Sasha and Espy (spelling might be off) were amazing throughout the pre reservation process and accommodating the multiple phone calls and changes to reservation. The room was in great shape and gigantic. It was clean and the hotel was inviting as we walked in. The pool is clean and not over chlorinated like other public pools. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks.

My hub and I were transferred to El Paso for work and had to stay in a hotel for 8 months! Needless to say I didn't want to be in a tiny hotel room for 8 months so I asked Maria (the awesome manager) if there were any larger rooms available since ours was truly an extended stay, and she made it so much easier on us by keeping track of when their next availability for the largest room was and putting our names in for it. The move came sooner than expected and I am now in an (almost apartment sized) awesome room and no longer cramped up into a small space! Maria was so helpful and made sure the room was so clean, and the maintenance staff even helped with my move and made sure I was comfortable before I left. It may not be the most luxurious hotel I've stayed in, but I have to say, the staff is the best I've experienced yet! Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Professional, Warm and Quality staff & accommodations. Quite & right by all the happenings for all ages as well as levels of adventures. Mountains views surrounding.

After being here for a small amount of time, I must say the service here is great. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Both Alexia and Delilah are helpful and willing to offer to assistance whenever needed. Only one bad thing to mention is the construction, but other than that its a great place to stay.

The employees at the front desk are amazing! Always eager to please the guest! Alexia and Hilaria are the best in customer service! Anything that I needed I didn’t hesitate to ask and they definitely did not hesitate to help!

I visited with family staying here. It was very clean and quiet. It seems like a nice place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean. I liked the laundry facilities on site, clean and it's nice that they have more than one of each machine. Rooms are spacious and with kitchen, it like staying in an apartment. Hilaria was especially helpful, and extremely cheerful, even with a 2 am late check in.

My family and I went to Tx recently do to a family tragedy. And this place was amazing. The room was so clean and they were very accommodating and the staff was so friendly from front desk, housekeepers to maintenance workers! I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to staying here when we travel back in a Yr. Thank you for your hospitality.

Poor services. 1st floor bathroom locked, internet blocked until checked in, so no way to contact 3rd party booking because no Internet. 3rd party website claims to have rooms with 2 double queen beds and the hotel doesn't have them.

The location is great. Places to shop close to New Mexico and a mile from Mexico. Good food in the area. Easy on and off exit.

Run down, decently clean. The sofa bed was literally metal springs with fabric over them. No sheets in the room. You have to ask for everything at the front desk. Super nice front desk person, Mandy. Good thing because everything else was terrible and certainly not worth more than $40 a night.

We have been staying here for about a month and haven't had any problems. The staff has been very helpful and polite.

My stay was not a pleasant one, the hotel didn't have an ice machine my room didn't have any dishes the only soda machine was sold out of every kind and when I asked for 2 clean towels the lady at the desk was very rude. She said I couldn't get me towels until I brought down the dirty ones like I wanted to steal their dirty stained white towels. To top it all off my room smelled like an old ashtray. Overall it was a very unpleasant stay I won't be going back there again.

Terrible wi fi. Clean rooms polite staff, terrible luggage carts with flat tires, lack of maintenance…

I stayed at Sunland park location and everything was great, the maid, maintenance man and counter staff were awesome. And I knew that if I needed something they would be there to help! My room was clean and was comfortable! I enjoyed my stay. Kristen.

Nice place. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Perfect for a quick night's sleep when passing through town.

This place was terrible. For the price I was not expecting much, but even with low expectations I was disappointed. Front desk staff were unhelpful and rude. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and who knows what else. The pool had a nice layer of insects. The bottom sheet of the bed wasn't a fitted sheet so it wound migrate in the middle of the night. The exposed mattress was actually softer feeling than the sandpaper bed linens. The hotel just next door costs not much more is a much better choice.

We got two rooms. Rooms were alright, but one of the rooms we got had a strong smell like something spilled on the carpet and not been cleaned properly. We let the staff know about it but they said they didn't have any other rooms to switch us. They sent the cleaning staff to spray air freshener, but that didn't fix the problem. The manager came and smelled the room and said, and I quote, "I'm not gonna lie to you. It doesn't smell good, but it doesn't smell nasty. " lol.

Room was very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location off the freeway but away from the busier, noisier part of town.

Hallways had a real bad smell when I checked, but I think someone had just burned some food. Was only a faint smell the next day. Shower tub did not drain. Still had water in it the next morning. Bed was comfortable, spacious rooms. Kitchen has no dishes, flatware or pots/pans.

Came in late and grave yard shift lady was wonderful. Even gave us a courtesy call 15 min after check in to ensure everything is as good and we found room. My wife and I thought that was a nice gesture. Been to 100s of hotels and altho this may not be a 5 star but for the price this was a very nice place to lab our heads. Only downfall is office don't open u til 7am so couldn't checkout and get a receipt until then.

We stayed in a deluxe room. The rooms are very large and nice! The restroom is huge and gorgeous! (Water pressure isn't bad either. ) The full kitchen is nice, it even had a table and dishwasher! The bed was comfortable. The pull-out sofa bed was comfortable and as a sofa, it was firm and comfy. The recliner is small enough to move around but large enough for comfort. There is a coffee table and another large table with two rolling desk chairs. Our view was the Twin Peaks and DaddyO's car wash across the street. The front staff are friendly and helpful. We will book this place for future hotel stays!

The service was great. The hotel is located next to a grocery store and mall, and a short drive from el paso attractions. Rooms include a full kitchen.

Prices are terrible weekly 345. Cracy what is this heaven. Ha ha.
