This hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms are standard hotel style, clean. House keeping is prompt and efficient. AC unit is still a floor unit. The only issue is that the towel hanger in the bathroom kept falling off of the wall.

Good breakfast, good weather, something expensive.

I recommend it. It's the best place in the area and if you come for work at Fort Bliss, it's worth the 20 minutes away, it's quiet, clean, good food especially breakfast and the service is professional.

Hotel grounds are nice and well maintained. We spent two weeks here in transition between homes here in El Paso. The towels are soft, the A/C is cold and the breakfast is pretty good. The only issues I noticed is the furnishings could use some updating and the location is right next to a busy part of the West Side which can get quite noisy and difficult to enter and exit the grounds because of the construction.

The hotel was very nice but they made us wait an hour and a half later just so they could clean the room. Mind you we arrived 4 hours AFTER check in time so the room should have been cleaned then. But the room was very cute and cheap for the fact we had a jacuzzi in the middle of our room.

Huge property with a restaurant, bar and pool. Full breakfast was included (good eggs and sausage, meh hash browns). Excellent bed, soft and comfortable. TV good but takes a lot of work to find your channel. Biggest downside is bathroom area — shower area is too small, and you wind up doing all your post-shower business out in the open. A little chintzy on linens, too (one washcloth? ). VERY secure.

Very nice hotel. The pool had a warmer section that was great for kids and is only 3ft deep. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and dinner only. I had difficulty the second time I attempted to order room service. I was routed from the front to the kitchen and ended up in a frustrating loop going back and forth. It was about nine o'clock on a Monday so maybe they were closed. If so I wish the front desk would have just told me. Speaking of front desk. Of all the staff the front service seems the most uninterested in speaking with guests. Every time I walked up they were looking at a phone, computer, or each other. No smiles, just business. Everytime I walked up I had the feeling I was disturbing them which is not what we pay for. Either way, nice rooms, friendly house keeping and pool staff. And pretty clean rooms. Hotel carpet is always creepy though.

Recently our client stayed here and enjoyed it very much! The check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly. Great room, and the breakfast was awesome!

Nice hotel. Right across the street from Sunland park mall. Staff is great. Rooms are very clean. Nice pool area and hot tub. Nice bar. Reasonable pricing also.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms, seemed fairly modern. Rooms are separated into multiple buildings which feel more secluded but might make luggage more difficult to unload. Friendly staff.

I love the place. The food is good and the staff are all very friendly. It's nice to. Have free Wi-Fi, but heed my warning and don't do too much video streaming (the internet provider will charge you a fee for going over board on data, it was a 25$ charge for me). The hotel has an interesting layout and can be daunting at first when you see the map for it, but the staff give very helpful directions to help you get to your room. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay!

The Country Inn & Suites in El Paso, Texas was one of the most conveniently located hotels we've stayed in. We were within in 5 minutes of all of the best local restaurants and best night-life venues El Paso has to offer. Huge non-smoking rooms with 2 queen beds, fridge, microwave, and anything else you could possibly need! After a great and peaceful night of rest, we woke up to the best breakfast line-up any of us have seen in our recent hotel stays! I can tell you we'll definitely be back. Not a bad hotel. Pool has a great layout that makes it fun for kids while keeping adults separate if need be. Drinks are allowed poolside, another plus. Room was clean and looked nice. Overall, good for the price.

It's a comfortable, but poorly designed place. The rooms are very far from the lobby.

Very nice looking hotel. We received vouchers for a complementary breakfast buffet for each day we stayed as well, which was awesome and unexpected. The only area that we didn't really like was the bathroom and the lighting. The bathroom was extremely small. And the lighting, even though there was about 5 lamps, was super dim. But all in all, it was a nice hotel for a good price.

Friendly & hospitable staff. Nice, clean rooms with views in most all directions of the surrounding mountains. Close to the mall and other amenities. 24/7 shuttle service to where you need to get to.

It was horrible, I pay for a king size bed and I received a room with 2 queen size bed. It was just my 3 yrs old son and I. We were place in room 5209 next to the building under construction. All night was the train passing and early in the morning was the construction truck and the construction workers making noise. I am a disable veteran and the building we were place my son and I were the only ones in that area. The waiter was very kind and honestly he should be the one working at the front desk not the receptionist that you have there she didn't say anything about the breakfast, or the amenities included. I don't recommend it this hotel to anyone else. Not even my worst enemy. I will not stay there again.

The breakfast was good, room was clean but the ceiling was cracked and black mold was peesent. I was also charged for 4 nights instead of three and no one called me back after leaving a meaasage I had to call back. And if that's not enough 2 out of my three military sons were with me and thi hotel does not.

You will be better off in other hotel. This is the first time I arrive at a hotel at 9 pm and they tell my room is not ready yet. I had to figure how to fix TV (cables were disconected). Phone was not working and had to call reception with my cell through the outside line. Access to rooms confusing. Breakfast was good.

Quick & easy check in, attentive staff, 24/7 shuttle service, large very clean & comfortable suite, very good breakfast provided and very reasonable check out time.

We wanted to stay at a more economical range for one night after staying at the Hilton and various Hilton hotels. This place was not very clean. Shower tub still had tons of hair in the tub bottom and shower walls. The management was supposed to give us a credit but never did. Major thumbs down for customer service. They treated me like I was causing the problem. I will never come back again.

Nice hotel, like the campus style layout of the buildings and the newly renovated furnishings. The noise from the fence gates slamming shut all the time is a annoying when trying to sleep, would recommend getting an inside room. The zig zag layout is unique, but also leads to having your window having directly at your neighbors entry door. The restaurant was dead, and had to wait for someone to come to the front, but that may just be how it is late on a Sunday night.

My family and I got a room it was ok but my 4yr and my wife where able to open the door from the outside with out a key card. We only found that out because they went to the vending machine and my son opened the door so we left and got a refund… Wouldn't stay there again.

This Holiday Inn discriminates against Latinos and African American guests. I saw it happen while waiting for notification of availability. The reception desk worker told us that there were no rooms availble and that the hotel was booked full for the night. It was after 4:00 PM and there were only a handful of cars in the parking lot. There were only a handful of people in the restaurant and bar. OI pointed out that the place was nearly empty to the reception guy. He said they will be showing up later. We waited near the reception desk to see if anyone would show up by 5:00 PM. No one showed up except 2 Latino couples, also, seeking rooms who were turned away. The reception worker lied. We asked to speak to the manager. He came to talk to us about 15 minutes after the request to see him. We told him that the reception worker lied to us. He said there must be some kind of confusion. We asked for a non-smoking room. The manager said there was only smoking rooms availble. That was another lie. The hotel has over 100 rooms and the parking lot had less than 10 cars in the parking lot. We were given a smoking room as punishment for complaining about the racist policies of this hotel. If you are Latino or African-American you may want to steer clear of this place. If we had more time we would have contacted a local litigation lawyer to document the discriminatory behavior.

Breakfast is not included. Not only that, but the breakfast is actually way overpriced. Food was ok at best. Very slow service for dinner… slow to get waited on, slow to get the food, and slow to get a check. Very odd layout for a hotel. Not easy to get to the rooms in the rear buildings. The hotel was also expensive compared to other places in El Paso. Very slow internet connection in the room. Definitely would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel for business travel.
