I work in El Paso live in California and have stayed in every motel out here it’s one of the nicest and (are a must for me)

The breakfast was good. The room was good. We just needed a room for the night before we hit the road.

Loved this hotel service as well.

The people are terrific. They make you feel at home.

The employees so willing to help, very friendly staff.

Awesome hotel! Everything very comfortable and nice and new. They don’t have Univision which is weird even in Ohio we have it… 10/10 would stay again. I don’t think I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn before will definitely keep in the radar. Just had the breakfast, hands down best I’ve ever had at this price point hotel. Too busy eating to have remembered a picture. But here is part of the coffee station. Even the staircase is nice!

Stayed here for a 21 day stretch and they couldn't have been more pleasant and caring in my mind. I witnessed Clarissa, Josh and Gracie all perform awesome customer service. The rooms were cleaned and restocked everyday by the maid service who I cant recall the name of them (bad on my part) but they deserve just as must praise. The whole hotel was cleaned all around the clock from the lobby, pool, bathrooms and even the gym! Great breakfast and even midday lunch! Great place to stop by if you ever fly in to El Paso, Tx!.

Stayed for a few days and enjoyed myself. Clean room and amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They focus on customer service. Everyone greeted me as I passed through the day and they looked me in the eye and were cordial. It was obvious to me as someone in management that their team was on the same page. And Gracie was great. She dropped me off at the airport at the end of my trip and she was extremely warm and friendly.

Located just off I-10, this hotel is pretty easy to get to (although the turn up the hill caught me by surprise). There are plenty of parking spaces so no problem there. We arrived after 10 pm and the check-in was quick and painless (thankfully because after being on the road all day, that is what you want). The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool (not that I cared) but it wasn't a bad view. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and it was enjoyable. Coffee is available all night. The staff was excellent and professional. A very comfortable stay and I would stay again.

Great place to stop for the night but a bit pricey $160.00 for the night using the AAA discount.

No thrills hotel but seems to be clean enough and is quiet, especially being right off if the interstate. Got a 2 bed suite and was very roomy. The common dining area is small and didnt see it of offerings but went elsewhere for breakfast.

Decent Stay, everything from checkin to check out went well. Only complaint is ice machine on fourth floor didn't work and the person working in the morning didn't refill coffee and was babysitting her kid in the lobby.

Clean, comfortable and less then 5 minutes off the main, heavy traffic route (I-10) : easy on and off if you’re in transit. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Well appointed and equipped rooms at a reasonable price.

Everything was nice. Jacuzzi & Pool, local bars nearby, and restaurants. Good breakfast included.

Checked out in the AM and discovered blood on my sheets! Mind you the blood was on the top right of the sheet so there is no way housekeeping didn’t noticed it. I mentioned this when I checked out and the person at the counter froze up — they didn’t even apologize. Just handed me my receipt and proceeded to check out the next person. UNREAL! I travel a lot for work and will make sure to never come here again. Plenty of other hotels in the area, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

This place was awesome! The moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles. Pricilla and one other person who checked me in (I didn’t get her name) She welcomed me, provide me with a list of near by restaurants and then mentioned they had a happy hour from 5:30-7 with free beer, wine and food! I decided to go to the happy hour, Ray did an excellent job setting it all up, everything looked great. As I sat and ate I could see Angie at the front desk helping customers, laughing and smiling, Ray was juggling requests from various customers, setting up chairs, shuttling, and coming right back to stock the happy hour, talking to guests making them feel welcome. Angie was still smiling, now in front of the counter talking and laughing with the guests, greeting everyone. Overall a great environment with a great staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Very good place. Nice pool.

The location worked out great to get to downtown and to Ft. Bliss within minutes. The hotel staff was fantastic, from the front desk to the food station. They really went out of there way to make you feel welcome.

Breakfast very average Microwave type eggs and omelets. Be aware the hotel allows service pets so if you have any allergies this is not the place for you. Location good, staff friendly.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the room is spacious and the breakfast is very good.

The employees were very courteous and my room was clean and comfortable. I slept fine, wasn't any noise.

First off please note that this place is adorable, clean, the staff wonderfully friendly, and the hotel is conviently located! I removed 2 stars because in my 42 years of life and miliary travel around the globe, these beds in the hotel are by far the very worst I've ever slept in (this includes camping trailers and miliary cots). Sadly, I'm not exaggerating. I'm in town for a funeral and staying in the hotel with my wife, sister, and bro-in-law; all of whom are all sore and complaining of the beds and pillows as I type this review. If you are already used to sleeping on a mattress that is hard and has metal springs that you feel and hear twang when you move, then welcome home! Otherwise, stay clear of this otherwise nice hotel. EDIT: we were not charged for the night due to the 100% Hampton Guarantee. Added stars back.

The deal we got was very good and the breakfast to improved a lot.

What I love about Hampton hotels is that they are consistently in good shape and charge a decent price. This one was very similar to most other hamptons. Everything we needed was there and worked well.

Convenient, courteous and exceptionally clean. Staff provided excellent service. Would stay here again.

Cool place seemed a little dated. It is right by the hiway and airport but I slept good and didn't notice noise on my side. The breakfast was not bad it was a hot breakfast. The staff seemed upset that people were still getting food at 5 minutes till it was closed but they allowed everyone to get more before it was shut down.

We really appreciated the welcome package. All of the staff was very nice. The breakfast was great for our hungry group of boys. Thank You!

Very bad breakfast, I expected much more to be Hampton, the closet doors do not serve, estava broken.

Nice rooms/facility; however, make sure you get a room on the opposite side of the highway. Window seems thin causing highway traffic to be quite loud, all day/night long. I've never been in a room this noisy & I've stayed in quite a number of hotels. I was only able to get about 3 hours of broken sleep.

We in hotel very nice and nice and this serca of the temptations like the was what Vista Mall.

The ladies at the front desk were super nice. Unfortunately the bed was hard and uncomfortable. They serve breakfast in the morning. The fruit was old and not appealing. Coffee was really good and again the ladies were also nice. All in all, staff was great but the hotel needs work.

Clean hotel. Room was nice and cool with functioning AC. Nice bathroom and shower. Only complaint is when trying to contact the airport shuttle from the airport I was unable to contact the front desk. The phone just kept ringing so I ended up taking Uber. Another plus is there are plenty of restaurants walking distance from this location.

Had room on the 4th floor. Room was comfortable and quiet. Very clean. The television was of good quality and clarity. The toiletries were plentiful.

Amazing staff. Close to the airport for those needing to be near by. 3 malls, lots of food, and a theater are within minutes. If you need to go downtown, it's only about 12 minutes away without traffic. Overall a great hotel in a convenient location.

Just stayed one night at the hotel. Hotel was clean, quite and affordable. Good Continental breakfast. Would stay again. Originally booked at the LA Quinta near by for about 30.00 less, we pulled up and there was no way I'd even get out of the car. Made the right decision.

Good service, very clean. Offered complimentary continental breakfast and beer during happy hour. Food was only ok though.

We were in town for an event and originally booked at a less than pleasant hotel with my wife and kids. After a few minutes in the room we realized we couldnt stay there. Thats when we turned to Hampton Inn. Needless to say our vacation turned around tremendously. Great continental breakfast as well as friendly staff. I will be staying here again next time I am in town!

I love this hotel, the truth have been quite cozy arrivals to this place as my tastes.

I can't say enough about this place, other than it is the greatest I've ever stayed in! The rooms are great, the staff is great. They even went as far as blowing up beach balls for the kids to use in the pool! Love this place! Wish every hotel I stayed in was this great. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle to pick you up and will transport you within 3 miles. Standard hotel rooms and as always, free breakfast.

Great place to stay overnight, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and convenient. We stayed in the single king room and the bee was comfortable. Checked in late, after 11, and there was no problem.

Location and rooms are nice. Fixtures are starting to get dated but overall a great place to stay for the price.
