Workers blame the customer when they don't do their job to fix a work order or room issue. Horrible people playing mind games at the front desk. Avoid this place at all costs!

Nice rooms for a decent price way better than other extended stay hotel motels in city.

The room was clean but the front entrance make it feel dingy and cold.

Beautiful view out window. Very friendly staff. Kitchen stoves need a bit of fixing because the stove heated too fast. Towels had to be asked for.

This was our first experience with an extended stay. We were there for a week. We loved that no one comes into our room to clean. We also loved that there was a laundry room! That was so helpful while traveling. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and spacious, there is no room service or restaurant. There a frig. Microwave and stove. Its ok if you bring your vehicle.

Front desk was very friendly and kind. My room was really clean and the place had a great smell.

Good place to stay, watch the staff they will try and screw you on the nightly rate your given by their own call center. The staff needs to learn their companies on policies.

This place sucks. We are in our room for ten mins and the ac freezes. We explain to so called management the problem that is occurring and they won't move us, give us a fan, discount or anything.

Lost reservation. No shampoo in room. 1 bar of soap. A/C makes weird whining noise. Tv doesnt work. Winner dude @ front desk said, 'maintenance will not be in until 8 or 9 am. '. So glad I had the opportunity to pay an extra fee to have this spectacular fail room.

Kind of strange place for a hotel. My stay was clean and quiet.

The staff is awesome but there are no amenities. Maybe a pool or something!

It was comfortable staying here but also boring beacause they charge you Wi-Fi and a bunch of other small amenities. The place seem fairly clean and I mostly enjoyed the room's kitchen.

The place was surprising cheap for the room that has a fridge, microwave and kitchen set that was plenty for the night. I would definitely book here again when I'm passing through.

Perfect just what I needed. Friendly staff clean rooms, TV is a lil small but hey better than nothing A/C cold as ice, (room 133) showers are great (bring your own soap & stuff) also your own pots & pans they will provide some at cost. Overall it's a great place, I'll stay here again.

Room was nice and clean. Very quiet but not very accomodating. Needed a pan to cook with said no. Needed extra towels never got them and one bar of soap.

When you book it seems cheaper when you get there you pay for every thing from fresh towels, coffee pot, WI _fi. There's no shampoos every thing is a extra cost by the time your done you could have to nights free plus a free breakfast at other places they even charge for house keeping the room is clean the bed is cheap, the only value is for the owner.

The rooms clean, TV was a bit small. Kitchen was nice. For the price well worth it.

When I arrived at this Value Place Inn, three men one after the other, who were from there, smoked methamphetamine and crack cigarettes while I was waiting, because the sign up front said tour in progress. While I am renting here, I am being stalked by staff and others. Threats of these people saying that they will kill me, rob me, burglarize me, etc. They made false accusations etc. They also said they were felons, they sold drugs and in a gang. Other threats by them include banging and hitting on the wall from the adjacent apartment, from the hallway on my door and wall, from the wall adjacent to the stairwell, from the apartment above me. The hitting sounds similar to hitting a club and other objects against the walls etc. They have also said children are being abused by themselves and others. One on the management team was in the hallway at the time when some of the banging and hitting occurred. Furthermore, the smell of crack and methamphetamines is coming from the other side of my door. I am also being shocked by electricity from the apartment beneath. I am being tripped by them warping the cieling beneath. The floor is being heated cieling is being heated with hot irons to try to burn me. Cameras with possibly audio should be recording public areas. The recording of audio is considered legal given privacy rights are not infringed. I. E. What maybe considered public areas.

The place is okay, it has a small kitchen, the only problem is they don't have queen and king size bed. If you stay there for a week they only clean the room once and you have to ask the front counter to get a clean towels everyday.

Overall an okay place to stay for the price. These are not luxury rooms, so the decor is not so up to date. But the beds are comfortable, it is reasonably clean and maintained and the staff has been friendly. They start you out with the first roll of toilet paper and small bar of soap. That is a huge help if you did nit have timebto shop. There is a two burner range, microwave and full size refrigerator in the room. My only complaint which keeps me from bumping up another star is that there is absolutely no cookware. If one pot, one pan, a cutting board and one knife were included, it would be better. Overall, I would say anyone that needs reasonable weekly rates for an extended stay should consider Value Place.

Has a musty smell slow customer service.

It's more a serviced condo than a traditional hotel (no toiletries, room service, business center, breakfast, daily cleaning, etc. ). As long as one knows that it's a lower cost accommodation and adjust his/her expectations, then everything would likely be fine. Though it only happens every two weeks, the cleaners do a good job of tidying things up.

Good security if anything, they keep everything clean as well.

For (Military Family in transition) three months we called the Value Place in Junction City KS. Home. The entire time while we were there we had our three dogs (they became unofficial mascots) and everyone there was great about having them around. I can't think of what it would have been like if we had had to board our fury kids we are so very grateful that this location believes in not separating families from their fury kids. It is not often that you find folks that become friends at hotels, most times they are distant and pass you in the hall without getting to know anything about the people staying in the hotel. Value Place (the one on Gateway Blvd West) was perfect for what I needed while I was in El Paso for a few days. They keep the hotel very clean. They even shampoo the carpet after every guest. Kacy and her staff are very nice and I enjoyed being there. I'll definitely go back when I'm in El Paso again.

I you want to stay on a clean and comfortable room you should try this hotel. Kacy's staff provided a great service in my recently staying. It's not a Hilton, but I believe doesn't matter when your looking for a nice room at a very safe place and also keeping on a — real — extended stay budget.
