Beds were excellent; but entrance, hallways & bathrooms need much improvement; SPECIALLY THOSE THAT INSTALL THE SHOWER CURTAIN RODS… LEARN TO DO IT, SO WE CAN USE THE SHOWER CURTAINS PROPERLY!

Great friendly staff. Except for the older gentlemen that works the mid — night shift. Needs to get rid of the military attitude and be more guest friendly.

Good place to stay. It's clean and friendly. It's right off the highway. And next to so many restaurants. There is hot water and it is very enjoyable to stay. They have free Wi-Fi.

I had a great experience the couple of times I stayed here, until one night a random man knocked on my door around 3 a. M and just stood there… I was scared because he would not leave. There are a lot of entrances and a lot of rooms thats its hard for you to just exit quickly. He ended up leaving once he heard my boyfriend ask who it was. Anybody can go in and out as they please because there are so many floors and rooms. I do not feel safe when I stay here. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, great fridge microwave, and tv. Prices are also a big plus.

Bed bugs observed. Woke up at 3:45am or so to bites. Killed one. Observe in be picture. Not happy right now. Going to send this to our corporate to have this place removed. Avoid 238.

Decent price, location right off of 35E. Nothing special about it, but clearly an older hotel with minimal amenities. First floor rooms have doors facing the outside world while the 2nd and 3rd floors are inside. I didn't expect much when coming here and didn't really receive much but there was nothing out of line that would make me say to completely avoid it. Just do not come in with high expectations.

I've stayed due to company use. I have stayed in several rooms and they make me sick. Chest congestion, cold like flu. The rooms Snell awful. When they clean it leaves a unbearable odor. There is no buffet. There's something but it's not buffet. Staff is horrible. Every time at every turn they are rude and do not care to show you.

The rooms were great! Very clean and maintained, the staff were kind. Beds were always clean and made, bathrooms were always clean, and the shower was nice, and stayed hot for a good bit of time. Breakfast needs work. Toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal isnt much to work with. Juice wasnt good, coffee was very basic.

Omg I will never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel! our experience was horrible and we didn't feel safe. Wanted a refund and they wouldn't give us one… pass this place up if you know what's best otherwise you'll be just like us scared to go to sleep!

Will NEVER stay there again. The breakfast that is served is stored by toxic chemicals. They don't deserve a one.

I was there as part of a CDL truck driving school had my room paid for for 3 weeks. I live close by so I went home for the weekend when I came back they gave my room to somebody else even though it's paid for. 2 other guys in my class that left for the weekend came back to have all their stuff stolen by the staff of the Days inn and when they filed a police report the Days Inn kicked them out of their room which was already paid for a 3 week stay! Unprofessional downright criminals!

Lady at the front desk was nice. Was unhappy with the first room they put us in. She was happy to switch us to another room. The second room was ok but furniture was broken. Did not feel safe walking to my vehicle without my hand gun. Decided not to stay the second night we reserved and they gave us a refund no problem. Guest services were super nice. Hotel not so nice.

An inexpensive place to stay located on the Frontage Road right off of I-35. They have a lot of truck drivers who stay here. Located near a couple of restaurants one that you can actually walk to without having to go very far. The rooms are kind of worn out and run down. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

Its a good place if your a truck driver used to highway noise enjoy rude staff. Swift and CRST put there drivers and students here. Is actually an ok hotel has microwave and fridge in rooms nice hot water for a shower the beds are nice. Could do some remodeling mold in the rooms and bathrooms. Vending area had the drink machines totally empty and the snack machines were not running at the time I was there. Room could use a deep clean every once in awhile with the tile in the bathroom being sticky.

Clean room but old furniture. Bed nice and soft though. Breakfast was very basic.

It's loud. People coming & going don't have respect for the fact that your might be sleeping. Easy check in & out.

A cheap hotel it dosent means a bad front desk service. Both Day and night attendents were very rude.

Nice room, very clean. The ac unit made the room super humid overnight and I woke up super congested from it. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Stayed here for almost 2 full weeks with almost no problems until out of nowhere the hotel started double charging me for days. When I brought the issue up to staff they basically told me I was SOL and to take it up with my bank who obviously had nothing to do with it. I tried to tell the manager and he instead became very argumentative and disrespectful then told me I had to check out by 1pm or he was gonna call the cops as if I'm the one that took $306 off his debit card. The rooms are really high for what you get. Wi-Fi doesn't even work so don't stay here if you depend on it and the "continental" breakfast is really just 2 types of cereal, fruit and orange juice. You can do better for $85-110. Staff is rude and careless and the room had a funky smell to it.

Huy you this place only serves if you are tired and you have to rest and take a bath or go ahead. He's got nothing. Wifi Malisimo, breakfast an apple and a coffee if that's breakfast for you? Bad bad Cable.

Staff teased about the fact that I wasn't able to have my medical service dog with me. The air conditioner sucks my sheets and pillow cases were damp from so much moisture in the air. I am staying here because of work but when I told them that I need to have my own room because of my service dog they said I had to pay an additional $65 for that $21 dollars a night. Normal pets they charge $20. They said my work didn't ok it. Basically they were still charging me for my dog. I will be talking to corporate about this matter and also my work! I will not ever stay here again.

The room was clean and everything. The breakfast had almost no choices. It was a good stay overall, but would have rather stayed somewhere else.

Called about the fire alarm beeping, signaling a dying battery. Front desk lady proceeds to argue with me about how it's "suddenly" bothering me after an hour of being in the room. I advised her it had just started to act up. She proceeded to keep arguing instead of solving the issue immediately questioning my common sense and comprehension. It's only the main manager lady, everyone else is okay. Rooms are good, they service them daily, they are typically always clean, just the front desk needs work. Their customer service skills are horrid. Except for the new girl in training. She's super sweet.

Poor. This hotel has a nasty moistness to it in the room (s) and hallway. I stayed here because this where the job sent me because I would have left of my own accord. The bathroom was old and to cramped and nasty for me (can't speak for the next person). They had up to date flat screen TVs but minimal satellite programming (that helped me get a good night's sleep since there was nothing to keep me watching) but I did get good Wi-Fi. They did that!

I stayed in 5 different rooms here and all of them smelled like stale cigarettes and mildew beds were ok amenities via Mini fridges, microwaves were out dated and most didn't work staff didn't change the sheets just left old dirty sheets on the bed which is a big one for me gym is kinda pointless just a tiny room with next to no ventilation and 1 treadmill, exercise bike and elliptical manager doesn't care for his guests, dirty rooms lack of hygiene breakfast is a choice of bread or stale cereal your lucky if the juice machine works, the coffee is fresh as I caught them take old coffee put it in a pot place it in the microwave and reheat it them re serve it they don't change the sheets most the time they just made the beds up and left the dirty sheets on from before the floors look like they hadn't been vacuumed in Some time bathtubs were never cleaned like they were supposed to be just a nasty place! Wouldn't recommend staying here if your reading this review the pictures before getting a room and they will speak for them selves the rooms do not look anything like the ones picture but the last to say a lot! I also found dirty condoms in 3 of the rooms I stayed in twice they were in the bed sheets the third time it was stuck to the shower wall just saying!

Was there for 3 nites, very old rooms not worth $75 a nite with the tax. I was in my room when they came to clean my room. They never Vacummed the carpet nor Clean my Bathtub and Sink they sprayed a solution from a bottle and that was it. The bathroom was not clean and the ppl that own it of course Middle East Indians don't Care. It houses Welfare People that's how they make money, I ran out of there, you should too! and the Front Desk have no Class!

Probably the worst experience I've had at any hotel. The staff was incredibly rude. It was not just one staff member either. I waited downstairs to check out and a nice gentlemen was about to check in but the front desk manager was on her phone. She was speaking to a friend with the phone on speaker. The man spoke little English and the woman just told him to go away. I also tried to change my room from "smoking" to "non-smoking. " Another woman at the front desk asked me why and said "okay well you might as well sit down because I'm busy. " It took an hour of me watching her sit on her phone till she finally changed my room. The breakfast consists of just bread and yogurt. Avoid this place if possible.

Worst experience in my lifetime. When we were first checked in, we walked into a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. Smelled really bad. So went downstairs and Michelle apologized and sent us to a room that was "ready". We walked into a room that still had handprints on the headboard and a condom hanging from the side lamp. Digusting is not even a word to describe this hotel! Their idea of clean is sickening! I have pictures that I wish I could post for everyone to see! Please let me know any of you know of a way how to get those out so people know what they are walking into!
