Chiro thank huge mind to the Receptionist, Nancy, who greeted us with super professionalism and we resolved a problem with the booking, as it is was with Expedia, and the data were wrong. Nancy is always very smiley and very quickly. The room is also excellent and very comfortable. Highly recommended to stay. Many thanks to Nancy.

Breakfast was good, I love fresh fruit in the morning. The indoor pool and jacuzzi is icing on the cake!

Good value for the money. Room was clean. Bathroom is large but there was a bit of mold in the corner of the shower. The room did have an odor to it at first, but didn’t really bother us during the stay. Breakfast area was really busy and it seemed that the one attendant was challenged to keep up. Very comfortable bed. Location a bit challenging to get in and out of.

The Staff were super friendly! The hotel wasn't as nice as I expected. The beds were hard, my comforter was dirty, the outdoor pool had an opened barbecue packet in it along with other floating items, and a bottle of soda cost $3.00. There wasn't creamer for your coffee, it was syrup. The breakfast had a good selection and again the staff was amazing!

Hotel very clean and the staff is very kind. What I love the most is that it's really close to the airport and I could barely hear the planes flying near. When I arrived, I felt very welcomed and I was even asked what floor did I prefer for my room since there was enough rooms that day. I like to go back to el Paso once in awhile and this hotel will be my number one choice because of the great customer service and great breakfast.

We could not have stayed at a better hotel! Very clean rooms, nice breakfast, very friendly staff from front desk to cleaning personnel. Totally pleased! Will stay here again.

Staff was polite and accommodating. Rooms were clean and modern. The pool is small. But other than that I enjoyed my stay.

This is not as nice as it was a year ago. If I personally have to scrub the sink in my bathroom that means the cleaning of the rooms is not being kept up. So disappointed to admit that the breakfast was okay who eats veggie sausage?! why is there cereal everywhere? Dont know if the lady was just being lazy and slappy but we were like we're going to get some burritos instead.

The hotel was clean and the beds where comfy. They have a small gym with basic equipment. The indoor pool looked nice, I didn't get to enjoy it but some of my guest did. They don't have a restaurant or bar but the restaurant Classico within walking distance had cold beer and good food. I would stay here again.

I was scheduled to check in at 3, but once I arrived I was told I needed to wait 15 minutes for them to clean the room. I went to check once again then was told it’ll be another 15 minutes. In the end I had to wait an hour before I was able to check into my room. If you have to choose between Fairfield and Spring Hill suites, just go with Spring Hill suites.

No soap in the room. No body wash in the new dispensers. ‘ly stinky.

The rooms and facilties in general where nice. I was DISAPPOINTED at the pool area where people had glass beer bottle at the pool side just laying there and there seemed to be people who where not guest/customers using the already small pool. Felt like a community pool and not a private Fairfield customer area…

Very nice staff and hotel! Best bed ever. Central Bathroom vent not on but the window opens. Internet tv. Wonderful.

Very nice! Andrew at the front desk was great! The whole atmosphere of the hotel was restful and clean. The hotel also has a very nice fitness room. I only gave 4 stars because I checked out before breakfast but the little I saw it looked like it would be a nice spread. Will definitely try to use this hotel again.

There's a couple of good places to eat around the area, and the staff is really nice. The pool is a little small and there's no hot tub but everything else is just fine.

Impeccable customer service from all the staff. The grounds inside and out were nice and clean. The breakfast was tended the whole time and I felt very welcome.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are comfortable, but one of our mattresses was grossly stained (sheets were clean though). Breakfast was alright. The oatmeal wasn't salted, so it was very bland. The AC was cold, the shower was hot, the beds and pillows were comfortable.

The hotel is very easy to find off of the highway. It has multiple restaurants near by as well as a movie theater. The room was very clean looking and smelling. It was also very inviting and comfortable which made for a great experience. They also had free hot breakfast which was the cherry on top. Overall great experience and would definitely consider this hotel for any future hotel stays.

Rooms were simple but yet luxury style. The pool was small but still fun.

Place was clean and staff was helpful. I would stay here again. Also breakfast was awesome and fresh. Strawberries made my morning multiple times during my stay.

The smell of the rooms was bad, like humidity got trap there, besides that the whole floor smells like seafood, we talked to the manager about that, it was grose. The construction in the area is a real problem, the cost of the room was overpriced, the customer service received was very good, they were doing their best with what they have.

I enjoyed the stay here. Friendly staff, offered us water bottles upon check in after a long hot day. Like the new swipe card door locks instead of having to insert key cards, love the numerous options for power outlet, unlike some hotels the inexplicably have zero plugs by night stand or by either beds. Courtesy break and coffee is just icing on the cake! I'd be returning here again!

Great central location. You're close to the airport, Fort Bliss, shopping Malls and food! Just around the corner is El Toro Burger and Bar, that was a great experience. The hotel rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet needs to more attention during peak time. The spills should be wiped up and food replenished faster.

Lobby was clean and personnel was friendly. Our room was small but was very clean and quiet. The indoor pool and gym were clean. In the morning, they had breakfast set out and had a good selection of food. I enjoyed my stay and will be staying there again.

Wonderful clean room soft clean spread and sheets ms. Hernandez in breakfast bar was fantastic. She was polite and courteous to the impatient and grumpy customers arriving late.

No coffee in the lobby 24 hours like other Fairfield. They also stopped doing cookies. It seems management has decided it was to much money. That is two bad I have stayed at this hotel each time I come to El paso. Next trip I will look at other options. Mine you I am a Platinum member and stay at Fairfield a lot.

I went downstairs to get coffee after bk and front desk told me coffee is only served during bk there are guest who are checking out and want coffee when they check out and may not want to stop at a gas station for coffee.

I stay in many Marriot properties and travle nearly 3 weeks a month. This is the only hotel I have stayed in El Paso, so I can not compare it to El Paso hotels, but in general I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and nice. I was relieved that the windows opened a few inches in my room as I get claustrophobic. Breakfast was good one day and not so good the next day. I am primarily vegetarian (no dairy or eggs). Day one was awesome, as I made oatmeal and was able to drink coffee, because they had soy milk (although there was only enough for one cup before it was out). They also had veggie sausage. It was a real treat as I usually don't have much time to eat out before work when traveling. However, day 2 same with the low soy (just enough for 1 cup of coffee (better than nothing I suppose), no veggie option, not even oatmeal, just meat, eggs and dairy and muffins etc, most likely made with eggs and dairy — luckily there was some fresh fruit to hold me over until I could drive somewhere to get something substantial, but it was such a difference from day one. I was really looking forward to the oatmeal and was very disappointed there wasn't much for a vegetarian to eat. I used the fitness center multiple days. It is small and the fluorescent lights are bright as the ceiling is low. There are only 2 treadmills and one was making an awful noise.

I had a six-week stay here and I have to say that from start to finish, these people treated me like gold. With the suites newly renovated, they feel less like their previous "hotel rooms" and now feel more like a junior one-bedroom apartment. Full breakfast was served every morning and spoiled me to what hotel breakfasts could be capable of. The customer service was impeccable the entire time. This facility has all the amenities one could want and is smack-dab in the middle of a location full of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The price might be higher than some of their competitors, but you're getting what you're paying for and found it to be worth the trip.

For a fairly new hotel I did not enjoy my stay here. Thin walls I could here the kids next door an people walking in hallway. Also worst of all the elevator was out two days of the four I was there.

It's a fairly newer hotel, modern, excellent beds (Serta), clean, decent internet, staff has been helpful the times I've stayed. Has decent breakfast. Microwave, mini fridge were clean. Good location. Only cons were, walls can be thin with loud neighbors, Pool is a little small, and hotel can be a little pricey depending on rates during the week.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff is very nice. Got in late and was well taken care of. Breakfast area was nice. One of the nicer ones in the area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Needed a ride to the airport and the shuttle was not operating and they were able to get me a taxi in under 5 minutes, complimentary. The hotel was clean. Pleasant experience.

Its great, the rooms are clean its smells good and the complimentary breakfast is healthy. This is the only place I will stay! I very much recommend fairfield inn suites to anyone. The gym and pool arr a plus also.

The convenient thing about this hotel is its location near the freeway on the edge of town. The ammeneties are okay (free breakfast and coffee). The interior quality left a bit to be desired. For example, the bathroom door in our room didn't close all the way. If you plan on staying, try to get a room far away from the elevator. The chime was pretty loud when people started leaving for the airport at 4 AM.

The indoor pool and hot tub required cleaning and the evap system was not working properly causing mold build up on the landscape. The room was very nice and spacious :-)

Nice place with good prices. Small gym, nice pool/hot tub, and decent sized room. Main issue was the train horn in the middle of the night, but they can't control that.

It's location, their service, fancy rooms, this place it's just the best it even has a Gym INSIDE the building, breakfast, I don't know what else to say I would definitely stay there again and again even if I had to drive more just to get there I would, such a great place.

The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and is very close to the ten freeway. The staff were friendly and the rooms are all renovated, modern, and clean. There is free breakfast in the morning at 7am (waffle, sausage, cereal)

Here on business with the army and so far this hotel is very good. Clean sheets everyday so far rooms are very clean almost military like and hot breakfast. Has a nice pool I haven't got around to using yet because of work but I plan on using it soon. Fully recommend booking here.

A standard Fairfield Inn and Suites — — they have a small convenience store by check in. Close to the airport and I believe they have a shuttle although I did not use it. Curtains were adequate but still let in light.

6/1/2017 — 5:00am Overall: This establishment is very clean and modern looking. Check-in was quick and the receptionist was very kind. The room is spacious and contains everything you basically need; the bed, as always, is comfortable and I slept better than a baby. The bathroom is very spacious and immaculate; I love the amount of towels stored. As a platinum elite member: no benefits were mentioned and I was not greeted as a platinum member. This is the one star down. I will give them the opportunity to reconcile during my checkout.

I was charged twice to stay @ this Fairfield Inn! I confirmed @ check in that this room was pre-paid via priceline and my card would only be used for incidentals. At check out I confirmed there was no additional charges. That morning someone charged my card 70.50 for my stay! I called the and talked to Ayze GM and was able to get 2nd charged refunded. If not caught, I would have paid twice to stay @ this Fairfield Inn & Suites! Make sure you check your CC balance if you stay here!

Nice room with soft comfy beds — the location right off the highway makes it a good place for a few hours of sleep. The free breakfast could offer a few more varieties of fruit.

Great staff! No garbage bags or any bags in rooms. Not the cleanest. Fitted sheets didn't fit our mattress and kept popping off. Very Very limited TV channels.

Room is spacious and neat. Very beautiful and contemporary. Walls are thin and every noise is heard. Room on second floor.

Overall great stay. Hotel is new and clean, but the prices are very high most nights — often over $200. The amenities are pretty standard for a Marriott brand hotel. The cafe next door is an excellent choice for any meal. Extremely convenient access to the highway.

I will definitely take my corporate business elsewhere. The room I was in was located directly above the laundry room. The walls shook violently whenever they were cleaning linens and made it impossible for me to sleep. The basic cable in the room doesn't work so I wasn't able to watch television. Which wouldn't had been so bad if I was able to connect to the Internet with my tablet and watch netflix, but you can just go ahead and give up on that notion as well. I asked about changing rooms, but didn't really want to drag two weeks worth of clothes and belongings down to the front desk in order to swap keys for another room on the third floor. This is the worst hotel stay I've had in a long time.

It's a nice new hotel so far. Just not happy there is no tub and only a shower. The shower leaked water all over the floor. Crappie pillows bring your own and comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant at 3 am even though I was a little frustrated having to wait for the computer to upload stuff. The guy working let me in my room and then put my key cars under the door for me when it was updated.

Opened May 2015, so rooms were still very new when I stayed. Clean rooms, friendly staff, will definitely stay again.

This place is top notch. Greg at the front desk was very courteous and professional. Rooms were clean, cozy, and nice looking. The breakfast in the morning wasn't bad either.

Decent hotel. Pretty standard breakfast in the morning starting at 6 am. It is close to the highway but the road noise doesn't really bother you. The air conditioner was loud and I was right next to the ice machine but other than that the stay was okay.

My second time staying at this location and again, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it comes with a fridge which is nice when you have a couple of days in the city.

The breakfast is wonderful, except they don't put out enough tea bags. The room was clean and a nice size. Rooms were very sound proof and the desk honored our request for rooms near to each other. My biggest complaint is that the end doors didn't work at we always had to walk through the lobby.

Great location near the airport and the comedy club. New establishment as evidenced by sleek, futuristic decorum, wonderful decorations and room amenities. The heated, 85 degree outside pool is a wonderful addition during chili winter months. The breakfast was right on point and satisfying. Rooms are very spacious. They have taken the basics you would expect in any mid-range hotel and gave it a 5 star twist. Customer service is the star of the show. Felt like a was truly a valued guest!
