Stayed for a week and I was pretty satisfied. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay other then the stuff they cook. It’s either too hard or cold. The cleanliness of the hotel was good. They are consistent with keeping it maintained. I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub also. They have a gym but I did not use that facility. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying for a longer period of time.

Good highway access, just need to get in the right lane very quickly. Hotel was nice and clean, pool was nice, hot tub needed work. Breakfast was better than expected for a hotel. The only issue was the road noise, but that was fixed with the air conditioner eventually. Overall, nice stay.

Two bad nights of sleep because of air conditioning in the room. The fan blew non stop so had to turn it off and on throughout the night without cutting off once desired temp was reached. Had to switch rooms the first night. Both rooms had the same issue. Older air conditioner systems. Facility is clean and pool and work out room were nice. Front desk staff helpful. I would never stay at it again.

The floors in room are creaky and the hotel is too close to I-35E making road noise difficult to sleep. I later found out that the king room assigned to us was the smaller of the 2 for the same price. The free Wi-Fi didn't work for 2 days. The temperature control unit had a big gap which requires constant manual adjusting of the unit. Shoddy maintenance is evident here and there's a mildew/mold smell near the refrigerator. With the exception of Daniel on the 2nd shift, the desk manager and registration staff need to improve their hospitality skills.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Middle of the week the team has evening social which is nice place to recap the day. Thank you! Wish all Hilton establishments offered…

Can't say anything bad about this place. I stayed there for 2 weeks while working out of town and everything you would expect to be good was. Friendly service, the staff kept good care of my room, my personal belongings were never disturbed and the breakfast buffet was good everyday and the food rotated so I never got tired of it. They helped make 2 weeks away from may family as good as it could be. And the room didn't smell "hotel like. " Great place. Stay there.

I had been staying here for the past month or so whenever I get a chance… Everything was fine. Rooms are clean, quiet, very spacious… Until I decided to stay for another day. Housekeeping NEVER went up to my room, after I specifically went to the front desk, and asked for house keeping while I was out… Came back and everything was still the same. Ok whatever… No big deal. Then they charge me an additional cleaning fee, because there was alot of food and mess everywhere. They accused me of having a party, when it was only me and my spouse. When I specifically asked previously the front desk if it was Ok to have beer in the rooms. I am beyond upset. After having the staff look at you a certain way from the moment you check in until you leave, to not getting the service you ask for, and pay for. I will not be staying here again.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious and hot thank you Juana and Esperanza you are the best. Gracias Juana y Esperanza por su trabajo el desayuno estaba perfecto. We will definitely come back.

My experience was horrible and a nightmare for my 13yr old and her friends. March 10, 2018 was the 1st day my daughter and her friends experienced racism. This was my 3rd year having my daughter a sleepover at the hotel for her birthday. When I came in the hotel I checked in and let the front desk know that I was doing a party for my daughter and that they would see people coming and going but only 6 people were staying the night as they can only do. Well a hour later we got a noise complaint, well it was only 3 girls in the room who was sitting on the beds on there phone as teenagers do! Well come to find out the manager followed all my guest up stairs to see what room they were going to. She then went back down to the front desk and being to say how she was going to evict us in front of other people but she didn’t know that my daughters God mother was standing down there waiting to come up while she was talking about us and putting us out. My daughters God mother began to tell her that she was was going to the room and would let us know what was going on. Well the then 5 girls went down to the pool QUIETLY with my daughters step mother only for the manager to keep looking I’m at the pool to see what was going on. Maybe 30min later my niece mother called and said that they wouldn’t let her come up and that the manager said you can take her up but y’all are going to be coming right back down because I’m about to call the police and have them escorted out!

Rooms are clean. My only complaint were the kids in the pool area that were being really loud, rapping and hollering. They were not supervised by anyone. We did get to enjoy the pool area in the am.

I have been here for quite a long time. I love this hotel and the people here are great. I will stay here every chance I get. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or vacation!

I rate the breakfast bar a 2/10 due to the eggs being slightly soggy yet with burnt edges and they just can't get the instant oatmeal which is put in a big pot right.

Very nice room layout. Window was blocked by the a very high wall. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. I would stay again.

House keeping is great and always on point. People at front desk are helpful and very courteous. Breakfasts aren't that good but at least its free.

The hotel was a good place for us breaking up a 2 day trip. The kids had a good time playing in the indoor pool. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Check-in took to long but not a big deal. Breakfast also wasn't bad. Overall excellent for the valley.

This hotel was impressive. Clean and quiet. What stood out most was the incredible staff- Especially Esperanza, who made breakfast special, Amanda and Monette for their patience and Michael-who was our all around favorite. I would recommend — I’m not easy to impress.

The free Wi-Fi doesn't work despite of calling their Internet support. Will strongly consider a different hotel next time. La quinta, Holiday Inn and an older hotel is nearby.

Beautiful clean rooms, breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff are nice and responsive. Its loud in the mornings, the beds are kind of hard and the pillows are like bricks.

It was amazing. I loved the room, and I loved the breakfast. The beds were amazing.

I had a wonderful stay the staff, miss marvelous monique was the best any person could ask for she went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. The beds were comfortable the room was immaculate, no complaints.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My family and I were asked to vacate the hotel (along with 2 other families at separate times for separate “reasons”) at 10:30pm while 2 of my 3 kids were already in bed. I was accused of threatening staff among other things. I did not threaten anyone, unless pointing out someone’s inability to to deliver customer service qualifies. Paris and Leann, shame on you for not being able to fulfill your responsibilities as service industry staff, Hampton Inn & Suites DeSoto shame on you for employing people who do not put your customers first, and Hilton you clearly have work to do with staff development.

Five stars given, five stars DESERVED! I couldn't find one thing to give a negative! Clean rooms, microwaves, refrigerators, controlled access, awesome friendly staff, safe property, bathrooms immaculate! What else could you want?

Friendly staff, HUGE rooms, wonderful breakfast, comfy bed, fabulous shower… next time I'm up near Dallas, I'm DEFINITELY staying here. Wish I'd have brought a swimsuit as the pool and hot tub looked so inviting.

I stay here when my Dad is at the VA. Walked in got a room without a reservation. Front desk staff very nice. Breakfast in the morning was good. Cracker Barrel is right down the street.

I was there for a Bridal Brunch/Shower & was very impressed. The location was very clean & the staff was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to visitors.

Clean and comfortable hotel. The interior design of the lobby was nice and appealing. The room was clean with strong air conditioning. Bathroom was also clean; plenty of hot water. Hotel staff very friendly.

Clean. Friendly night staff. Dayshift needs some training. Indoor pool with a patio area. Cool clean comfortable rooms. Fresh, clean, hot breakfast with a large variety to choose from. Fresh cool fruit, very tasty. Clean sitting area. Hot coffee, cold milk. Very organized.

I checked in on 7/9/17 and my check in was nothing less than pleasurable. I was greeted by Whitney with a smiling face and she made my check in unbelievably easy. She was such a help to me. When I called back down later that evening needing new towels she didn't even hesitate to let to me know that I could get some more and even delivered them to my room since my little one was already asleep. I stayed in room 103 and it was the nicest room. I liked being on the first floor since I had a little one who wanted to go to the pool constantly. I will gladly recommend this hotel to everybody I know. Management please inform Whitney of how well I appreciated her during my stay.

Stayed here during a business trip. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. The complementary breakfast was better than I anticipated. Would recommend.

I'm my short visit the facility had a bustling breakfast crowd and was very well cleaned. The staff member I spoke to was very friendly and helpful as well.

The service they provided I love it! the breakfast was really good nice and clean they were just so helpfull I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is located next to the highway which can be good and bad. If you don't mind a little noise it's great. I have no complaints about my stay.

I arrived with my family to the hotel for a two night stay. After checking in and dropping off our bags, we ran to the store for food. When we came back there was a loud noise coming from our restroom (I have video proof). I also discovered our fridge wasn't working and the knob was broken off. I called down to complain & was informed they would call maintenance. I went downstairs & spoke to front desk, showed them the video and expressed my concern about the fridge. They told me the fridge was new, but we could keep our food in their fridge. That the noise was air in the pipes & would go away. After taking down our food, we went to the pool to get away from the noise. There was no towels, it was dirty & the pool was ice cold. After a short time of watching my son shiver, we left back to the room. The noise was still going so I called back down, it is now 7pm. They called & said maintenance had been called. About 730 they called and said maintenance would not be coming in & asked if we would like someone to come up to look. I said yes and I expressed my concern because my son would soon need to sleep. About 745 we received a call that because of the noise & being fully booked they would send us to another hotel and it would be comped. We packed, went to front desk, asked if we needed anything, they said no, the other hotel was waiting. Get to the other location, check in, sign the paperwork & get into out new room. Its now 815 pm, 4.5 hours after our arrival.
