Stayed here while getting to El Paso. It's a clean, good location right off the i10. Their prices are really fair and I loved that it was very clean. The staff was friendly and nice. They had a decent breakfast. Would def recommend it to others.

Traveler's respite — clean — pet friendly — great pool — breakfast. Slept really well on great bed. 3 kids + 2 adults at great price.

Clean room. Clean pool. Working ice machine. Fast Wi-Fi. Helpful staff. Better breakfast and it's 5 stars.

Staff was very courteous and professional. Would have enjoyed more hot items on breakfast. Could hear upstair guests easily. Overall a great value, would definitely visit again.

The hotel and my room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was fine. There are a couple of places to get food nearby (Applebee's, Pizza hut). Apparently they have a two dog limit (which is not mentioned on their website), so that caused some issues for us, since we had three dogs. If you're traveling with pets and you have to stay in El Paso, this isn't a bad bet (you could probably do worse).

Nice inexpensive place, nothing fancy but definitely clean.

Breakfast was very good. The rooms were quiet. Room 103 had sink that didn't drain or close.

The rates were low. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Overall for the price and amineties it can't be beat.

Always friendly, clean, pets welcome. Food located in same parking area. Stay here every time I drive through west bound.

Clean and safe hotel. I will stay here again as it was close to Ft. Bliss and easy on and off the highway.

Upon the last 2 years of traveling in and out of El Paso, I have stayed with this specific hotel 6 to 8 times faithfully without issue, each time with my dogs and cat. Upon this arrival, my husband checked in with a woman as the desk, when she was in the process of checking us in, the "manager" Daniel came out and started taking over the transaction even though nothing was wrong. Every stay, I have always informed staff to contact me if there are any issues with my pets, dogs will be dogs and bark naturally. But in the past 2 years of staying with this specific La Quinta I have never received a complaint until now. When I RUSHED back to the hotel to check on my "barking" dogs, being on the first floor I walk right past my room before entering the hotel itself and did hear my pets bark until after the door slammed coming in the hotel hallway. It is now an inconvenience to bring my pets with me every where I go, for fear that I will be kicked out of this "Pet friendly" hotel. I could understand if it was the middle of the night, but it was mid day 2-3pm when the complaint was made. I will NEVER stay with another La Quinta after this. I will pay the extra money and pet fee to stay at the Best Westerns now. In the past 2 years, this is the worst staff I have dealt with.

Good rooms, good service, well located.

My husband and I checked in at 11 pm and just wanted a bed to sleep in overnight. We made a reservation for a room with a king bed and were put up in a room with two twin beds instead. In addition to this, we were next to a room filled with children (10 years and under) who were apparently unsupervised and running around screaming, laughing, and repeatedly slamming the door to their room. It took us hours to get to sleep because these children were slamming the doors and screaming until almost 2 o’clock in the morning. This was extremely disappointing and I am rather annoyed that I actually spent my money in order to experience this.

They are so kind and have no complaint of helping while in their ability. And they have comfortable beds, not skimpy with their pillows and towels. Giving them a five star and happy that SWIFT has set me up with them. If you are there more than one night and don't want room service to disturb your stuff in the fridge, put do not disturb in the lock… they have that option, easy to find inside of the door.

You are missing a remodelling urgent and a good cleaning.

Great place to stop for the night… reasonably priced, safe, great staff, rooms very nice and comfortable … and good food a short walk away… :)

Really nice and neat place! Good front desk service. Continental breakfast for real!, waffles, boiled eggs, fruits, bagels, muffins and more! … My husband and I booked a Deluxe King bedroom, and it was worth it! Would recommend to anyone for sure!

Bed was comfy, room was quiet and clean, the front desk and others were friendly and helpful. I was traveling with a pet, they have a designated pet area with waste bags — all good!

We have always stay there cause there pet friendly so friendly my dog know where he is at he know his exits when he needs to go outside he thinks he is the king when he is there… We have always been treated with respect and get the room that I always ask for the front desk people are awesome. We are close to all the stores we need to go to. Thank you.

It was a comfortable bed. The room was clean the towels were clean. The only thing… the shower curtain smelled like it had been sitting in the washer too long before they put it in the dryer. Made the bathroom smell weird.

I was in a bind with my wife and four kids, 2 dogs and a cat waiting for my house purchase to close on escrow. We were in a different hotel and found cockroaches. I called this la Quinta up and told them what I needed. They were more than happy to help. We stayed at this la Quinta for so long that it felt like it was my home. The staff was always nice and greeted me and my family with a huge smile and always asked if everything was ok and if we needed anything. If I ever needed to stay in a hotel again I would stay here. I recommend anyone that is in need of a hotel to stay here. Might not be the cheapest but they made the little extra money worth it. Thank you the LA QUINTA team. From the family that was there for a week and a half.

We stayed here as we got our house ready to move out. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had no trouble with our 2 cats. I definitely recommend this location. Best La Quinta in El Paso!

Very clean with white sheets. The continental breakfast is free and very extensive in food or nutritious.

Good deal and good service.

The location was great, it was close to plenty of local shops. The rooms weren't horrible but they were "used. " The beds were uneven, the furniture was scraped up, and the carpet needed to be shampooed. Customer service was great and the Continental breakfast was actually pretty​ good. The walls weren't very thick, but I have a dog and the pet policy was great for that purpose. I would stay there again.

It is a point fairly central to be able to move to any place of interest in the city. The breakfast included is good.

Old furniture, old mattresses carpets old and dirty and if that is not enough, let with pets, then it seems like a neighborhood with barking dog… IN A HOTEL, FOR GOD and to prices of other hotels more comfortable.

Small but comfortable sweets. Good service. Nice breakfast (earlier than expected). Quick check in/check out. Wifi isn't password protected, it should be. Overall good stay.

The hotel was dated. The bathroom needs a major update. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The hallways smell of strong smoke. They were having a big party in the room as soon as you came off the elevator, that was annoying. There was 2 very sketchy individuals outside the hotel. We were concerned about our vehicles. My husband kept getting up through the night to go check on them. I doubt we will stay here again.

La Quinta East rooms are all inside and we found them to be very clean and the staff friendly. There is an Applebee's right next door so finding dinner after 12 hours on the road was a snap! Breakfast was good with a large variety of choices. Definitely the best part of our trip!

Stayed in the apartment suite. Very old feel. Door to bedroom would not close. Pullout bed did not work and was broken. Very poor for the additional cost. Found a few bugs as well in the room. Kinda gross feeling here.

Horrible, missing a couple of clothing, my ladies wallet was open with her Social Security out, the nite staff service was awesome s/o to the man in the front with glasses. But other than that El Paso gets five stars, but La Quinta only get that "2" stars for the nite staff. Smh!

Clean room with great free Wi-Fi.

The location was right off the highway near the outlet mall making it convenient and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and accomidating. However, the rooms bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.

Very pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful and was very detailed oriented. The staff even called us back to tell us that forgot something.

Very poor service. Air conditioning doesn't work in room. Did nothing about it. Breakfast waffle dispenser didn't work, told the front desk 4 times, did nothing about it. Don't stay here.

Decent hotel but terrible staff! Room service stole all my beer and food from my rooms fridge! And the person in the lobby said they couldn't do anything about it! Never go here and definately don't leave anything in your room! Try another motel.

The place was a little more expensive that I had expected (about $95/night), but it seemed to be worth every penny. Isaac at the desk said they had just renovated — it was obviously true. The paint was new, the rooms were very clean, and everything was generally well-kept. I really appreciated having the elevator and hallways indoors and a security guard at the entrance at night; quite possibly the best sleep I've ever had at a hotel/motel. I did not get a chance to see the pool, but I have no doubt it would have been just as pleasant as the rest of the place. The free breakfast includes all the usual items as well as make-it-yourself waffles, and the lady taking care of that area (I didn't catch her name) was constantly moving to restock this, clean up that, etc. I plan to stay there again next time I stop in El Paso.

Nicest hotel in the area! Pool was exceptionally clean, breakfast was fresh, rooms were spotless, and hotel personnel were very personable and friendly. Margo at the front desk was fun to talk to and we also enjoyed talking to Juan. Don't consider staying anywhere else if you're in this area.
