The room immediately smells offensive like mold. The receptionist asked if I had any preferences and I asked for a room with functional air conditioner. I did not get that. The rooms a/c barely blows out anything on HIGH.

Bathroom small, smells, pillows aren’t even pillows. Website said offers breakfast and called front desk and they said they do not offer breakfast. They don’t offer military discount either. If I would have known this, I would not have paid what I did. Only positive thing is they are pet friendly no charge at all and the employees are nice.

Been a long time since I stayed here many improvements great hospitality clean rooms would definitely recommend. 0rooms rates were fairly priced.

This is a 'pre' or 'mid' review as I am in the third day of a two week stay. Wonderful room with polite attentive staff. The reason for the Two Stars is that my (plastic) key doesn't work consistently and I have to go to the front desk every time I go out and come back in. There are different reasons I am told why the key doesn't 'take' but given that I only stay at RR Inns and have not had this problem with others it is exasperating to have this problem feel like it doesn't have a 'final solution. '

Personally I would not recommend anyone booking a night here. We have spent a lesser amount on better places to stay for the night. There was mold in the shower. Parts on the wall were damaged or missing. Towels and blankets were really stiff and smelled like they were in storage for a long time. Lucky for us we had blankets of our own.

One of the best Red Roof Inns I've ever stayed at. Every single staff member greeted me. They are currently renovating certain areas and it looks great. There are huge flood lights to protect your car at night in the lot. Located right off the I-10

Loved the breakfast! So many options! Was nice to have delicious protein after many other places that lacked. The pic only gives a hint of the other things available. They really thought of everything and there was constant checking from a very nice attendant. That's the way to start a travel day. The pool and weight room were nice additions also. Clean well run hotel.

Not too bad. Close to everything. Coffee is good.

The cleaning folks are horrible! Had to go ask for towels and wash rags both days we stayed. Didn't even empty the trash nor clean the bathroom. Not expecting much when staying here but getting absolutely zero ensures that we will not return.

I was told there were no reservations when there were plenty available. I'm not sure why I was turned away but I definitely won't be staying in there hotels anymore. One bad experience will do it.

Omg. This is a small affordable Piece of Heaven. The rooms are clean the beds are modern and comfortable. I will stay here every time I'm in town if possible.

Walked into a nonsmoking room to a massive whiff of smoke. I'm 7 and a half months pregnant, have a weight restriction and service dog. Had to be a ground floor. We arrived around 2 am after an 8 hour drive only to be greeted by a rock hard bed, stained sheets and ceilings, a room that smelled of smoke in an apparently 100% smoke free establishment, and floors so sticky I felt like taking another shower just to clean my feet AFTER SHOWERING!

They were in the middle of construction so it was pretty loud but beyond that it was a pretty decent place to stay for cheap.

Not very clean, the bath tub was greasy means not to laban it, the rooms smell stinky, something like Motel 6… It really needs cleaning…

Where do I start?!?! Filthiest, nastiest, and shadiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I do Not recommend even if it's the last place available in El Pas… sleep in your car!

Room was not ready at check-in and I checked in at 10 pm. The rooms air conditioning unit barely blew cold air, the key cards had to be reprogrammed everyday and room will not be cleaned unless requested or if your not up by 8:30 am they will call and check to see if you want your room cleaned. The wooden floors are only vacuumed so they are still filthy (dropped some water and cleaned it with their white towels. When I picked the towel up it was black on the spot I used to clean). Their is also no fridge nor a microwave and irons need to be requested. Don't recommend anyone stay at this location.

Overall it was a good place. The downfall was that the bathroom didn't seem to have been cleaned well. But for the price and location it wasn't bad.

An inexpensive place to sleep. Standard king rooms feel cramped and a bit dated. Our room was clean. If you can survive a couple days without a sense of entitlement, you'll be fine here.

Workers were friendly and helpfull, rooms are decent for price, common areas were a bit dirty though.

Good service at the front desk, however I did not have bathroom paper and towels when we arrived. It's just to spend a night without a family.

Beds were too small. Someone defecated all over the second floor outside my room which caused the whole hallway to reek. To the staffs credit, they cleaned most of it but I had to check my family out because they refused to go back. This was not a pleasant experience at all.

Rooms are spacious and clean. It is right next to a strip club but there was no noticeable noise. Definitely worth having the rewards membership to get the extras.

Just don't there were signs everywhere proclaiming "No Smoking" yes everywhere but the lobby and the insanely air freshened elevator. The room was terrible, wasn't even completely clean, dried mud behind doors, and there was a creepy mystery item on the "desk" it was either mouse/rat poop or a cockroach egg sack. You could push your hand down on the mattress and feel the box spring with little effort.

Very dirty hotel with okay service. The lobby restroom look like was never clean for years. I won’t come back ever to that. Place again. My room smell like cigarette even was a none smoker room.

It was cheap for the quality, the truth were very good the rooms and they were cheap.

No frills just room to sleep. No breakfast just coffee and tea. King bed was comfortable.

Basic hotel, affordable night. Clean and simple, good for value. Room was pretty simple: bed, tv, bathroom, desk.

Discussing on how they treat military families! Left my daughter stranded because her boyfriend, that was coming back from Afghanistan, wasn’t there with his credit card. HELLO! Manager Gabriel canceled my daughters reservation because he said I was yelling at him over the phone & proceeded to tell my daughter to get a room some other place else. What a shame! I wasn’t even yelling… that is what makes it even crazier!

This was just an overall ok stay. The room could be a little cleaner (the floors weren't very clean and some toiletries from the previous guests were left untidied). There was also a small roach in the bath tub. However, the staff here were extremely friendly and accommodating. The bed is comfortable and the area is great.

This hotel has ridiculously good quality for the price. 60 bucks gets you a room the size of a penthouse. It's not in the best location but if your staying in el paso and need to stay there for cheap and want a good hotel I recommend this hotel 100% also the staff are very helpful.

We stayed here for about 5 days. It wasn't horrible but wasn't good either. Right next to our room there was a huge hole in the exterior of the building. Cigarettes all over the ground. The air conditioner let a stale mildew smell in the room. (Keep in mind we had a baby with us) No locks on the bathroom door. No drain in the sink or tub. You could hear people through the walls and hear every toilet flush. The room was pretty clean at least. The maid tried to walk in our room even after hearing our dogs barking when she knocked. (I was showering at the time) she decided to try to come in anyway. I had the security lock on though. I would think if you hear a dog barking when you knock you should WAIT until the owner answers the door. Good price and pet friendly.

When I got my room, I was told that the room was already ready and I am surprised that the room was dirty with rubbish on the floor and not even a boat have in the room the only trash can is the bathroom and by the way fly bad not even a Deodorant. There is no iron, hair dryer, or microwave, if it were not a little pen to make sorry notes.

Never disappointed. Very clean room. Very good location and admit to my little pet which is family!

Super sweet guy working the front desk as we checked in 7/18 @10pm. Room is cute and fairly large, bathroom small, but who stays in there!? Wood lookin floors and good view!

I love this place and always stay here when traveling through Texas. Great staff with courtesy and helpfulness. Clean, modern rooms exactly as pictured. Clean towels, bedding, refrigerators in rooms. Best of all, very pet friendly with good dog-walking areas. They could use a bag dispenser for picking up droppings.

We requested 2 rooms and we were given very separate (side by side), being almost empty the hotel. We did 9 calls during the night from another room to make jokes.

Overall the floor in the restroom was dirty and the base in there was broken already. Shower looked like it hasn't been clean. The door seemed like someone broke into before and all they did was screw the latch back on. Definitely did not feel safe with my 7 month baby!

Great service just when we showed up the ice bucket had trash in it but overall it was wonderfull.

Standard hotel for an overnight stay if driving across the country. Wifi was decent. FYI It is right next to a strip club.

Good deal for the price! Rooms are clean and the staff is courteous! No blow dryer though, but that's ok.

For the price it was great. Clean. Comfy bed. Clean sheets and bath. Plus its neighboring a mens bar so if you get lucky you get luckkyyyy.

Lousy services! An employee Gilbert which is crazy got in the room without touching to get us out and tell us he was going to bring it to the police when we were going to stay another night. In fact, this kind Gilbert it is dangerous to be careful with him.

Beds were hard, they allow pets in the rooms and the people across the hall their dogs kept barking all hours of the night, the bathrooms are really small, the ground floor you can hear everyone walking by the room at all hours of the night, the ac unit is loud and makes alot of noise, the housekeeping left popcorn all over the floors in the hallway, they are a nonsmoking hotel but yet you can tell someone was smoking in the stairwell.

The worst EVER! The room was not clean! It was filthy! The 2nd room given to us was still occupied! The 3rd room… we had to wait for it to be finished and the only reason we didn't leave was due to the Snow Storm! And only $20 knocked off of the price! Worst experience! Think twice before you stay HERE!

I enjoyed my stay. Friendly service n great rooms. I just wish they had free breakfast. If they did I would've gave them 5 stars.

I stayed here recently for 2 weeks. The stay was mostly nice until my last day when I had to check out. I'm on a very late schedule with my work so I always request a late checkout anywhere I stay, and I've always been granted it. Especially if I patronize a hotel for 2 weeks. However the manager here, David Polen, enforces his "No late checkout. No Exceptions. " policy which essentially makes HIS job easier, with no regard for the needs of the guests or special situations they might have. Instead of feeling like a guest in a hotel, I felt like I was in a bar at 2am that was trying to close, forcefully herding their drunk patrons out the door. I worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years and you don't treat guests like this. I called that morning and spoke with David about it and he said, "Housekeeping is on a tight schedule. Sorry. " Well I stayed there for 2 weeks and housekeeping usually didn't get to my room until around 2:00, which is way more time than I would have needed. So I know that's not the real reason. THE TRUTH: they want everyone out by 11am so THEY don't have to keep track of it, and so THEIR job is easier. It's a very simple accomodation to allow a late checkout when requested, and then inform housekeeping of this. It requires only a few seconds of work. But because they wouldn't do this I had to go through the entire day exhausted and sleep-deprived. And for what? So their job could be only SLIGHTLY easier.

Muy mal servicio todo esta muy sucio y aparte te tratan muy mal. Los empleados y resepcionistas se cren dueños de el lugar. Si no les haces caso te amenasan y entran a tu cuarto sin abisar sin importar kien este adentro del cuarto o como te encuentres. De my parte yo jamas volveria a este lugar. Se supone que en un lugar que estas pagando por su servicio te deben de tratar con respeto y con educacion y aqui paresen delincuentes sin educacion. Especialmente un omosexual que se encuentra en resepcion.

Red Roof Inn here in El Paso is a no frills hotel. The room is clean, very clean. The chair to sit and do my computer work exceeds many of the fancy hotels. I really like that. The TV it's a big flat very nice. The bathroom with granite counters is fine. It just has the minimum soap and shampoo, the towels are adequate, not the softest ever, but adequate. The price performance is excellent. So as a no frills hotel Red Roof is looking up.

Great Hotel and Great customer service. Rooms are very clean and don't smell weird or any of that. Next time I come back to El Paso for work I know where to go now.

Worst staff on duty, they lie about there price from the sign overlooking the freeway, they rather send u away then to take a third party reservation, then the host tells me Why did you come back, I told you I was not giving you a room his word, since when dose a dirty foo like that get the balls to act as if he is the owner, this place looks like a 3 to 4 star hotel but now I know why it's a 2 start should be a 1 start, advice get new staff then u can charge 80 a night, I would have paid it if I was greeted with respect as I came in.

First room we were given, the sheets weren't changed. Bed and pillow smelled like a guy who didn't shower and wore cheap cologne. They had us move to the room next door; seemed okay but one of the towel racks and toilet paper holder broken. Wondering what else wasn't cleaned that I didn't notice. Wasn't a very comfortable stay after that. Didn't want to touch anything and wasn't a great experience. For the same price could have gone to Super 8 where they had a pool, fridge, microwave etc not just upgrades that are nice to look at but dirty. Pretty disappointed.

Floors a dirty, my daughter's feet are dirty and been here an hour, bath room smells like pee. No drain plug for bathtub and its dirty. Maid should be fired.

Don't come here! They threaten to call cops if we were late past 11:15.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Awesome Shower! Great flat Tv with option to buy movies. Channel selection is minimal but has free HBO and free Wi-Fi. Not many amentities so you need your own hairdryer/conditioner ect. No continential breafast but has free coffee in the lounge. Gentlemans Club next door.
