I like this place! 2nd stay was as good as the first. Clean modern look. Great breakfast bar. Courtyard rooms are very quiet. Hot tub helps to unwind after long drives. Give em a try.

Convenient location. Spacious rooms with kitchenette. The hotel did not provide dishes, soap, towels or anything else for the kitchen. Comfortable beds.

Nice comfortable room, especially for the price: clean, roomy, full kitchen, small gym, pool and hot tub. The breakfast spread was more than expected with carb and protein options galore. The pool was a good size and outside and the area was quiet. Very pleasant surprise.

Nice hotel, was not expecting a lot, but was very happy indeed. Breakfast was great! :-) had issue with my cat not wanting to leave either, and the guy (didn't get his name) was great in letting us stay a bit longer to catch my brat! Would highly recommend staying here. Room very clean.

I really like this hotel. For the price you cannot beat the clean and comfy rooms. My family and I booked at another hotel for 5 days and it was disgusting! We didn't care to spend more money to stay our last three days at Ramada. We will be returning customers. Unlike another review, our rooms smells nice.

This hotel is OUTSTANDING! The staff is extraordinarily friendly. The room is much larger than we had expected. Also, their maintenance staff is ridiculously helpful. I've never mentioned maintenance in a hotel review before. But upon check in we had an issue with our door handle. A gentleman named JR showed up within 2 minutes and solved the issue quickly with a smile. Several hours later I had a microwave issue. He showed up promptly once again testing our microwave with one of our paper cups. Once he was done he apologized for using our cup, spotting a maids cart across the courtyard he started running at a full sprint to try and get us a cup so as not to keep us waiting. This is a level of service you rarely get in a hotel of any category. I can't say enough about this place.

The room was clean and spacious. Pool was nice. Breakfast is good. Our only complaint is that the half of the room where the bed is doesn't get cool. A ceiling fan would've helped.

I had a great stay here. The location is well kept and is esthetically pleasing and relaxing. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and there was more than enough parking wrapped around the hotel area. Easy access to the freeway and to local commodities. Wifi could use some work but it's forgivable considering the spatiousness and comfort of the suites.

Totally satisfied with my stay so far. Front desk service is great and they were super polite and welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious. I could use a bigger bed but it's all good. It's a clean and great place and not horribly priced at all!

There’s was poop on the walls of the bathroom. They knew we had three people staying here and they didn’t put sheets on the second bed. I called down there and they said “oh, I forgot. There down here when you want to come and get them. ” We were just at the front desk. Beds are okay for a night. Room was very spacious.

Stop when I was passing through El Paso. 54 for a night in a king suite, you can't beat it. Very clean rooms and beds. Nice staff. Nice area in the city. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5, was because the Wi-Fi did not work at all.

Great place to stay. However it's next to the Harley Shop. It gets loud early in the morning. Full kitchen with electric stove top, fridge, and microwave. For the price I paid, I got a LOT more than I expected. I recommend calling the hotel directly to ask about rates. I booked a 5 day stay for 45 a night. If you are on active duty orders, you simply showing them your orders and your rate is tax free.

It's okay if you're passing through.
The location is super good because it is close to the Yarbrougth Mall.
The breakfast that includes you can get out of the rush but it is super basic.

Excellent service, the room had kitchen and lounge chair, very comfortable and also pool and gym.

The room was a studio apartment with a kitchen and everything. It was great. The shampoo and conditioner they provided was amazing. But the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the carpet and couch were pretty dirty. I had to slam my door for it to shut completely. I am not a fan of El Paso and if I had to go again I wouldn't stay here.

The counter help was very friendly and professional. The room that I had, king with mini kitchen, very very clean. Plenty of TV channels to choose from. The bed just wrapped it's arms around me and I had one of the best sleeps ever, all 3 nights. The shower pressure was adjustable and it felt amazing. The 1 and only thing I would add, is have a list of places that delivery food to the Ramada Inn. Or a few menus with the places that deliver. Outside of that I would stay here again and I would recommend to others.

After reading reviews we were looking forward to our stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, ok breakfast. However, due to human error at the reception desk someone opened our room door around 3am. Imagine being sound asleep with your child and someone opens the door. After a rather confusing conversation through the door the other guests went to the reception and 5 minutes later our phone rang asking for my name I’m guessing to confirm I was a guest. Eventually the other guests were given another room. This was a big safety issue for me and that’s the last thing you want when you travel. Had we not locked the door using the inside latch they would have come inside the room and it could have been entirely different. Safety should never be compromised. Updated: would give zero stars if I could have lost peace of mind after this ordeal.

We were moving to Austin and did not make it to our planned stop for the night. We ended up stopping at this Ramada and we are so happy we did. The room was clean and had a full kitchenette. They also offer a full breakfast. Outstanding!

The rooms are very nice and the aesthetics of the hotel have been upgraded. There is complimentary breakfast and the prices aren't too bad. The staff is also very friendly. We enjoyed our two night stay!

Best $50 hotel I've stayed at in El Paso. Clean and spacious rooms. Quiet at night and no noisy staff when trying to sleep late the next morning. TV audio is substandard.

A beautiful spacious location! The chirping birds in the middle and quiet rooms allow for a relaxing stay. The pool looks amazing. Kitchen utilities available. Awesome showers and handicap accesible.

The hotel was fine, clean, and breakfast was very good. My low score is due to an extremely rude check in clerk. I reserved a room for my daughter's wedding night and I made it in her name. My new son in law and I went to check in so that he could prepare a dinner for my daughter. The rude clerk would not allow me to check in because I made the reservation in my daughters name. After wasting time arguing with me, he pulled out some form which I signed that allowed us to check in. If such a form existed, why was it not offered at the beginning of the incident to avoid wasting my time and causing me anger and frustration? He seemed more interested in his two foot pony tail than in customer service. I will not rebook with this hotel.

Low cost, clean, but poorly built. The hot water in the kitchenette wasn't hooked up. The dials on the AC/heater weren't marked and it was slow to respond. The curtains wouldn't close all the way. The faucet in the bath was mislabeled so that C meant hot. The water temperature was inconsistent as well. The breakfast was ok, but it was almost entirely starch and sugar. For the cost it was adequate if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

Reception is completely remodeled, the service very friendly, price accessible whenever I go to step tx. I'm staying here. Very spacious habitation I like very much.

I stayed here back in March 2017 and the new lobby and breakfast area is well done. It's open and inviting. The landscape also fits El Paso area. Only down side was the hide away bed didn't have sheets nor were they in the room… I had to go back down to the front desk to get them.

Very nice, clean rooms and warm atmosphere all around. The bed was a bit hard, otherwise I would give it 5 stars. Staff were friendly, kitchen area where breakfast is provided was clean and well kept. Small but decent variety of quick breakfast items. Did I mention, it was clean?

For the price it was great. Wish the carpet was cleaner (it definitely needed a good shampoo), and that the room had been cleaned more thoroughly during our stay, and that they had replaced our towels and toilet paper when they cleaned (maybe maid forgot to leave some…? ). But, it was clean enough where I wasn't entirely uncomfortable, rooms were large, and seemed safe. I will be staying there again next time I visit family in the area.

Our first stay and it was great! Very clean, lit up, and safe! Gym could use some work, but breakfast was great! Delicious chilaquiles and coffee was Bomb! My son lost a tooth during our stay, which we left behind and staff recovered it for him! We look forward to staying again!

This Ramada is defiantly not like the one in Del Rio Tx. They r pet friendly but there is no grass on the property for our dogs to do there business.

One of the best places i've ever visited.

Stayed there for one night, the room is clean and the place was safe. The internet was fast, probably the fastest internet in any motel I've been.

I love this motel for the very fact that it is a cheap price for such a luxurious look and what they have to offer. I came to visit for one week. And they had a stove which was a plus, meaning I could go shopping instead of going out to eat everyday. They also have a microwave and a nice TV. Customer service was great the only problem I had was the language barrier between housekeeping and myself. They seemed to know very little English. Other than that I was pleased overall with my experience.

I was looking at other hotels to stay at close to the airport since I was worried about vehicle break ins but the prices were ridiculous. I started looking at reviews for other hotels and compared them all and went with The Ramada since it had better reviews than la Quinta. Only 52 dollars plus tax for a king size bed. Our stay was pleasant and no car break ins! Plus they make you put in your vehicle information for security purposes! Agent at the front desk was really helpful.

Stopped here mid morning after driving the entire night, they had a nonsmoking room open. It was 9 AM. They allowed us to check in for the next night no problem. (Which I was surprised but at the same time so incredibly happy about it) I don't remember their names, but the lady behind the desk was incredibly nice. Got into the rooms, much bigger than I expected for the price. Very clean and professional looking. Had a full size refrigerator, microwave, even two stovetop spots. It was a one bed room, though the couch was a foldout bed as well, so the two of us were able to sleep the day away. Honestly, despite it being day when we were sleeping, it was fairly quiet. The walls did a fantastic job at blocking noise. The shower heated up very quickly and was spacious on it's own. Overall I had a fantastic time at the Ramada Inn at El Paso, fully recommend to anybody as a place to stop for the night (or day, as was our case)!

The room was ok, the floors were wet which we thought were awkward. The bed was comfy and the kids liked the pullout couch bed. The only real issue I had was the breakfast that was included was just premade waffles (which where hard as a rock) and toast. No fruit to chose from and the coffee was luke warm at best. Not much to write home about at all.

The room is well proportioned. The eat a little hard, but very good for the price. Service from check in super fast.

The staff overall was great. The facilities are adequate. We were traveling with a large family and the staff treated us very well. Housekeeping didn't replace some of the cups and other consumables. They also forgot to make the beds in one of our rooms. The location of the motel. Was near all the places we wanted to go. We will likely stay here again.

This place was great for a good nights rest. Looked more like an apartment complex than a hotel. This was more inviting. Kitchen with eating area, stove microwave, refrigerator and livingroom with a couch bed in all the room is definitly a bonus. Free Wi-Fi N Continental breakfast was decent. Plenty of parking near all the rooms.

Comfortable bed, good shower, but the façade and the fourth are terrible.

Nothing fancy, but it is comfortable. The pool was too cold to use and the hot tub jets were out of control. The room was clean, although we had to ask for more toiletries when we were running low. If you're looking for a middle of the road, comfortable stay that is close to everything in El Paso, Ramada should work.

Value for money kinda place. Large, spacious room with lots of amenities — microwave, fridge, TV, iron, hair dryer — though plenty outdated. There's also a gym and reasonably priced laundry in the hotel, though I didn't try them out. The free breakfast is a bonus, though don't expect it to indulge your palette. Friendly staff.
