The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean. The breakfas in the mornings was excellent, from a wide choice of hot food to cereal and breads. The pool was okay but a little small. We had one day where they took the dirty linen and towels but forgot to replace them or make up the beds. They promptly corrected the problem. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would stay at this location again.

This hotel was wonderful from the moment I walked in. Dawn at the desk was amazing. The hotel is very nice and new feeling. The decor is nice too. The location is out of the way from noise and traffic but convenient to everything as well. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty. The whole experience start to finish was one of the best ever.

Nice, clean, easy to find because its right off the highway & the staff was very courteous. Attended my sister's baby shower there & I was afraid it would be difficult to find the meeting room but they had all the rooms labeled & the staff greeted me as soon as I stepped through the door & gave me easy directions to the room. Had a great time!

This is our second time staying here with my family we have a big family and we love the fact that all 8 of us can be in the big suite n we have door to room and kids have their own area with enough space. It's very Nice, Clean and Very Friendly atmosphere the employee go out the way to help with what ever you need. The breakfast was amazing very clean and good food… This is our go to hotel when we visit our family out in Dallas…

The hotel was clean and comfortable. They served complimentary breakfast every morning, and had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. It was in a convenient location directly off the highway and had lots of stores and restaurants in the area. The staff members I spoke to were very friendly and professional. The hotel also had a laundry facility, a pool, and a gym. I hope to stay there again the next time I'm in that area for training.

My usual hotel was unavailable, so I decided to stay here because it was close to where I would be working. That decision was wrong on my part. The check-in process was fairly smooth. After getting much some needed work done, I decided to use the restroom. To my surprise the toilet would not flush. I called the front desk and the comment that was made was, "not again… first the first floor and now the third floor. " He then proceeded to let me know that the only thing that could be done now because it was late, was for me to come down a retrieve a plunger… really? The next morning (around 7a), I stopped by the front desk and explained the situation to the gentleman. He said that maintenance would be in around 8, so he would have them take a look at it. I got back to the hotel a little after 7p, thinking that the toilet situation had been addressed, but it wasn't. I went back down to the front desk only to be told by Chad, that the manager told him to tell me that no one could enter the room because the do not disturb sign was on the door. At that point, I went from 0-10, because that is a ridiculous reason to not enter the room, especially seeing that the front desk was made aware twice of the issue. The do not disturb sign is usually meant for housekeeping and I did not need their services. Chad continued to say, despite the do not disturb sign, there was no one from maintenance on the property that day, so the toilet problem would not have been rectified anyway.

Mmmm mixed feelings like any other Holliday inn bit maybe ia the people that stay there. They smoke and they just dont care the ladies in the breakfast are great ladies Silvia and Lorena. Mrs Dawn also great lady.

Great experience staff all were, professional and greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was good, staff ensured that everything was restocked when it was running low. Great experience.

Clean, modern, and with a great breakfast! This is the best hotel here on I35 in DeSoto. Well lit parking lot, with easy on/off to the highway, and nice rooms.

Breakfast was fine but the room was a bit old and you could hear the neighbor.

The beds were more comfortable than my beds at home. The rooms smelt amazing and so did the breakfast. I had no complaints.

It was a nice hotel but the people seemed like they were trying to rush us and they didn’t clean the inside of the toilet.

We stayed here while attending a Bowl game at AT&T Stadium. While the drive is about 23 away, the game day traffic made it a 34 minute drive. As for the hotel itself, it was very clean and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We would definitely come back here again.

Best Hotel in Dallas! Raven, Dawn, Anjel and Eliza are all so amazing. They all went out of their way to make sure my stay was awesome.

Had to get a sleep study done here. Beds were VERY comfortable. No other opinions as I didn't use any other amenities.

Very modern, clean, close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Easy highway access as well.

Service was top notch rooms wear used but spotless. Food and convince stores within walking distance. Great place to stay.

My company used this facility for sleep tests. Its very nice! The staff is great and everything is so comfy.

Generally a good place to stay. Wallpaper etc was peeling, just small details. Cleaning crew however were very loud and careless about folks trying to sleep in the mornings. Talking loudly in the hallways and hitting walls and my door with carts.

This is a great place to stay if you like to retreat to a great, well located neighborhood. It is a great historical hotel that excels in service. Our room was wonderful and everyone we encountered were about making our stay great. The breakfast was incredible as was the afternoon reception. 5 stars all the way.

Staff was nice breakfast was ok. Our room smelled of must live there was a flood and it didn't dry properly. Not a mild odor either. It was powerful. Had I been staying for more than a night I would've complained. That room should be closed forever.

We held our family reunion during Labor Day weekend at the Holiday Inn Express Desoto and had a great experience. The front desk staff (especially Dawn and Raven) went far and beyond to make sure my family stay was memorable. They were all so very pleasant, kind and friendly and made you feel so welcome. If there were any issues or concerns they did whatever to correct the problem in a timely manner. The hotel was very clean. The meeting rooms were setup and arranged accordingly. Even as my number of attendees increased for Sunday dinner, the acting event manager (Christopher), went far and beyond to to make sure we had adequate space for catering. You guys are the best and thank you again for making my family and I stay a wonderful memorable experience.

Showed up about 10pm check in was quickies clc company provided me with was asked for a credit card for check in but after seeing the room it was worth it very nice rooms micro kitchen very well later out one of the nicest only problem is there isn't a lot of truck /trailer (car hauler) parking that a side a nice place with very helpful staff.

This is the worst hotel I have visited and stayed at. For one the management staff from the General manager (Chris) to the assistant manager (Meagan). Chris is never there and won't call you back if you want to talk to him. You can also tell he puts on a fake personality when he approaches you, I give him an "F" for effort. Meagan is there but she will never call you back or come out and talk to you if there is a problem! The only great part about this hotel is the young lady in the front. You can tell she cares about the customers and she is very friendly, she will go out the way to make sure the customer is satisfied. For two The pest and bug problem, the bed bugs is horrific Ive had two friends stay there and they said the same thing. About a week ago a guy got bit by a spider. The management staff has no control nor cares about what goes on in this place. Somebody need to do something, I guarantee I won't be back and I'll make sure I past the news to friends and family.
