Good hotel, simple, accessible. It has a pool even though they had problems with the jacuzzi. Cleanliness well, excellent customer service.

Receptionist was super nice, location was very convenient (right off I-10), the room was clean even though some stuff are a little old. Service was excellent. And the price was definitely affordable.

This is my second time staying here, and I love the atmosphere, staff, and service. My room is clean, it has a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. The rate is good and they have a pool, strong Wi-Fi connection and cable tv. You can’t ask for more unless you are upscale and picky. Me myself I just want a comfortable nights rest away from home. Gabriel good service. Other lady not so good. Someone stole my cards. Hillvue thought we left before checking out. Turns out someone changed our hotel key and deactivated it. Someone who works at Hillvue stole my playing cards. Don’t come here if you are Asian. El Paso has discrimination toward people who are different colored skin. We’re never coming back to El Paso. First and last time to come to this town and no name hotel. Next time going to a big name hotel that has 5 star rating. Bye Felicia! Going back to LA, CA~

The first room they put us in the AC didn't work. In both rooms the TV systems are sub standard. They gave us a channel guide and not even the local channels would work. My bed you could hear the bed springs. Never again.

I didn't have High expectations for $70 and the place didnt dissapoint. Poorly maintained and rooms are sparse with few amenities. Worst part was being woken at 4AM and having 30 minutes of loud rythmic squeaking from upstairs room. Front desk were clearly irritated when I called them twice to complain. Won't stay again or recommend the place.

Let me say this first. I wont say anything if it wasn't true. From Robert the manager to everyone tjat works there. They go out of their eay to make you feel wanted and important. I will be staying witj them fpr a long period and o couldn't ne happier.

The customer service was great but the quality of the hotel was terrible in my opinion.

Great place to stay. Rooms have a refrigerator and microwave and cable and ironing board and iron. A lot of restaurants are nearby. Very affordable.

So my boyfriend and I stayed there last night and it was just awful. Missing lightbulb, dirty fridge, motel phone was cut, and we found a drug baggie… thank goodness it was empty. Then to top it off there was no surveillance in the back and my boyfriend's driver side window was smashed when we were getting ready to leave. Management was no where to be found and I had to locate the house keeper that didn't speak English. I wouldn't go there if I were you. It was awful. : (

The customer service at the front desk was acceptable. Just went in to use the atm but there wasn't one.

Place is a dump! Looks like a “by the hour” hotel! Sheets were bloody. Mold. Bed bugs on the wall! Worst experience ever.

The rooms are spacious clean and quiet the rates are unbelievably cheap. The location is awesome if your business matters are on the West side of town or downtown.

The bed was comfortable, room was decently cleaned, lobby was clean, hallways looked dingy and run down a bit.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel close to the highway very friendly service and no complications. Affordable and met all expectations.

They had clean rooms and housekeeping cleaned well. The halls and stairs were sticky though. They are cheap.

Not very clean. Employees blocked open back doors at night — huge security issues. Breakfast food was bad. There was no coffee made at 7 am on a weekend. Bad choices for foods unless you're a little kid — only milk and cereal was available.

Cheap, semi-clean room (smelled like mildew but the bed was clean). Did the job for a one night stay on the road for low cost.

For the price, it was fine. Decor was very outdated and it could use new carpet but it's fine for a place to crash for a night while traveling. Staff was very nice. They offer free breakfast. They have s lot of choices. But If your gluten free I would avoid it.

Just don't go there. Service was rude. Got there at 10, weren't allowed go check in til 3. Had to change rooms from king size to two fulls and pay extra to check in when we gor there. Carpets were dingy, attendants kept looking at you as you grabbed food… giving you the stink eye. Didn't feel comfortable. All rooms have balconies… but no door to the balconies. The continental breakfast is apples and oranges. With a fountain drink machine of Apple and orange juice. Some pastries from Sam's and a make yourself waffle machine. All stuff you could have bought and kept in the room. Some of the tables were wobbly, almost spilled everything on myself.

Robert at the front desk reception is very nice and very courteous. The rooms are immaculately clean. I love the bed. It is so comfortable. They call the moment you get inside your room to make sure if everything is ok. This hotel is really nice and it sure smells great. Breakfast is great. I will definitely come back here if we're in the area. I will sure recommend this to others. Better than other hotels I've been during my trip. The price is great too especially if you book online.

The room was big and clean and the receptionist was friendly, but the hotel was run down and I saw cockroaches in the halls. It was a last minute overnight stay so I can't really complain, but there are probably better choices.

Clean room and good service but you should not place your guests in rooms where their view is of a wall. People like to see their car. Poor layout.

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed before, at arrival there was a man on his laptop outside the Hotel, it was the person in charge of the hotel and seemed bothered by us arriving, when he asked me if I needed help I told him I had reservation and wanted to check in. The man gave me a crazy stare and asked me if I was sure, he got upset got up and shut his laptop to check us in. There was no elevator and he didn't even bother to help with our luggage. Rooms are dated, old and dusty furniture, and dirty carpet and bathrooms. Television was not working and at night, you can hear everything on the hall way and other rooms as well. Overall It was a waste of money.

Decent place with breakfast at a low price. Employees seem very helpful and nice.

For the price I expected a nicer room and a better Wi-Fi connection there was also a big gash in the drywall and glass all over the ac unit.

There are bedbugs here in this hotel vicinity I have the bites on my skin and they tried to tell me they were not bedbug bites obviously place needs to be destroyed and torn down any bedbug host does.

A great facility with plenty of amenities. Just a little behind on the maintenance and upkeep. Over all, yes, I will return to this hotel.

This hotel is perfect for the price. The typical hotel whiners should just stay home. I paid $39 a night for 4 nights, and loved it. The rooms are big, clean, comfortable, quiet, and the Wi-Fi was great. The free breakfast far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again. Absolutely perfect location also.

Came from out of town and stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was great and I heard they under new management. The room value is great, you can't get anything better in El Paso at this rate. The location is perfect since it's right off the I-10, and it's walking distance to bars and restaurants. Great find.
