1 of the older Best Western Hotels we have started in. Clean. Restaurant they recommended the state line had good food. Would book again.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was too hot, towels were stained and looked dirty. The sheets looked like they had not been changed. When I told the front clerk the room was to hot, she did not comment. Won't ever stay there again.

Far below the standards I expect from a Best Western. Room was tired and needed upgrading. Fly infested. Too many problemsto list. Do yourself a favor and stay in another motel.

I love staying here, the staff is courteous and professional. My room us always clean and have zero complaints.

Really had a good night's sleep here! Close to many restaurants and places to get a beer. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Crisp sheets. Loved it. I almost never give five or even four stars but the 4 stars were well earned. However there is always room for improvement, or reduction in price! Overall a good stay!

We had a great stay here. One night, 2 rooms, 9 kids. The service was great and so was the price. Very good breakfast. Rooms were super clean and new looking. Felt very safe here too. Will stay here again.

NO LO RECOMIENDO! The cleaning staff at this hotel are so unpleasant that they do not seem to like their job! You ask for cleaning assistance and they come very unwillingly. I found the room very dirty the first day I got the dirty makeup covers as well as the dirty bedsheets and towels smelly and very old. I put my complaint in the office and they offered me another room a little better with sheets and towels limpas but very old and the bathroom with smell of urine. This hotel should not have 5 stars it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I will never go back! very bad experience! I do not recommend it!

Room was big and very nice. Staff was very nice as well.

The hotel was clean but that was about the only good thing. When we drove up in the evening, there were about 30 bikers just hanging out in the parking lot. I felt really uncomfortable. There was no convenient parking. We were moving so our car was packed full of boxes and stuff and we had to park around the corner where we couldn't see it. I will not be staying here again.

Good location. Close to interstate, yet quiet. Also close to many stores and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I continue to be very happy as a rewards member.

The Sunland Best Western is centrally located in El Paso and a very nice hotel for the price. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. Every employee I encountered was polite and helpful and the breakfast was top notch.

Room 220, we're here right now. Mega-dirty sheets. Pillows suck. You'd better stay in Juarez.

Good location with fairly easy on/off access to the Interstate considering all the construction. Staff was very helpful with suggestions for nearly restaurants. Close to casino too!

Worst Best Western we have ever stayed at. When we first checked in we realized they did not have a gym and almost decided to leave. A gym is very important to us and is a reason we choose Best Western over other hotels. But it was late and we decided to go eat and come back to stay. We stay at Best Western because we know what to expect. From my past experiences I expect a higher level of hospitality comfort and cleanliness. The furniture was old scuffed and broken. My lamp literally was broken in half and propped up by the wall and chair. The carpet was disgusting. The over all cleanliness was not what I expected from a Best Western Hotel; dirty baseboards, stained towels, lack of fresh paint, the bathtub was marked with about 10 cigarette burns. And to top it off, the bed was awful! I could not sleep because my head felt lower than my feet and the pillows were so hard and high I had to bundle up my sheet midway through the night. I'm hesitant to trust Best Western now. There was a Holiday Inn across the street and I had wished I was there Instead.

Good service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast acceptable.

The hotel should consider to renovate some of the furnishings of the room, so urgent the carpet, as well as the sofa bed. During our stay we killed two cockroaches, this was extremely unpleasant.

An unbeatable choice for the night, for its location away from the I-10, for your care, for the cleaning of their rooms, but above all for his breakfast.

A good option alohamiento if you come to visit in the Paso Tx is located to the west very close to New Mexico by the bridge of Santa Teresa has a pool for children.

Nice room, good views, good breakfast. Bad — lot's of traffic and HBO was out, other than that.
