This is the worst Hilton hotel we have stayed at. No firearms allowed in building. No insulation in walls. Free breakfast was a joke. Huge room but the bed was jammed so close to wall that there was only 6 inches between side of bed and a/c unit, which was painful getting out of bed and hitting metal a/c unit. We had a handicapped room and the shower bench was in the middle of the tub. Never could get shower curtain positioned so that water would stop running on floor. We planned to stay 2 nites but left after first nite. Handicap parking consisted of 2 by front door, 2 at each end of building and a couple in back. REALLY… that's a shame! Room rate was not worth what you got in return.

Being a newly built hotel, everything was still in excellent condition. Our bed was exquisite, as we slept well. The free breakfast had several choices and a crowd! The staff was friendly and constantly cleaning. Our room was great, with Wi-Fi, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, and to our surprise, plenty of shower gel and shampoo as there are dispensers installed in the shower. 2 thumbs up for now and my wife and I are looking forward to visiting many, many more times in the coming years! We would DEFINITELY recommend staying at this establishment!

Me & my sister really enjoyed our stay. Jeni the desk was very nice to us at in. You should be proud of your staff the place was very clean. Very impressed w/rooms and the large refrigerator. We really felt welcome w/Ms Ceci in the breakfast area. She made us feel like we were at home. Oh and then waffle awesome! Thank you enjoyed the stay. Hope to again soon!

The girls were so fun at check in! The rooms and whole facility was pristine! Very Clean! But what impressed me the most are the BEDS, PILLOWS AND SHEETS. The absolute best! I liked them so much, I am trying to find the pillows and sheets for my own home.

This is a fairly new establishment so the condition was immaculate as was expected. Staff was friendly, courteous and efficient and I had an extremely pleasant stay. Will visit again when I come back to Dallas.

The place is new, so the rooms and hotel itself is very nice and clean but… if u book here, book your room on the opposite side of where highway 35 is, I switch rooms because it was way to noisy. And… Hotel needs to hire or beef up their security, guest here are getting their cars/trucks broken into. Even in the middle of the night atleast you see cops patrolling the area… I even talked to the officer and said there has been a lot of theift since it opened… it's best to park next to the lobby or in the front. I left due to mainly the security, and not to mention there is NOTHING to do around this hotel, nothing within walking distance.

Stayed at this location last week during spring break. Very nice facility and our children loved the pool. The staff did what they could to help make our stay good. We were kept up two nights due to loud music and noise from the room next to us and the last day of our stay housekeeping never cleaned our room and we didn't have clean towels. We called the front desk and they said they would take care of it but never did. Don't know if we would ever stay there again.

Great clean hotel suite to stay at very spacious clean lots of amenities and nice staff. All worth the price will recommend.

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, kids wanted to swim early. Pool still not open. Says 6 to 11. Its almost 7. Didn't get to bed the first night because of the excessive running above us. And the De Soto pd was at the front desk looking for a wanted fugitive. Other then that, not a bad place for the price. Maybe they can make up for the first night. Brett B.
