The only nice thing about this place was the fact that the people were friendly, there was hot water in the shower, and the breakfast was decent. We got locked out of our room numerous times because the key card didn't work, after we had it reprogrammed. The traffic noise from the highway was terrible. There were water damaged walls, the carpet was stained and nasty, the smell of cigarette smoke was horrible, the shower head needed to be cleaned. The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work, 1 of the lamps didn't work in the room, the office chair didn't raise up. The elevator acted like it didn't want to close and like it could break down at any moment, also there was barely any room for more than 4 — 5 people and trying to use it with luggage was not a good idea. The air conditioning unit was a window unit propped up with 1x 8 boards. The only reason we reserved this room was because of the pictures and the decent price. We will not be returning to this place, whether they remodel like they said or not.

Nice place clean and housekeeping was great. Breakfast was really good with very friendly people.

Our stay was a hot one, air conditioning problems in the first floor room. One particular person at the front desk was always in a bad mood and rude to me every time I needed anything, but she seemed nicer to my spouse, so he delt with the front seat. This was not professional service. I will not return to this hotel.

The desk staff are great. The breakfast is decent but the hotel rooms have alot to be desired. This place could use some updates.

Can tell this was a really nice hotel back in the day, but the lack of the owners putting funds back into building for upkeep is close to being a "slum lord". Building had an slight odor almost like years of cooking trapped in walls. Reservations were messed up, unchaperoned children running amok all over hotel. No a/c in hallways and portions of lobby not cool. Our room bathroom door would lock you out, water almost up to your knee before you finishing showering, phone did not work and was told they were having a system problem. (same with using credit card machine at desk). Breakfast was fair, but stop advertising "complimentary" when you are asking for a dollar for each day, Omelet station was closed every day of our stay & restaurant was not open during the hours stated so the Waffle House received our business. Inadequate staff (at front desk), guy working in restaurant getting breakfast together was also cleaning the parking lot at night. Elevator very slow and stop working on check out day so we had come down from 4th floor with 4 suitcases and 2 small children. I gave it 2 stars (1 star) because the beds were very comfortable although the covering were thin and they had no blankets & the 2nd star because I read some of the reviews prior to booking and still booked. (the rate was reasonable and I was on a very tight budget). In town because of a very special family function but this has taught me to stay home if I can't afford decent accommodations.

I give it more than one star because it's low cost. I wouldn't call it a value, but low cost is an accurate description. It's mon clean… The ceiling in the rooms are dirty, carpets are stained, non smoking room smells like smoking was just outlawed yesterday… Furniture is chipped and dated wallpaper is the same and stained, curtains are wrinkled. There's no phone in the room to call the front desk for basics like extra towels. The kids area and pool were nice and those pictures are what enticed me. But this place is like an ugly girl when youryo drunk… Beautiful at a distance but wow ugly when u get close The sheets were clean! The towels were clean.

Home away from home. We needed a place temporarily during the delay of our apartment move in. Not only are the rates reasonable, but the staff is superb. Oh and the rooms. Super clean. And the design of the King room is so roomy. I recommend this to each of you. And one last thing. For breakfast it far beats all the ones in this area. Lunch and dinner is delicious. And there's a lounge to boot. Last but not least. Indoor swimming pool and workout room. Safe, Quite environment. This hotel.

I don't know where to start, this is the worst hotel ever. Doesn't even deserve to be one star. I should have known it was going to be a crappy place when it took me 20+ min just to get checked in. Their janky credit card machine was offline and had to be brought back up. When it did come back up the lady swiped my card, said it wasn't working took me to another terminal swiped my card again. Only to find I was charged twice. She also kept my drivers license and didn't bother to inform me. The room had a musty smell. There was a quinceanera going on right outside my room which I felt I should I should have been informed of. Also there's a club in the hotel. The music went on well past 1a. I went to take a shower only to find out the shower head was broken. The maintenance guy came looked at it said it needled a part he didn't have he would have to go to home depot in the morning. He never came back. The shower was so disgusting that we wouldn't dare sit in the tub. It wouldn't hold water anyway. The remote was duck taped. The floor had huge stains in it. The breakfast was nothing to be proud of as well. It was poorly prepared. Don't waste your time, there's much better hotels in the area.

At some point this a very cool hotel but know it is on its long walk into the sunset. T. V. Does not work, a/c is loud, hardly any control of the no smoking rule. A little investment would do this place some good.

Great customer sevice and a good room. Only problem was the extremely slow elevator. When I got into my room I had a few issues but the staff was quick to fix all the issues.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Switched rooms twice and still gross. Mold in bathrooms, mold around the ac unit. Bullet holes in the windows. Did I mention completely filthy. Would not give money back so had no choice but to stay. Slept in my clothes on top of the covers. Do not stay here.

Recently bought from a larger chain of hotels. Everything looks exactly the same as it did before. The breakfast is great. Never thought a hotel would make grits.

Seriously, don’t believe any other review on here if it’s more than 1 Star. Read this. This place… where do I start… 1: the first thing we notice when walking into our room was that there it was still dirty from the previous occupant (s). Sticky juice on most surfaces including the carpet and bathroom floor. Carpet shouldn’t be sticky! The gum stuck to the carpet floor probably didn’t help… 2: non-smoking room smelled like smoke. In fact, a lot of the hotel did. 3: no blankets. We called down to the front and they brought us 3.2 of them had large burn / melt holes in them. See photo. 4: one of the main reasons we booked the hotel was for the pool and hot tub. When we got there, the water was so cold not even the kids wanted to get in. Seriously. It made our legs cramp it was so cold. 5: the hot tub was green. Couldn’t even see the bottom when the water was completely still. We saw a few couples come down to use it and turn back because of the water. Not to mention, it smelled terrible. 6: the elevator was so slow and broken. It would stop randomly on floors where no one was even waiting. Didn’t look like it’s been updated for several decades. 7: so much of this hotel seemed run down and dilapidated.

While trying to enjoy spring break with the family we got trap inside the elevator. I begin pushes all the help button which didn't help anything. Sounds was going off, but no one showed up. Out on nowhere the door finally close all the way and begin to move again. By this time my nerves was in shock. Find out other ppl had this same problem, crazy thing that the only elevator inside. On top on that it's not clean like it should be didn't feel comfortable at all.

We enjoy this hotel. We stay in the area and choose this hotel just to get away for a break. The kids enjoy the inside pool (really the main reason we visit). Front Desk Kris helped a ton when I forgot our pillows in the room, I thought they would have tossed them out but they didn't!

Had my daughter birthday party here and let me tell you it was wonderful. Got the 2bdrm suite. Plenty of room of all the girls, the breakfast buffet was sooo good. It's not just coffee, fresh omelette bar, fruit, eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, grits. All with our stay. Indoor pool. They made my daughter day so special for her and her friends.

First let me point out a few good things about this hotel, and you'll understand why I gave it only 2 stars. This hotel is by no means "grand". But depending on your level of comfort and personal perspective, this place is doable. The staff here are really cool people, and will do what they can within reason and ability to accommodate their guests. And I commend them for the effort. Breakfast is fashioned as a buffet and is pretty much on point, and in my opinion, rivals the Waffle House next to it. But I will say on occasion the eggs served tend to be way too greasy. This isn't all the time, but it does happen on rare occasion. Some of the dinner options, however, are pretty bland and not worth the price. You'd do better ordering out. But their wing basket in their Bobbie Sox lounge/club is a win. Bobbie Sox… This club is sectioned in the lobby. On the weekends it is oh so lit with locals, and there is an entry fee. If you're at this hotel over the weekend, check this place out. Seriously. This is the diamond in this hotels crown. Oh, and if you drove to stay here, make sure you've done all the moving around you're going to do for the evening. Because after about 10:30pm on a Saturday night, you might not have somewhere to park. Now the bad… If the owners finally decide to make renovations, this hotel would be grander than it's name actual describes. First thing of notice is the extremely slow elevator.

Staff was friendly & accommodating. Room was cleanish. A/C needs cleaning badly — kept spurting debris out periodically which landed on bed nearest it. Looks nice at night and on the inside looks decent but outside from freeway this place looks suspect during the day. Nice free breakfast. Rooms in dire need of updating! Oh & only one really slow elevator. I can't imagine how that works if they are ever packed. Pool was closed for maintenance during my stay but I love that it's inside.

Came here for a community Christmas event. The staff was very attentive to our tables and to the buffet. They cared for the couple requests we had for specific items. And appeared to genuinely be enjoying themselves and the festive atmosphere. We had a great time. We'd go again!

Very nice hotel. The service staff were very professional the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was excelent. They have micro wave ovens and refrigerators in every room. I realy enjoyed my stay here.

Half of the equipment in the room does not work.

The place was rented by my company for a Safety Leadership Training. The first room they put us in leaked out from under the toilet when you flushed. When we asked for another room we were told we would have to wait to see what was open. When they did find us another room the room next to us has a pipe burst in the ceiling about 5:00 in the morning. Sounded like rain against our wall. When I informed the front desk they said they would have to wait for the Maintance guy to get there at 8:00. By that time our bathroom floor was flooded and our carpet was wet. We were on the 2nd floor really hope there wasn't someone below us. Considering the dozen or so regulars that were hanging out in the parking lot it was not a place that made you feel safe. I would not recommend this place.

This place is HORRIBLE! The kids play area is "out of order", the pool has soft ball size hair balls, the hot tub has green bacteria, none of the ice makers on the floors work and the women's restroom is out of order. Not to mention, I've asked 3 times to have them clean the pool so our kids can enjoy their stay. They went in there and pushed the chairs under the tables, looked in the pool and walked away. Our bed sheets were very nasty as if they just went in there and just made them before we got here. We are here for 3 nites. Absolutely disgusting all around. If it wasn't for a company function, we'd be out of here. Soooooooo disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the lobby because from the outside, it doesn't look like a hotel. The old elevator is slow and small, but otherwise the hotel was well worth the money. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. The reward program is a joke, $25 Amazon gift card for 10 stays is an insult. I'll save that much on the room somewhere else and buy my own $25 card. Spend almost $1000 for 10 stays and they don't even give a free night! I'm in the area weekly, but stay where I get the better rewards.

I stayed in room 302. The room was good for the price along with hot breakfast serving custom eggs. Hot breakfast are hard to find now a days. The staff was friendly Looks like it is under new management. The new management is doing extensive renovations. Will stay again.

Ac full of mold and broke. Bathroom Facet bathroom shot all over the counter. Lighting in bathroom dark (missing a light). Stains on carpet. They even messed up my wake up call. 45 mins early. Woke up with ants in the bed. Have to say breakfast was 5 star in my book.

I personality liked it okay, but I also got to stay for free. I was with a kind of trucker convention, and I heard horror stories of water damage, stained carpets, even roaches. I can verify the stained carpets, but thankfully, nothing else. It's a great looking place — when it was brand new, it was pretty spectacular, I'm sure. Now it's showing age a LITTLE, but still holding up pretty well. One thing I couldn't handle the first couple days was the chlorine smell from the pool. Staff is friendly. With a renovation, this hotel could be pretty nice.

1. It's just ugly but that's not the issue. 2. Can't eat breakfast in pj pants. First time I heard this at a hotel. Plus it's nasty. 3. The smell on the 4th floor is almost unbearable. 4. The elevator's inspection expired last year, it's slow, and makes noise once it hits the top floor. I'd rather take the stairs, but 4th floor. 5. The towels left all of the fuzz on me. 6. I literally just found a beetle in my bed. That's why I wrote this. 7. They messed the hall registration. 8. No air ventilation. Other than all of that it's cool. The cleaning staff is extremely nice.

Worse ever. We paid for the Jr Suite. And that's where the luxury ended. The pool and spa were filthy, the rooms felt humid. The playhouse is out of order (big reason we picked this hotel) None of the a. C. Worked it was 83 degrees in the room when we woke up. They didn't have linen in the room for all the beds. Breakfast is advertised from 0630 to 930 and when we went down at 840 they were cleaning up. Not only that but making bowls of food and setting it aside to employees but wouldn't make more for the guests. And the worse thing in my opinion. They seem to allow weed to be smoked in the hotel. A couple different times when walking through the 1st floor exit there was a strong stench of weed. I would not recommend to anyone. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

The Magnuson Grand Hotel was kind of a let down. I read reviews that gave it a 2.7, but I was optimistic. As stated in the previous reviews the elevator was a nightmare. Only one elevator and it was extremely slow. Had a 10 minute wait at one point. One of the reasons I picked the hotel was the hot tub. The water was Luke warm at best, and there was a big event going on nearby, so the hotel was packed. Apparently the kids (about 15 of them ranging from 4-10) decided the hot tub was the pool, and no parents were in sight. After about 5 minutes of the craziness the hotel staff had to close the hot tub to refill it due to most of the water being splashed out. The room itself was nice. Nothing fancy, but it was clean. Several reviews had problems with cooling. I did not. The heat and AC both worked great. The bed was one of the more comfortable ones I've slept in. There was a 7-11 and waffle House behind the hotel so that made for a good convenience. The ice machines were all broken down, but the staff offered to fill our ice if we brought the bucket down. All in all, I give it a 3. It would have been a better experience if the hotel wasn't full I imagine. I would stay there again, but not for another big event where it's packed full.

Will not be returning to this place. I will commend the staff for all being friendly but the hotel and atmosphere itself was ridiculous. Our air conditioner in the room didn't work, the door key had to be swiped several times for it to work, the elevator was extremely slow and our room smelled like smoke. We arrived late in the evening to hopefully get some good sleep, we didn't even feel safe parking as there was people drinking and hanging out all around the parking lot and to top it off there were kids running around the hotel ALL night. They didn't quiet down until about 6am but then were running around the breakfast area so we couldn't even enjoy breakfast. Seems like more of a club and daycare than a nice place to stay.

This place is a JOKE! Rooms could be cleaner staff was horrible, I could not even get an extra cover! I could not stress enough how horrible it was. Not coming back for sure! My kids could not even eat breakfast because one didn't have shoes on like REALLY! Oh and the pool is ice cold it don't matter that it's indoor something messed up to get the pool warm years ago and management is to cheap to fix at least that's what I was told by one of the staff members!

Rooms are big and it's only 100 dollars and the brackfast is like wonderful and the view is cool.

Worst place I have ever been… my bed had bed bugs and when I went to complain they told me there's nothing they can do about it because they were fully booked when I told them I would report them to a health inspector they suddenly had another room available and when they moved me to the another room there was caca roaches all over the place left asap worst place ever … and rude service.

I can honestly say I hate this place. I got here on June 1st and I'm due to leave this morning on June 4th. My trucking company put me in this hotel. I'm gonna have a talk with them about it. I've never been treated so rudely by employees or some of the guests here. I stayed not far from here at the Comfort Inn and it was way better than this place. I've been sweating every night, and tonight's the worst, although I've had the thermostat down to 60 for 4 days now. I stopped bothering to ask any employee for anything. They act disgusted that you need something, like you're bothering them. I don't ever wanna stay here again. My company tries to pay to put me back in here, I'll tell them I'll use my own money for a different one. It's almost one in the morning and there's kids running all over the hotel. I hear them run by my door when they get back to the hall I'm on. I've got a lot more to add, but I'm tired and gotta leave out at 4:30 in the morning. This place is just ridiculous.

The hotel is still standing just not in thr best shape. Carpets in the rooms, hallways, and waiting area were filthy. The foundation has certainly shifted causing dangerous conditions on the inside. The elevator felt like it was going to stop at anytime. About thr only perks I could see is the indoor pool and play area. But if those amenities are kept like the rest of the hotel I would not allow my family to use them.

I went to the i35 Desoto locating and it was nice and the staff was great the only thing I did not like I's that people smoke any were they want outside great place to take your kids.

The damn flat-screen "input" button doesn't work! I called front desk and he told me that some of the rooms input buttons on top of the TV doesn't work. So I asked him to change me to a room that DOES. He told me all the rooms with the working input button are occupied. WTF?!

Had a suit (2 rooms and a living room) on a Saturday night (tonight) and a huge crowd of teens kept coming into the hotel. I'm talking 14-16 year olds! Crashing a party apperantly and smoking weed in the fire escape. About 10 — 15 tried to get into our room that my children were in. The door opened according to one of my girls like they had a key card. Long story short, 5 cop cars were around the hotel and waffle house with about 50 teens scatering and more ducking and hiding through the hotel. They tried to get in 2 of my room doors AGAIN! I had to pack up, and wait 45 minutes for my refund. I will NEVER stay there again and suggest everyone to stay away from there.

This place is a joke. Called to book a room and the price went up 3 different times while I was on the phone. The price was standing UNTIL I asked her for the gov rate ALL OF A SUDDEN people are online booking like crazy. Told her my son would have friends over for pizza and she said "shouldn't have told me that. Can't have parties in the room". Mind you I've been to this establishment BEFORE and it was no issues or upgrades. No worries thier loss.

Hotel was average. Elevator super slow. Needs a remodel. There was a church retreat there. A black one as it appears. They raised can till around 330 am. Management didn't care. When I left at 6 am there were boys sleeping on coaches outside my door. Basically the group of people trashed the place and management didn't care about guests that's weren't in that group. Never stop there again.

The good: food is good, beds are clean & comfortable, housekeepers are nice & attentive. The bad: only a few of front desk service people actually smile like the "like" their job, the rest need to go to customer service university, phones & room service number is out dated, kind of a hassle to order food. The ugly: very old carpet, decor & elevator and doors are broken, outside looks shady! The owners need to remodel including customer service! Spend the money for Gods sake your making a large profit off of the trucking schools already! I only gave 2 stars instead of one because the food is worth it's own star!

Pretty old place, looks like it was built in the 80s and hasn't been touched since. Ripped carpet, water running stains on walls and ceiling, very firm beds, 3 sheets for covers for the bed, pillows are too soft… breakfast was good with fresh cooked to order omelets, that's the only good thing I can think of. Go to the holiday inn across the road, called to book a room and she told us $99 then went to pay and she said oh im sorry, it's $119. DEFINITELY NOT A $119 ROOM! This is something I'd expect for $39 seriously.

I booked a two night stay at this hotel for my 3 member family to stay in town for a sporting event. The hotel is 30 years old, according to the manager, and shows every bit of it. The following are the issues that we experienced. The Elevator is very jerky and feels like you are experiencing an earthquake. Riding it is quite scary and does not feel safe at all. Our first room had stained carpets and the bed had a huge concaved dip it in. (We spoke with the front desk and they showed us several different rooms before we found one that satisfied our reasonable expectations. The rooms that were showed to us were rooms that were removed from being booked and were for inspection, according to overhearing the manager. ) Our second room was as we expected it to be since, according to the manager, it was a non-bookable room used for inspection. The microphone in the handset did not work when we called the front desk. There was rust on the caulking of the tub. The ceiling was a low hanging drop-ceiling. The TV was a flat-screen but the signal was not high definition and was very poor quality. The furniture had nicks and dings in it. The walls are quite thin and all vehicle traffic can be heard. At 12:15AM the fire alarm went off. We opened the door to the hall and could see a slight haze and smell cigarette/cigar smoke. We tried to call the front desk but they could not hear us since the microphone in the handset did not work.

Our stay once again has been less than acceptable. The shuttle service "runs on a schedule", but is not reliable or timely, the 1330 shuttle finally left at 1420 today. Almost in time for the 1430 shuttle to leave. I just loved waiting over an hour for the shuttle to leave an hour late. Also there was vomit at the main back door which I had to use to go outside and smoke. For 2 days the vomit laid there. Also the hot tub was closed again. It seems that more than half the summer it wasn't able to be used. The soda machine is broken also 2 of the perimeter doors have broken or removed locks. This place is very dirty. I have used this particular hotel for 5 years when ever I am in the Dallas-Fort area, mostly because I have always received a discount with the company I work for, but I nolonger feel that makes up for it. This place has gone into a tailspin for quite some time. This will be our last stay here. Next time we will use best western plus.

Horrible, Disgusting, Do Not Stay Here! First the area is so run down scared coming in at night time from DFW. The hotel states under renovation but should be condemned: elevator busted, people smoking in rooms supposed to be non-smoking, rooms dirty microwave not cleaned, air conditioner loud dripping water, the lock on door is a joke, all round has no value. I got this through Hotwire " hot deal". Not a deal if you 're getting 10 bucks off a night for an extremely poor quality hotel. I complained to Hotwire, this should not even be in there list of hotels.

This hotel is not good to stay in. I hated it. The air conditioner was too loud and the room stinks. When one of my friends tried to wash their hands, she seen about 15 roaches when she pulled out the stock. When we went To bed, it was a bug crawling on the pillow. The cable is slow. The tissue is very hard. The food is disgusting. They don't care who come in the hotel, a crackhead knocked on my hotel door. Do not stay here! The 2nd floor is horrible.

This hotel (more like a motel) is a disgrace to Choice hotels. It deserves 0 stars it's filthy, full of bugs, old and stinky the bath towels smell like grease so bring your own. When you go to your room and see how old and nasty the room is so then you go back to the front desk asking for a refund they won't give a refund. Housekeeping is horrible, asking them to clean the room is like asking them to commit a crime. I would never stay there again. If you like to party (drinking and loud music all the time), people hanging out in the parking lot, and don't mind an old, dirty an very outdated room, which may or may not lock so check your room, There is a board under the refrigerator and air conditioner (which doesn't work as an air conditioner but as a fan circulating hot air) Breakfast is horrible the biscuits are hard, dry (could use some type of oil) and the bottom of the biscuits is full of flour, the eggs are horrible, they put a big bowl of mixed fruits out for you to scoop some on a plate they don't even give you a bowl to put your fruits in. This place is aweful and the price of there rooms is to much for a horrible place like that. If you don't mind all the disfunction mentioned then this would be a wonderful place to lay your head.

Stayed 2 nights at this place and I'll never do it again. The bar/club that is there caused such a hassle, ppl were drunk all over the place and yelling and screaming and left no place to park. Then after being out all day we got back to our room and discovered housekeeping had not gone so we called the desk and told them and they said they would go. We left and got back and they still didn't clean but only left a few towels on one of the beds. The breakfast was not good. The only nice person I encountered was the man who runs the shuttle though I didn't use it. On the bright side, my son and daughter forgot two items in the room and they were waiting for us at the front desk.

Got a Bar you can smoke inside, what else we need.! I love that place.

This is the nastiest hotel. The housekeeping department is not allowed to change the linen and there is bugs in this hotel. Do not stay here. My friend Johnny stayed here because he drives trucks with his partner and they are saying this hotel is NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. The maids seem to try their best but the carpet needs steam cleaning and the air barely works. This is a management issue, I believe the workers are only doing as they are told.

Horrible! I booked a room at this hotel 30 days in advance (2 — Queen Beds) as we are a family of three. It was extremely important that my child be rested as we where in town for a BIG teen basketball tournament she was playing in. I called three separate time to confirm my room with double beds, and each time I was assured of my confirmation, no problems. We arrived to check in (approx 11pm) from a four hour drive, to find the parking lot full (motorcycle everywhere). Entered the hotel lobby, only to find a night club in full effect. Under dressed women everywhere, people drinking/smoking (not just tobacco). When I inquired about the club, I was told that it is open 7 days a week (didn't read that on the website advertisement), with Friday and Saturday night being the most crowded. The hotel over booked, due to a biker club staying here. My room was given away, even though I confirmed 3 separate times prior to arrival. We were offered a 1 bed (king size) with pullout. Upon entering the room, you smelled smoke from all over, (no smoking signs posted throughout). Carpet was stained, bathroom was old and not welcoming, pullout had NO linen, blanket, pillows whatsoever. Bathroom only had two sets of towels (for three guest). My teenage daughter turned on the TV to relax, and as she is flipping through channels, yes you guessed it (PORN). Do not stay here! Spend the money and take your family to a better, safe, and more comfortable hotel.

Worst customer service ever, after one night we realise that our door room couldn't lock and didn't all the time went back and forth to the front desk for the matter with my daughter they don't even care about the major safety issue and the room they tryed to offer in exchange was a total garbage. My daughter was tired going up and down with me at the front desk but the receptionist didn't care at all about me or my daughter complaints. People knocked at your door and run in a middle of night. Room services was a BIG joke. This doesn't care about the customer satisfaction only thing they worry about is how they can get all your noney.

Played pool in there bar saturday night. After was done that night went to their restrooms. When entered the doorway and got into bathroom slipped and caught balanced. Already had bad back and hurt it. Someone mopped bathroom and didnt put up any wet floor signs. Went told one of staff members there. After few days back is killing me.

This is a great hotel at a great price. The hotel staff is very friendly and very accommodating. There shuttle service will take u anywhere at anytime. Free hot breakfast with omelet bar. Not some BS continental breakfast. Nice clean rooms no bed bugs. Nice year round indoor pool. Work out room. Business ctr with nice computers. In house bar and restaurant. I stay here everytime I come to Dallas. Cracker Barrel and Waffel house very close. Great value.

Really, it is not a bad hotel. Large and spacious common areas. Restaurant and bar. Decent hot breakfast. Nice staff. Rooms are a LITTLE dated but totally serviceable. Indoor pool and large atrium. Business center is nice as is the exercise room. My room rate was a little bleow average so I am happy with this property overall.
