4th floor king double room suite was great! a/c can get a little warmer than we set the temperature to in the king room but other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend staying here!

The staff were very friendly and professional. I could not believe how clean the room and the linens were. The large desk rolled out and can be used as a dinner table, the pull out sofa was large and comfortable, and free happy hour and breakfast buffet was so much more than I could ask for. After staying here I don’t think I will ever stay in any other hotel except this one in this city. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

The ac in the room sounds like it's working but it's not even blowing cold air. Fortunately, when we spoke to the front desk, they took care of the problem and accommodated us. The AC was fixed by the time we returned to our room! Customer service is great. The hotel is clean but parking here is a total nightmare. You have people from the surrounding restaurants and other businesses sharing the parking lot. Good luck parking anywhere near the hotel. Would we stay here again, absolutely.

Very clean and nice hotel. The open first floor was done very tastefully. I was skeptical the I made a mistake getting a room on the first floor, but the room was very sound proof to the 60ish people that were in the restaurant/bar. Next time I am in El Paso I will definitely be staying here again.

First class hotel. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The temp was easily controlled. The breakfast has made to order items. Very nice experience.

This was a great stay and I would stay here again. The staff were excellent, both friendly and helpful. The made to order breakfast was great. A courtesy airport shuttle was a big plus. I didn't give five stars because the lighting in the room was too dim and there was not enough storage space.

Nice hotel pretty close to the airport. Great access to I10. As usual, they have a great breakfast and nice happy hour. Rooms seem a bit dated but comfortable.

This hotel provided a very enjoyable stay. Clean comfortable rooms with friendly helpful staff and a great free breakfast make this hotel an excellent choice. Add free transportation to and from the airport put this stay over the top.

Nice place to stay in El Paso. The location is easy to get to. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. As with all Embassy Suites, the breakfast was great. It is an older hotel, but has been updated. The rooms have the sink and mirror in the main room, with a door to the bathtub/ shower and toilet. All new facilites, furniture, etc. The evening happy hour had light snacks as well as drinks.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The cocktails are a plus! The staff was very helpful. The beds were good quality. The gym is above average. The pool can be a little warmer! But was clean. The breakfast is above average.

Super Service and remodeling, still the best.

Do not come here if you require a working iron for your clothes. Checked in during the evening while with a large group staying the night and renting a meeting room the next morning. I needed an iron for my clothes. The iron in my room would only get warm. The second iron given to me by Thomas at the front desk did not get warm at all. I asked for another iron or option and was told unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you. I left a message with the General Manager and did not ever hear back. I spoke to another member of our group who also said his iron did not work. I guess I just expected more from this brand of hotel. I know now.

The property is well maintained and very nicely equipped. The lobby and bar area looks great, the entire hotel is open air so you can look up and see the entire 8 stories, it’s a cool view. There is an open bar in the evenings which is very generous and the morning made to order breakfasts are very hearty. These two features make the price well worth it. The rooms are suites so you get a living room with a pullout bed which served us well. The central location also made most destinations no more than a 20 minute drive away. Will stay here again when I return to El Paso.

Room was great. It was making the reservation that was horrible. It took me an hour on the phone to make it and it went from $125 to $185 a night. What happened? I too bad making these reservations are so terrible. The shuttle was do helpful and the staff is awesome.

Room was nice. Free happy hour (though I was not able to attend), made to order omelette at breakfast. Highly recommend.

Typical embassy suites. They tend to be older but nice. Really dig the free breakfast with fresh cooked eggs made to order. I'm keto so I tore that up. My only complaint and the reason I gave it 4 stars is that the toilet and the bath tub share the same over sized space but there's only a light over the tub. That was annoying.

The room was very nice and very comfortable. The staff was not at all friendly.

The bathroom is little small for the size of the room.

This place has friendly and helpful staff. They had a manager's drink special from 5:30pm to 7:30pm where you get a free drink during those hours. The only three negatives I have are that the rooms are not very quiet, the air conditioning was very load and the appetizers we ordered (nachos and chicken wings) reminded me of not so great bar food. Other than that this place has good decor, the beds are comfortable, and everything is very clean.

Excellent, very good breakfast buffet included, just try to go early, is a very large hotel that saturates the restaurant space.

We stay here every time we visit El Paso. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the kids LOVE the indoor pool and the staff is exceptional. It's a bonus to have a great breakfast included in your stay. We love it here.

I have been very surprised by how nice the accommodations are. Beautiful suite. Obviously all completely renovated. Friendly staff. Free evening snacks and cocktails. Free breakfast buffet and made to order AM cuisine. Convenient location and a restaurant with other options on either side of the property.

As a first time guest in El Paso, it was very easy to find. The hotel and rooms were clean and modern and is very nice. Complimentary dinner and drinks was great and staff were friendly. I did reserve a crib and did not hear back a response regarding the crib until 12 hours later during the stay.

Check in was prompt and courteous with free snack and drinks from 5-7. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a strange odor of old and must. The furniture is outdated and the restroom is very small. We had multiple flat screen television sets in our room that helped with the clutter of one TV. All in all the hotel room was ok. Definitely in need of some upgrades but as I said all in all not a bad hotel. Update: October 1st 2017 I completed my weekend stay and I have to change the 3 star rating to a four star rating. I rested so well and I enjoyed my sleep so much. The beds are very soft and very comfortable. The attention to guests is just right and the overall stay has been very well enjoyed. I definitely recommend.

Always enjoy my stay at embassy suites. There are among the best chains. The layout of the hotel and the rooms are all similar. Love the fact that there are two-room Suites. The bed was very comfortable. I always ask for foam pillows but rarely do I get what I asked for but I Embassy Suites I was given the foam pillows.

Room was facing I-10 so a bit noisy. Great breakfast even had a person to make you an omelette. Indoor pool and hot tub, plus a little gym. Great customer service.

Beware of fraud. The hotel assessed smoking fees even though I quit smoking two years ago, which I now have to fight. Digital check in did not work. The manager is a smug jerk who is incapable of staffing his hotel during a peak travel weekend. No one answers the phone when you call the front desk. Late check out was not an option at all. Rooms face the freeway and are somewhat loud. There are flood lights in the parking lot pointed directly into guest rooms. The bathrooms are small and the sink is actually in the bedroom. Worst breakfast I have ever had at an Embassy suites too. At least the evening reception the drinks were strong if you excessively tip the bartender.

Great location, great spacious rooms. Rooms have an interesting layout but still doable. Can't speak on breakfast since I always sleep in. Happy hour was okay, definitely not consistent across the board… some embassy suites go all out. The chips were stale. The drinks were a little weak (No, I am not trying to get wasted, but I know how they should taste) I asked for two drinks that they did not know how to make. I use happy hour to experiment with drinks. Overall, I am always satisfied with Embassy.

Check in time was prompt and good but when I got in the room, they were moths (insects flying) on the bed, the shower is unpredictable and corded, the bathroom floor was soft, had pubic hair in its drain and sinks in. No glass or barriers but a shower curtain only. I called to change my reservation and the manager, frustrated hung up on me. I quote, he said " this conversation is over" and slammed the phone. I went up front to meet him and asked him why he couldn't train their staff to say what he told me and he said the staff did her job. Rewind a bit, I had asked how I could get my refunds if I checked out before my original check out date and the front desk staff couldn't help me, saying I would have to talk to the manager. The manager was at a meeting for 2 hours and I eventually got him and asked the same question. He said my refunds will be processed when I check out. I simply said it would be nice if his front desk staff knew that and he said "this conversation is over",, you know the rest. On the day of my interview, the iron in my room wasn't working. I was pressed for time and dialed zero. The front desk staff said he would send someone with another iron. 10 minutes I didn't have went by and I called again, the same guy said "i am sorry we do not have a spare iron for the next hour or two, until people check out". I was upset I had to call him to know this.

Great place to stay for a small family of 4. Love that the bedroom is separated from the living area. The living room also has a large sleeper sofa for the kids. This a very clean well organized hotel with a nice gym that overlooks an indoor pool which is great for working out while watching the kids swim. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner needed repairs so we had to leave earlier. Love this place and we will be back!

If you like it cool in the room when you sleep then DO NOT STAY here. The AC system is abysmal. My first room was a swine despite the thermostat set at 62 degrees. My second room wasn't much better. The reaction time of the staff to address my concern wasn't great, either. The rooms and the hotel itself look nice, but stay away during the warm season!

Over the top experience very personal staff from the check in to house keeping, manager and bar tender and chefs. Totally pleased thank you all.

I liked it when it was El Paso Suites but I guess since the big name change so did the price. We had plans to stay here again but not now.

Under construction! Not good when you are woken up at 8 am to banging and put in a room where the elevators are not working we got stuck in 1 for about 5 min the pool is closed and I would never stay here again waist of money.

Ghetto. Sad to see Hilton name on this bulding. Will not be returning.

The security guy, who is up in age is a very kind man who helped my husband and I. I felt bad for him that he was working night shift and left him a thank you note. Everyone was really nice and friendly and anything we needed we got within minutes. The bed was soooo comfortable. The sheets were super soft and the pillows were perfectly smooshy. My only complaint was that the water wasn't hot enough but other than that I really enjoyed my stay. The interior was gorgeous, I've never seen a hotel with such a cool interior. Thanks El Paso!

This hotel is entirely under construction, it does NOT look like the pictures on their website, at all. NO breakfast available. Customer service was terrible — really strict rules, not friendly. I usually have great experiences at hotels, but this was definitely not one of them. Wouldn't recommend to a friend… Might be better once management changes and construction is over.

This was the worst nightmare of our lives. The hotel is totally under contruction, big time safety and hygiene violations do not understand how they got a permit to run this place. The pictures are a big lie, no breakfast available which on the website they offer. Please do not stay here!

This hotel was really nice for the price and we enjoyed our stay. The room was a nice suite. The free breakfast was also very nice with lots of options.

Does one direction goes there cause I want to see them in person? She I was 9 years old I liked them a lot so then I stared to hear their songs and I heard a lot then a day they said that they were coming to El Paso Tx.

Hotel is slightly run down. Good location. They have an extra perk and that is a free Happy hour beverage. Breakfast was great and made to order.

The front desk and staff were very polite. However, the room seemed a bit outdated (holes in the curtain, stains on the wall, and burned marks on the carpet). The towels were worn out. No wiggle room in the bathroom. For $100 a night I expected just a little more.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Fair price for what I received. Comfortable rooms, free internet, free breakfast, 2 free drinks every night, 2 rooms per suite so I had an office, a great lobby area and friendly staff. I don't usually get overly excited about being away from home but this place made my stay a whole lot more enjoyable. I would recommend for business or vacation, just an overall great place to stay and I will be back when I am in El Paso again.
