Comfortable room. Quiet. I slept well. Please inform your front desk staff to ask for a drivers license instead of ID. When I showed my military ID, she then told me she needed a drivers license. ID apparently means drivers license to Motel 6, but to many it means proof of identity. Not the same. BTW, I had the same experience a week ago at a different Motel 6, so it is not an isolated instance.

Overall great experience. Checked in past midnight, no problem. Room smelled like someone had smoked in it fairly recently, only bummer. Other than that, room was quiet, clean and bed clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for the morning shower. What more could you ask for for the price.

My husband and I stayed there last minute. Sonia, the woman working that evening, was very accommodating. Sonia was very friendly, professional and attentive. The room was modern and really nice. Definitely liked the hardwood floors. They also have trailer parking which is very convenient. Will stay again. Thanks, Sonia!

Nice staff and rooms. Pleasant surroundings And convenient to good fast food eateries. BACK AGAIN! Thoroughly satisfied with staff, cleanliness, very willing to help in a stressful situation medically. PEOPLE WHO SMOKE IN NO SMOKE ROOMS SHOULD BE TAGGED WITH A 'NICE LITTLE BILL' TO CLEAN THE ROOM! They don't realize what it does to people who are asthmatic, C. O. P. D. Or heart problems. Beautiful people herre.

This motel was the first that I had been in with the new look. I loved the big TV and the corner seat by a table. I was very impressed with the young lady at check-in. She was very polite and efficient. I asked about a good place to eat and she gave me several choices. I got my good nights rest and my wake-up call and left feeling great. The young lady's name was Sonia, I believe. Hang on to her, she is a good one.

The place was clean the staff at lobby were vey friendly. Although we had a bad run in with the cleaning staff. My guest didn't speak Spanish but I did and she wasn't being really nice. I think the cleaning staff could use some manners.

The service was excellent and the rooms very clean and very nice.

I appreciate how hard it is to manage everything grounds were beautifully felt very safe but sheets on one of the beds had not been changed and hair on a towel in be area other towels fine.

I had to pay for the Wi-Fi and there was nothing I needed: microwave oven, iron, hair dryer, refrigerator. They don't have a restaurant either.

They gave us a room and we had asked for 2 beds. We enter and its one bed we go to front office and the girl is very grumpy yes its late at night but you can be nicer. We ask for 2 beds and she gives us the room and we enter and it smells like cigarettes very disgusting.

Pleasantly surprised. Friendly welcoming staff. Room was clean and inviting. This was one of three Motel 6's I stayed at on my journey. The other two were not well kept or as friendly.

The rooms are new and clean. Bed was comfortable. I wish Motel 6 would consider coffee makers and blow dryers in rooms. It would have made the stay perfect. The young man at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful and considerate.

Motel 6 is my place to stay when I travel. Affordable, clean and folks were nice and helpful. Quiet.

It was remodeled so the TV work now and the rooms look a lot more modern. Ive been to a few around the country and El Paso tends to have some of the nicest Motel 6.

It was great. Gave me a military discount and the room was very nice for the price. Checking in and out was easy and the staff was nice. I would recommend.

Was here for business and had my husband with. Was greeted and allowed an early check in by Naomi and Daniel the manager. They were both very courteous and mindful of my needs. The room was very clean with plenty of hot water and everything worked. Naomi and Sonia went out of their way to see that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again.

No complaints very clean great housekeeping but water was to hot to get it to the right temperature love the Cable as well it came right on without NO problems.

I've been staying here for years, the view is awsome, the rooms are nice and its close to the places I go to the most. Great hotel for the price.

I had a Handicap person with us. Th parking space in front of my room was not available because someone took it and would not move their car. Office personnel did nothing about it. They basically said first come first serve, even though I paid for the room and should have had the parking togowith it. POS in my opinion.

Fair price. Sheets were stained, figured they would change them out after the first night but NO! All they did was make the bed smh. Kinda gross, makes u wonder if they change any of them out. Also there was a lot of Young kids partying all night. Definitely First && Last time we stay there.

Excellent value for the money. Your Hotel obviously understands the importance of cleanliness. I have paid far more for lodging elsewhere with lower standards. The young lady who checked me in was very friendly and professional.

Best rooms I've stayed in so far. Love the laminate floors instead of the nasty carpet. Too many druggies and prostiutes hanging around the property. Very helpful and friendly staff.

No coffee maker (every one else at least offers that), 2 nights of no hot water no matter how long it was left running, 3rd night it took 30 minutes to get enough hot water to get clean. Must pay to use Wi-Fi? ok I guess I I could understand that but really?! It was good enough to sleep in but that was all.

This was the nicest and cleanest Motel 6 I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot of them. It was easy to get off the I10 and get back on, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I can't say enough about my stay. I would and will recommend this Motel 6 to anyone who ask. Thanks for a relaxing stay after a 12 hour drive.

Personally, I had a phenomenal experience at this Motel 6. I found this location to be the ideal location because of its proximity to the highway, and its easy to pinpoint or locate so no one gets lost. The employee that was checking me in was affable, attentive, considerate, polite, and very respectful. I was greatly impressed with his friendliness and his ability to to check me in quickly and orderly with ease. I was pleasantly taken back by the room. The room itself was bright, elegant, fresh, immaculate, neat, spotless, untarnished, and very well-kept and fully stocked with towels, soap, cups and so on. The room also looked newly remodeled which was nice. Only down side to the room was that the air conditioner was left on too high and it got cold really quickly. All in all I am greatly satisfied with my stay at Motel 6. I am in awe over the exceptional customer service, the over all room, the rooms appearance and comfort, and lastly the overall affordability. I am so greatly impressed with my stay that I cant stop gloating to my family and friends and I highly recommend it to anyone. And I know for certain that I myself will choose this motel again in the future.

We stayed at this hotel, because it is close to our home, and we were having work done on our home. We thought it would make things easier, and less stressful. We were wrong. Staying at this hotel made everything even more stressful. From the beginning when I spoke to Andrea on the phone, it was off to a bad start, as when I asked about rates, she was very short and curt, and unhelpful. So just did everything directly online, as to not have to deal with or bother her. When arrived, was given wrong room, rented a double given a single, had to go through inconvenience of changing. The shower Also was horrible, there was no warm water, it was either cold or scalding. Also, had another run in with Andrea and her curt attitude, while having to extend stay extra night, before heading to work, hence ruining my morning. Also, there were questionable people, drinking beer in the pool while mine and other guests children were swimming. And parties going on until 4 a. M. During the work week. As for ever recommending this hotel to anyone, it will only be to recommend That they DON'T stay there.

This was the cleanest room of any Motel6 that I have been in; the beds were perfectly made and the floor spotless. Everything just looked great! There was just one flaw, but it didn't take away how good this room looked. This was a non-smoking room, but upon walking in, I immediately detected smoke. I even walked back out to verify a no-smoking sign. I informed the office which immediately offered another room. Kudos to your team! I stayed in that room; I just did not want to be blamed for smoking in that room.

Basic motel 6. There were some guests that had a very loud multi-hour conversation at 3am right outside my door keeping me up all night.

Was rented out a previous rented room that looked like someone had just left. Front clerk was very rude.

Clean room, clean sheets, close to highway and places to eat. It's exactly what I needed. Pet friendly. Not all Motel 6's are created equal but this one definitely one of the nicer ones.

If you think the staff is rude it's probably not them — it's you! The staff here couldn't be more friendly, the location is great and the price was fantastic. I love that it's pet friendly and the room though basic was very clean. My only complaint would be the tub. I don't know who decided to paint the bath tub, but it didn't work. Lol Starting to flake off. Other than that a great place. For those expecting more you need to familiarize yourself with the Motel 6 brand. It's a budget motel and why it's half the cost of anything else. Clean and friendly is there thing and this Motel 6 delivered.

Here they told me a price and then it was another everything old and remodeling are closed half of the stairs is q are clean rooms that improved slightly my thinking.

There was no professionalism. Threats were made towards quest about not being outside their rooms or will be charged for loitering. I was told that talking with other quest was considered congragating n was frowned apon. When I asked for the name of the employee that was rude all I was given was Joe G which in my oppinion is also not professional. Very unsatisfied.

On my way through El Paso, looked for a motel close to the freeway, and found Motel 6. Staff was excellent. Room was nice and clean.

Called in reservation about 45 minutes before arrival. Requested a room with one bed (queen size) and smoking. Arrived got our room it was two double beds and smoking. Went to office and got second room single bed but non smoking. Called front desk and they told us to leave because I made a comment when leaving office about number of keys to room we wanted 2 and she didn't do it the first time but did the second and I said congrats you guys can count to two as I walked out the door. So we went back to office and smoothed it out and the lady insisted it was smoking but not a single ashtray!? Well manager came out with attitude and gave us a new room. We went in and all trash and stuff was still there from previous guests. So we went back yet again to office. And finally room number four was correct. There were burn holes in bedding along with stains and big hole in curtain. Not happy at all. We walked so much back and forth we were exsausted and frustrated it took at least an hour to get a room that was supposed to be reserved! And how do u run a business of any kind if u throw people out because they are frusterated because you keep screwing it up!? I will never use this motel again! We asked about a possible discount for all our trouble and the lady just ignored us totally. Rude service! Rooms not all that clean and cared for.

Nice staff. Rooms have flooring instead of carpet. I killed a bug (silverfish) in the room. It's not a bad room for the price.
