I work in El Paso live in California and have stayed in every motel out here it’s one of the nicest and (are a must for me)

The breakfast was good. The room was good. We just needed a room for the night before we hit the road.

Loved this hotel service as well.

Everything was great, front desk guy was super nice, fast at checking me in. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. It was easily accessible from highway and near copious food options and shopping. My only complaint was the rather loud fridge in the room and the battle the room heater was having with the building's central AC. (I think that's what was happening? ) I'm sure they would've kindly switched rooms if I had asked but by the time I realized these things I was already unpacked and settled in… and not worth the trouble. Still, I travel a lot for work and will stay here again when I return. I recommend!

I went last year on my husbands birthday and it was the most incredible experience ever! I loved how clean & nice the rooms are, the young women in the front desk is also very helpful & super sweet. Definitely worth going back. If I was to stay in any hotel it would definitely be this one over and over again!

Continental breakfast was excellent and accomodating. Our too ended up having an extra guest over night and the Hampton Inn was able to provide an extra mattress for them. Unfortunately the power was out for about an hour during our stay but accidents happen. Overall our visit to El Paso was pleasant and the Hampton Inn did their part!

What a nice hotel, staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean! Hotel offers Happy Hour with free wine and beer! Breakfast was nice as well! Will definitely stay again and recommend!

Me and my elderly parents stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Both parents are handicapped and we were able to obtain the handicapped suite for those 6 nights on the first floor. It was a pleasant experience. The employees are so nice, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. So kind. Always ready to help and attentive. We had free breakfast every morning. The "regular" coffee was great! My parents aren't into all the fancy coffees, they just like "regular". Hard to find in other hotels. The suite was so spacious. Just what we needed. The beds were comfortable. The room was thoroughly cleaned everyday with fresh clean towels. I didn't see any instructions on how to make the waffles and there weren't any trash cans in the rooms or lobby for "recycling only", but everything else was just about perfect and immaculate.

Litle expensive compared with other locations of the same brand but is still one of the best options.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn. The rooms were modern and very clean. The front desk staff were incredible and so helpful. My baby was with me and they were very accommodating when we got there and let us use the hotel pack n play and even carried it to the room for us since our arms were full. In the morning the complimentary breakfast was impressive and tasty. The man working the front desk was so kind and friendly. Location of the hotel is near many restaurants, shopping, and things to do. Will definitely stay there again when we need a place to stay in the area.

Clean ground floor room. Room was behind food prep area so some noise early in mornings. Freeway noise also. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good. No drinks on weekend afternoon.

I like to stay here when visiting El Paso but we had water issues now for 2 days. Had to shower else where due to lack of water on the 4th floor. I understand that it is not the hotels fault. But still would have been nice to shower before heading out to work.

Nice hotel, clean room, next to a lot of restaurants. Free shuttle service, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast. Staff was nice and attentive. No view but if your want a clean quiet place while your staying at El Paso this place does the trick. I would stay here again.

Excellent, newer hotel with a great staff. Very close to shopping and many great restaurants. Hotel was very clean and well-kept. Highly recommended. The Happy hour is also a very nice extra offered by this hotel (free small snacks, beer, and wine) that helps to unwind after a long day of work. Highly recommended.

Great place, room was nice and roomy, pool outside, gym was just right, laundry room on 1st floor end of the hall past the business center. Breakfast was great.

Our room was gorgeous, very hip and unique designs. The staff was very relatable and helpful and didn't try to dampen our fun. Most comfortable bed ever.

Good Hotel but no restaurant.

This hotel is well-placed away from the I-10 freeway noise. The shower drain did not empty quickly. In general it was clean and acceptable.

Friendly registration staff and quiet rooms. Well constructed building and modern bright decor with plenty of recharging outlets. 2 negatives are tiny refrigerators and only one washer and dryer.

This is our 4th time staying here. Very friendly staff and love the room. Also they have a complimentary breakfast every morning. (Hot breakfast too). We love it!

Stayed here for three nights and wish I could’ve stayed more. The room, amenities, breakfast, and staff were impressionable! The facility is clean and cozy, will definitely be staying when I’m back in El Paso.

Hotel is geared toward millennials. Staff is friendly, hotel is very quiet inside. It is near the freeway and sometimes you can hear the traffic. There is only a Whataburger within safe walking distance; other restaurants are nearby but you would need to cross a very busy road. Above all the beds, Tv channels available, clean rooms are best qualities.

The suite is one big square with a wet bar at the entrance. (Tiny refrigerator) We enjoyed the decor and plush bedding. As many hotels in El Paso this one doesn't have a channel guide programed in the TV. El paso please advance to the new milleneum. Curtains don't block out the light and the single washer and dryer is inadequate for a hotel this size.

Very nice property. It's either fairly new, or recently updated. Very clean and bright hallways and rooms.

Not a place to stay for extended time. One washer /dryer for 400 plus rooms. Plan on going to a laundry mat. Evening appetizers are the same every night, chips, pretzels and chex mix. The only thing that changes is which bowl is on top. The pool is nothing special but a place to get wet and get out. Staff is very friendly and the room is comfortable, hence if staying for a day or so not so bad, but not a place to stay if longer than a week.

Nice stay, however I didn't like that we had the last boarders' trash I our room.

Other than being a bit hard to get to, staff is nice and the rooms are nicer, the hotel definitely maintains a high standard of cleanliness and quality.

This hotel was like never leaving home. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very relaxing. The location to shops and restaurants was within walking distance. The access to the highway could not be better. The shuttle service to and from the airport was wonderful.

Really, great service from the front desk. The gentlemen that checked me in was very professional and helpful. Matthew? I don't remember his name but he did a great job. Rooms were very well kept and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. 10/10 would stay again.

Staff very friendly. Wanted to give 3 and 1/2 stars… room and hotel decorated nicely… grout in bathroom floor tile was coming out making sharp edges. Nor comfy on bare feet… the bedding was nice but mattress was hard… I like to stay at Hampton Inns. But this one was not there best… but again. Staff was great.

If you are coming to El Paso, this is the hotel you want to stay at. I travel a lot and I've stayed in about every brand of hotel. The staff is uncommonly friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff keeps the rooms spotless. The breakfast is very good and they have an evening social with snacks, beer, and wine. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. My only choice in El Paso from now on.

Great stay beds are comfortable and plenty of pillows. 42" flat screen was nice and lobby breakfast hit the spot.

Very nice hotel! upon arrival they served evening snacks until 7 pm. Apparently they do this Mondays through Thursdays. The snacks at this location consisted of Nachos and some vegetables. There was also Beer and Wine as well as Water and Lemonade. I'm on the road often and this is one of the first hotels I have seen do this. It was very nice and very welcoming. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly.

Great property! I am diamond member and found this to be the nicest stay in El Paso. Staff was exceptionally helpful. I will be back for sure next month for business trip.

Friendly staff. Great service. Good food. And an extremely clean building/hotel, even the laundry room. Really gives you that "at home feeling. " You get what you pay for! :)

Rooms were very clean and staff was very nice. Only concern is the parking lot is not very easily accessible.
