with PD and administration knows about the situation, her name Norma Fernandez.

Comfortable beds, decent hot breakfast. Hotel is currently under renovation and is definitely due. Lots of dining choices nearby.

The worst hotel stay I have ever had. its fine until the meth heads come "home". Constant fighting. I went to my vehicle to get something and coming back up some lady threw up on the stairs. there isnt even a phone in the room to call the lobby to complain, which would mean youd have to navigate the junkies and vomit to get there. from the looks of the lobby, one wouldnt think this was junkie hostel. the shower faucet takes some man power and reverse engineering to get it to work. if youre looking for a clean restful stay… PLEASE look elsewhere.

I always stay at this hotel but yesterday they gave me a room that totally sucked the restroom lookec like trash it seriously look like if the housekeeping just folded up the bed and just didn't give a f#$&of who was staying there. If u don't like ur job then please dont show up to work plain and simple.

At this price point, the hotel is amazing. Very. Clean, well staffed, close to several amenities, and offers continental breakfast. Our room was not a renovated room but was still very cozy. Onsite laundry is available and they even have a shuttle to take you anywhere you want, within 3 miles. Lovely staff, lovely place, wonderful service. I can't say enough positive things about this place.

Rooms are updated and clean. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was friendly. Very convenient location. Easy on and off the freeway.

Putting 4 stars and didn't even get to stay here. Marina at the front desk is great. They were over booked and she helped me to get my reservation cancelled and moved to another hotel with a fantastic attitude.

This place is a dump… and a junkie’s paradise. Our first room was covered in stains from the floor, to the bed, to the walls. The bathroom door had a large hole from where it had been kicked in, our room door wouldn’t latch properly, and virtually every surface was filthy. We asked for a second room which was SLIGHTLY better, but still really bad. Our toilet had burn marks on it although we were staying in a non smoking room, and the floor was so filthy we never took our shoes off. To my understanding they are under renovation, which is great but means nothing if the housekeeping staff can’t do their job correctly. Save yourself the hassle, and stay somewhere else… anywhere else.

Sink is stopped up. How am I supposed to wash my face and brush my teeth? Broken tiles on the restroom floor. That’s a safety hazard as well as physical danger. Hotel room key was not working, walked down to the office to see about reprogramming it or getting a new one. The receptionist was already busy with another customer, so I proceeded to ask the manager for assistance. The manager told me to wait on the receptionist for help. Wow.

Nothing special. It's a fine hotel. I only stayed a night, but it was okay. For one night it's fine, but if you stay more, I would recommend elsewhere.

Overall a decent experience, nothing outstanding about the place but really good views out towards Mexico. Definitely wouldn't mind going back if needed.

It is a quiet place but very simple to spend the night, although if it is high the cost needs to be greater attention on the maintenance. In addition to the breakfast provided but it is always the same.

I would not recommend this hotel for people with families/kids. We stayed here and found drugs/ecstasy in the nightstand. My 2 boys are toddlers and put everything in their mouths… I dont know what would have happened if they had been the ones to have found it. All the hotel did was switch rooms and offered 10% of our stay back… a whole 15 dollars for our kids being in that type of potential danger! I am LIVID!

It has a shuttle for people who needs to get to your training for a job. Shuttle also goes to the airport. Very good continental breakfast. Good personal to check in. No problems if your company has everything set up for you.

In town for training. Each day after training I had to have the door keys updated. (They would not work when I returned to the room. ) The room develops a slight urine smell when the heater is running. I'm use to better experiences at other Quality Inns.

The free breakfast is good! Rooms are smelly and out of date. The showers are almost impossible to turn on and water temperature is always changing. I can't handle that but my kids can't.

The first room we got was dirty, requested a different room that was just as dirty. Bedding had stains and looked unwashed and the floor was filthy. The good thing was we were able to get a refund.

Awesome service will come again. Housekeeping, front desk were all very friendly great service. They all new my 4 yr old. Pool and rooms very clean. Breakfast delicious ham and eggs, bagels, waffles, yogurt, biscuit and gravy, cereal, coffee, juices, pastry. Rudy"s bbq and la malinche served delicious food Will come again.

Bad Bad rooms. Hotel really old and not maintained … was travelling with family checked in late night carried the kids and all the stuff to the door just to find out the room was HORRIBLE and strong smoke smell… went back to front desk and the guy was arguing with me and finally gave me another room on 2nd floor … carried all the stuff back and and this Non smoking room also had a mild smell of smoke … but we were so tired and plus we carried all our bags up … so we just crashed. Oh yes and the carpet was so badly used up and dirty you could see the internal guts. I wish I had taken some pictures.

Was so excited to come to see Texas for the first time. Staff was not only rude but disrespectful. Front desk said nothing when confronted. Only tried to justify their actions. Walls were dirty, pillows smelled & the A. C was falling apart. It was bad. Management was unwilling to make things right. Will NOT be returning. Only gave it a star bcz I couldnt post it without at least one. My rating is.

Good place for a great price. The upholstery is a bit worn and unclean but otherwise things are clean and well kept. Excellent breakfast options, coffee all day, free Internet, nice spacious pool and hot tub. All-in-all a great choice; would definitely recommend.

Nice and clean. Breakfast not so wonderful, but it's free. Wished the fridge in my room wasn't unplugged. I wasn't able to put in cool drinks to keep the cool or food. Otherwise great staff and great having the shuttle service!

My family and I took a trip to El Paso. We booked a hotel at the Quality Inn on Yarbrough Dr in El Paso, Texas from July 1st to the 5th. We arrived the morning of the 1st and left the morning of the 5th. I made the reservation in April and paid for the room then. The hotel stay was horrible. Checking in they only had 2 of the 3 people actually working with people. The beds were highly uncomfortable and the air conditioner did not get very cold. Our key deactivated 2 or 3 times and they told my daughter it's because the system couldn't handle the amount of guest. One day we used all 4 towels and housekeeping only left 2 and the following day housekeeping skipped our room all together. The bathroom was full of mold, not well ventilated it at all. People running and screaming, very loud. When we left and came home on the July 5th, I've been watching my credit card and noticed pending payments from them. I thought "maybe a holding fee that will disappear". Well today it fully went through. I called the hotel to find out why I had another $250 some odd charge, the lady I was talking to, first put me on hold and then the phone hung up so I had to call back. She then informs me it's because we didn't check out until the 9th. I told her that is incorrect we left the 5th. She then proceeds to tell me my reservation was changed to the 9th. Again I told her that's incorrect we left the morning of the 5th.

From the outside and on pictures posted online, the place looks really nice. In person though, it's a bit rundown and dirty. The lobby is nice and clean but the guest room areas are pretty gross and cracking. Anyway, we got a room on the third floor. On our way up the elevator, we got stuck! The elevator kept going from the second floor to the third floor and back down to the second, all the while the doors remained shut! My kids were very terrified, and I'll admit I was too. Finally, it stayed on the third floor and let us out. The ice machine doesn't work on the second or third floors. You'll need to go down to the first floor for ice. Tip: Take the stairs. Also, the sodas from the vending machines are cans and they're $1 if you pay cash, $2.25 if you pay with card. Tip: Go to the corner store just a few feet away! The a/c in our room wasn't working so we were switched to the room next door. When taking a shower, pull the lever all the way up or else you'll get horrible water pressure. Do not let your little ones play on the carpet. My son was crawling around and his knees turned black! Yikes. The microwave was brown and crusty on the inside. The blankets on the beds didn't smell freshly washed, but they didn't smell like butt either. For the $80 that I spent on one night, I expected better. On a plus note, they have a hot buffet breakfast and the coffee is good. There are also really close by stores and restaurants that you can either walk or drive to.

We stayed there for a night but it was a very nice place. Rooms were really clean. The beds were comfortable. There was even an iron (which was very helpful for us). The best part was the breakfats. It had a lot of variety. Neverhteless, we were not able to connect to Wi-Fi network. Hope you can make it!

The hotel is quite comfortable for the price. Basic but practical, in the rooms have microwave and fridge. One of the receptionists that I attended, Wendy, is the best in kindness, sympathy, friendliness and excellent customer service. The rest of the deal was simple.
In general, I recommend it!

NASTY! Was dirty, and dingy. Stayed 2 nights with family while visiting brother in law at Fort Bliss. First night was fine… I slept after riding in car for 2 days of 12 hr driving. Wasn't picky just passed out. Woke up and took a shower and the shower was filthy, light fixture was broken, and the know for shower was extremely hard to turn on. Floors were filthy, need shampooed… or just plain replaced. 2nd night was awful… got back to motel after a full day of traveling around and visiting… walked in and THERE WAS A COCKROACH ON MY PILLOW! I was extremely freaked out. Gross. Cleared bed, and slept with just the sheet and left early!

Well it was in El Paso Texas. El Paso Texas is hot. It was cooler outside in El Paso Texas than it was in the room. The ac did not work and looked like it was from the 1800's. The toilet also backed up. The elevator worked… IF you could get the doors to shut, yea go ahead, try to use the close door button. The breakfast was good though (as is most hotels). Everything else was just ok. I don't even know why I'm giving 3

Room 181 was super run down. Carpet was coming up by the bathroom. Bathtub would not drain properly and would be knee deep in water by the time I was done showering. Previous guest's toothpaste was stuck on frame of door next to bathroom sink. Refrigerator barely kept my beverages cold. Truckers park their truck right outside the doors and leave their diesel engines running all morning, so be prepared to be woken up at the crack of dawn. Could hear the neighboring room beat boxing and rapping in the middle of the night as if they had just been released from jail. I thought it said upgraded room when I made the reservation, but this room was so outdated. I wouldn't even dare walk on the carpet in bare feet.

Love the place the staff is wonderful the rooms are great and the breakfast is great the front desk person Brenda and the shuttle bus Junior were wonderful will recommend this Hotel to everybody

Stayed here after a 10 hr road trip across icy, snowy Texas. Found this QI on Google. The staff is friendly & efficient. The hot breakfast is wonderful. Coffee available in the lobby. The beds are really, really comfortable & loved the 4 square pillows on each of the queen beds. Using my AAA discount made it awesomely affordable. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to El Paso.

It's rates are decent and the rooms aren't bad. It's a little dated and the bathroom could use some maintenance. The shower does not drain very well and the toilet seat moves all over the place. I'm currently staying here 12/28/15 and the cable doesn't work and the Wi-Fi is very slow making it difficult to watch Netflix on my tablet. The room is clean and the bed is relatively comfortable. I bring my own pillow when I travel but if you don't the pillows are weirdly small. I asked for a room with a balcony because I smoke but not indoors. I am on the third floor sharing a balcony with a pigeon and her two babies and all the bird poo you can think of. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. The staff is not the greatest. The housekeepers don't really do a good clean if you ask for service during your stay and the desk clerks are slow, forgetful, and a few were rude. For the most part I'm ok with it. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who can afford better but I'd probably stay here again.

If you're looking for a place like a luxury suite then keep looking. This place was perfect for us as we just needed a clean decent place to lay our heads at night as we traveled 3 different states visiting family during the holidays. The breakfast was excellent too. Considering what this place offered and it was complimentary, a person could pay between $ 7-10 dollars each. We are staying here on our way back home and will use this place again when we travel back this way. We will recommend this place to our adult children who travel this area too. Parking stunk but we got in late so that happens everywhere. Room very reasonable rates. We relied on the reviews and took note on some of the comments. Our room. (Bathroom) looked like it got a face lift. It was neat and clean.

I like it here, MUCH BETTER then quality on Montana and Geronimo. Those people have thieving staff and perverted staff. Anyways I haven't had any problem yet at this quality. So far so good.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice. It's very noisy though… We were woken up by pounding down the hall. Very loud pounding almost like gun shots at 4 am. Followed by shouting for several minutes.

Nice place, maybe the bathtubs could use a little updating but not too bad.

I have stayed here 3times and I like it it's usually the only one not full and always good price. It's clean quiet and beds are comfortable do wish they expanded the breakfast room though.

We were exhausted after 28 hours of driving /working / more driving. As we approaching El Paso, TX, we decided to find a room for the night. Every place we called along I-10 were full, or with room rates in the $100+ range, until I called this hotel. Bernadette happened to answered the call and said (thank goodness! ) she had rooms left. And the best part was she was able to find a discount we qualified and gave us a fantastic rate! (Thank you, Bernadette! ) Hubby and I crawled in bed 15 minutes after checking in. The comfy and clean smelling bed was like heaven! After a good night's sleep and a hot shower, we finally took a good look around of this place. It is an older facility, but everything is in good working condition. It was almost full capacity due to a festival in El Paso but the hotel was quiet at the late hours. The room has all the usual stuff plus a small fridge and a microwave oven. If we ever travel again near this area, we will for sure to come back.

I'm reading all the reviews listed for this location because we are going to be having a convention in this city and I have called this location 7 times and each time I have either been told to hold on because they are assisting someone else or they forget that I have been on hold. This is the worst Inn that I have had to call and cannot seem to get anyone to take my reservation. Horrible service would never stay there and we travel often nation wide.

Los cuartos huelen a cigarro. There is a cigar smoke odor in the rooms.

The hotel staff were very nice and patient with my child. The breakfast was good and the rooms where nice a clean.

I stay here quite often. I work for a trucking company in El paso an I have to reset my hours. So I use this hotel it's very nice. The people are nice. The Bed are great quality. What more can I say.

The water in our shower didn't drain well. We were sitting in our room when someone unlocked and opened the door without warning. Wi-Fi is slow.

I have ben using this hotel for 15 years it is in a good spot. There have ben bumps in the road. The owners are putting money back in to the place. My room has a new TV new carpet looks good.

Well I'm a trucker for Swift, this is the hotel used for breakdown drivers. I was givin a room that was occupied by a sexually active couple that I walked in on. There's alot of places to dine near by which is the only thing I found likeable. Tried calling the front desk over five times with no answer on neither attempt. Will not recommend to a bum.
