Very clean staff was great very nice quiet place to stop and lay your head.

I’m loyal to Hilton. And am in El Paso for 1 week every month. Couldn’t get a room on short notice this. Landed at this Courtyard. Wonderful stay. Rooms are very comfy. Staff is very friendly. The front desk ladies in both morning and evening were friendly and pleasant and helpful. Parking was a bit difficult. But that’s common in most places. I’ll stay here again. No hesistation.

The location is great, right off i-10. Close by most restaurants and entertainment. Spacious room, room service was quick and great. Pool, hot tube, fitness center. Great experience.

We had lots of fun, specially our kids at the pool and jacuzzi. Luxury room and bed. Great view! Clean room, easy access to pool area. Really good food and drinks. Friendly staff! We will be back soon!

I booked a larger room but when I arrived I was fed some BS about my reservation. Also the manager informed me that the water was out and had no idea of when it would be back on. His solution to me and my family was if we needed a shower to go get in the pool WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! I had bigger expectations from a Marriott Hotel poor choice poor service never again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. My room as comfortable and clean. Housekeeping did a great job. The only downside is the location can be difficult to get to during high traffic times. Highly recommend this location to other travelers.

I love it hear! Everything is great, and Emily at the bistro is the SWEETEST! I would normally go to Starbucks or somewhere else to eat breakfast, but she was so pleasant and nice; I went there every morning because of her awesome customer service and because the food was awesome too! Thanks Marriot, I'll be back next quarter!

The best service I have ever received. I was in El Paso for my father's funeral. I was getting there on a Monday and his obituary was going to be in the Sunday paper (the day prior to me arriving). I called front desk and asked if it was possible to pick up Sunday paper and the reason why. They had one of the amazing staff pick some up for me and my family on there way to work. Very nice and out of there way to accommodate me during one of the hardest times in my life. All the staff we encountered were amazing and always very helpful. We had a lot of family come and stay and I heard good comments from all. The rooms are nice with a coffee maker, microwave, small fridge. Outside they had ample room to sit and even a section with a firepit for a great atmosphere to catch up with family. The food was amazing. My husband had a grilled cheese and tomato soup and it was out of this world with 3 different dips for grilled cheese and fries. My sister had set up a luncheon after my dad's service and the Marriott let us use it at no charge and helped set some things for us. So can not say enough wonderful things about the rooms, staff, good, seating areas inside and out. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant at the most difficult time in our lives!

I love this hotel! I travel a lot for work and I usually stay with Marriott. This is honestly my favorite Courtyard I have ever stayed at. The hotel and rooms were clean, check in was easy, and staff was wonderful. When checking out, I was speaking with Vincent at the Bistro and he explain to me that the owner really cares about his guests and his employees and from my experience there, it shows!

The only negative is that on the web site it said that I would get breakfast with my stay even though it was at a government rate. When I checked in the manager said no, however I distinctly remember the website stating as such. I didn't push the issue. Next time I'll print out the description and take it with me. We had to leave @ 0530 each morning to get to our venue, so it's doubtful we'd be able to have breakfast since it started @ 0600. However, it would have been nice to get a pastry or some fruit before we left. Other than that, it was excellent.

I stay in a hotel a week at a time for work. I really enjoyed staying here and will be back. The service was great and very friendly. The rooms were well decorated and very comfortable. My favorite thing about this hotel was the provided soaps. I usually run out of my travel sizes by the end of my stay, but the ones they provided were a good quality and don't dry out my hair and skin like most do.

I stayed for two nights and after leaving the hotel realized that on the receipt they charged me for more than the online price that I had booked for my stay, and also charged me for room service, which I never ordered. After my fiancé argued with them and got no where we have filed a complaint with their corporate office. It’s unimaginable to me that they wouldn’t just fix their mistakes. It makes me think that the staff is committing these acts for their own benefit. Heck, they charged my credit card for room service that I didn’t sign for, that they have no receipt for, and no explanation at all for where the charge came from. Isn’t that a form of credit card fraud? If you are looking for a nice place to stay with honest and courteous employees, this isn’t that place.

Really close to a 5 Star stay. Pros: -very friendly accommodating front desk women. — spacious and quiet double queen room — spacious fitness center -modern updated rooms -comfortable beds with mattress covers that encase the entire bed -overall clean room, nothing shocking though not perfect -nicely concealed mini fridge and microwave with kerig (spelling I sure? ) coffee maker Cons: — clean room, but maybe not detailed clean. Pair of earbuds on the floor, loose change, long dark hair on sheet when pulled blanket back, — heater was turned on in fitness center making it 80 degrees in there — I couldn’t figure out how to fix that — very thin walls mainly just in the bathroom though, so not too bad. Could hear the neighbors conversation and their barking dog. — very smelly hallway near fitness center and managers office, almost like sewage smell and night one, strong marijuana smell filled first floor hallway up to 2nd floor stairwell. — hotel located right on noisy highway. I stayed on top floor back of building and it was surprisingly quiet. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great hotel, unexpected delight when we arrived for an overnight stop, room was great, staff were exceptional, no need to go anywhere else, special shout to Vincent the bistro manager and Jesus our server!

If you stay here, pray that you don't get assigned a room facing the freeway. If you do, expect to be woken up multiple times during the night by loud trucks or sirens. Also, the least helpful or hospitable staff of any Courtyard I've ever experienced.

Very nice hotel. Clean, modern decor, and friendly staff. Only thing missing is indoor pool and free breakfast! Everything else was perfect!

Great hotel! Would give it 4 stars if it weren’t for Breakfast at the Bistro was terrible! Ordered 2 eggs over medium with bacon. After 1/2 hour it arrived — 2 eggs sunny side up with sausage. Then the guy argued with me about what I ordered. I have never ordered sunny side up in my entire life! We were almost the only ones there so it wasn’t that they were busy.

It was ok, the hotel was dirty and we were to sleepy to ask and wait for another room. Couldn't get much sleep since the walls were thin and we heard everything going on. Not that the people were loud just thin walls.

The staff and amenities were awesome! Super clean, beautiful aesthetic, quiet even though it's right off of the freeway… cannot say enough good things about this place. Best hotel experience thus far.

By far the best hotel we have stayed at. The rooms are amzing nice and big. Staff is all so friendly. We will for sure be staying here again.

The accommodations were clean and beautifully appointed. We loved the in-house gym and found the on-site laundry very useful. The only drawback was that the plumbing stack seemed to be located in the wall behind the bed, making us awaken whenever our upstairs neighbors flushed during the night. Otherwise, we really liked staying there and found the staff very helpful and engaging.

Nice, new, clean hotel. Right off the highway. Uber's maps don't take drivers to the correct place which is inconvenient.

This was the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very nice with curtains that kept all sunlight from entering so you can sleep in very easily. Very nice service as well for what I thought was a very reasonable price.

This Courtyard is only a few months old and is very well done. Noce layout, everything works great and convenient location. Very good addition to the choices for business travelers in the area.

Very nice, new, clean rooms with disabled accessible showers. Green toilets. Rooms have fridge and Keurig coffee machines! Plenty of storage space, stereo system, flat screen TV, and fast Wi-Fi. Pillows are so soft and the blankets are warm, the AC unit is pretty quiet too. Lots of nice lighting options and also good mirrors in bathroom and closet areas. I will be staying here again I'm sure.

Wow! The facilities are immaculate. The employees strive to meet in a friendly way. The additional facilities like pool and gym are very nice.

The rooms are always super clean. Every time my husband and I stay here we leave incredibly relaxed. The staff is very welcoming. This hotel is our go to hotel.

Entering into hotel is a bit hard but easy to navigate once you figure it out. The service is great and the hotel is clean and well kept.

Visited my cousin staying here and it was a nice ambience, great decor and wonderful customer service. Had Starbucks branded coffee and lounged in their seating areas. Overall very nice!

It's brand new, the rooms are amazing and contemporary. Friendly staff. Very clean again because it's new. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it. Great place.
