Very clean an comfortable hotel. Quiet and very modern. Nice breakfast. A great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Check in was fast and easy and even got into my room sooner then I thought which was great. The room was nice and clean would definitely come again just for that. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Also the breakfast was really good. Over all the experience was excellent. Future trips will definily be getting another room there.

Nice lobby and breakfast buffet area. I didn't use the pool though it looked enticing. My room was very comfortable.

If you’re of color Michael from the front desk will not receive you well… I requested extra towels at 3:30pm during check in (also made the request on the side note during reservation a day prior) 10:30pm I came to my room to shower and sleep and I had to wait for Michael to keep looking at me and my daughter wait on him after I made the call before coming down. Executive suite with a pull out couch didn’t have what was necessary to use the pull out bed (never had that issue) then Michael gets an attitude because I’m requesting sheets and blankets for my daughter for the pull out bed (why do people work jobs that they hate? ) having Michael treat me and my family that way I will never come to this location again, nobody has time to pay for Comfort and the employees make your stay uncomfortable.

Stayed during memorial weekend. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was standard continental breakfast with sausages (turkey and pork), eggs, pancakes, cereal, juices, muffins and a few other things. The coffee is good too!

The hotel was very clean… the woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and made me feel very comfortable… the room was great and I really like I was staying in a home away from home.

This a great Holiday Inn property. The building is modern and very clean. The staff is good.

It is very good place to spend the night.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The overall room is as expected from a holiday inn express.

Great place to hang your hat when passing through El Paso. You won't go hungry at breakfast. Good location next to movies, but this hotel doesn't have the mountain views like the Springhill Suites near the Franklin Mountains on the north side of town.

Better than the average holiday inn breakfast. Love the room layout and the large mini fridge with the separate freezer is amazing. Only complaint is they don't give you free water like most hotels do.

Great value for your dollar. Easily accessible and easy to get around town from here.

For the small price we got a huge room with a full size bathroom! Would recommend for anyone looking for a good night sleep peace and quiet at night and a great hotel with space for a family with kids.

Very little parking… Snow luggage carts. Rooms are nice staff is friendly. They have a small indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a huge disappointment pancake machine wasn't filled and staff was not keeping up with the few people that were in there with replenishing the eggs sausage and other things. Ended up having yogurt and juice since everything else was out.

Very nice hotel With pool and hot tube. Complementary breakfast. They have beverages at the desk as well.

Excellent service. Very warm and welcoming. Employees are always kind and courteous and willing to help with any issues.

Great room but choose this hotel because of the pool. Pool and jacuzzi are currently closed. No one informed us before or after check in, found a note on the pool door. No discount was offered. Not impressed. We could have had a room at another hotel for half the cost with a pool!

Hotel is currently under construction. The rooms have been redone and are very nice. The pool area is closed due to the construction. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Other than the construction and breakfast it has been a nice place to stay, and I would recommend it. It is also located very conveniently to a lot of shopping​ and restaurants that you can even walk to if you wanted.

Everything about the hotel was great except for the air conditioning in the room. It was not like other air conditioners and gave you really limited options on temperature and fan settings. This caused me to sleep very little because the room kept heating up and then cooling just turning on and off all night ruining my sleep.

The service at the front desk was prompt. The rooms were clean and maintained. For the price I would say more could be provided. Decent experience overall, nothing that blew me away.

Wifi runs at 10-50 Kbps (I spent an hour on the phone with their provider, Lodgenet, who actually laughed when I explained I was getting latency of 14, 968 ms). For those that don't understand, that is slower than dial-up. Breakfast is just as bad. Those aren't eggs, all I could eat was oatmeal. Beds and pillows have lost all support. Staff charged my credit card after receiving a credit card authorization form from my company. Constantly fought with TV to keep it in full screen. Only saving grace: rooms clean, staff nice, good location.

Stayed for 6 days… No fridge, no microwave, breakfast waffles are cold, no cut fresh fruit, room service pays no attention to the do not disturb on the door, they still knock and yell "room service". Asked the front desk for cream tubes and the older white lady gave me one! We are a family of 5! I will never return to this hotel again!

The rooms were clean and well appointed. Check in was quick and the breakfast was nice. Beds were nice but the pillows were a little soft for my taste.

For the price it is not worth it. Its a nice clean hotel and the staff is very friendly. Probably the only reason I gave a 3 star. The Wi-Fi is horrible. Says high speed but its not even close. Maybe 1mbs and sometimes it doesnt even work. The TV is old. Its a flat panel but maybe when they first came out. The picture is horrible.

Rooms are clean and hotel is clean My only complaint is that I was placed in room 326 which is at the end of the hallway and did not have Wi-Fi signal. I could use the CAT 5 Ethernet for my laptop but my Cell Phones could not pick up Wi-Fi. I really think if they could upgrade their extenders for Wi-Fi this would be a great hotel. Especially with the locations — restaurants everywhere within walking distance. Unfortunately due to not knowing my room ahead of time I won't be staying again. I know Wi-Fi is a new luxury but being able to send emails from bed is nice and with the amount of hours I work, I enjoy that. If Wi-Fi I a must make sure you ask for a centralized room. (No end of hall rooms) ***For the people that may ask if I requested a new room — yes I did and they were booked the whole week and would not re-locate me for this issue*** weather was bad 10-5 Thru 10/8 of 2015 but that was not the issue of Wi-Fi not reaching to the end of hall rooms. I sat at the front desk on the phone with IT and saw many others complaining about the same issue. Note to owner! Add a few dollars into your Wi-Fi broadcast. It's really cheap to add extenders or bridges to your network.
