No maid service or hot breakfast…
Had to go down to the desk to get toilet paper, trash bags and towels…
Have to make your own bed and clean the bathroom and take your own trash out.

Nice and clean rooms and location. When we went there the freeway was under construction. I believe the staff needs some hospitality training and customer service skills if they want to continue selling their rooms. Because getting there is a hassle. People can go into the city for rooms any day. Its the service that brings the people back. This was a last resort that we did not expect but in the end it was worth it.

Quality suites have the best rooms! there is nothing better than quality suites if I could I would give them 10 stars. Beds are so comfortable and the rooms are always super clean, staff is so helpful and friendly.

Worst stay ever. Bypass this hotel if at all possible. We spent 5 days here and compared to other hotels that we stayed in this was by far the worst. Most other hotels we stayed at would have complimentary water available but not this one, you had to buy it out of the machine for $2 and it wasn't even cold. Place is run down, and when we arrived the ceiling had sections falling down. Bathroom shower was stained and looked dirty, staff could not answer any questions, and pool was ice cold. They offer a safe in the room, but want to charge you to use it and when we asked for the code to unlock it the person at the desk could not give us an answer on how to unlock it. Chose not to use it during our stay. Carpets in the common areas we stained and floors not clean. Food was substandard and had very little variety to choose from. Front desk staff was not very attentive to needs or even complaints. We have been members of Choice Hotels for a long time and stayed in several of their hotels, but this one by far was one of the worst. I would recommend that they remove this hotel from their list.

This is by far one of the better inexpensive hotels. They have very good sized rooms. Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast, easy on and off the freeway, everything you we needed. Slept great, comfy bed. Very happy.

Hotel was clean. Service was friendly. Our only issue was the TV didn’t pick up any stations. I didn’t bother to report it because we weren’t wanting to watch TV anyway. This hotel is also in a great location for shopping and entertainment. A heads up for travel in the neighborhood is road work. It makes it hard to navigate until you figure out how to do it without gps. GPS will mess you up with the road construction as it is. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

Cheap deals and great room. But no gym. That why I gave it four stars.

The friendliness is excellent, the beds comodisimas, the full breakfast and everything on hand.

Jennifer at the front desk was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. We left our stroller at home and she let us use her personal stroller. The house keeper (Rosa) that cleaned our room was so kind. She came back after cleaning our room to give us extra blankets for our children as well as extra towels. Breakfast had a great variety and the waffles were definitely TEXAS sized. The pool was a bit cold. Overall the stay was excellent.

We had a good stay. We were in town for a professional event. The pull out sofa was great for fitting all my kids.

The hotel was close to most places. It was easy to find. The room had enough beds. The TV was hard to operate because there was two remotes.

Great central location for shopping and dining. There was only one elevator and it was a little slow. Pool was too warm. But a quiet, out of the way home away from home!

Decent for the price, but nothing special. Tile messed to in the bathroom and a very confusing system to use the t. V. But the biggest problem was the breakfast. No was checking when they ran out of eggs or sausage, and when they refilled the potatoes, they were stone come.

Room is clean and spacetious. Bed is comfortable. Pillows are nice and comfy. Room has mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Breakfast is free but very avg. Free Wi-Fi.

Great place to stay staff is great beds are awesome, great location you have pretty much everything arounds the mall tuns of restaurants to choose from a lot of shopping store!

The inn was ok — it was decently priced and very clean overall, except for the tub. The stained and moldy bathtub was a real turn off. Free breakfast is just like the others, nothing special here… So, it was just ok for the price I paid for.

Best part was the breakfast. The room was nice but the front of the AC unit was falling off which exposed a hidden crack pipe… I would still definitely recommend this place.

Easy access to UTEP. Clean room. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff on the day we checked in.

Very well located, the rooms are spacious and I liked having a small breakfast nook equipped with a fridge and microwave oven, one can enjoy a cold drink at any time in the comfort of the room, the breakfast is free and very good.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay! I believe that the manager cares and is trying hard, but the staff is clearly not trained well, is not motivated to provide outstanding or even consistent quality service and does not use a checklist when cleaning or stocking a room, so there is consistency and a quality job being completed. Breakfast had little to no variety in items offered and the quality was far below my expectations. Also, there would be some items missing for several days, without replacements for breakfast. I have stayed at this hotel twice and I will not be staying a 3rd time…

Exceeds expectations for this brand. Heated indoor pool, large rooms and some decent breakfast options for the price you pay to stay here. Its not going to be close to Carlson or Marriott brands but for the money I like this hotel.

Staff was goid. But… house keeping needs a wake up call. Our beds looked like someone had jumped on the beds pillows were all jacked up. And bedspreads were all over the place. How bad is that. Maids! Get a clue.

It is a place super comfortable I have a anbiente mui linpio.

Staff was friendly, great location! We came in from Dallas around 3am and advised the guy we'd be here until Wednesday, he told me if I come in as a walk in he'd accommodate us without having to pay for an extra day. You just don't get that type of hospitality just anywhere. It felt good to know it's not just about the money. I'll forever stay at Comfort Inn and Suites, customer for life.

Hotel beds were awesome and I wanted to take them home with me. Carpet needed cleaning. Hotel needs an update, but it was ok for a two or three star.

Other than going to my first assigned room and it wasn't cleaned and a power outage it was a comfortable stay and the room was clean. The third floor was under construction but there was no noise by the time I arrived. I didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast on Saturday because I had to get across town by 8:00am so I had to eat out.
The hotel is showing its age and it's a good thing they are remodeling. No complaints though. The king size bed was very comfortable. The front desk attendant Amy was very friendly. The hotel is tucked back behind another hotel so you really have to look to find it.

Good place to stay. The bed was the best I've slept in in a hotel. Pool was ok, couldn't find the hot tub it said it had. Awesome location with plenty of food choices. This was our 2nd stay. Would recommend.

The water smells horrible, fishy. Wouldnt recommend drinking it. Couches have nasty white stains all over them. And has a dingy smell to it. Elevators are also dirty. The hard boiled eggs they have in there for breakfast look like they have been here since last year.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and clean spacious rooms at a very decent price! Free breakfast from 7-10 as well, was very yummy with a good selection. Pool was small but nice, and did not have the overbearing amount of chlorine that many hotels do. Overall pleased.

The first room we were given smelled completely of smoke and weed even though we asked for a non smoking room. After being switched the second room was nice and relatively spacious.

Staff was very helpful and nice, rooms were clean and supplied, bathroom was a bit outdated but not to bad. Overall a good experience.

I was there this weekend & i'd give the front desk 5 stars very nice gentle men & helpful, the rooms were clean, pool area as well, BUT breakfast attendant there was a young lady with gym clothes on while serving us breakfast. I couldn't eat my breakfast just of having the thought of her sweating & handling the food…

The roll out bed was broken and the pool burned our skin. The lady who was at the desk didn't seem to like us at all. I definitely did not enjoy sleeping there.

Nice and quiet. Our room was big and had everything we needed. Ask for a room on the west side so you are not by the interstate. It is very close to food and shopping.

We usually stay at Hampton Inn but they were full. It was late so we saw Comfort Inn and stayed. Loved it. Thought I was in the Hamptons. Very comfortable beds. Rooms clean, people nice. Some outside noise from traffic but not bad. Would go here again hands down.

I had a very enjoyable stay. I had arrived early and was very tired. The staff was kind enough to get me in quick. I've always had a good experience with Choice Hotels and never had a reason to stay anywhere else.

They provided a good service, except that the suite I reserved was not available and gave me two separate rooms instead.

Just an OK stay. The snack area in the lobby is rarely stocked. The housekeeping always turns the air conditioner on when you leave the room. Leaving the room freezing when you come back for the day.

I liked it a lot. They had good breakfast and our was walking distance to the bar.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Almost knocked me over when I opened the door. Reported it so I don't get charged. (fingers crossed) A/C not functioning well. Barely blows on high. I think I'll find a another location next time. Got a good last minute rate though.

Room was very nice, I drove from Dallas/Ft. Worth last nite. Was tired, sleep well.

Had such a fantastic time!. The rooms were extremely clean, the beds were super comfy and the staff was very friendly. It was perfect place for my family.
