Very clean hotel and rooms with very friendly staff. Good location and an affordable price. Restaurant and bar on site. I would stay again when in the area.

Great customer service! Rooms looked clean but can be cleaner. Saw some garbage behind couch that wasn't ours. They worked with our hours to provide room service.

I was driving a whole day, and it was the most beautiful bed I had slept in a week. 10/10 I know the holiday in was always great. Interior nice, employees were also very nice and cheerful.

Overall a great place to stay. The staff is very courteous and attentive to your needs. The rooms are good (double queen bed) with a spacious bathroom and the hotel is located around numerious restuarants and a mall. I will be back for sure.

Home away from home! The staff from the sales rep Julia, the front desk attendant Mary, the café manager Francis and the maintenance man who seems to always be there this staff is awesome! I driven an extra 20 minutes just to stay here when I am in town. I like how clean the rooms are and the amenities they offer. They have a pool, bar, workout room and an office space. I also did a meeting in one of the executive suites and they did everything they could to accommodate me and my team. I am posting pics of the room I used that day and my room tonight.

Fastest Internet speeds I’ve seen at any hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was clean and the service was great. The restaurant and bar is a nice amenity as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The location, near airport. Beautiful room, bar and grill in hotel, can leave car and use hotel shuttle! No driving to airport and dealing with their parking and shuttle.

Very friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Comfy comfy beds and pillows and clean rooms. Walking distance to food and shops.

We stayed in a well appointed room with all the normal amenities. The overall cleanliness and service was exceptional. Though not included with our stay, the $10.73 breakfast was at least worth the money, combining sit down service with convenience and value of a buffet. Overall good stay, but on the last night our key card stopped working and was not able to be fixed, fortunately we left in the morning and did not need much access to the room. Staff was overall helpful.

Staff were very helpful during our late arrival. Recent renovations made the stay comfortable. Nice location. Nice views of mountains and Mexico. Taco Cabana served a good taco brunch. We would stay there again.

Location is close to the airport and food options. Rooms are quite and clean. Shuttle runs 24 hours a day, but is a bit restrictive of where they'll take you. Astrid on the front desk and Monica at the bar are awesome! Some of the best customer service I've ever received. It seems like a lot of the guests are regulars and it's likely due to these two. I'll be staying at this hotel whenever I go to El Paso.

We stopped here to rest from a long road trip located, off of HWY I — 10. The hotel is located near shopping malls and tons of restaurants. The hotel was quiet, at the time. The Breakfast was included; oatmeal, cereal, fresh salsa, potatoes, eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, orange juice, yogurt, coffee and mini waffles. The room was pretty clean.

I presented in a conference there and they did an incredible job accommodating my needs and were very polite and brought us coffee and water. The only thing that’s keeping me from the 5 stars is that they charge for the projector and tools. This day and age technology is a must and should be provided as part of the deal. I enjoyed this place and it’s clean.

Rooms are nice but the tile in the shower was starting to lose grout. They have guest laundry on site, but it's $2 to wash and $2 to dry. That seems like an extra that should be complementary for a $140 per night stay. Also, breakfast is not included with the government room rate ($98). I will be staying at another hotel the next time I'm in El Paso.

Check to make sure that you have breakfast included. Rooms are on the nice side for IHG. Internet was fast. Fitness room was more than acceptable. This facility has a bar and restaurant / room service.

Hotel is much nicer than Holiday Inn on Airport Rd. Generally a nice hotel, friendly staff. Getting into the hotel from the feeder street next to I10 can be very intense. Come in the back way behind the hotel. All was good in the room, except the tub which looked terrible, and had good size pieces missing. It was clean just damaged.

The room was wonderful! Comfort and plush! The breakfast was delicious and staff very polite.

Great place to stay. Very clean and quite. Daughter and I stayed here to visit UTEP. It is not the closes hotel to the campus but it is also not far. For the price and quality I recommend staying here. If visiting UTEP, don't get one near the campus as it is to pricey. This location is just fine. Just a few miles on the IH10 freeway. We had no problems driving and no problems with the room.

I was nearby and stopped in for a meal and to watch the Yankees and Astro game. Mary Franco, Pamela, and the young man Kenny at the bar were very hospital. Your staff outstanding and the Build your Burger was Great! I'll be back for sure!

Breakfast isn't included unfortunately. But the staff was helpful. Their shuttle service came in handy… not just to the airport, but to local restaurants, etc. Room itself was nice.

Extremely military friendly. I felt like a rockstar in an amazing hotel room for $115 (after taxes). A room like that, king size with a couch, great pool outside, nice restaurant, small gym but new equipment to include a bench and dumbbells, and is located across the street from a strip mall… will always visit when I'm in town.

Hotel is pretty good. Front desk staff was amazing. Driver who picked me up from airport was very nice. Not hotels fault but I think Godzilla was in the room above me lol.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I arrived exhausted from my day, and they immediately made me feel welcome and as if I was among friends. They satisfied my requests quickly and with smiles. I would gladly stay there again.

Excellent staff. I am driving from San Francisco to Florida via LA with various stops. I stayed in the hotel for only one night. Loved the staff. Very friendly at front desk. Lots of parking. And even thought it is an old building I was pleased to note that the electrical outlets have been upgraded and modernized.
Except for quality of bed, I saw no difference between this hotel and a Crowne Plaza that I stayed in on this trip.

Very nice hotel. Excellent large rooms with comfortable bed and nice furniture (my room had a sofa with a chaise). Good full service bar and nice common areas. Only issue I had was a lack of a free breakfast option. For the cost of the room I'd expect a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was good, but it sucks to spend $150 a night and get dinged $10 for breakfast in the morning.

I was here for business. The hotel staff was pretty friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and decently sized. The hotel gave me a complimentary meal in their restaurant downstairs. The wait staff was friendly and quick. Overall it was a nice stay.

Clean rooms and great customer service. I love staying at this hotel because it's on the middle of everything that my family and I want to do. Will definitely be coming back to this Holiday Inn again.

The Holiday Inn Express in El Paso, Texas was well managed and maintained. The staff was excellent. The property exceeded my expectations. We will be back!

I travel frequently for business and stay at an assortment of equivalent hotels throughout the country. Every time I come back to El Paso though this will be where I stay. If you are looking for a 5 star luxury hotel this is not the place. But it is clean, with well situated rooms, quiet and most unusual (especially in this day and age) there is a culture of customer service and "how can I help you" that I have literally not seen the like of in years. Every single interaction I had with any staff member was a positive and productive one. Also thumbs up for the in house restaurant. Very small and simple menu but good food and good service. The only negative from my standpoint was that I used the desk in my suite extensively and I would have liked to have a phone there. Thumbs up in their internet and Wi-Fi though it worked great. I read a ton of these reviews when I travel but this is the first time I have stopped to write one. Thanks for a great stay Holiday Inn!

Best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at! I was on a business trip for my company for one night and I didn't want to leave, lol. Every single person on their staff was absolutely friendly, courteous, patient, and the list goes on and on. I don't make it out to El Paso often but if I ever do again, I would definitely stay here. Shuttle was quick, no waiting and the young lady who took me was extremely friendly and chatted with me the whole way. I'm so mad at myself for not taking their names and giving them recognition individually. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Keep up the awesome work!

Clean hotel, a little noisy for me.

Had a great experience here. The staff was exceptional… especially Ruth in the bar, Chef Joe and wait staff, Brenda and Jesus. The Breakfast Buffet alone was worth the money. The food was great and the staff would make you anything you wanted. I thought the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Service Excellence! ” This is a newer hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Rooms are spacious and mine had a microwave and refrigerator. They have a restaurant at the hotel which is very convenient and wired and wireless high speed internet access. They are close to shopping and business locations. They have a shuttle that can take you to and from the airport. Overall great hotel with excellent service.
